Requested - Dean Winchester x reader with the prompts 19 - “The truth is being with you scares me. But not being with you…terrifies me” and 23 - “Before I do this, I need you to know that I have always loved you.”

Y/N had been hunting with the Winchester’s for a long time, you’d met them whilst you were hunting a nest of vampires and ended up making quite a team. Once they had found out what the vampires had done to your family they opened their home up to you, you had happily accepted the invitation and since then had grown close to them. Whilst you liked both men you had been drawn to Dean more, you went to him when you were scared, when you couldn’t sleep due to nightmares from your past. You shared the bed with him more times than not when the three, sometimes four depending on if Castiel joined, travelled. You knew you were falling for the taller man but also knew nothing could come from it, this life wasn’t for people who thought they could have a slice of happiness, getting to close to someone got you and them hurt but still you couldn’t help soaking up all the hugs, the touches, the lingering glances between Dean and you.

Even with the apocalypse world situation nothing had changed between you and Dean, you were still friends, the best of friends, and nothing more. You joked and flirted, everyone could tell there was something there but you knew Dean was just joking, no matter how much Sam tried to convince you otherwise.

The bunker was currently fuller than usual, Rowena here helping with opening the gate to the apocalypse world, Gabriel recovering and helping were he could, Castiel, Sam and Dean were getting ready to go to the other side. You, however, sat staring at Dean with an angry glare. He had banned you from going, said it was too dangerous which was true but what wasn’t dangerous in this life? You knew when you joined the boys your life would be dangerous, that every action would have a consequence but you wanted to help! You were going to the apocalypse world with or without Dean’s permission, just let him try and stop you.

“Listen, I’m not apologising for protecting you-“ Dean began but was quickly cut off by you protesting, “I don’t need protection Dean Winchester, I’m a big girl and I’m perfectly capable of protecting myself!” Kneeling in front of you Dean sighed before continuing, “I know you can but you haven’t dealt with a threat this big before, Hell, we don’t even know what we’re walking into. You- I won’t let you go in there. I need you too damn much.” You looked at him for a long moment. As much as you wanted the words to mean something, and in any other situation they would, you couldn’t listen to them at the moment. You needed to go with them, help them!

“I’m going with you whether you like it or not.” Your voice was firm as you stood from your chair, pushing past him. He barely stayed balanced in his squatting position before he stood up and went to follow you, only to be stopped by Sam who put his hand on Dean's shoulder and shook his head slightly.

“She’s right, the clock may run out on us.” You heard as you tuned back into the conversation. You knew Castiel and Rowena were right, you hadn’t been to the other world but from what you’d been told it was big and the chance of finding Mary and Jack was, well it was slim.

Looking up you saw Gabriel enter the room, holding a vial of his grace. As Rowena held it up you frowned a confused expression making its way onto yours, and everyone else’s face. With an uneasy look towards Castiel, Rowena used the small amount of grace to finish the spell. As the angels grabbed their blades and Sam and Dean grabbed their bags, you leant against the door frame, your own bag hidden in your room a few doors down.

“I need you to trust me.” Dean said as he came over to you, a hand reaching up to cup your cheek, it took all your strength not to lean into his touch. “I’m not benching you to be an ass, I’m trying to protect you. Hell, I don’t even want Sammy in there. I can’t have both of you in there, I’m sorry Y/N. I really am.”

“You don’t need to be worried about protecting me in there Dean! Sure I haven’t fought archangels like you have but I’ve fought enough creatures to the point where you should know I can handle my own shit. Stop looking at me like a child who told you they want to be an astronaut, I can actually do this.” You were angry, you had been with the Winchester’s for a few years now. Had been through thick and thin with them and still when the biggest fight was here Dean didn’t trust you. You turned and walked out of the room, the older Winchester following you right out.

“I trust you, Y/N, you know I do!” Dean said causing you to scoff, he paused to glare at you before continuing. “Is it that hard to believe I care about you too much?”

“Whatever. Just go, I don’t even care. I’ll just follow your orders and stay here!” He went to respond, looking just as frustrated as you felt, but was cut off by Sam shouting him into the room.

“Y/N, before I go, in case something happens you have to know,” here he paused for a few long moments, “I - I do trust you.” It could have been the many emotions you were feeling but you swore you saw regret in his eyes, like he was telling the truth but not the whole truth. You shrugged it off, rolling your eyes at his retreating figure before following him into the room again.

You all watched as Rowena completed the spell, the portal appeared before collapsing, all you heads titling with it. The group in front of you began arguing about Gabriel’s grace before Castiel started explaining how they needed archangel grace.

“We need Lucifer.” His voice was firm, there was no arguing with the statement, though that didn’t stop them. Your eyes darted towards Sam and then Rowena, feeling sympathy for them both but knowing Castiel was right. Gabriel wasn’t healed and the gate needed to be opened as soon as possible.

Sam, Dean and Castiel excused themselves to go and discuss things in the kitchen. You left for your bedroom not completely understanding what needed discussing, as much as Sam had reason to despise Lucifer he was the only way that the door to the apocalypse world could be opened.

For the amount of time you had spent with Sam and Dean, you hadn’t had the chance to meet Lucifer. They kept you as far away from him as humanly possible. They had told you what he had done to Cas, to Sam but you weren’t scared of him, well not as much as you probably should’ve been. It sort of made sense, Lucifer wanting to destroy the world his Father made after being put in the cage. That didn’t mean you agreed with what Lucifer had done, just that you could sort of see his side.

The apocalypse world was going to be dangerous, you knew that much. Dean was worried about going in there and that should have been enough to scare you but you couldn’t just sit around and do nothing. You’d lost one family and you refused to sit around and do nothing while this family was in danger.

There was a knock on your door and you looked up to see Castiel leaning against the frame. “Dean wanted to come but I didn’t think you’d want to see him right now.” He said causing you to smile. “Rowena and Gabriel have gone to collect Lucifer. I’d expect them back shortly.”

You nodded at Castiel and told him you’d be out soon before closing the door and double checking your bag. You had guns, extra bullets, a knife, flashlights and your angel blade which you stole from Dean a year or so ago. You planned to go through to the apocalypse world after Sam, Dean, Gabriel and Cas had had time to move. Rowena wouldn’t let you go without a fight but if Lucifer was there then maybe she wouldn’t be as focused on you.

By the time you walked back into the library, Rowena was grinding the ingredients for the spell again and a man you’d never met before was knelt on the ground. Lucifer, that was Lucifer. He had just started the regain consciousness when you quietly walked in.

“Oh hey Sam,” he smirked before taking in the rest of the room, “oh look at that, all the people I love to torture in the same room.” Then his eyes locked with yours and you raised an eyebrow. “Expect you, whose she? New pet?” He was cut off as Rowena placed the bowl of ingredients under him and he put the pieces together. Your eyes widened as Castiel stepped forward and slit the archangels throat, grace pooling from the wound.

Sam told Lucifer of his plan before Rowena performed the spell again, this time the door was bright and wide and Sam’s plan of draining Lucifer seemed like it would actually work, seemed like something would finally go right for them.

“...Then, when we get back, then we’ll kill you.” Sam said, pointing his figure at the archangel. The unbothered, almost bored, “cool” Lucifer let out made you snort quietly; never piss off a Winchester.

Whilst Sam checked in with Rowena, Dean made his way over to you. “Listen I know you’re still made at me but I need you to know this before I go,” He took a deep breath, moments passed before he looked at you again, ““Before I do this, I need you to know that I have always loved you. If I don’t make it back, I just- I need you to know that, ok?”

Before you could reply Gabriel was asking the group if they were ready and before you knew it each of them passed through the doorway, Dean throwing you one last look over his shoulder. Well now you absolutely needed to go to the apocalypse world, not only to help Jack and Mary but if something happened to Dean, not that you didn’t doubt he’d find a way back from the dead, he wouldn’t know you felt the same about him.

Sometimes you really hated the hunter’s life.

You sat watching Lucifer stare down at the bowl filled with his grace. He looked slightly defeated before turning his attention to Rowena, beginning to pick at her. You raised your eyebrow as you listened to him, “sort of old-fashioned rightness to it, if you think about it. The men going off to face the trials and glories of war. Woman staying home in the kitchen, where she belongs.” You felt your own fists clench and you had to close your eyes to resist the urge to get up and punch the archangel. As you watched him smile innocently at Rowena you had to give credit to her, she knew how to handle the Devil.

Once he saw he wasn’t getting a reaction out of Rowena he turned to you, smirking when he saw he was already getting a reaction out of you. Rowena placed a hand on your knee, just out of sight of Lucifer, and you took a deep breath knowing you couldn’t let him get to you.

“What about you then? Never tortured you before. Dean Winchester seems fond of you, is that how your relationship works? Dean goes off doing the real work, the man's work and you, what, you stay here like a good little girlfriend? Ready to stitch up his wounds and fetch him drinks all day? Is that it?” You felt Rowena’s grip on you tighten as your jaw clenched painfully. “Oh no that’s not it. You wanted to go, didn’t you? But Dean doesn’t think you’re strong enough, does he?” You focused your attention back on the book in front of you, trying your best not to show Lucifer he was getting to you. He kept prodding but you wouldn’t budge, Rowena’s grip on you helping hold you down.

Again, the lack of reaction caused Lucifer to pause before he started singing obnoxiously. You and Rowena shared a look of exasperation, both ready to be done with the archangel and if you didn’t need him he’d be dead already. You watched Rowena place her hand on her head and hoped the group in the apocalypse world would be quick for her sake, you couldn’t wait until you went across.

“I told her I loved her, man. I finally confessed and we get dragged into this world before she could say anything, Hell even a rejection would be better than nothing.” Dean sighed, Sam looked at him in sympathy knowing just how long his older brother had been trying to work up the courage to tell Y/N how he felt. It was moments like this were he wished Dean and him could just live a normal life, let Dean be happy for once.

“Let’s just make it through this and then you’ll see her. Trust me, she’s just as crazy about you as you are about her.” Dean didn’t look convinced but shrugged his shoulders; trying to focus on this world and not on his world.

The subject changed onto Dean’s worry about Sam, how he seemed different in this world but that quickly got interrupted by a woman’s scream. Gabriel tried to dissuade them from intervening but saving people was their job.

Lucifer’s singing carried on before he changed the topic on his last encounter with Rowena. You could see he was getting to her and took this as your chance. Quietly you slipped out of the room, a strong sense of guilt and sympathy for the witch but you knew you had to leave. You grabbed your bag and headed back to the doorway to the apocalypses, pausing before entering the room as you heard Rowena snap. You heard her tell Lucifer that Jack was on the other side, a bad feeling settling in your stomach as you snuck passed and into the doorway.

“Ow!” You cried as you fell face first through the crack. You looked around and felt a chill run up your back, this world was worse than what Sam and Dean had said. You pulled the angel blade from your bag, stuffing it tightly in your boot before pulling the gun out. You looked around, trying to figure out which way to go before you shot around, gun pointed up as you heard something behind you.

“What are you doing here?” You raised an eyebrow as Lucifer questioned you.

“I could ask you the same thing!” You bit back, lowering your gun and pulling the blade from your boot, “you’re meant to be keeping that open!” You yell, pointing to the door.

“Yes, well, change of plans. Apparently my son is in this world and I want him back,” he said before pausing, looking you up and down before smirking, “and you’re going to help me.”

It was official, you hated Lucifer.

He’d managed to track down which way the Winchester’s and Angels had gone before grabbing your arm and pulling you along. Though he had forced you to take a detour in which he found some of Michael’s angels and drained them off their grace. To think Dean was worried about you coming to this world because of the creatures in it, no, know you had your own personal guard; the bloody Devil himself. The sooner you found him, the better. Not only did you want to be as far away from Lucifer as possible, you also needed to warn them that the gate would close sooner than anticipated thanks to the Devil.

Lucifer ended up pushing you through a door and into a dark tunnel, thankfully you’d brought your flashlight, using it to try and see where you were. Lucifer and you walked down the cave, cobwebs littering the place as you looked around.

“Keep going.” Lucifer growled like you could possibly go anywhere but forward. On the way you passed multiple beheaded vampires and reached for your regular blade, shoving the gun in your jeans.

“Scared?” Lucifer asked with a smirk. “Not even a little, come on.” You replied with an eye roll, turning the corner. You came onto a space with a few different passages, turning to look at Lucifer. As much as you hated the archangel, he was proving useful in knowing where to go.

“This way.” He said before leading you up one of the dark passages. You gripped your blade tighter, feeling uneasy as you looked around. You could definitely hear growling and from the sounds of it you were getting closer.

Lucifer reached out and grabbed your arm causing you to try and pull away, try being the key word considering his grasp was too strong to break. “Keep quiet.” He said before you ended up in another room, a hand shooting to your head. God you hated when angels did that. Opening your eyes you let out a gasp as you saw Sam laying dead on the floor. You looked to Lucifer who paid you no attention before your focus was back on Sam, who sat up and inhaled deeply.

“Hey Sammy.” You watched as Lucifer took joy in bringing Sam back, knowing he had an advantage over him. Lucifer launched into another of his annoying speeches as Sam tried to comprehend the situation as you stood in the shadows, trying to get over the fact that Sam had died, again.

“The rift. Rowena. Y/N.” You watched as Sam realised the implications of Lucifer being here and not back at the bunker.

Lucifer walked over to you, throwing an arm over your shoulder. “Relax, this one’s safe. I’ve been guarding her the whole time.” He told Sam with an innocent grin. “Rowena’s ok. I was going to kill her but instead she blasted me here but that’s okay because apparently, apparently, my son is here!”

Sam’s eyes flashed to you as Lucifer continued talking. He picked up his bag, ready to leave before Lucifer showed him the vampires he was keeping at bay. You closed your eyes and took a deep breath. Lucifer was going to Jack and hopefully by this point Jack would be with Dean, Cas and Gabriel. You just hoped Sam came with you, it really was the only way out of here. You watched as Lucifer went to snap his fingers, ready to let the hoard of vampires in.

“What do you want!?” Sam shouted angrily, face showing his emotions clearly. A relationship with his son, that’s what Lucifer claimed to want. Castiel had informed you all of the power this nephilim would hold and how with that power, Lucifer really was unstoppable.

