With All Of Me | Part One

For: Anon Characters: Rafael Barba/(Female) Reader Warnings: Mentions of Sexual Assault/Rape Word Count: 2,059 Notes: So, I got these three prompts all at one time in a row, and they lended themselves to a three-part imagine. So I hope y’all enjoy this short story!  Prompt: Imagine a Barba x Reader where you’ve been assaulted and are too scared to name the assailant because they are of a higher rank. “Barba,” the prosecutor answered, his phone balanced precariously between his shoulder and ear as he accepted coffee from the barista behind the cart. He smiled his thanks, carefully adding a small serving of sugar before swirling it twice with the skinny stick and tossing his trash before snapping on the lid.

It was supposed to be an easy day. He didn’t have court, he had one meeting about striking a plea with their most recently indicted criminal, and there was a conference that afternoon on tracking the movements of serial criminals via social media. There was no doubt in his mind that he could even call it an early night. Yet, Benson’s incessant and frantic mumbling on the other end of the line was starting to make him doubt the simplicity of his schedule.

Calibrat over at MTS wanted simlish recolors, so I did a few!

The first sign is by Hed (mesh here) and my recolors you can download here.

And the last sign is a simlish recolor of Hed's courtroom sign (mesh here) and my recolor you can download here. (and this time I didn't smash my keyboard when writing lol! It says, like on the mesh, "QUIET PLEASE! Courts Are In Session")

I think that's all? If you notice any problem, tell me and I'll fix it asap! :^D Sorry for the horrendous previews btw, I was lazy lol. The recolors are merged and compressed!

C.Syde65 at mts was looking for a red halter top, so I made three quick recolors! They have been compressed to reduce file size.

Edit: These are recolors, not default replacements (I see now the names may confuse.)

Simhaus shared these loading screens 9 months ago, but the download link is unfortunately dead. Quasahi​ recently remade it here though (thank you @dreadpirate for linking me!). TanyaK over at MTS were looking for simhaus’ version and didn’t want the UC logo (which quasahi used), so I downloaded greatcheesecakepersona​‘s PSD template and swapped logo.

You will still need to download “ethys-menu-screen.package” (if you want the menu screen that is) from quasahi here, but replace his “ethys-loading-screen.package” with one of my files. Don’t know how to install? See greatcheesecakepersona’s post here.

yavannatw over at MTS where looking for this outfit as a default replacement for afbodymayor (it’s on sims2defaults, but the link is dead). I’ve made three defaults using three different shoeswaps meshes I found. You must choose and install only one of them. Shoes from left to right: tomwood1906, silivrin, olivespecter.

They all have fat morphs (yay!) and no ribbon. I also changed the shoe sound to heels. A small issue I noticed was a slight seam around the neck when in-game. I looked at the meshes in milkshape but couldn’t see anything off. I suspect it’s the same with EA’s original mesh. Nothing big though, I nearly didn’t notice it.

All files have been compressed to reduce file size. I think that’s all? If you notice anything weird, let me know! Excuse my lazy preview btw.

Edit 23/3: I completely forgot about bump-maps yesterday, and while I was at it I redid the files. I originally used olivemuenda/olivespecter’s DR but now I extracted all neccessary resources myself. Please re-download!

Edit 25/3: I noticed that my DR in CAS, if used with shift + n, will have a custom star and can be deleted. You should never delete EA clothing, it will corrupt your game if you do. I suspect it’s because I edited the shoe sound it got a custom star. I couldn’t get the file to work in the bins folder unfortunately, so please be careful to not delete it if you use the debug mode in CAS.

Simonut over at MTS were using Artemida’s default from here, but didn’t like the ribbon. I did a quick mesh and texture edit using Artemida’s textures. This file is a default replacement for both ambodymayor and embodymayor, with fat morphs! Remember you can only have one DR for these clothes in your download folder at a time.

The file has been compressed to reduce file size. If you notice any problems, please let me know! 

Edit: forgot to mention, for some reason there’s two mayor outfits for men. A red tie and a blue one. My DR replaces them both, as seen in the picture :-)

Hello again! So sorry for the long wait anon, it took me a while because I didn’t have the motivation to make a preview haha (so please excuse my lazy one) but now I’m done!

I did it the easy way and made some recolors. Mesh is not included so you need to grab it from here :-) all files have been compressed to reduce file size and as usual you can choose between separate or merged files.

hi, pizza box anon here! i figured out why your pizza box default wasn't working, it's because i have this hack installed modthesims(.)info/d/145026/buyable-pizza-and-chinese-food(.)html. i really like your default but i also want to be able to conveniently buy pizza straight from the buy mode. is there any way for me to enable that?

Hello again anon! :-D so sorry for my late reply! Oh yes, that explains it, what a relief it wasn’t anything weird going on with my default ( ´༎ຶㅂ༎ຶ`)b

The cloned buyable pizza and chinese box from labine730 have their own textures, which is why it’s not picking up my default. It was a simple fix though, I repositoried it to “foodpizzabox-insideoutside” which is what my default is defaulting, so now it will pick up my default or any other default for the pizza box you might have (and if you use none: EA’s original texture). 

I also enabled it on community lots, edited the catalog (you can find it in both kitchen - appliances and kitchen - general now since I read about people having problems finding it). It has the same GUID as the original pizza box which makes it conflict with carvernosims’ extracted basegame items, so I edited that file to make them compatible. You can download my edits here. Hope that helped! :-D

This is a small (it’s literally 3kb!) default replacement for the baby bottle (and smartmilk) using txmt resources from ATS’ baby bottle for @dinalandgraab :-) 

I made the yellow rubber top (is there even a word for that part?) a bit more vibrant and while I was at it, I edited @midgethetree’s vampire baby bottle mod to fit my default + gave it its own rubber texture. Midge’s mod is not necessary for my default to work, but it requires nightlife (and other mods from Midge - 1, 2) since that’s when vampires got added to the game.

All files have been compressed to reduce file size and remember you can only have one default replacement for the baby bottle in your downloads folder at a time! Let me know if you encounter any issues :-)

oooh custom toddler foods! awesome. thank you for the default and the custom foods. could you maybe also make a version of the default that only replaces the bowl and not the mush? (I actually like the EA mush because it looks like the kind of stuff babies are fed where I live).
