can we talk about the cinematic genius of this show?? right after holding hands with simon and then leaving to get some air, wille looks at the school sign that says "you own the school. you are responsible for its legacy." and then he starts showing visible signs of anxiety and without saying anything, we know what hes thinking.

in that moment hes not thinking about the school, hes thinking about a royal legacy he didnt ask for, and how impossible it feels to protect that legacy while following his heart, which is leading him to a boy.
the way the writing + really great acting showed us his entire thought process using a just a school sign? beautiful. i just cant get enough of this show.