“You’re going to help me. I don’t think he’ll give me a chance unless I come bearing gifts. That’s where you come in, her too but she’s not as important. Hell I could kill you now and it wouldn’t affect my plans.” He said to you, his grip on you tightening. Your eyes darted to Sam’s, betraying the panic you were feeling.

He turned his attention back to Sam, his grip on you not easing. “Apocalypse world, Michaels armies, you really think you and your family can handle that stuff alone. You need me.” Lucifer told him and as much as you hated to admit it, the more archangels you had on your side the better.

“And what if I say no?” Your whole body went cold as Sam said that. You understood him not wanting to work with Lucifer but right now there wasn’t a choice. He’d never get away from the vampires without the help of the archangel. Sam just had to play along long enough to get back to the group.

“All right, let me just make this really really easy, easy enough for even you to understand Sammy. I’m getting to Jack, one way or another. The only question is, you coming?”

-

-

-

Lucifer kept an arm on you as he pushed Sam forward, letting the group see him first before his dramatic appearance. You hadn’t known the man very long, a day at most, but you hated him. You saw the confusion on Castiel’s face, the smile that spread across Jack’s face and squeezed your eyes shut. Nothing could go right for them, could it?

Once Lucifer could see Sam held everyone’s attention, he pulled you around with him causing the general gaze to shift from Sam to you two. You could see Dean’s face clearly and regretted ever stepping through that doorway.

“Hello, son.” Lucifer smirked. You turned to glare up at Lucifer as he dragged you over to stand near Cas, Gabriel and Jack. You could see the innocent act coming out again as Jack looked at his father.

“How did you get in here?” Castiel asked, his eyes flickering to you in question. You shook your head.

“Oh, she didn’t let me go, no, no, I managed that all on my own. In fact, she came in before me.” You closed your eyes again, looking down at the floor as Lucifer spoke.

Dean stepped forward once Lucifer began to talk to Jack, not allowing the archangel anywhere near him. Lucifer began talking, something he was good at, getting into people’s minds. You could see Jack's face, angry but curious. Once Jack flashed out, Dean began to shout at Lucifer.

After Lucifer had been restrained with handcuffs, Dean’s pulled you away from him and the group.

“What the hell, Y/N!? What were you thinking? First I tell you don’t come in here and then you what? You team up with Lucifer? God, he could have killed you!” Dean shouted angrily, fingers running through short hair.

“I- I know, ok, I know he could have killed me,” your hand went up to your neck where he held you, “I know. I came in here and he was still restrained. I was here for less than two minutes when he came in! I don’t know what happened. I’m not working with Lucifer, Dean I had to, I couldn’t let you come here. If something happened, God Sam died! I saw him dead, that could have been you too! And you wouldn’t have known that I, that I,” You let out a sob as tears fell down your face, it wasn’t often you cried but after everything that had happened you couldn’t stop the tears from rolling down your face.

“Ok, Ok, c’mere,” Dean said as he pulled you in for a hug. “I’m not mad, it’s just I cannot lose you, Y/N/N. God, it bad enough Sam died in here, if I’d lost both of you I couldn’t, I don’t know what I’d do. I didn’t think these would be the circumstances when I confessed but the truth is,” he began, pulling away to wipe at your eyes, making sure you were looking at him before he continued, “being with you scares me. But not being with you…terrifies me.”

“I love you too. I have for so long but in our life, it’s hard to care about someone this much, yet alone love them. But I want that, with you Dean. I really do.” Your tears had started to slow as Dean wiped them before leaning in and kissing you softly. It was sweeter than what you imagined but considering the circumstances, it was exactly what you both needed. It didn’t last long, Dean pulled away and rested his head on your forehead. “I swear when we get back to our world, I’m not letting you go. I’m gonna treat you right.” He wrapped his arm around you before placing a kiss on your head.

There was still a lot to figure about, both with your relationship and the current situation. 31 hours wasn’t a lot of time but if anyone could figure out a way, it was the Winchesters.

You sat in the bunker, glass in hand as you took in the sight. The bunker was flooded with people from the apocalypse world, Rowena had managed to get everyone back safely, everyone but Gabriel and Lucifer. Your heart ached for Gabriel, all that time on the run, the time spent being tortured by Asmodeus, it would have been nice for him to stay, live his life instead of running. You watched with a fond smile as Sam spoke to Rowena, hopefully the youngest Winchester would let himself have a slice of happiness. Sam moved to stand by Dean and Cas talking quietly before Dean’s gaze moved to you, before he could move to you apocalypse world Bobby took a minute to toast Sam and Dean.

“Hey. There’s a diner not too far away. How’d you guys feel about burgers?” Mary asked the group, Jack, Sam, Cas, Dean and you. After everyone approved you all headed to the garage. It was a tight squeeze in the back but you and Dean rode up front, hands intertwined tightly together. Looking behind you,  you saw Sam looking between you with a grin on his face. Sometimes, in moments like this, you could pretend things were normal, like you hadn’t just been in an entirely different universe. Like you were allowed to be happy. You rested your head on Dean’s shoulder and he placed a kiss upon your head before turning his attention back to the road.

Maybe you couldn’t have that white picket fence, apple pie life but looking around the Impala you realised, maybe you don’t need that to be happy and have a family. As long as you were together, you were happy even fighting side by side chopping off vampires heads and killing other worldly angels. Being with Dean, being happy with Dean, scared you. But not being with him...terrifies you.

Prompts - 60 - “I crashed your family member’s wedding for the free food but hi there”

You were staying in a hotel when you saw that a wedding party was being held in one of the party rooms. You raised your eyebrow as an idea formed in your head, you knew you had a fancy-ish dress you could throw on and blend in with the guests. It looked like there was enough people in there that you could pass as a distant friend of the family. A grin spread on your face when you saw the food that had been left on the table, who were you to pass up free food? Quickly, you headed back to your hotel room, slipping into something a little nicer than the hoodie-leggings combo you were rocking before adding a bit of makeup and heading back downstairs. It was easy enough to sneak into the room and over to the buffet table, grabbing a plate and going to town, helping yourself to the food.

“Best thing about a wedding, huh? The food.” Someone said to you, you turned to look at him. The man was definitely taller than you, looking insanely handsome in his fitted suit.

“Very true.” You laughed, biting down on a sandwich as you turned to face the sea of people who were eating, dancing, laughing, generally just having a good time. Your eyes landed on what was obviously the bride and groom, the groom was bent down, gently kissing his new bride though you could see the kiss was cut off quickly as he was smiling too wide.

“How’d you know the happy couple then?” He asked you with a grin as he too watched the couple. You paused for a second, panicking and cursing yourself for not creating a decent backstory before hand. You cleared your throat before answering him.

“Oh, I’m an old family friend of the groom. What about you?” You prayed to anyone who was listening that he bought your story. The stranger turned to face you, brow raised and a smirk playing on his lips as he took in your appearance.

“Family friend, huh? I’m the groom’s brother and I gotta say pretty face like yours, I think I’d remember you.” The smile fell from your face as you realised you had been caught, there was a 50/50 chance of getting caught out but the brother of all people, your luck really was bad.

“Ok, Ok, I crashed your family member’s wedding for the free food but hi there” You were thoroughly surprised when he laughed at you instead of immediately kicking you out, your eyebrow raised questioningly as he just leaned back against the table, continuing with eating his food.

“Gotta say, I’m pretty surprised I’ve never done that before. I mean, he has pie at this thing, why wouldn’t you crash the party?” He was still laughing as spoke, causing you to relax a bit and carry on working on your plate of food.

“So, I can stay?” You asked him with a sweet smile on your face, he chuckled again.

“Yeah, sure thing. But you gotta know the basic facts. The groom’s name is Sam Winchester, the bride is Jessica Moore. They’ve been together for so long, high school sweethearts. Sammy’s head over heels for the girl. Anyway, that man over there,” he said, pointing at another tall man, head shaved and a greying beard, “is John Winchester, our dad, and the man next to him is Uncle Bobby, practically a dad to us as well though.” He continued pointing out people you should know, telling you a bit more about his brother and Jessica as he did.

“Great, so I know practically the whole family, but I still don’t know your name.” You smiled as his eyes widened.

“Oh yeah, I’m Dean Winchester and you are?” You introduced yourself to him and he grinned. Quickly, he grabbed two plates and cut two slices of pie, setting them down before handing you one and dragging you over to where most of the family had gathered. Sam was the first to notice the two of you, excusing himself from the conversation he was having with, you wanted to say Jessica’s dad but honestly weren’t 100% sure.

“Dean, hey! Whose’s this?” He asked as he smiled at you.

“This is Y/F/N Y/L/N. She’s a friend of mine and I knew she was in town, thought I’d invite her to the party.”

“Oh well hey, it’s nice to meet you.” He told you, offering you a hand to shake which you did.

“You too. Congratulations!” He thanked you with a grin, you could see his eyes were glazed over, happiness and disbelief that he had married his longtime girlfriend. He looked like he knew he was the luckiest man in the world. You were introduced to Jessica before Dean introduced you to his father and Bobby.

After you had been acquainted with everybody, Dean led you to a table that was free and you spent hours trading stories back and forth, telling each other your hobbies, likes and dislikes, jobs, goals, favourite music and movies, pretty much anything that came to mind. There was never a lull in the conversation, you both were enjoying the others company. A night that had started off pretty crappy for you had been transformed so quickly. The intention you had when you came in here was free food to eat whilst you moped around, but you ended up truly enjoying yourself, forgetting about the bad things that had happened that day.

“Care to dance?” Dean asked as he stood, offering you his arm.

“Oh no, no. I don’t dance.” You told him with a slight blush.

“Sure you do.” He replied with a cheeky grin, grabbing your hand and pulling you to the dance floor just as a slow song started. You rested your arms around him, Dean does the same to you as he started moving. You swayed gently and moved your feet as he directed, resting your head against his shoulder as you let yourself relax into the dance.

“See you do dance.” He laughed, causing you to groan, but smile up at him.

You weren’t aware of the three sets of eyes that followed yours and Dean’s movement from the side of the room. Sam, John and Bobby talked quietly about Dean’s behaviour, glad to see the young man was laughing and having a good time. Since his break up, he’d been shut off from women emotionally, going back to his old routine of one night stands. Watching how he was with you made the members of his family smile, it had been a long time since Dean looked this happy, his old relationship had worn him down completely and they thought you two looked good together. As long as Dean was happy, that’s all that mattered to them.

“Mind if I cut in?” You both turned to look at Sam, who held a hand out to you, Dean shrugged down at you but you gave him a pleading look that had him smirking.

“She’s all yours brother.” Dean grinned before wondering off, leaving you with Sam.

“He seems happy with you.” Sam told you causing you to blush slightly and immediately try and shut down whatever he was thinking.

“We’re not together. In fact, we haven’t known each other that long and-” Here Sam cut you off, “I don’t think it matters how long you’ve known someone for. I knew Jess for only a few months when I realised that she was it for me. She’s my endgame. I was in high school when I figured that out. If the connection is there then, why deny yourself of what makes you happy. I know I sound like a cliche and it seems I’ve had this love thing figured out, but I don’t, I definitely got lucky with Jessica. Maybe you and Dean are just what each other need right now.”

You looked up at him, eyebrows drawn together. You’d only known Dean for a couple of hours, but what Sam had said about a connection, you felt something with Dean. You could picture yourself dating him, you had a great number of things in common with him, but at the same time you’d literally only met him today.

“Maybe you have a point.” You told him, causing him to grin down at you. He looked over at Dean and noticed his brother’s eyes were still on you, he wondered if they’d ever left.

“Trust me Y/N, I know my brother. He’s into you, but sometimes he won’t do what he wants because he doesn’t want to risk screwing things up. Make a move, I promise it’ll be worth the risk.” Sam smiled at you again, breaking away from you as the song ended. You made your way back to Dean, who grinned when he saw you coming over.

“Hey, are you busy tomorrow?” You asked him, hands fiddling with the bottom of your dress. He smiled and told you he wasn’t, his own hand coming up to run through his hair. “Do you maybe, I don’t know, wanna go out for dinner with me?” He grinned at you.

“On a date?” You nodded, confirming it was indeed a date. “I’d love to go on a date with you Y/N.” With that, he leaned forward and pressed a kiss to your cheek.

You had become a hunter a few years ago when a group of werewolves had killed your family, that’s when you met Sam and Dean Winchester. Meeting them had been the best thing to happen to you, even under the circumstances in which you had met. You’d gotten your revenge, but it hadn’t made you feel better like you thought it would but the Winchester’s helped you out. They offered you shelter in their newly found bunker, and you had become close to both of them. Sam was your best friend; he was the one you went to about things you couldn’t tell Dean, the one you nerded out with. He was like your brother. Dean Winchester was something entirely different. You adored him from the moment you had met him. This life was hard, and Dean had tried to deny his feelings for you whilst trying to make you do the same, it didn’t work out. Eventually, Sam talked some sense into Dean and you two had gotten together. He was terrified something would happen to you but knew you could protect yourself though he had given you a speech about how in this life it was dangerous and there was no time for that perfect picket fence and apple pie life that most people dreamed about. You’d known that from the moment you had gotten involved in hunting though but any moment you spent with Dean was so much better than that life.

Recently you had been skipping cases that popped up, opting to stay at the bunker instead. It’s not that you wanted to but recently you’d been throwing up, with was unusual for you. You started the day of bent over the toilet, Dean holding your hair back and wiping your face for you even though you protested him being there. Throughout the day you felt better but you had been more snappy than usual with the boys as of late, the other day you had snapped at Castiel for something so minor and stupid, it had ended in you crying into Castiel’s shoulder as you chocked out an apology and he awkwardly held you until Dean showed up. You had no idea what was wrong with you, your emotions were usually something you had a grip on, in this life, you had to otherwise you’d be having a breakdown every other day. Whilst you were confused, you had to ignore it as best you could as you sat in the library reading over lore books to help the boys with a new case.

