High Value Mindset - Tumblr Posts
be your best version before 2024
i have come up with a kind of challenge to become our best version before the end of the year.
with this habit we are going to implement healthier habits in our lives and abandon those that are not benefiting us, also get to know ourselves better and manifest our desires or goals for the next year.
the challenge has a duration of 21 days but obviously after that we have to continue with this healthy lifestyle that we have created.

- habits to implement on a daily basis
drink two liters of water a day (recommended for physical and mental health).
movement (training at home, at the gym, going for a walk, running, yoga, pilates, any activity that allows you to exercise your body)
commit yourself to one habit during these 21 days, for example journaling.
choose a meditation on something you want to improve in your life, it can be self-love, relationships, economic abundance, health and do it daily (i recommend before going to sleep) during all the days of the challenge.
also choose a video of affirmations, a subliminal, mantra that has to do with the meditation you chose and listen to it at least once a day and if you can more, whenever you feel like it.
print, make or buy a calendar to keep track of this challenge and mark the days you met, if you miss one, start again, propose it.
go to bed an hour earlier than you usually go to bed and get up half an hour earlier than you usually get up.
- habits you need to start replacing now
screen time, stop being so much connected to social media and do something outside or even at home but you don't have to use your phone.
in any social media, stop following 10 accounts that you think are "hurting" you and in turn follow 5 new ones that you think will help you in your personal growth and development or at least inspire you something positive, the time you are going to use social media at least see things that nourish you.
stop worrying, when a problem or difficulty of any kind comes up, write in a journal how you feel, do a meditation or anything else that keeps you focused on something other than the problem, if necessary you can feel the anger or sadness, but don't get stuck in those thoughts.
instead of spending time watching tv or any streaming platform, read a book or listen to a spiritual/personal growth podcast.
- journaling ideas
during these days you can write in your diary these kinds of things:
how you would like your year 2024 to be.
all your goals for the next year.
how you would like your best version of yourself to be from now on.
an extraordinary event that you would like to happen before the end of this year.
a letter of forgiveness to someone who hurt you (it can be yourself too).
a list of 10 things you would do or would like to happen to you if you believe that everything is possible for you.
list of books you want to read from now and this 2024
a mantra or affirmation that you will write daily every morning for the next 21 days. write one that comes to mind or one that resonates with you.
- how to do the challenge?
organize your day to implement the habits i mentioned at the beginning such as exercise, journaling, drinking the two liters of water, doing the meditation you chose, listening to the affirmations you chose.
if one day you don't do any of these things, propose to start again from day 1.
you don't have to exercise daily either, if you are just starting out it can be 3 or 4 days but for example the other days go for a walk or do a stretching routine.
what i have proposed are small habits that can be done daily and complement the routine you have right now, you can do it and after those 21 days you will see a significant change in your life.
this challenge is just a kind of game to make it more fun and have more motivation to implement these habits in your day and start doing it now and not when the year begins. that your best version does not wait any longer to come to light.
and i hope you tell me how it went 🤍

How & Why Gatekeep Yourself
I loved this tweet so much that I sat down and brainstormed how to gatekeep myself. ✨💋🍷
This is something that has been on my mind since entering the business world and representing our family business at events, in negotiations and meetings.
As a naive 20-something, I had to make a conscious effort to learn not to share too much about myself and family.

Even if I had a row with my sibling that same morning, at the afternoon industry mixer I'll only talk about how harmoniously we work together.
People in business, as well as any acquaintances, are not your friends. Most people you encounter daily as a young woman don't have your best interests in mind.

Here are the minor details you can share with anyone that seem personal but don't reveal anything significant about your life:
Favorite foods: Mentioning your favorite snack, dessert, or a specific dish you enjoy.
Music preferences: Sharing a song or artist you’re currently listening to.
Pet peeves: Mentioning small things that annoy you, like loud chewing or slow internet.
Daily routines: Talking about how you like your coffee or a morning ritual like reading the news.
Hobbies: Discussing a hobby you’re interested in, like gardening, knitting, or collecting something simple.
TV shows/movies: Mentioning the show or movie you’re currently watching or have recently enjoyed.
Childhood memories: Sharing a funny or light story from your childhood that doesn’t reveal much about your personal life.
Weather preferences: Talking about how you prefer rainy days to sunny ones, or vice versa.
Travel dreams: Mentioning a place you’d like to visit one day, without giving away any travel plans.
Favorite color: Sharing your favorite color or type of clothing you like to wear.
These details create the illusion of being open without revealing anything that could be used to deeply understand or analyze your life.
Gatekeep yourself, stay classy. 🎀🪞🩰🦢🕯️
needs to do this for 2024 <333
Cultivating a Growth Mindset

