everyone I made a Spotify playlist! it's a very long playlist full of songs actually about anorexia, so if any of you are interested!

day 18:
FRUIT. I can't not eat fruit i love it sm and whenever we have it I eat so much of it (which I'm trying to fix since fruit has lots of sugars)

day 20:
probably this keto or one of these



why am i losing fat but not weight? ive lost a bit of weight but not nearly as much as I want, like I keep plateauing and then I'll have a metab day to try to help my metabolism but it never really works. Just wondering if anyone else has any ideas to help break a plateau

day 26:
that I'll look better in clothing, and you'll be able to see my muscular structure and bones. As a boy ana here that's a big deal for me
you can always be thinner. look better.

so badly. when you see someone with a thigh gap you KNOW they're skinny, i also find it disgusting when I feel my thighs touching each other
i hate being fat how to loose weight fast. I dont care about the method. I need to be skinny.