Dean had run out to the store to grab a few things you guys needed in the bunker whilst Sam had gone out for takeout. You were thankful he had as you had a real craving for your favourite food from the place, it was the one thing you had been looking forward to as you and Castiel read book after book. You looked up as the door slammed shut and Sam came in, shortly after he put your food in front of you and immediately your appetite went, your face paled as you stood up. You knew you wouldn’t make it to the toilet so quickly made your way over to the trash can and began to puke, tears ran down your face, a mixture of tiredness, being fed up of puking and disappointment over your usually favourite meal making you sick before you even had a bite. Sam came over and began to rub your back with one hand whilst his other held your hair back, you thought you heard him ask Castiel to grab you a bottle of water but you were so focused on your pity party you weren’t sure.

Once you had finished puking you leaned back against Sam, letting him wrap his arms around you as you cried. Sure enough, a water bottle was being held against your lips and you drank slowly before pushing it away from you, a whine leaving your lips. You vaguely recall seeing Castiel leave the room again as Sam helped you up, most of your weight on him as he helped you to your room. Gently he laid you on yours and Dean’s bed, tucking you in before taking a seat on the bed himself. He had noticed your behaviour over the past few weeks, nearly a month. He noticed the exhaustion you were feeling, made note of your sickness, Dean told him about how you usually felt better after puking in the morning but sometimes complained of stomach pains. He took note of your ever-changing mood, one minute you were snapping at someone and the next you were crying into their shoulder and then went back to your regular self. He had a hunch of what could be causing this but wasn’t sure how to bring it up, the best tactic was probably to ease into it but he hated seeing you like this so just tried to ask as best he could without upsetting you further.

“Y/N, I know you’ve noticed your own behaviour these past few weeks. The lack of sleep, the morning sickness, the cravings, the mood swings, hell even your favourite food is making you sick. Is there any chance you could be,” here he paused, looking at you waiting for understanding to cross your features, instead your eyebrows knitted together in confusion. ‘Great’ Sam thought to himself, ‘the thought had never crossed your mind.’

“Y/N, I think you might be pregnant.” He watched as your face betrayed a range of emotions in such a short space of time, confusion, sadness, happiness, anger, hope all showed before you settled on disbelief. There was no way you could be pregnant, you and Dean were careful, you had to be! This wasn’t the kind of life you could bring a child into. You liked this life and you knew Dean did too, you couldn’t take that away from him but you also knew you couldn’t get rid of this baby if you were even pregnant. You were freaking out over something you didn’t know was certain yet but deep down you knew, it was the only reasonable explanation for your mood, the sickness and tiredness. Thinking about it now you realised you had missed you period. You let out a choked sob, letting Sam wrap his arms around you tightly.

“I can check for you,” Castiel said causing you both to look up. You nodded, still clutching Sam as Cas came over and pressed his hand gently on you before pulling away, a small smile threatening to spread onto his face as he nodded to you. You gasped, more tears flowing down your face as Sam rubbed your back. He let himself smile without you seeing, ‘I’m going to be an uncle!”

“How am I supposed to tell Dean? He’s going to hate me!”You sobbed causing Sam to laugh softly.

“Dean couldn’t hate you if he tried and you know it. Just tell him, he’s gonna be shocked but trust me I’ve seen him with kids and he’s gonna be the best dad and you, you’re going to be a great mom.”He smiled down at you causing you to smile back up at him, tears still ran down your face but came to a stop as you thought of the good things. These hormones were really going to be a bitch these next nine months.

“And you and Cas get to be Uncles!” You grin at them both. Castiel’s eyes widened, he knew he was a part of the family but moments like this really opened his eyes to how much he loved the family he had been accepted into, he wouldn’t change it for anything.

“Whoa, what’s going on in here?” Dean asked as he entered your room. He had come into the bunker and saw the evidence that you had puked again, takeout cartons full but discarded on the table and immediately sought you out. He didn’t expect to see you laying in bed clutching Sam, tears evident on your cheeks, Castiel smiling to the side. Once he’d made his presence known the room was tense and he couldn’t help but worry, they clearly knew something he didn’t.

“You want Cas and me to leave whilst you tell him?” He heard Sam ask and couldn’t help but frown, ‘what the hell is going on?’ He looked at Cas who smiled but shook his head. You asked Sam and Cas to stay in the room before beckoning Dean over, he complied and sat opposite you on the bed, hand reaching up to wipe stray tears from your face.

“Baby, what’s wrong?” He asked, and you shook your head, controlling your emotions was bloody hard when you were pregnant, how the hell were you going to cope with nine months of this!

“I need to tell you something, and you’re going to freak out but just listen ok?” You asked him and he nodded his head straight away, his eyes filled with concern. God, you loved him so much. You couldn’t imagine not being with him; the thought of him leaving you now had your eyes filling with tears. Thankfully none spilled, you’d had enough of crying. “You’ve obviously noticed my mood has been a bit all over the place recently and I’ve been really sick and not sleeping well. Sam had an idea of what it could be, and Castiel was able to confirm his idea. Baby, I’m pregnant.”

You watched as Dean’s eyes widened in disbelief, waiting for the argument to come but it never did. Instead, Dean’s face softened and he whispered, “I’m gonna be a dad?” You nodded, a smile forming on your own face. He moved you from Sam’s arms and into his own, kissing you gently before wrapping you into a tight hug himself. Castiel joined you all on the bed and smiled at Sam who grinned back. -

Obviously, it wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine. You and Dean needed to sit down and have a very serious and mature conversation about the future. Thankfully the boys weren’t just staying in motels or their car anymore, they had a stable home which you had been invited into on day one. After a bit of baby-proofing, you were convinced to stay there; it was the first place you and them had called home in a long time and you didn’t want to move. You talked about hunting, Dean didn’t want his kid being raised a hunter, which you understood and supported, but he didn’t want to give up being a hunter. You’d made the decision to stop full time, instead, you would help out from the bunker with the research and looking up lore in the books.

Castiel and Sam had gone a bit mental buying things for the baby, going even more overboard once they found out you were having a baby girl. Dean had cried at that news, he was going to have a baby girl! He knew she was going to ruin his life in the best way possible, even more so if she was anything like you. You had gotten a better grip on your emotions but were still a mess on the best of days. You knew your little girl was going to have every man in this house wrapped around her finger, she wasn’t even here yet and her daddy and uncles were spoiling her rotten.

The day you went into labour, let’s just say you’ve never seen two hunters and an angel look so hopeless, scared and horrified. Dean was in the room with you as you gave birth and though he was pale and sweaty, he’d somehow gotten through it. He praised you continuously, telling you how well you were doing, how you were gonna be the best mom. When he held her you saw the moment he fell in love, your baby girl wrapped her fist around his finger and he was gone, tears ran down his face as he held the girl like she was going to break. He kissed you sweetly, thanking any God that would listen for you, thanking you for putting up with him, told you how much he loved you and you did the same. Sam and Castiel entered the room shortly after and went through the same process you and Dean had. Sam looked at the baby like she was the most precious thing in the world, he’d do anything for her. You smiled as he pressed a slow and gentle, barely there, kiss upon her head before passing her off to Castiel. The angel looked down at your daughter and then back at you, telling you the amazing job you’d done. He was in love, if there was any chance of him going back to Heaven it was squashed as he looked down at your baby girl and swore he’d protect her against anything. Finally, the baby was passed back to you and a few tears fell from your eyes as you leaned against Dean and looked around at your small family.

“Y/D/N, you’re gonna be so loved and protected by everyone in this room.” You whispered as you kissed her head. Dean wrapped his arms around both of you and kissed you again.

“I love you so much, Y/N.”

“I love you too, baby.”

Prompt - White -  “We’re not fine”  “No, but if anyone asks, lie and tell them we are”

You sat in the green room, detached from everyone else, staring at your phone trying to seem busy as your mind was a million miles away. They always said never get involved with somebody you worked with but you thought this one would work, it had worked for two years until he had left you two days before a convention where you had to be a smiles and laughs. As if going through a breakup wasn’t bad enough you had to pretend you weren’t heartbroken.

~ two days ago ~

You sat on one side of the table with Jared on the other side, tears filled your eyes but you refused to let them fall as Jared played with his hands, a sad look upon his face. Two years you’d been together, in that time you had moved in with each other and began to plan your lives together and now it was over.

“It just isn’t working, between our schedules and arguments that happen when we are together, it’s…c’mon Y/N, you know I’m right.” He had said, you shook your head as you stared at him. You’d been arguing more often as of late but that was because you were both stressed and weren’t managing it properly, not because you stopped caring or because you had fallen out of love with him.

“Listen, I know this is awful but we have a convention in a few days and I think it’s better if we just pretend we’re fine. Dealing with the fans prodding and our friends isn’t what either of us want or need now.” Your eyes widened in disbelief before you let out a choked sob.

“We’re not fine.” You told him coldly after taking a moment to recompose yourself.

“No, but if anyone asks, lie and tell them we are.” He was looking at you with wide, pleading eyes. You scoffed wondering why you should be doing him any favours, act like you weren’t heartbroken around some of your closest friends. They’d only have to take one look at the pair of you and realise something wasn’t right. You still agreed to pretend though, acting was your job, you could get through a few days without breaking down, right?

~ present day ~

People knew something was off but you just smiled and told them everything was fine, just a small argument, nothing to worry about. You’d spent the last two days before the convention torn between crying and getting angry. Right now though you were just sad and broken, hiding your feelings only made that pain worse, especially when you saw him laugh or smile.

“You gonna tell me what’s wrong or have I got to guess?” You were pulled out of your thoughts by Matt Cohen, who sat next to you with a concerned look upon his face. You rolled your eyes at him but a smile appeared on your face, not feeling as fake as the ones you had let out all day.

“What makes you think there’s something wrong?” Avoiding questions is easy when you’re in the spotlight, interviewers asked things you didn’t want to answer and you were able to side step the question and turn it into something you could answer. This technique was something you’d found yourself doing all morning.

“Come on, Y/N/N, just talk to me.” Matt pouted at you causing you to roll your eyes, thankfully though you were saved by your handler informing you that you had a panel starting with Jared, Jensen and Misha. ‘Great,’ you thought with a sigh. You said your goodbyes to Matt, trying to ignore the concern in his features as you walked out of the room.

-

-

-

The panel was the longest that you’d experienced. There was a tension on the stage that everyone could feel, you didn’t have the energy to play pretend. Questions were asked but you found yourself only half paying attention, having to ask fans to repeat a question more than once. You could see Jared look at you but you couldn’t bring yourself to acknowledge him, which to the fans was a dead giveaway that something was wrong because you were always touching and joking around. Thankfully nobody asked about the tension though and once Richard came on to end the panel you were gone.

Finding an empty room during a convention was difficult but you’d managed to, however what you failed to notice was Jared following you. Once you were in the room you cracked, tears fell down your face as you sat on one of the sofas in the room. You tried for days to keep your emotions at bay, tried to do as Jared had asked, tried to play along but you couldn’t.

“Y/N.” You heard the whispered call of your name, your head snapping you to see Jared leaning against the door, a sad look upon his face. The look sparked a bit of anger in you, why should he get to be sad when he ended things with you?

“I’m sorry, Y/N. We fought constantly, you can’t tell me you were actually happy can you? I mean I wanted to be, I really did, but it wasn’t working.” He told you as he came into the room, sitting on a chair opposite you. Tears continued to stream down your face as you refused to look at him.

“I was happy, Jared. Sure we fought but who doesn’t? I was willing to try! Willing to make an effort to find a solution instead of just ending everything! Not only is this hard but I can’t even process it because we’re doing cons and you want us to pretend everything is fine and dandy when it isn’t.” You were tired, you just wanted to go back to the hotel room and hide away from everything for a while.

“What could we have done to find a solution? Breaking up seemed like the only solution, Y/N/N.” Finally you looked at him, his face dropping even more as he saw the tears staining yours. He reached out to grab your hand and you let him, you were mad but God you loved him more than anything. You wouldn’t beg for him to take you back but if there was a chance it could work well then you were taking it.

“There’s therapy out there for couples Jared. We could have talked more, made more time for each other, taken a few days out to just be together and reconnect. There’s so many better ways to deal with problems than just breaking things off.” You saw him register what you had said and after a long silence he spoke.

“Ok. I know I handled things badly but I do still love you, I never stopped. If you still want to be with me, I’m willing to make an effort if you are?” He asked, a small hopeful smile on his face as he looked at you with them damn puppy dog eyes.

“I am, but, it isn’t going to make things better overnight, J. You gotta be in this for the long run.” He nodded at you as he promised he would be.

“Ca-Can I um, can I give you a hug?” He asked, voice just above a whisper. You smiled and nodded, a Jared hug, no matter how mad you were at him, was always the best thing. You knew you had a panel soon but ignored the world outside for a moment whilst you stood in Jared’s arms hoping that maybe everything would be ok.

Request - Anon ~ Hey can I have Misha & reader ((platonic not romantic)) where they meet at like an airport or smth because of West with the prompt violet? Thank you, love your work. X

Prompts - Violet - ‘Your kid keeps running over here and stealing food off my plate when you’re not looking and I don’t know how to make it stop’

Airports were the worst you’d decided. Trying to fly back to Washington was proving to be more difficult than anyone would have guessed, you could walk to Washington quicker than this.

You’d been at the airport for hours the day before only for them to tell you that your flight was cancelled due to something being wrong with the plane, great. Thankfully they put you up in a hotel but you had to queue for hours just to get your voucher for the hotel and ugh it was proving to be a very stressful two days.

They had told you your plane would be ready at 6 AM, so you woke up bright and early and headed to the airport again. Was your plane ready at 6 AM? No, no it wasn’t and it wouldn’t be ready until 5 PM later that day. This was just great.

Thankfully you didn’t have anything you needed to be home for other than the comfort of your own house and bed but still it was getting to be a bit of a joke at this point.

You realised just how hungry you were at around 4 PM, you still had an hour until your flight. Sighing you stood up from the uncomfortable chair you were in and made your way over to one of the restaurants they had in the airport. You quickly ordered your food before taking a seat in the courtyard like area in the middle of the stores.

Before you had a chance to take a bite of your food, you saw a small hand reach over and grab one of the fries that lay on your plate. You followed the hand and watched as a kid shoved it in his mouth before running over to a table that was two away from yours. The kid was looking at you with a smile causing you to raise your eyebrow before shaking your head and turning to your food.

You’d ate three or so bites before the small hand was back.

It’s not like you could say anything to the kid, I mean you probably could but then you risk getting in trouble with the parents whilst also looking like a bit of an arse.

