After the success and tragedy of the raid on the Shie Hassaikai, Aizawa Shōta was looking forward to returning to routine. For as long as he could, anyway. For as long as the world would let him. He’d honestly expected the League of Villains to be the inevitable envoys of intense stress, but no. It was Yagi Toshinori, once the one and only All Might. No villain attack, no new crisis with Problem Child, just Toshinori asking for help to pull Principal Nezu out of his recent, rapid downward spiral. Aizawa gave Toshinori his word he’d help, but he never expected just how heavy a burden their tiny principal was carrying.

Izuku Midoriya gets hit with a de-ageing quirk. They know it's gonna wear off so they don't worry about it. All might is overjoyed. (My cute little son!)
But this is Izuku Midoriya six year old, came to terms he'll have to fight quirkless and thus follows Aizawa around like a whole ass duckling.
