Today it's Disney's Tarzan 15th Anniversary! Tarzan is my favourite movie of all time, for several reasons, one of them being that it's the film that brought back my love for animation. When I was Little, I used to do stickman animations with paint on my computer and for a while I actually tried to do my own rip off of the Naruto cartoon, but then I stopped. However one day on YouTube I found the pencil tests from Tarzan, and listening to Glen Keane speaking with so much passion and love towards the craft that I remembered just how fun it was to see something you did, come to life. I find Tarzan to be somewhat underrated. It was the last film of the Disney Renaissance, and it's 5-year anniversaries fall on the same years as Little Mermaid's and Lion King's, which usually overshadows it. So yeah, due to college (and the limit of my skills), I wasn't able to do much more than this sketch, however I hope you like it, and hey, give a watch to the movie. You certainly won't be disappointed.

Today, December 12th 2012!
Hey, have you guys noticed that this will be the last time most of us will live to be in a date where the day/month/year numbers will be all the same?! Think about it: - January 1st 2001 (01/01/01) - February 2nd 2002 (02/02/02) - March 3rd 2003 (03/03/03) - April 4th 2004 (04/04/04) - May 5th 2005 (05/05/05) - June 6th 2006 (06/06/06) - July 7th 2007 (07/07/07) - August 8th 2008 (08/08/08) - September 9th 2009 (09/09/09) - October 10th 2010 (10/10/10) - November 11th 2011 (11/11/11) - December 12th 2012 (12/12/12) When we see this again it will be in January 1st 2101, in which, lets face it, most of us probably won't live to see it (sorry about thaat, btw). It makes me sad to know this, but I guess it is what it is, am I right? Those who agree and understand what I just explain, like/reblog this post :)
Time...
God...what I would do to go back in time. A do-over. So I could fix all of these mistakes. Remove some of the hurt and the weight I have to keep carrying.
Just a few years...that's all I need.

GET YOUR ASS OFF TUMBLR CAUSE IT GIVES YOU FUCKING STUPID BELIEFS
Fun fact, you can't separate us from being trans and us being masculine. You don't get to say that 'transmisandry isn't real because misandry isn't real' because us being trans and the masculine parts of our identity are the same thing. We are hated for every facet of our collective identity, transfeminine, transmasculine, transneutral, and transxenic, and we are hated for them in different ways.
I have not started that misandry is real. I have not stated that cisgender, perisex men are oppressed for being men.
I HAVE stated that there are specific transphobic beliefs that target trans men.
I have never denied that trans women are not oppressed.
What I HAVE said is that trans woman/transfems and trans men/transmascs are often affected in different ways.
Like, how the fuck does it affect you that transmasculine people want a more specific word to describe their experiences? Are you going to tell a transfem to just call their experiences transphobia? By your words, all transphobia is transmisogyny, so what's the point of not calling it all indistinct transphobia?
THAT'S RIGHT! BECAUSE IT'S IMPORTANT TO HAVE SPECIFIC WORDS TO DESCRIBE YOUR OPPRESSION /GEN
You don't get to separate the trans from the man! You don't get to seperate the "transphobia" from the "misandry" BECAUSE WE'RE TALKING ABOUT MEN/MASCS!!!!
TRANSMISANDRY LITERALLY JUST MEANS THE SPECFIC HATRED AND OPPRESSION OF TRANS MEN! WE ARE NOT SAYING MEN ARE OPPRESSED, WE ARE SAYING TRANS MEN ARE OPPRESSED.