He took two fries from your plate before scurrying back to his table.

This happened five more times before the kids dad finally noticed that his son had a handful of fries, your fries, in his hand and was stood there happily eating them to his heart’s content.

“Hey buddy,” you heard the man say, pulling the child on to his lap. You couldn’t help but smile as you watched the kid try to feed his dad one of the fries. “No thank you, where are you getting them from Westy?”

Westy, now why did that sound familiar? Before you could think on it, the kid raised an empty hand and pointed over to you and- Oh my God was that Misha Collins?

Fuck, you were so glad you hadn’t told his kid off.

Misha looked at you and you spoke before he had a chance to.

“Your kid keeps running over here and stealing food off my plate when you’re not looking and I don’t know how to make it stop.” You couldn’t help but smile back at him when he gave you an apologetic smile.

“West, you know you can’t do that. Apologise to the nice lady please.”

“No, really, it’s fine. No harm done.” Misha didn’t say anything, just looked at West who was smiling innocently.

“Sorry for stealing your fries, Miss.” You couldn’t help but melt at the cuteness.

“It’s alright, like I said no harm done.” He smiled before turning to bury his face in Misha’s chest, sure the kid was shy now but when he wanted some of your food it was a different story.

“Sorry about that, he’s got to that age were he’s curious about everything. I’m Misha, by the way, this is my son West.” How did you play this? It could weird him out if you said you knew who he was but at the same time you really didn’t want to let this moment pass you by.

“Again, it’s really fine and, uh, I know. I’m kinda a fan of Supernatural actually.” You tried to fight the blush of embarrassment that made its way onto your face. He grinned excitedly at you though and turned more to talk to you.

“Oh really? Hi, it’s so nice to meet you! What’s your name?” You told him your name and he asked where you were going, turns out you were both heading to Washington only he hadn’t been stuck here for as long as you had. You had expected Misha to be down to Earth but you really hadn’t expected him to be this nice.

When they finally announced that your plane was ready to board, you, Misha and West all headed to the terminal you were taking off from.

Once you were there, Misha leaned over and gave you a hug that you practically melted in to before saying his goodbyes.

The goodbyes weren’t necessary, however, when you boarded the plane, as you ended up being sat next to West, Misha taking the window seat and you being at the end of the middle row.

Maybe airport delays weren’t the worst thing in the world.

Warnings - Self harm, suicide attempt, self hate, depression

Requested - anon ~ I know there is a load of prompts in here but I was wondering if you could do Jensen & daughter reader w/ Jared & niece reader. Basically the fandom is sending Jensen’s daughter a lot of hate about whatever you want and she ends up self harming and one day she just decides she’s done and cuts herself too deeply, but then Jared calls her and she talks to him whilst she’s dying or smth. Then in the hospital Danneel’s with her until Jared and Jensen come from vancouver. Happy ending.

Reader saying 12 and 32 to Jared whilst she’s bleeding out or smth. Then reader saying can we stay like this for a little while?”’ to Jensen “you’re not a burden” to the reader. Can I request Danneel & reader as well. IDK if I can request my own prompts so if not then they don’t really matter but I’d appreciate it. Sorry I sent so many asks it wouldn’t let me fit it in one box:/xxxx

Jensen’s daughter, Y/N Ackles, is receiving a lot of hate messages on social media that over time cause her to become depressed. What happens when she’s pushed over the edge?

It was an odd feeling to feel like you were a stranger in your own home, to feel like you didn’t really fit in. It was nobody’s fault, nobody in the house treated you any differently to how they treated each other but you couldn’t help but feel like a burden.

Your dad was around as much as he could be with his job, you knew how much he loved being an actor, going to the conventions and whatnot. Danneel treated you just how she treated her own biological children, sure she spent more time with them but that was only natural considering they were so much younger than you. The kids obviously didn’t see you as anything other than big sister Y/N.

It wasn’t any of them that made you feel like you weren’t properly apart of the family, no it was the constant stream of hate messages you received on the daily. People telling you that your dad, Jensen, didn’t love you and that you were a burden on his perfect family with Danneel and the kids. It was the messages that told you that you were worth nothing and that your family wouldn’t miss you if you were gone.

It was just strangers online but it affected you in such a serious way. You were able to block it out to begin with but over recent years it had really affected your confidence and the way viewed yourself. You started thinking that maybe all those people were right, maybe you weren’t good enough, maybe your dad would be better without you.

Over time you had started to become more withdrawn, hiding away in your bedroom and distancing yourself from your friends and family. Slowly at first but eventually Danneel began to worry and she called Jensen one night.

“Have you spoken to Y/N recently?” She had asked him once the younger kids had gone to bed and she had the privacy to talk seriously.

“Um, yeah I spoke to her this morning for a bit. She didn’t seem too chatty though.” Jensen’s response only made Danneel worry more for you and she decided, after discussing it with Jensen, that it’d be best to try and talk to you and involve you in things.

-

-

-

Most nights were spent in your room, Twitter open on your phone with a new stream of mentions telling you how you weren’t good enough. You knew looking at the messages would only hurt you more but for some reason you couldn’t not look.

Some time not too long ago you had taken to hurting yourself. It made you feel a bit better, like you were finally getting what you deserved for being such a burden on your dad and his family. At first you’d cried as you cut yourself but eventually it was like a comfort, you craved it and with every new hate message the cuts got deeper and the what if’s left your mind.

You grabbed one of the blades you had hidden away and pulled your pants down, it was too risky to do it on your arms. You let the blade sit in your hands, moving it from palm to palm as you took in some of the messages, these people hadn’t met you and they knew you didn’t deserve to live. Why would you? You were a burden to Jensen and Danneel. Strangers knew it, you knew it, Jensen and Danneel probably thought it.

With that you guided the blade over to your thigh, pressed deeply and cut at the flesh. It hurt, of course it hurt, but it eased the mental pain just a little so it was worth it. It was less than you deserved but it’d have to do.

-

-

-

It had been a few months and little had changed other than the fact that your mood had significantly lowered, your thighs were littered with new and old cuts, the hate messages continued and you hated yourself. You had no idea what you’d done to deserve this but your mentality to all the hate was bad, you had accepted it and believed what everyone was saying.

One afternoon when things were really bad and Danneel had taken the kids to Genevieve’s, you sat in your room with bleeding thighs and tears streaming down your face. You didn’t want to do this anymore. You were ruining your dad’s life, Danneel and the kids hated you and nobody else on the planet seemed to cared if you lived or died and honestly neither did you.

Without much thought you brought the blade away from your thigh and sunk it into the unharmed flesh of both your wrists, slicing deeply at the skin with a wince of pain.

Of course it was that moment your phone rung and Uncle Jared’s name was flashing up on FaceTime. One last phone call you thought to yourself with a humorless laugh.

“Hey Y/N.” Jared’s voice was filled with concern. He had seen the messages that had been wrote about you in the past few days and after a little digging he’d come across far too many hate messages aimed at you.

“Uncle Jared.” Your voice was breathy, like it was taking all your energy to talk. You weren’t holding the phone either, Jared was currently looking at your ceiling. You didn’t think you had the energy to hold the phone and with the mix of tears and blood it was probably for the better.

“Y/N/N, sweet heart, is everything alright?” The concern in Jared’s voice doubled, something in his stomach turned as a bad feeling washed over him. His eyes scanned the set looking for Jensen but he wasn’t anywhere to be seen.

“Ever wonder if the world would be better off without you?” You asked him, eyes clenched shut as you focused on him and not the immense pain you were feeling. Your voice sounded distant even to you but you weren’t worried.

“Y/N, what are you talking about? Of course the world wouldn’t be better off! Misha, get Jensen now! Hey, Y/N, stay on the phone with me, yeah, keep talking to me.” He stayed on the call but clicked off the FaceTime so he was able to text Gen and tell her to get Danneel in the house. Something bad was happening and he was worried sick.

“M’sorry, I…I can barely keep my eyes open.” You told him sadly.

It wasn’t long until you felt yourself feeling weak, tired, sick and lightheaded. You let out a small whine as your head spun, making you feel dizzy. Your vision blurred dramatically and you were glad you were sat down. All it took was a few slow blinks before your world turned dark and the last thing you heard was Uncle Jared calling you name worriedly.

-

-

-

Pain.

All you could feel was pain.

You were awake but didn’t open your eyes. Confusion was another strong feeling and it took a few moments before the events that had occurred caught up with you. You remember talking to your Uncle Jared, telling him that you wanted to die or something along those lines, remembered him talking to Misha and calling for your dad whilst trying to make you stay on the phone. Remembered cutting into your wrists without a care in the world, without caring if you would survive.

Clearly you had survived though. Even without opening your eyes you knew you were in a hospital, the smell that every hospital seemed to have and the consistent beeping of a monitor were a dead give away.

You felt someone holding your hand and could hear soft sniffles coming from the person. You knew you had to open your eyes, had to face the reality and the consequences of what you had done but now, when you knew you had to speak about it, the reason behind it seemed silly. To you it was a big deal but you figured your dad and Danneel would brush over it by just telling you they cared.

Reluctantly you forced your eyes open and saw Danneel sat in an uncomfortable looking chair next to your bed, dried tears remained on her cheeks, as she clutched your hand tightly in hers.

“Danneel?” You asked, throat dry and croaky before you let out a fit of coughs. In seconds she was up and pouring you a glass of water, helping you guide it to your mouth and held it steady as you gulped it down greedily.

“How are you feeling?” She asked once you were finished and she’d sat back in the seat.

You honestly didn’t think you were capable of answering that question right now so you opted to just shrug your shoulders and avoid eye contact.

“Yeah, that was a stupid question, huh?” She asked rhetorically before continuing, “so your dad and uncle are on their way home. Jensen texted me right before they got on the plane so they should be landing within the next half hour.”

You nodded at her though you couldn’t help but feel guilty that both Jared and Jensen were flying home because of you, cutting into their busy filming schedule.

“The kids?” You managed to ask, wincing at the pain in your throat.

“They’re fine, they don’t know what happened yet. Gen offered to watch them as soon as we got Jared’s text.” She informed you and you couldn’t help but raise your eyebrow questioningly at the last part.

“Uncle Jared called you and once he started speaking to you, well, he said he had a bad feeling and asked Gen to get me to go home and check on you. Thank God I did, any later and-” Here she cut herself off as her eyes filled with tears, you looked down and began to play with your bed sheets as the guilty feeling grew within you.

“Oh sorry, this probably isn’t helping you. Anyway the kids are fine.” She finished, drying her eyes quickly.

It was another hour or so before Jensen walked into the hospital room, immediately making his way over to you. As he embraced you tightly you saw Danneel leaving the room and caught a glimpse of your uncle Jared.

“Baby girl, what’s going on in that head of yours, hey?” Your dad asked softly and that was all it took before you broke down in his arms. Tears fell down your face as you finally let out everything you were feeling. Jensen held you tightly, letting go only to climb into bed with you before clutching you tightly to his chest and letting you cry.

“That’s it baby, let it out. Good girl, that’s it. So good.” He continued to whisper random words of encouragement to you, soothing you marginally.

It took a while but eventually the tears began to fade and you had calmed yourself down enough to talk.

“I’m sorry.” You choked out causing him to tense up.

“Don’t say that baby girl, don’t you ever apologise. I’m sorry. I should’ve been there. I knew something wasn’t right and I didn’t do anything. God, I nearly lost you.” You looked up at him and saw his own eyes were filled with tears, some having spilled when you yourself were crying.

“S’not your fault daddy. I hid it, didn’t want help. Thought it was better this way. With me gone I wouldn’t be a burden to you or Dani.”

“What? You thin- Y/N Ackles, you’re not a burden. You’re my whole world, you, Danneel, Zepp, Arrow, JJ. My whole world. I’d be lost if I lost any one of you!” The passion and sincerity in his voice made you pause. “Don’t listen to people online, I know it’s easier said than done, trust me I know baby, but they don’t know us. We love you, Y/N/N, so damn much!”

Your eyes filled with tears again but they weren’t completely sad. You had this overwhelming sadness clouding over you, your head was telling you Jensen was lying but a part of you knew that was just because of the mentality you had adopted over the past few years. Nothing was going to get better instantly but something needed to change.

A few tears fell down your face as you cuddled further into Jensen’s chest, arm slung over his stomach and asked “can we stay like this for a little while?”

He kissed your head, telling you of course you could.

That night you fell asleep feeling some sort of hope for the future.

-

Three years.

That’s how long it had taken you to get better.

It was a long, hard, challenging, emotionally draining road but you had come out of it so much better. You’d deleted social media, realising that it was so toxic and you didn’t need that in your life. You’d given up going out of your way to search things about yourself and it had helped so much.

Jensen was home more now that seasons were shorter so he could spend more time with the family, a family you were very much a part of.

Right now you were sat in Jensen’s bed, smushed between him and JJ, whilst Danneel had her arms full with the twins. A Disney movie was playing on the TV, JJ and you singing along loudly and overdramatically causing you all to laugh. You turned your head in time to see Jensen looking at you with soft eyes and a fond smile.

“What?” You asked quietly causing his smile to grow.

“Nothing, it’s nice to see you this happy again, that’s all.” You couldn’t help the proud grin that made its way onto your face at his words.

It had taken so much time, a few different therapists and a whole lot of breakdowns but you were finally genuinely happy and confident with yourself and your emotions. You knew that your family cared about you and you wouldn’t let people’s opinions drag you down any longer.

“Nice to be this happy again.” You told him honestly and laughed as he dragged you closer to him and pressed a kiss on your head.

“I love you so damn much, baby girl.” Jensen told you softly.

“I love you too daddy.”

Warnings - Mentions of death (minor characters)

Pairings - Pre Sam Winchester x Reader

Requested - @may85 ~  Hey Hun! Can I get 11 and 14 with Sam Winchester please? 👻

Prompts - 11 - “Hey, keep your eyes on me.” Is it behind me? “Just, just look at me, yeah, everything’s going to be OK.” & 14 “So we’re dealing with a (supernatural creature), great, just great!”

It started with one death, the death of Amelia Smith, she’d been your roommate and had been bullied terribly. You hadn’t helped much but you still felt the overwhelming guilt when you had read she had killed herself.

