I know we’ve all talked about how healthy it is that Simon established that boundary in episode 5 but it think. it’s equally as good that wille respected it? because I’m sure that Simon wouldve doubted his decision and maybe even changed his mind if wilhelm had pushed it. but he didn’t. he understood why Simon had to do what he was doing the same way Simon had a second before. and that was that.

Let's talk about how Simon is constantly constantly comforting Wille. Like, he's always the first to hug or hold hands or touch his hair- it's so soft. He's so soft for Wille, so gentle and he's too good for this world, honestly.
He makes Wille feel safe, perhaps? Cus Wille leans into him often, and that night in the football field he called Simon (lol he deleted his number does that mean he remembered it??) and then later asked him to hold him.

It's always troubled me how in episode 6, Simon barely reacts to Wille saying that he loves him (when I would like to think that no matter how hurt he is, he would have at least smiled a bit, even as he said "Have a nice Christmas" - feel me??). So that made me really sad.
Then, then thennnnn I saw an interview where Omar (if I'm not mistaken) mentioned that the "I love you" was added during editing- Wille never really said it during the scene!!
MEANING! THAT ! SIMON! DID! NOT! JUST! BRUSH AWAY WILLE'S "I love you" okay? My soft boi (tough? yes. firm? yes but cold hearted? never ever) just didn't hear it.
They added thatttt cursed "I love you" after to hurt us, people (and it worked!!)