A growth mindset is the belief that one's skills, qualities, and abilities can be nurtured and enhanced through hard work and learning. Adopting this mindset makes you more open to challenges, embracing the unfamiliar or uncomfortable and willing to experience failure.
However, adopting this growth mindset means we must challenge our limiting self-beliefs that reinforce our fixed mindset. Limiting beliefs is the negative thoughts that hold us back, hindering our journey of self-improvement.
RECOGNISE YOUR FIXED MINDSET. Start to be aware of how your fixed mindset, became your everyday internal dialogue. Fear of failure, procrastination, always being in your comfort zone or being a constant quitter could be why this mindset has been reinforced in your mind.
That being said, you need to start being conscious of what you’re saying to yourself daily. If you struggle with that, try speaking to yourself out loud, as it helps to be more aware of what you’re saying.
REMOVE ANYTHING THAT DOESN’T ALIGN, i’m specifally talking about social media. There are so many self degarding or depreciating content(which are always disgusied as a ‘joke’) and the more you consume it, the more you believe it.
However this can apply to your physical environment as well, such as people, sentimental objects or your actual space.
START TO REDEFINE FAILURE. There are so many ways you can define failure, but my favourite has to be failure is the sacrifice for success. Of course, you can research other ways to redefine it that resonates with you.
However, allow yourself to grieve failures, especially if they had a huge impact on your life. The only way you can apply the lessons from failure in life is to process them.
DO SOMETHING CHALLENGING EACH DAY. Whether it is giving yourself an extra 20 minutes at the gym, or trying to advance yourself in your studies, just do something that pushes you and hopefully, makes you struggle.
Once we allow ourselves to struggle and be challenged, we start to develop the belief that being challenged is okay, not doing it perfect on the first try is okay we can still do tasks without them being perfect + you’re also embracing failure.
APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORT. Something is always better than nothing, not everything that we do has to be perfect to consider ourselves accomplished. Once we acknowledge the value of hard work and see how it impacts our day-to-day life, it enforces the belief that we can expand our skills even just by a little.
The perfect way to appreciate your effort is by celebrating or rewarding yourself. Allow yourself extra screen time, to sleep in, or do any of your favourite ‘unproductive’ activities.
SEEK OUT NEW KNOWLEDGE. Not just reading an article and calling it a day, but actively researching something memorable. This doesn’t have to be a scholarly topic, it could be anything. When we start to desire to learn, which is practically the main thing about a growth mindset, it enforces those beliefs.
BUILD RESILENCE. You’re going to fail, struggle, lose and maybe suffer. While it is important to grieve what happens, you should be able to bounce back after some time. Building this skill is so important in the growth mindset, as it helps you to take control of your emotions and not the other way around.
This applies to constructive criticism as well. People will not always give you praise, but that doesn’t matter, what matters is your ability to act on that criticism. An outside perspective always helps to improve yourself and your abilities.