Since then the people who bullied her had started going missing and then turning up dead, looking like they’d been severely tortured beforehand. You couldn’t help but think it was more than just a creepy coincidence but you couldn’t think of reasonable explanation for the deaths.

There were at least seven main bullies, so far three of them had turned up dead. After reading reports that were being released to the public it seemed that the girls went missing for three days before showing it, it was one of the many consistencies in all the deaths. Each victim had had her tongue cut off and significant blood loss.

It was safe to say you were ready to flee town.

“New case Sammy, not sure what we’re dealing with yet but it’s definitely our type of gig.” Dean said as he walked into the motel they were staying at.

“Oh yeah?” Sam asked, not looking up from his laptop.

“Yeah, so people have been going missing, so far all college girls, for three days and showing up dead with no tongue and their intestines twisted into knots.” Here Sam looked up with a disgusted look causing Dean to nod in agreement. “They’ve also got stab wounds. So you ready to head out?”

“Yeah sure. Hey, where’s the case?” Sam questioned as he closed the laptop and began packing up his belongings, Dean following in suit.

“Stanford University.” Dean told him with a grin. Sam’s eyes widened and he looked like he was going to protest but Dean was quick to interrupt. “It’ll be alright Sammy, no demons, should be an easy case. In and out.”

Something was definitely happening at Stanford. Another girl had gone missing, it was the second day since she’d been reported gone and the police were no closer to finding her than they were the other girls, meaning the fourth girl was probably going to show up dead tomorrow.

A knock on your door made you stop working on the project you had due in next week. Even though everything seemed to be going to hell you still needed the grades and couldn’t let this affect your life.

“Hi there, I’m Agent Mercury, he’s Agent Taylor, FBI,  we’re here to ask you some questions about a Miss Amelia Smith. Do you have a moment?” The smaller of the two spoke but you ignored him in favour of looking at the taller.

“Agent Taylor, huh?” You asked, voice full of humour. “Gotta say I preferred Winchester.” You saw the confusion on ‘Agent Mercury’s’ face whereas Sam looked at you with a wide smile, albeit a bit shocked.

“Y/N?” He asked, stepping past his friend and over to you. You instantly wrapped him in a hug, not realising until now how much you’d missed your friend. Sure you had kept in contact with one another after he left but it wasn’t the same. He pulled out of the hug and before he could talk you began to question him.

“What’re you doing here? What’s with the fake FBI act? Are you staying? Did you hear about the killings?” Sam placed a hand on your shoulder and shushed you with a grin.

“Let’s go inside and talk yeah? By the way, that’s my brother Dean.” He told you before entering your room fully and taking a seat at your desk chair. You gestured for his brother to come in too and he took a seat on the edge of your bed.

“So what’s going on?” You asked Sam.

“Well, we think we can help with the investigation they’re doing on Amelia, hence the fake FBI act. Can you tell us anything at all about the deaths?” You couldn’t help but be a bit shocked that former law student, who managed to get a full scholarship to Stanford, Sam Winchester was now breaking many laws by pretending to be the FBI but didn’t question it for now, it could wait.

“Well Amelia was my roommate. We knew each other for about a year, she was in my class, the criminal law one. Um, there’s one thing I noticed, the girls that have been going missing and then showing up dead used to bully her a lot. I knew about it, hard not to when you were living with her but I didn’t do anything about it. I tried to be there for her but she was too far gone and then one day she killed herself, few days after that the deaths started happening.” You watched as Sam and Dean looked at each other, wordlessly conversing and understanding everything the other said. Dean shrugged and turned to you.

“Thank you, Y/N, you’ve been very helpful. C’mon Sam, we gotta go.” Dean said as he stood up and headed to the door.

“Wait, you’re just leaving?” You asked looking at Sam.

“We’re in town for a few days but then, yeah, we’ll probably head out.” He told you with a slight frown, making no move to leave your room.

“What happened to you? I know Jess died and I know you couldn’t stand to be here, hell I get that but what happened after that? You’re going around pretending to be the FBI! That’s not the Sam Winchester I knew!” You snapped, wanting answers from your friend.

“I can’t tell you because it’s better you don’t know and you wouldn’t believe me anyway.” He told you cryptically.

“Seriously, that’s all I get. Come on Sam, tell me what you’ve been doing since you left.” You were frustrated, you cared about him and knew him when he was happy and ready to get through law school, ready to have a life.

“I can’t!” He snapped at you.

“Why?” You snapped back, aware his brother had stepped forward to attempt to defuse the situation.

“Because if I tell you, you’ll end up like Jessica!” Sam yelled, his breathing heavy and his eyes misted over. You quickly became quiet, reaching out to hold his hand.

“Sam, you gottta tell me what you’re doing. I’m worried about you.” You pleaded with him softly.

“I can’t, I’m sorry but I can’t.” With that he stood up and left the room causing you to look down with a sad, defeated look.

-

“You ok?” Dean asked after a long period of silence, they had left the flat you were at and found at motel before beginning their research.

“Yeah, I’m fine.” Sam lied knowing it was pointless because Dean could see through him.

“Yeah, stupid question. Let’s just finish this case and get the hell out of here.” He said, holding his beer bottle up to Sam.

“I’ll drink to that.” With a clink of the bottles the boys gulped down their drinks.

Sam scrolled through pages of lore before coming across one that sounded promising. He read over the article a few times before mentioning it to Dean but it was all there, the cutting of the tongue, knotted intestines, puncture wounds.

“I think I found what we’re dealing with.” He announced, causing Dean to look up and close his laptop slightly, “It sounds like it’s a Kanaima.”

“A kana-what?” Dean asked, eyebrows knitted together as he tried to remember if he’d read about it in dad’s journal.

“A Kanaima. The lore says Kanaima are avenging spirits or humans possessed by said spirits. Kanaima are shape-shifters and can appear in a variety of forms.  Kanaima attack and kill their victims in retaliation for some injustice. In order to accomplish their goal, Kanaima will possess the bodies of animals or people. In such possessed form the host becomes enraged, wild, and will violently attack it’s victims. Kanaima are not above harming or killing the friends, family, and loved-ones of it’s victim. They live in the forests and become feral. An interesting aspect of the Kanaima is that it seeks the painful suffering of it’s victim and will not kill its victim outright. Instead, the Kanaima works it so that the victim dies a painful death three days after it’s attack. During this process the Kanaima slashes the tongue of its victim so that he/she cannot speak of what is occurring. Victims of the Kanaima often die from having their intestines twisted up into knots. The Kanaima must perform a strange ritual that includes the ingesting of the victims blood on the third night after the death of the victim. The ritual includes the stabbing of the corpse with a special staff or stick of wood and then licking-off the blood or fluids clinging to the stick when it is pulled from the body.”

““So we’re dealing with a Kanaima, great, just great! Does it say how to kill it?” Dean asked, taking another swig of his drink.

“Um, defences against a Kanaima are…unknown.” Sam finished with a sigh.

“I’ll call Bobby to start researching and we can go hunt ourselves a Kanaima.”

Taking a short cut through the woods was probably one of the worst ideas you’d had. Everything looked so much more threatening when one was alone in the woods after sun down and every noise made you jump. Though you knew you were alone you couldn’t help but feel like you were being watched and it sent a shiver up your shine.

You were so close to the forests exit when something grabbed you from behind, you let out a piercing scream before a large hand placed itself over your mouth, effectively cutting off your scream.

“Relax, it’s me.” The hand on your shoulder turned you around and you came face to face with Sam, glaring at him instantly.

“Dude! Who grabs somebody in the woods!” You fumed, turning you glare onto his brother who was still laughing from your fright.

“Sorry but what are you doing in the woods alone!? People are going missing and you’re just-” Sam cut himself off when a loud scream could be heard. He took one look at Dean and the pair were instantly running towards the source.

“Stay there!” Sam yelled over his shoulder and, yeah, like hell you were just going to stay here alone. The safer option would be to stick with the two people who seemed to have some clue of what was going on.

You quickly caught up with them but the three of you came to a halt when you saw a women with greasy, untamed hair, ripped clothing and dirt on her skin. Your eyes left her and you saw the fourth missing girl, blood trickling from her mouth causing you to assume the scream was from her tongue being cut out.

“Oh my God.” You muttered, face turning dangerously pale. Sam and Dean whipped around to face you with angry eyes.

“What part of stay there didn’t you get?” Dean snapped before look back at the two women. Sam was looking at you with concern but you couldn’t look away from the scene in front of you. The dirty women hadn’t noticed you yet and neither had the fourth missing girl.

“Did Bobby get back to you yet?” Sam asked urgently.

“Yeah, I got it here.” Dean replied unzipping his bag and pulling out two silver knives dipped in what looked like blood, the thought made you grimace.

“One stab to the heart, one to the head.” Dean told him as he passed Sam the knife.

“You take the head, I’ll get the heart and you,” he said turning to you, “please stay there.” You nodded at him, not daring to speak in fear on what could happen.

You watched as Sam and Dean crept forward and the woman let out and screech that was definitely not human before fleeing past them. They began to look around frantically before Dean’s gaze froze on you.

“Sam.” Dean’s voice was croaky as he got Sam’s attention, Sam immediately looked towards you his own eyes widening.

“Hey, keep your eyes on me.” Sam told you, his voice shaking as he looked sickly pale.

“Is it behind me?” You asked frightfully. Sam gulped before answering.

“Just, just look at me, yeah, everything’s going to be OK.” Behind you the Kanaima had pulled out the bow and arrow the lore had mentioned and was getting ready to shoot it at you before Dean snuck up behind it just in time to stab the knife through the Kanaima’s head and quickly through the heart.

Sam’s whole body physically relaxed as he let out a sigh of relief which told you everything you needed to know, you were safe.

“Oh my God.” You muttered again and Sam took a few steps forward before wrapping his arms around your shaking body.

“It’s ok, you’re ok, it’s ok, you’re good.” Sam muttered into your hair, gripping you tightly as though you would disappear. You appreciated the tight grip he had on you, needing the support right now.

Dean had called in the police and the three of you fled the scene before the showed up. The three of you were now sat in the boys motel room, a hot drink in each of your hands.

“So you’re telling me that monsters and all that Supernatural stuff really exists?” You asked sceptically.

“Yeah. Jessica was killed by the same demon that killed our mom and ever since I left Stanford we’ve been saving people, hunting things, the family business.” He told you with a slight laugh, you saw the smile Dean had on his face, a sad smile, as he looked at his brother.

“That’s insane!” You exclaimed, “I mean, demons, ghosts, Kanaima’s. Are vampires real? What about werewolves?” You questioned rapidly causing Sam to laugh.

“Yeah, yeah, vampires, demons, they’re all real.” He told you with a grin.

“So you’re going to be gone soon? Back on the road?” You asked, the relaxed atmosphere becoming more serious.

“Yeah I am. This is my life now and, yeah, it’s not always great but I love it.” He told you sincerely before continuing, “but I promise I’ll come down here more often and visit, I didn’t realise just how much I missed you until I came back.” You smiled softly at him before telling him you missed him too and he better come back.

Saying goodbye to Sam was harder than you’d thought it’d be. The boys dropped you back off at Stanford, Sam getting out of the car with you and walking you to the doors of the building.

“This isn’t goodbye you know, I’ll see you around Agent Taylor.” You told him with a smirk.

“Oh trust me, I’m counting on it, Miss Y/L/N.” He replied before his eyes turned sad.

“Hey, none of that. You have my number, you know where I live. Just, just make sure you keep your promise and come visit, yeah? And don’t leave it until there’s a few deaths, visit whenever you want.” You told him seriously and he nodded at you.

“I will, I promise I’ll be back. See you soon,Y/N.” He said as he wrapped you in a tight hug and placed a kiss on you head. You waved him off as he walked back to the Impala, a small smile threatening to break into a grin played on your face.

“See you soon, Sam Winchester.”

Warnings - Season 15 spoilers, episode 3 spoilers - please don’t read if you haven’t watched episode 3, I really don’t want to be the reason that it has been spoiled for you! Angst.

Requested - anon - please do one were the reader comforts cas and goes off with him after that mess of an episode!!  Please

Hunting with the Winchesters had never been easy, there was always a next big threat but somehow the lot of you had managed. Right now as you sat in the car on the way back to the bunker, the tension thick and uncomfortable, you wondered how you were going to survive. Sure Rowena had sacrificed herself but you knew it wouldn’t be that easy, something big was yet to come. Tears filled your eyes as you thought of Rowena but you quickly blinked them away, this wasn’t the time for tears, you could cry when you were alone.

Sam was sat quietly, staring out of the window, Dean’s hands were turning white as he gripped the wheel angrily, Castiel sat next to you alternating between looking at Sam in concern and Dean in sadness. Without drawing too much attention to yourself you reached over and grabbed Castiel’s hand in yours, you knew Dean blamed him but you also trusted that Castiel did what he had to do and knowing that he had killed Belphegor, who was wearing Jack’s corpse taking away the slight hope Jack would come back, well that had you believing in Castiel’s decision even more.

The drive back to the bunker dragged but eventually you were all climbing out of the car and separating from the entrance. You watched as Castiel and Sam wandered off down the hall, parting ways quickly. Dean stood slightly in front of you, concern written clearly on his features as his eyes followed his little brother. He let out a sigh before following Sam, leaving you to stand alone. You decided that you’d find Castiel, Dean was comforting Sam so that was covered but Castiel needed somebody too.

-

-

-

“I killed him.” Castiel told you before you had a chance to speak.

“Yeah I know but I don’t think you would’ve done it unless you had to.” You told him honestly, you still didn’t know exactly what had gone down but you believed what you said.

“He was going to consume every soul, take over Hell, Earth, everything. I couldn’t- Y/N, I couldn’t let him. I’m sorry about Rowena, truly I am, but-” Castiel’s voice was heavy with emotion causing you to frown and step into the room, you sat next to him and took his hand in yours.

“Things always go wrong, nothing goes to plan, not with the Winchesters. But we improvise and we make it work. I’m sorry about Rowena too, she was my friend and I’ll miss her everyday but she made that decision. And Belphegor, he was a demon, he was always going to betray us. You can’t beat yourself up over this Cas.” With a sigh, Castiel turned to you looking utterly broken and you quickly wrapped him in a tight hug. He let you hug him, taking comfort in the tight hold you had on him as he hugged you back before letting go after only a few moments.

