Do you guys remember my Binge on Sunday? (If not you can scroll back on my page.)

It really made me gain 1.2 kg over night, and it took me nearly a whole week to burn that shit of. I was at 50.2 kg before that shit and ended up at 51.4 kg the next day.

Today I am finally down to 50.1 kg again and on my way to my next GW of 48 kg. But honestly that binge was not worth it. Just Imagine how much more I could have lost in that time if I did not lose control.

Think twice about it, when you feel yourself going weak.

One moment an the lips, forever on the hips. Literally!!! So stop! You are stronger that that urge!

It is not an f***in metabolism day, YOU lost control!

Update: I wouldn't say I binged, but I did go over my cal target by about 250. The salad was higher than expected, and I had the amarula hot chocolate. When I came home, I tried to have the things I'd been craving, like wine and half an orange. But then I got hold of the sweets I'd been saving and ate a few of those🫠 so I took the amount I went over and subtracted it from today's target. Hopefully, I'm at my next gw tomorrow.

For the love of my mother, please don't let me binge today!!

I've planned a higher intake today because we're going to a restaurant for Mother's Day. I'm planning on just tipping the 1000 scale, it'll probably come to about 1200, which is my general bmr. This is the plan:

Glass of water, no ice (for digestion) Cappuccino 250-300ml - 80-100 Ask for tabasco (spicy make metabolism🔥) Chargrilled rump steak 200g - 422 Roquefort sauce 150 ml - 240 Garden Salad 2 cups - 24 Total: 800 (786) One of the following: Castle lite 300ml - 100 Rainbow paradise cocktail - 228 Gin and tonic watermelon - above 200 Amarula hot chocolate - 300ish

The calories are not on the menu or website, so I'm relying on the internet, which isn't always accurate. Thus, I'm rounding it to 1200. I find if I just keep track of my cals, I generally don't binge. If anyone has tips for digestion I'd be so grateful😇

Here's one thing I do to make myself feel like I'm still snacking: when I eat more than one teaspoon of peanut butter, I sit with the container, even if it's just two spoonfuls. I sit in my room with the spoon and container and slowly eat the spoons. It's really satisfying. Especially when in a very low daily intake.

Fun fact: a lot of people tend to crave peanut butter when they're stressed. "The compound Beta-sitosterol works to help reduce feelings of anxiety, possibly by stabilizing cortisol, a hormone released during times of stress."

Peanut butter has, on average, 33 cals per level teaspoon (5g)

I love that she has a small waist, you just know anything she wears looks good on her. Also her small shoulder width. She looks small and cool and feminine and soft.

Again, I like the small waist. I like how everything flows so perfectly from one part to the next. The smooth skin. The slight abs. The collar bones. The bigs clothes look good on her.

Does anyone else feel like when their other mental illness is doing bad, you feel you can easier justify your 3d?

I have social anxiety, and my friend and her bf (who I went to the beach with last weekend) are going to the beach today without me. This has triggered a sense of rejection even though they're lovely people just spending the day together as a couple. Nevertheless, anxiety will have me thinking I did something wrong and they don't want to be with me. My first thought was, "well fuck them, I'm ⭐️ving myself, I lost weight today, I'm going to be thin!" Which can't possibly be what I really think?

At least I'm self-aware, right?....right??