keep an idea notebook

daily habits that are making me feel much better this 2024
waking up very early
if you are a person who finds it difficult to get up early you can achieve this by getting up an hour earlier than usual, you'll notice the difference.
journaling
it's my favorite habit and i do it every morning and before going to sleep, it also helps me in moments when I'm not feeling well to feel better and see things from a different perspective. on amazon there are many journals with questions already formulated to answer every morning and every night, highly recommended! i've been doing this since october last year and i noticed a big difference.
listen/watch personal growth videos/podcasts every day
it's not necessary to spend all day consuming this content but every day i like to learn something new or just reaffirm something i already know to make it stronger. watching content like this helps to replace old beliefs with new ones that are more beneficial and healthy. plus the people who make this content usually have a really good vibe. i love listening to this while i'm at the gym.
break with the routine once or twice a week
i mean do something different from what you can normally do, for example, I love to go out to a coffee shop have my favorite drink while listening to music, and spend some time on pinterest looking for inspiration, not only pictures but i also find very interesting things that i can apply in my day to day life!
listening to frequencies to raise my vibration
i have realized that this is very powerful and it is very important to have a high vibration, one of the most important reasons for me is that i have realized that besides having more mental calm and fewer worries is that low vibrational thoughts do not enter my mind, so to speak. examples of frequencies: 528hz, 432hz, 111hz. on youtube there are many. crystal bowls are also one of my favorites.
getting out of my comfort zone
the first week of this new year didn't make much difference to me and sometimes we expect things to change suddenly, and this can happen but it doesn't always happen right away. this week i have been much less resistant to making changes in my life and having a new schedule with an improved routine has made me feel much better.
be more present. think/act as my best version would act
this is very powerful. it is typical to act on autopilot and many times i was not fully aware of some habits i had that were harming me to a greater or lesser extent or of the things i was thinking. this doesn't mean that sometimes you have to do something you don't like, it's just another experience at the end of the day, but i mean to stop consuming content or doing things that don't help me to be the version i want to be and also to be more present, enjoying my day no matter what happens tomorrow.
besides all this, exercise, healthy and balanced eating, meditation are also important to me, but these are things that i always mention because they are part of my life and i wanted to contribute something new to serve as inspiration for others.
you don't have to do everything on the list but maybe something of what I have written catches your attention, you implement it in your life and it starts to improve significantly. that has happened to me.

what to invest in to look and feel good this 2024
nutritionist or books on healthy and balanced nutrition
dental treatments
endocrinologist, if you need to know and take care of the functioning of your hormones
treatments for the care of your skin and hair, such as hairdressing, good products for hair and face, facial cleansing, treatments that your skin needs, go to a dermatologist if you need it, know what type of skin you have and know what are the right products to take care of it.
gym, a sports activity or time to do some exercise on your own, such as training at home. this not only helps your body look good, but also improves your physical and mental health.
psychological therapy, there are still people who believe that the psychologist is only necessary for people with serious problems, but that is not so, a therapist can guide us and help us to improve in the areas of our life that we want.
energy therapies, which would be complementary to psychological therapy, such as reiki, energy cleansing, access bars, among others.
quality time with yourself, do the things you enjoy, your hobbies and also time with people who make you feel good and from whom you can both enrich each other.

and if you have more ideas about this, share them in the comments, it can be of great help to other people ✨
mindset is everything. the way you look at the world is how it appears.
telling yourself you are capable, confident, and going to crush the day with kindness not only lets you change your world but the world of everyone around you.
be aware of what you consume:
the energy of others: surround yourself with positive people and avoid those who drain you.
the videos you watch: select content that inspires, educates or entertains you in a healthy way.
what you read: look for reliable sources and material that enriches you intellectually.
who you follow: follow people who inspire and challenge you to grow.
what you scroll through on social media: avoid negative content and look for something that motivates you or makes you feel good.
the news: look for objective sources of information and avoid information overload.
highlights of others: compare less and celebrate more the achievements of others.
the advice you listen to: evaluate advice according to your criteria and needs.