“I should go and speak to Dean.” He informed you as he pulled away from you.

“You think that’s a good idea, Cas? Why not let him cool off?” You tried but knew it was useless, Castiel wouldn’t feel any better until he at least explained himself to Dean.

“No, no, I should go now. Thank you Y/N.” With that he left the room and you couldn’t help but frown in worry at his retreating figure.

-

-

-

“Something went wrong, you know this, something always goes wrong.” You heard Castiel tell Dean, you weren’t intentionally eavesdropping but you didn’t want to enter the room now either.

“Yeah why does that something always seem to be you?” You heard Dean ask and barely managed to conceal the gasp that left your lips. That was a low blow and Dean had to know it. You could just about see Cas and watched the emotions he was feeling play out on his face, your heart broke for him.

The silence between them was uncomfortable and you just about managed to stop yourself from going into the room to defuse the situation, as messy and cruel as it was they needed to get everything out there. The feelings Dean was carrying around towards Castiel were interfering with everything.

“You used to trust me,” your heart sank further as you listen to Castiel, “give me the benefit of the doubt. Now you can barely look at me. My powers are failing, and I've tried to talk to you, over and over, and you just don't want to hear it. You don't care. I'm dead to you. You still blame me for Mary. Well, I don't think there's anything left to say.”

“Where you going?” Dean asked and you leaned in wanting to know that exact thing.

“Jack’s dead. Chuck’s gone. You and Sam have each other. Y/N has you both. I think it’s time for me to move on.”

Your eyes filled with tears as you heard Castiel, he considered you family and believing that none of you cared for him, that you were just using him broke your heart. Dean, Sam and you all cared deeply for Castiel no matter what Dean made him believe. Watching Castiel walk out of the door was one of the hardest things you’d witnessed, this coming from a hunter who had seen a whole lot of bad, terrifying, heart wrenching things.

Dean’s eyes were watery when you stepped into the room. He looked up and frowned when he saw the tears sliding down your face with no show of stopping.

“Y/N.” He started, reaching out to gently grab your arm but you shoved him away.

“How dare you! You know Castiel would do anything for the Winchester’s, sure he’s fucked up in the past and I’m sorry about your mom, OK, but the way you treated him-” Here you cut yourself off, reaching up to angrily rub the tears from your cheeks before turning away and following the same route Castiel had just taken.

“Hey, where- Y/N, where are you going?” He asked, face hardening as to not portray anything he was feeling though the red around his eyes stood out.

“I’m going with Castiel.” You told him, your tone harsh.

“Y/N!” Dean called but you were quick to leave the bunker, not even bothering to pack a bag. You had to find Castiel.

Luckily he was still outside the bunker, looking paler and more tired than you’d seen him. Quickly you made you way over to him and wrapped him in another hug, he jolted slightly in your arms, not expecting anyone to have followed him out.

“What are you doing out here?” Castiel asked, voice thick with emotion.

“I heard you and Dean. He had no right to treat you like that Cas-”

“He has every right, he blames me for Mary. Nothing I can do will make that right with him.” He told you, cutting you off.

“Cas-” You tried but he just shook his head.

“You should go back inside, I will be leaving but I am glad to have seen you one last time.” The sadness was so prominent in his voice causing you to frown and squeeze him tighter.

“I’m not leaving you Castiel, so you either come back inside with me or we both leave. It’s your choice.” You told him, leaving absolutely no room for argument.

“Y/N, I couldn’t ask you to-”

“You’re not asking me to do anything Cas, I want to be with you.” You told him, trying desperately to convey your sincerity. You loved the Winchester boys, they were family to you but so was Castiel and he was right, they had each other, it was the way it was suppose to be. Sam and Dean Winchester running the family business, no Castiel, no Y/N. That’s the way the story was supposed to be.

“I cannot go back.” Cas told you causing you to nod and pull away.

“Well then angel, let’s go on our own adventure.” You smiled weakly at him and held your hand out, the smile becoming more genuine as he took your hand in his.

“Where to?” Castiel asked you with his own sad smile.

“Anywhere.” You grinned at him.

You knew that the fight God himself had started was far from over but if the world was going to end then you were going to live life to the fullest and make damn well sure that Castiel did the same. In the life you all lived you couldn’t have regrets, knowing any day would be the last. Castiel squeezed your hand and with that the two of you started a new adventure, one neither of you had ever had before.

Magic Always Comes With A Price

Requested - Yes -  Anon - can you do a Dean x reader getting together fic with prompts 54, 178,  76 and 200? Thanks.

Prompts -  54 - “Magic always comes with a price.” 178 - “Normally I wouldn’t be caught dead making a deal with you yet here we are…” 76 - “This place gives me the creeps.” 200 - “You’re in love with her.”

The hunt was going as well as it could be considering you three were dealing with a witch. You liked them as much as Dean did, they gave you the creeps but this one was killing men. You’d yet to find a motive but all the men had something in common, they were all in love with somebody but hadn’t confessed their feelings to the person. You figured out the connection when you’d spoken to a best friend of the victim and then another girl who claimed she knew the second victim loved her but he never made a move. You just couldn’t figure out why she was killing them.

It was a few days in when the three of you finally managed to find the witches home, a small cabin in the woods. It was the definition of creepy killer and you straightened up as you approached the house. The three of you snuck in after Dean had gotten the door open, the house was in darkness so you assumed it was empty.

“This place gives me the creeps.” You said quietly into the room as you picked up a skull you were sure belonged to a human at some point.

“Yeah, you and me both.” Dean muttered as he took the skull from you and placed it down. “Don’t touch anything, just in case.” He told you.

You had joined the Winchester’s just over two years ago and couldn’t deny your feelings for the older Winchester. The two of you flirted constantly but nothing more came from it so you kept your feelings to yourself, not wanting to ruin the family you had found with Sam, Dean and Cas.

The witch didn’t even announce herself, didn’t start monologue like most did, instead she murmured a few words that drew your attention to her but before any of you could raise your gun, she had shot her own spell and vanished.

“Fuck!”  You yelled as you lowered your arm. “We had her!”

“Y/N,” You heard Sam whisper, his voice thick with emotion. You turned around to look at him in confusion before following his gaze to see Dean on the floor, unnaturally still.

“Dean.” You called, not moving as you prayed to all those dicks in heaven that he wasn’t dead. You took a deep breath moving closer, not looking away from him as you placed your hand on his neck, trying desperately to find a pulse. “Dean.” You said again, your own voice thick now as you tried to hold back the tears.

You let out a gasp of relief when you felt a pulse, faint as it may have been, he was alive.

“The witches spell keeps them alive for a day, Y/N.” Sam told you making his way over to you and Dean.

“What makes you think it’s the same spell?” You asked in confusion, “That spell only works on people in love with someone and that’s not Dean.”

You watched as Sam gave you those wide eyes, like he was desperate to talk but couldn’t.

“Trust me, it’s the same spell. We have a day to solve this, Y/N/N.” Sam told you urgently, desperate to save his brother. He wasn’t even sure Dean knew he was in love with you but the fact that the spell worked only confirmed what Sam had already known. He watched as your face crumbled upon hearing that Dean was in love, if only the two of you just talked.

-

-

-

You had hours left to find a cure.

You and Sam had both been awake for 19 hours trying desperately to find anything that would help Dean. The two of you knew how this would end if you didn’t and you couldn’t lose Dean.

You were skimming through a book though you knew it was useless, neither of you had any idea what the witch had used in her spell so there was no way to counteract it. You were running out of options when a thought entered your mind, a thought you knew could easily get you killed.

“Where are you going?” Sam asked as you through your coat on and headed for the door.

“Potential lead,” You told him, “Stay with Dean and keep looking in case this doesn’t pan out.”

And with that you went back to the witches’ house. It was a long shot, the chances of her being there were slim to none, not after you’d discovered where she lived, but you were pleasantly surprised to see the lights out and smoke rising from the chimney as you pulled up in front of the house.

“Hello dearie,” The witch beamed as you stepped into the house, gun aimed at her steadily, “So sorry about your loss.” She cackled causing you to shoot your gun, aiming above her head causing her to lose the grin.

“Fix him.” You demanded, your gaze was hard and your words were cold.

“Um, nope, don’t think I will.” She told you, smirking as she did. You felt yourself shake with anger and you grounded yourself as best you could. You couldn’t screw up here, not with Dean’s life on the line.

“Fix him.” You said through gritted teeth.

“I already told you,” She said in exasperation, “I’m not fixing him. Not for free anyway.” She told you, smirking evilly as she watched your face, seeing the exact moment the words registered with you.

“Normally I wouldn’t be caught dead making a deal with you yet here we are…What do you want? I’ll do anything.”

“Anything?” She asked you and you nodded in confirmation. You’d do anything to make sure Dean was safe there was no doubt within you. “Good, good, then, I want your love.” She told you causing you to frown.

“My love?” You asked in confusion.

“Love is the most powerful feeling of them all, above happiness, above anger, greed, shame, disgust. Love is the most magical, the most beneficial and you, my dearie, are filled with love. Sure, there’s anger and determination under it but above everything you feel love. I want it.” She growled. You thought it over in your head, not really understanding but knew the answer you were going to give. If it saved Dean Winchester you would give her your love.

“Fine, take it. Just fix Dean.” You pleaded, not wanting to beg but there were hours left before Dean would die.

“We have a deal then?” She asked, taking a step closer to you. You felt the room go cold as she did, a shiver ran down your back as you gulped.

“Deal.” You said and a moment later you were on the floor clutching your chest, withering in pain as you panted, no noise able to come out of your mouth.

You barely saw the witch crouch down in front of you but heard the warning she gave.

“Magic always comes with a price.”

Sam watched in shock as Dean sat up panting for breath as he did. He was by his brothers’ side straight away wondering what on earth you had done to save Dean.

Sam brought Dean up to speed with what he could and when he finished, he said something that made Dean freeze.

“You’re in love with her.”

Before Dean could respond, whether to confirm or deny what Sam had said, you walked through the door looking a mess. Your hair was wild and there was still a gleam of sweat on you but it was the eyes that made both brothers stop; eyes that were usually full of life looked dead.

“Y/N,” Sam began slowly, “what did you do?”

-

-

-

Both brothers were furious with you but understood what you did. Now they were sat on the bed trying to figure out how to get your love back from the witch. Dean watched you as you sat in front of him, he knew Sam was right he did love you and now he might never even get a chance to be with you because of this damned witch.

“The only thing we keep coming back to is killing her.” Sam said causing Dean to look away from you and up at his brother who was pacing with the phone in his hands. All evening they’d been looking through books and calling other hunters but nobody had a solution other than to kill her and see where to go from there.

So, the brothers gathered up everything they would need and set off, leaving you behind in the motel. You were glad for it really; you didn’t think you could handle seeing the witch again. You hadn’t realised just how much love filled you until it was taken away and the only thing you could feel was a sadness that settled deep in your bones and coiled tightly around your heart.

-

-

-

It had taken hours but the brothers had managed to track and kill the witch. It was actually laughable how easy it had been to kill her, really, she should have suspected they would come after her, nobody hurt somebody they loved and got away with it.

They rooted through her things and finally came upon a sealed glass box that contained a vial of shimmering, almost pure white, energy. The only thing Dean could describe it to was angel grace but different, he could tell it was yours, the pull he felt towards it was all he needed to know and before long him and Sam had found the key to open it and were making their way back to you.

“I’m going to stay here.” Sam told him as he parked the impala up in front of the motel. Dean turned to him in confusion causing Sam to laugh.

“Man, you gotta tell her you love her. You both deserve it.” Sam said and meant it with all his being. If anyone deserved to be happy it was his big brother.

“Yeah, I know. Thanks Sammy.” And with that Dean walked towards his future.

-

-

-

“Hey.” Dean said as he walked over to you, vial in hand.

“I’m sorry,” you told him softly, “but I couldn’t just let you die, I might not know much of what I loved right now but I know that you are the most important thing to me and if I can feel that without love then, imagine how I felt with it.” You confessed, eyes filling with tears as the sadness clung to you. Dean watched you and felt his own heart ache.

“Lucky for you we got it back.” He said, trying to grin but failing.

You looked up at him and saw the vial in his hands, finally letting a few tears slide down your face as you did. With shaking hands, you took it from him as Dean sat on the bed next to you, holding your free hand in his.

With a slight look of hesitation, you flipped the lid open as watched as the energy flowed from the bottle and into your mouth, filling you with love and happiness. Tears fell from your eyes faster as you were overwhelmed with the cluster off emotions that filled you so suddenly. Dean was there, holding you against his chest as you sobbed through it, rubbing your back and whispering soothing words that you barely heard.

When everything had calmed down and you felt like yourself again, you took a few breaths and looked up at him. “I love you, Y/N/N, I have for a while but it took me until now to actually realise it and for that I’m so sorry. You’re one of the best things in my life and I don’t wanna lose you so if you ever pull something like this again, you’re dead.” He warned causing you to laugh loudly. Dean smiled down at you as he took in your laugh, your smile, everything. God, there was nowhere else he wanted to be.

“I love you too, so damn much, and I’d do it all over again if it meant you lived.” You told him, meaning each word.

Dean smiled softly at you, a look you couldn’t remember ever seeing on his face, before he leaned down slowly, giving you time to pull away if you wanted, and pressed your lips together.

It was perfect, everything the two of you were waiting for all these months and if it took for a witch to get you two to admit your feelings then well, magic always comes with a price.

I thought you never would-Chapter 7 (FIN)

Warnings: depressed!dean, asshole!dean, selfish!dean, hurt!reader, a lot of cursing

words: 3.5k

A/N: yes, this is the end already, because I started writing this story after my breakup which helped me to deal with my feelings, but I’m not that person I was when the breakup happened. So yeah it’s quite long, but I just wanted to finish this since I’m not feeling it anymore.

I Thought You Never Would-Chapter 7 (FIN)

After that weekend Dean and Sam visited you at your hometown, weirdly Ryan didn’t join them. Which was weird since he wanted to visit you too, even asked what your mom likes so he could bring something.

You had a fun time with Dean and Sam at your house, they picked you up from work, got drunk, watched a movie, played some video games and cooked food.

