Recently started getting into FTUT. I love it so much

Did you miss the entire point of the game? Did you play it at all? Did you miss the entire "you don't get to choose who you are" thing? where you make a character and the game goes "nah you'll be possessing them instead stfu"

Kris is Kris, Kris is not the player. It's literally a part of the game that Kris doesn't want to be controlled by the player, they full on rip out their soul so that they aren't being controlled. And you still think you get to pick who they are?

The he/him-ification of Kris drives me crazy, every time I see smth mentioning that they're non binary someone in the comments goes "no it's actually just so that they're relatable!" when there is an entire storyline about Kris not being the player

Yeah in undertale I think Toby said Frisk and Chara's genders were up for interpretation (I'm not sure though) but it's a separate game and a separate character. They are not Frisk, they are not Chara, Kris is non binary and it's really not that hard to understand

Edit: I'm really not sure ab Frisk and Chara, for some reason I remembered him saying it's okay. I usually say they're non binary anyway but I thought it wasn't a thing

So I finished HyperLightDrifter after 3 years... (basically I got it 3 years ago but then my computer broke and I lost 11 hours of game so I began it again this year and finished it yesterday)

It was amazing, for anyone who hasn't played it I absolutely recommend it!