How to Add Hints of *Luxury* in Your Everyday Routine Using Your 5 Senses

Here are some ways to add hints of luxury into your everyday routine, for a touch of indulgence without breaking the bank:
Sight:
Fresh flowers: A small bud vase with a single bloom or a mini bouquet of seasonal flowers brightens any space.
Candlelight: Swap harsh overhead lighting for candles in the evening. Opt for natural soy wax and calming scents like lavender or vanilla.
Declutter and decorate: Tidy up your surroundings and add a touch of beauty with a framed picture, a decorative throw pillow, or a scented candle.
Smell:
Signature scent: Apply a touch of your favorite perfume to your pulse points in the morning for a confidence boost.
Natural air freshener: Simmer a pot of water with citrus peels or herbs like rosemary for a natural and uplifting scent in your home.
Scented sachets: Tuck fragrant sachets filled with lavender or rose petals into your lingerie drawers or clothes closet.
Touch:
Luxe towels: Invest in a set of plush towels for a spa-like experience after showering or bathing.
Silk scarf: Tie a silk scarf around your neck or wear it in your hair for a touch of elegance.
Comfy slippers: Upgrade your footwear at home with a pair of soft slippers or house shoes.
Taste:
Homemade infused water: Add slices of cucumber, lemon, or berries to your water pitcher for a refreshing and flavorful drink.
High-quality coffee or tea: Invest in a bag of specialty coffee beans or loose-leaf tea for a more enjoyable morning or afternoon pick-me-up.
Multi-sensory experience: Combine taste with other senses to create a more immersive experience. Play calming music while you eat, light a scented candle, or arrange your food on a beautiful tray.
Sound:
Uplifting playlist: Create a playlist filled with calming music or nature sounds that help you relax and de-stress.
Listen to audiobooks: Immerse yourself in a captivating story by listening to audiobooks while commuting or doing chores.
Focus on the soundscape: Pay attention to the sounds around you – birds chirping, rain falling, or gentle music – and appreciate the beauty of everyday acoustics.
Bonus Tip:
Mindfulness: Take a few minutes each day to be present in the moment and savor the simple pleasures. This can be anything from enjoying a delicious cup of tea to feeling the soft texture of your favorite blanket.
By incorporating these small touches, you can elevate your everyday routine and create a more luxurious and enjoyable experience. Remember, luxury isn't just about expensive things, it's about creating a sense of peace, comfort, and beauty in your daily life.

How to bring *luxury* into your life while on a budget
Luxury on a budget is absolutely achievable! It's about focusing on creating an experience of indulgence and pampering, rather than just expensive things. Here are some ideas:
Redefine Luxury for You:
Focus on Experiences: Luxury isn't just material possessions. Think about what makes you feel truly pampered and relaxed. Is it a long, candlelit bath with a good book? A picnic in a scenic spot? Prioritize experiences that create lasting memories.
Quality over Quantity: Invest in a few key items you'll love and use for years, rather than buying a lot of cheap things. This could be anything from a luxurious body lotion to a cozy throw blanket.
Create a Luxurious Atmosphere at Home:
Declutter and Deep Clean: A clean and organized space instantly feels more luxurious. Light some scented candles, put on some calming music, and dim the lights for a spa-like atmosphere.
DIY Spa Treatments: Skip the expensive spa and recreate the experience at home. Give yourself a foot massage with homemade sugar scrub, use a facial mask made with natural ingredients, or draw a relaxing bath with essential oils.
Elevate Everyday Activities: Take the time to savor a cup of tea in the morning. Set the table for dinner with nice plates and silverware, even if it's just a simple meal.
Seek Out Free or Low-Cost Luxuries:
Embrace Nature: Take a hike in a beautiful park, have a picnic by the beach, or simply sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Nature is a free and luxurious way to de-stress and reconnect.
Cultural Gems: Many museums and galleries offer free or discounted admission days. Check your local library for free museum passes or online resources for virtual tours of famous collections.
Learn a New Skill: Taking a free online class in something that interests you, like photography or cooking, can be a stimulating and luxurious way to spend your time.
Remember: Luxury is about feeling good and taking care of yourself. By being creative and resourceful, you can incorporate these elements into your life, regardless of your budget.

Things Every Young Woman needs for Her Level Up.
A solid plan: No you can't harass tumblr blogs and ask them to plan your life for you and hold your hand through it, no you can't use social media as inspo (yes including pinterest) , no you don't need special journals or stationary. Get a google doc and open it up, make categories you want to see results in and get to work.
A good base : You have lovely healthy hair and nails which are shaped nicely, your body is healthy and toned with ''taken care of'' skin, Your face is lovely and skin is clear and glowing, you have good manners and treat strangers nicely. You eat a beauty enhancing diet that is personalized and it shows up on your general person.
A well-fed intellect: You read the classics and the contemporaries, you educate yourself on literature, you study hard not only in school but in life, you explore and learn new things and the only time you don't know what goes on in the world is when you simply don't want to.
Hobbies and interests that you can speak about with pride: You don't doomscroll. You embrace things that bring joy, you create and you spend your time in valuable ways. It could be ballet or archery, you could build computers or carve butter or translate manuscripts or you might be learning high Valyrian. Productive hobbies that feel good and you speak of them highly with no shame. You create more than you consume.
This is the Bare Minimum for a decent life and for anyone who wants to have more for themselves