You talked to Ryan via FaceTime and he was just weird as soon as Sam showed him you and Dean cuddling in your bed. You liked being so close to Dean since he smelled so good, you never thought a guy could smell so good. You nuzzled even more into Dean since you were just tired after work and drinking. Sam enjoyed the sight of his brother truly being happy and having a girl by his side who’s not crazy and fucking stupid like Kira was.

Sam honestly hated Kira, and yes hate is a big and heavy word, but he just couldn’t stand her. She took everything Dean did for granted, using his money and just everything Dean had to offer. But with you? You payed your own stuff, helped cleaning up whenever you were around Dean’s place, made sure Dean had to eat, wouldn’t spend too much money on stupid and unnecessary stuff Dean just didn’t need. You made sure he was okay and doing fine.

His and Dean’s dad really liked you after meeting you a month later, you were sweet always polite, helping around the house and in the kitchen, you always made yourself useful. All of the family members that met you told Dean, that’s you’re a keeper. Dean knew you were special, he told you in the beginning how thankful and grateful he is to call you his girlfriend, who’s helping him a lot.

The sex at the beginning of the relationship was awesome, just excited and adventurous, but after some time it got…boring. Dean didn’t bother to work you up and literally just put his cock inside you, no foreplay, no making out, no nothing. At first you weren’t mad, but later you enjoyed touching yourself more than being fucked by your boyfriend. He didn’t even care about making you cum, it was all about him during sex. It wasn’t as much fun and exciting as you imagined it would be and it disappointed you. He didn’t put any effort into sex, complaining about why you didn’t cum and why it would take you so long.

Frankly, it hurt you, hurt you he didn’t put any effort into the sex and later the relationship. Yes, a long-distance-relationship is hard and needs a lot of strength, but if both people fight for and want it, it definitely could work out. You two couldn’t see each other a lot, due to your school and his work, but you always tried to visit him. You always really tried, even when money was tight for you, you always fucking tried. Dean wouldn’t get it sometimes that you couldn’t visit him every weekend, you just couldn’t.

Dean couldn’t visit you either since he was working on weekends and he also hadn’t a lot of money. So which lead to fighting from Dean’s side. Dean would’ve never admitted that he’s depressed, he cant be alone, he always needs someone to come home to. After his best friend died a few years back, Dean wasn’t the same anymore. He barely talked about anything, blamed everything bad that happened on him and he just closed off. Whenever you and Dean fought either over phone or in person, he would close off completely. You tried to teach him that you talk about something during a relationship since he preferred keeping stuff that was bugging him to himself than talking about it. He once was so depressed saying stuff he couldn’t do it without you and he needed you there everyday. He even made you think about it moving in with him for college.

There were moments, you had the feeling Dean was trying to change you, make you someone you weren’t. Yes you were fucking stubborn so was he. Even though you were stubborn you always compromised and did it his way. Sometimes you hated it.

The more time passed the more things changed. Dean started to take you for granted, taking the things you did for him for granted, taking for granted that you did grocery shopping from your money even tho it wasn’t your fridge you were filling. He took for granted that you cleaned his apartment and did his laundry. Basically everything you did he took it for granted. Kira never did this stuff, so he was using you, if we’re being honest.

But you didn't see it and you also didn't want to. You were helping him, because you loved him and you wanted to make things easier for him. After such a sort amount of time you already imagined living with him, like already mentioned you wanted to go college where he lived. It felt like he was your life, you felt so dependent from him, it wasn’t even healthy anymore. Which you realized some time Later.

Since he was your first love and boyfriend, the love you had for him was very very different. He was your first love after all.

When your birthday came around, it wasn’t him who wished you a happy birthday first. It was Sam. Sam. Not him. And you knew he was still awake. Dean was a Person who wouldn’t go to sleep before 3 am in the morning. What the saddest thing was ans what hurt you the most was that he didn’t call you to wish you a happy birthday, he wished you a happy birthday via snapchat. It hurt and disappointed you so much, it was the worst birthday you had. From the person you wanted to hear first, was probably the last one.

Sometimes it was hard for you to have sympathy for his actions, since some of them were just fucking selfish. It wasn’t even your birthday he forgot, he forgot your first anniversary. It felt like it didn’t matter to him, like you had no worth to him at all. You hadn’t meant to him as much as he meant to you.

There were times where Dean still talked a lot about Kira and you didn’t understand back Then he wasn’t over her. She was his first love. So you understood later on, since it was hard for you to get over him as well.

Dean also never really listened or tried to help you when you were feeling like shit and had shit going on. Your drivers license took so much money and strength from you, you were feeling desperate. Dean basically didn’t give a fuck. You two fought so hard and didn’t talk for at least two days. Which lead to why he didn’t call you for your birthday, because he was too fucking stubborn.

One day, you had a bad feeling, since Dean has been acting strange for a couple of days, so you needed to talk to someone. So you talked to Sam. Sam listened to you and told you, Dean’s having his introverted phase, where he isn’t talking to anyone socially. You knew he had phases like that, because he had one before, but this phase felt much more different than the other one. Sam tried to cheer you up that night trying to make you laugh, it actually helped and you managed to ignore the bad feeling in your gut.

Just a day after that Dean broke up with you, for you it was out of nowhere. It was unexpected. He told you, he didn’t love you anymore and his feelings weren’t as strong as they used to be because of the distance. You were the one who was unsure about the whole long-distance-relationship, Dean was the one who wanted to try. You’ve asked him so many times if he was sure and he always said yes, fucking yes, every damn time. He said, the long-distance-relationship wasn’t working for him anymore, he needed someone there and not every couple of weekends. The whole long-distance was hard for you too! You wanted to see him as often as you could, but he didn’t get it that you hadn’t much money.

Funny thing, he didn’t broke up with you via phone call, no! He broke up with you via fucking Snapchat! This stupid child didn’t even had the guts to do it via phone call if he couldn’t wait a couple of more days, since you planned on visiting him that week. No he couldn’t wait to do it like a decent human being, no! He did it like a fucking coward he was.

You had to leave school early, because he broke up with you during school time. You felt like something broke inside you. He was the first person you let come so close to you. He knew stuff, no one knew. You felt safe, but every word he said, were just…words. He didn’t mean them seriously.

He broke up with you, two weeks after you two had last seen each other. You didn’t understand why he didn’t do it back then, losing feelings couldn’t happen over night right? You lost feeling for someone over time and not over night like he did.

At this point you weren’t sure what you were supposed to do. It felt like a big part of you was suddenly missing. It was hard for you to get no phone calls when he finished work. It was hard for you to not laugh with him anymore. It was hard for you to not play video games with him anymore. You were missing him so bad, it fucking hurt. You were feeling lonely after that. You and Sam stayed in contact.

Julia, their step-sister, stayed in contact with you too. They all liked you so much, they were very sad to hear that you two broke up. Dean’s step-mom didn’t understand it at all, calling him stupid for letting you go. You really liked them, those people were like a second family to you. You missed them everyday since then.

You even visited Julia once, guess to who’s apartment you went to first? Dean’s! You were having so much madness in you, you needed to tell Dean what a coward he was. You were more angry and hurt when you found out, he got back together with Kira just two weeks after the break up. Yeah he really got back together with that bitch. He called her many bad and barefaced names and still got back together with her.

You reminded him how he called her different names, reminded him how glad he was they broke up, reminded him of how she was only good at spreading her legs and using his money, while she was in his apartment. Since then you were doubting yourself, asking yourself what was wrong with you that he chose her over you. But he did.

He was dumbfounded and surprised to see you, that you actually ever showed up in his life again.

You laughed sarcastically, “You’re a fucking coward who couldn’t even break up with me via a phone call. You haven’t been honest with me! Now you’re fucking that fucking whore again? What’s wrong with you?! Y-You’re ridiculous and just fucking pathetic!” You yelled at him by the end you finished.

Dean clenched his jaw chewing in the insides of his mouth, “Then I am. You finished?” He asked coldly. Dean was furious and didn’t expect to get called out by his now ex-girlfriend while his girlfriend, former ex-girlfriend was in his apartment. He actually was also shocked to see this side of you, he never, literally never saw you this angry in the past year of your relationship. You always told him not to test you, because if you wanted to, you could be a bitch and it wouldn’t end funny for him.

Your eyes went wide not expecting him to be so cold after everything you two went through. He was your boyfriend and you expected some respect, but Dean wasn’t showing any respect at this point. All he did was shutting the door into your face. You blinked looking at Sam and Julia who were standing behind you. Sam rubbed his face, he lost the last faith he had in his brother. Sam did not understood how his brother could be so stupid and got back together with that bitch Kira. He was so disappointed and he wasn’t sure what to do with his brother.

You brushed past them walking down the stairs and leaving your ex-boyfriends apartment building. Your emotions were all over the place. You were feeling a little better that you could finally shout those words into his face after bottling them up inside you for weeks. You felt relieved.

“You okay?” Sam asked when he approached you.

“Yeah.” You said with a small smile hugging yourself.

“Come here.” He said and pulled you into a hug. You immediately melted into his arms feeling yourself tear up again. “He’s being a big dick. I’m sorry about the way he treated you. You definitely didn’t deserve that and neither did he deserve you.” He whispered as he rubbed your back gently.

You were so grateful to have Sam as your friend. It surprised you that he wasn’t on the side of his brother. Sam loved his brother a lot, but the thing he was pulling off with you, didn’t sit right with Sam. In Sam’s eyes, you were awesome and had a great personality. He understood why Ryan was crushing on you. Ryan distanced himself from Dean and you over the time you were together. You always told Dean to reach out to him again since a final fight lead to separate ways between Dean and Ryan. Dean eventually did the summer before you two broke up.

“Thanks,” was all you said and gave him a small smile. He smiled at you and nodded holding you for a little moment before letting you go.

What happened that night was something unimaginable. You ended up sleeping at Sam, probably not the smartest thing to do and regretted it the moment you woke up. You got so drunk at the next bar you guys found, both of you. One thing lead to another and you ended up in the same bed. You were supposed to stay at Julia’s place, she had to leave early because of work. Sam promised her to take you to her place, but that didn’t happen obviously.

Julia was worried sick when you didn’t show up but assumed you crashed at Sam’s place. You lied to her telling her you didn’t want to wake her up, since you were so drunk. She bought it.

When you were alone at Julia’s place, your mind kept going back to the talk you had with Dean. Julia and you talked about it when she came home during her break from work. She told you, to talk to him alone with no other people involved. You texted him and he even agreed to meet up and talk things out. And you guys did.

“Hey.” You said awkwardly.

“Hey.” He said with a tight smile. “You wanted to talk then…talk.”

You swallowed hard and nodded, “First of all, yesterday wasn’t the smartest ting to address the whole situation. But the way we broke up wasn’t fair. You broke up with me via fucking Snapchat which is worse than text and you told me, you love me the day before.” You rubbed your arm and looked at the ground.

When he didn’t answer you kept going, “We had plans. I wanted to move here for you, for our relationship. I was going to give up so mich for you, because I really love you, Dean. I trusted you, we talked about so many times and y-“

“I couldn’t wait anymore and come on, we wouldn’t have worked out.” He interrupts you.

Ouch, that one hurt.

“Do you ever loved me?” You asked out of the blue, just being curious and dying to know if he ever did.

“I did.”

“Then you have no clue what love means. You never put mich afford into this relationship. You didn’t even want to try fighting to make it work, just because you need to get your dick wet by that bitch.” You slipped so done with being nice.

“You’re right it wasn’t fair how I broke up and I’m sorry.” Is all he said ignoring the last part. You looked at him and just scoffed, knowing he didn’t mean the apology serious. He said it, because he knew you wanted to hear it.

“I thought you never would hurt and disappoint me the way you did.” You said and teared up. “Have a great life.” You walked off not able to stand there anymore. You were hurt and just devastated he left you. You were hurting.

You and Dean never saw each other again after you walked off, but you felt better after the conversation helped you to put your emotions into place. Kira stalked you on instagram most of the time because she felt intimidated by you, even though you lived miles away. It annoyed you, so you blocked her and her beat friend.

Dean blocked and removed you on every social network. You didn’t understand why. You understood he unfollowed you, but the whole blocking this was just ridiculous at this point.

You and Sam talked about the hook and told each other it was a one time thing which shouldn’t repeat itself.

Sam became your closest and best friend after the breakup and you were just grateful to have him.

This Can’t Be Real - Dean Winchester Imagine

Dean x Reader

Warning: Blood and stabbing, death (kinda). Implied Smut

Summary : The Reader wakes up in a strange world, could this be real and could she finally be happy?

You woke with a start gasping as you sat bolt upright. Your head snapped from side to side looking around the room you were in. Confused you found yourself in a bedroom. It was homey, not a motel, but an actual homey bedroom. You heard a groan to your left and your head snapped around. Someone lay beside you.

A man. The covers down around his waist showing off the muscular back. You felt something tighten around your hips and you were tugged closer to this man. You glanced down to see his arm around you. But what made your eyes widen was the fact that you were naked. How the hell did this happen? completely panicked you grabbed the covers scrambling off the bed. Why were you in a strange house with a strange man? Your bare leg hit off the bedside table and a lamp wobbled. It was one you had been looking at in a catalogue a few days earlier. Wishing that you had a house so you could buy the pretty glass rose lamp. You reached to grab it but it had already tumbled from the wooden surface.

It hit the ground with a crash and one of the flowers shattered. There was a groan from the bed again and movement. Your head shot back towards the man. Only now that you really took time to look at him you weren’t all that sure he was a stranger. You knew that back and ass anywhere. ‘The hell?’ He grumbled his voice heavy with sleep.

Your eyes widened as they fell on the picture on the other bedside cabinet, on his side. There stood a photo of the two of you smiling. He had his arms wrapped around you and you were laughing as he rubbed his cheek to your. He groaned again and turned to look at you furrowing his eyebrows. ‘Dean?’ You breathed.

Dean reached out to you his fingers grasping the edge of the blanket. ‘Who else were ye expecting sweetheart?’ He gave the blanket a sharp tug and rather than have it fall from your body you allowed yourself to be dragged with it. Your knees hit the bed and you landed on your knees as he covered himself up a little.

He seemed to notice you were tense and sat up. ‘Jesus Dean’ You snapped closing your eyes. ‘Put some clothes on’ You heard him chuckle and felt his hands on your hips. They slid around the covers his fingers finding bare skin and before you could pull away he gave a sharp tug.

You squealed as you felt yourself collide with his hard body. He turned and you gasped feeling nothing but air for a second until your back hit the soft bed. You felt his weight on top of you the only thing between your naked bodies was the thin sheet. ‘You weren’t saying that last night Babe’ You felt his hot breath on your ear before you felt his mouth press kisses to your neck. ‘Dean’ You scolded opening your eyes.

What the hell was this? Was this some alternate reality you had been zapped to where yours and Dean’s relationship had actually worked out. Where you two had settled down, left the hunting life behind you, where he hadn’t decided he was poison to everyone around him and had pushed you away when you two had started getting serious. Maybe he hadn’t left you in that Motel after you two had that fight. Maybe he had come back and this was what your life would have been.

You let out a groan as Dean nipped at the skin at the base of your neck. ‘Stop’ You pushed him away and scooted away from him. He furrowed his eyebrows and a frown settled on his. ‘Sweetheart’ He reached out to you. ‘You alright?’ He sounded worried. You threw the covers at him and threw your legs over the bed running towards the door you had seen, it was slightly open and you could see a shower.

You yelped in pain as your foot stood on something sharp. You stopped and pulled your foot up off the floor. ‘Oh God’ You felt arms wrap around your waist. ‘I thought I heard something break’ Dean lifted you slightly and he brought you back to the bed sitting you down. He knelt before you and took your ankle in his hand. You remembered the last time he had taken your ankle in those hands. It had been months ago, and he had been dragging you down the bed so he could bring his talented mouth between your legs.

He gasped when he seen the underside of your foot. Panic spread across his face and he looked up at you. ‘I need to get you to the hospital. He stood and almost ran around the room. He grabbed his boxers pulling them on and then dress pants. He picked up your bra tossing it to you. You reached out and snatched it from the air. It was only then that you noticed the two rings around your finger. The first one had a small rose diamond in the centre of smaller dark red ones. The other was a silver wedding band. ‘I’m married’ You breathed out. You felt something hit your side and seen a tight black dress.

Looking up you seen Dean pulling on a black shirt. He froze turning to you. Your eyes roamed the skin that was still being shown by the nice unbuttoned shirt. ‘Sweetheart?’ He said tentatively looking at you as if you had lost your mind. He held up his hand and you seen a silver band on his fingers, exactly like yours. ‘You married me. Four years ago’ Your eyes widened and you gaped at him.

Your eyes fell back on this ring on your finger. ‘We’re married, for four years’ You gulped. This just got a hell of a lot more serious, and weird. You were married to Dean Winchester. Wait, that made you Y/n Winchester. ‘Y/n’ Dean took your hand his other coming to your chin making him look up at you. ‘You know this’ He breathed. ‘Please put on some clothes so I can take you to the hospital’ Your eyes fell back on your foot. There was three pieces of glass sticking out of your sole. The blood was running down your foot and dripping onto the carpet, damn that wasn’t going to be easy to get out, that carpet was light.

You pulled your hand from his and reached out touching his face. ‘Will you get me something other than this dress?’ You breathed looking into his eyes. He shot up and ran to the chest of drawers. His shirt billowed behind him giving you a nice view of the dark boxers peeking out over his pants He pulled out a pair of sweats and a loose top that must belong to him. He brought them back over to you. ‘Here’ He helped you pull the shirt over your head. ‘Can you please take this more serious Y/n’ He grumbled when you grabbed his hand. ‘Get me the med-kit Dean’ You ordered.

His eyes widened. ‘The med kit? What will you do with that? Wh-’ You leaned forwards and pressed your index finger to his full lips. ‘Dean’ You paused for a second. ‘Baby, please’ He nodded. ‘Put that on’ He gestured to the pants and it was only then that you remembered you were still half naked. You felt your face heat up. But he was your husband, well here and now he was. You grabbed the loose joggers and bent pulling them on.

Dean came back in from the bathroom and put the med kit down beside you. you reached over opening it. You propped your foot up on your leg and reached down pulling the glass from your foot. ‘Y/n’ Dean exclaimed grabbing your hands. ‘What are you doing?’ You looked up at his face. ‘It’s only a scratch, we’ve had worse’ You mumbled. Dean looked up at you his eyes wide and his mouth open, a horrified look on his face. ‘What?’ You furrowed your eyebrows. ‘Like the time you cut your palm making dinner and almost cried?’ You shook your head. ‘Or the time I was shot? Or stabbed by an Angel? Or tortured by demons?’ Dean reached up and felt your face.

He patted your face lightly before his large hand stayed on your forehead. ‘You ain’t burning up. Are you sick? Demons? Angels? When were you shot? When?’ He rushed and started to breath heavily. ‘Can you stop talking crap so I can get you to the hospital?’ You reached out and put your hands on his face. ‘Dean? Demons, as in Crowley. King of hell. Angels, one of our best friends is an angel, Cas, you remember Cas right?’ Dean nodded and you relaxed. ‘He owns the bar downtown that me and Sammy drink at?’ He said it as more of a question

You groaned. ‘Alright, just sit over there’ You let go of him and waved your hand towards the seat in the corner of the room. ‘I’m going to get my foot fixed up and then we’re going to sort this mess out’ You pushed his hands away from you and reached for the needle in the med-kit. ‘Y/n’ Dean exclaimed but you sent him a glare. ‘Give me a minute’ You snapped and you swatted his hand away threading the thread through the needle. ‘What are you doing?’ Dean’s voice was full of horror as you pinched your skin together.

Dean was leaning back in the chair his hand covering his face. You looked up at him after cutting the thread. You stood wincing a little as you took the first step. ’Dean’ You crouched down in front of him. Dean uncovered his face and leaned down. ‘Even after knowing you for ten years you still surprise me’ He leaned in and pressed his lips to yours. You sighed leaning up into him, your hands laid on his bare torso.

His arms wrapped around you and he lifted you onto his lap. You nestled into his lap straddling him. ‘Where did you learn that?’ He asked. ‘Internet?’ It came out as a question more than anything but he just hummed. ‘I have to learn how to be tougher if we’re going to have a kid don’t I?’ You tensed not knowing where that came from. You couldn’t have a kid, the life was to- You relaxed slightly, you weren’t in that life anymore.

Dean’s eyes lit up. ‘A kid? Are you?’ His eyes trailed down to your stomach. ‘Um, no’ You shook your head. He looked up at you through his lashes. ‘Damn it, and it’s not cos we ain’t trying’ You smiled leaning down pressing your lips to his again. His hand came up to cup your cheek as his tongue slipped past your lips massaging yours. He was just like you remembered. Perfect.

Dean pulled away and lifted you up. You giggled and wrapped your legs around his hips. He strolled over to the bed and then dropped to his knees before slowly letting you down onto your back. ‘I’m going to go call Mom say we can’t do dinner tonight and let you recover’ That made you tense. Mom? Was Dean’s Mom alive in this universe? You shook your head and gripped his shirt before he could climb off you. ‘No, no don’t’ You seen the smile creep up onto his face but he shook his head.

He pressed a kiss to your forehead. ‘Sweetheart, you’ve been weird all morning. Me and you are going to take the day off and I’m going to look after my wife’ You felt yourself melt and a large smile spread across your face. Now that you could get used to. ‘No, no I want to Dean’ You traced your fingers over his lips. ‘It’s not everyday I get to be a make dinner for my Husband’s Mother’ You giggled your fingers tracing from freckle to freckle. ‘I want us to be a family’ Dean furrowed his eyebrows.

He took your hand in his. ‘We already are’ He leaned down and kissed you lacing your fingers together. ‘How about we give it another go at starting our own?’ A sly smirk that you were used to spread across Dean’s handsome features. You squeezed his hand in yours.’Well we are married’ You slipped him over. ‘So I say it’s only the next logical step’ You beamed leaning down to press your lips to Dean’s full ones.

You pulled on the knee length blue dress and smoothed it down. You never had pretty things like that. You smiled as Dean came up behind you wrapping his arms around your waist. He pressed a kiss to your neck. ‘You doing this on purpose sweetheart?’ He grumbled  nuzzling into you. ‘I don’t know what you mean, my dear husband’ Dean chuckled looking up at you through your hair.

His bright green eyes met yours in the mirror and you melted back into his embrace. ‘You know what this dress does to me’ He grumbled and you furrowed your eyebrows. ‘You know everytime I see you in this I just want to bend you over the table and take you there and then’ You gasped slightly as Dean’s voice got huskier by the word. ‘Maybe you should’ You pushed yourself back onto his but his hands tightened on your hips. ‘You really want round three right now?’ You turned in his arms and pressed your lips to his as an answer.

You straightened your hair as you ran down the stairs. Dean was jogging down behind you. He swatted your ass and you giggled. He laughed behind you, god you loved hearing him laugh, he didn’t do that often. ‘Coming’ You shouted as the doorbell rang again. Dean ran into the kitchen shoving his shirt into his pants and sending you a wink over his shoulder. You took a second to compose your post orgasm self before flinging it open. You froze. ‘Jess?’ You breathed. Sam’s, dead, or not so dead, girlfriend stood in front of you looking very pregnant. ‘Y/n’ She beamed and threw her arms around your shoulders.

Sam watched her lovingly and then pulled you in for a hug when she pulled away. ‘Wow’ You breathed. ‘You’re-eh-big’ Jess swatted your arm. ‘You seen me yesterday silly and made the exact same comment’ You smiled widely at her, oh yes, Alternative Universe. You glanced down and caught a flash of silver.

They were married. ‘Y/n’ The blonde woman you had only seen in photos was next to throw her arms around you. ‘How are you? Thank’s for having this, myself and John have been looking forwards to this for a whole week’ You wrapped your arms around her squeezing her. This was the woman John and Dean had talked so highly of, who had given her life in that nursery. ‘Mrs Winchester’ You smiled at her. She chuckled. ‘How often are you going to play that one?’ You laughed along with her, well you presumed you called Dean’s Mother Mary. ‘Evening Kiddo’ John came in and gave you a side hug before handing you a bottle of wine.

He winked. ‘Because you and Dean need more wine’ You closed the door behind you as you all made your way into the dining room. You helped Dean dish out the food and settled into your own place. ‘How was your holiday sweetie?’ Mary asked Dean as you ate. ‘Awesome’ Dean beamed and winked at you. ‘We were glad you convinced us to go’ He took your hand and you smiled back at him. ‘A whole week with my girl’ You blushed and leaned over placing a kiss on his cheek. ‘He was amazing’ You lied clearly not remembering  whatever holiday they were talking about. ‘It’s no wonder I married this man’ Dean let out a loud laugh and shook his head. ‘God, it’s like you two are just married again’ Sam groaned and Jess smacked him on the arm.

She beamed at you two. ‘I think it’s adorable Y/n. I still love you two as much as the day I met you’ You blushed at the compliment. ‘You hear that husband. We’re the power couple’ Dean leaned down and pressed a kiss to your forehead. ‘I believe we are wife’ He chuckled. You heard Sam groan. ‘Trying to keep down this dinner here guys’ He grumbled and this time both Jess and his mother swatted him. John just laughed and shook his head. You snuck another kiss to Dean’s lips before beginning to eat again.

After dinner you watched the family from the kitchen. Sam, Dean and John were laughing at some joke and for the first time in a long time the boys looked genuinely happy. You sighed happy. Jess and Mary were sitting beside their husbands chatting. This was what life was supposed to be like, this family was supposed to be happy, complete. Dean looked away from his little brother his face lit up. He held out his hand and you smiled and walked over to him. You made sure to add some extra sway to your step and you seen his smile falter. His eyes trailed down your body and back up to your face.

He wrapped his arm around you and pulled you into his lap. 'Are you trying to kill me' He growled lowly into your ear. You giggled 'I brought you boys another beer' You laid the three beers on the table. John reached out and patted your knee. 'I don’t know how my son bagged such an amazing wife' He turned to Jess and winked. 'Either of them' Both Sam and Dean grumbled and you and Jess shared a look giggling. 'Some of your charm must have rubbed of on them' You shifted in Dean’s lap and wrapped your arm around his neck.

You tangled your fingers in his hair as John laughed at your comment. Dean pouted and pinched your thigh. You let out a small squeal and smacked his chest as he laughed. 'Awh don’t worry Baby, I’m not going to leave you for your Dad' Dean scoffed and tightened his hold on you. 'Hell you are' He grumbled. You giggled leaning down pressing a kiss to his cheek. Jess sighed happily. 'When we get to ten years together we better still be like that' Dean smiled up at you before turning to her. 'You’re having a kid, everything goes to hell after that' He chuckled and you swatted him again. 'Don’t listen to him' You soothed her.

Sam scoffed and wrapped his arm around his wife. 'Aren’t you two trying for one ever since Y/n got that promotion' He chuckled. Mary’s head shot to you two. 'You’re trying for a baby?' Dean groaned and glared at Sam 'Well, we have more time now and You weren't supposed to tell anyone' He snapped. And then he looked up at you with an apologetic face.

You dropped the bottles into the bin. 'I’m sorry I told Sam we were giving it a go. I know you didn’t want to tell them' You turned to see Dean standing in the doorway. 'So, we've been married' six years and together 10 how come we've never had a kid?' You asked leaning back on the worktop behind you. Dean walked into the kitchen. 'You aint mad?' You shook your head and seen his shoulders relax.

He placed his hands on either side of you caging you in. 'And you know we agreed not to have kids in our 20s to live life, and then you were working for that promotion' you reached out running your hands over his chest. 'Well I got it' You smiled and he nodded. You slipped your hands over his shoulders and grabbed the back of his neck pulling his lips down an inch from yours. 'And there’s the table' You giggled. Deans eyes darkened and his hands landed on your back as he slammed his lips to yours.

You opened the front door and Dean looked up from his seat on the porch. 'Can’t believe you kicked me outa the shower' He grumbled. You smiled as you sat beside him on the porch swing. 'I was trying to have a shower and you kept distracting me' You threw your legs over his and he began to massage your calves. You leaned your head on his shoulder. 'I had a good day today' You wrapped your hands around his bicep. Dean leaned down and pressed a kiss to your head.

You sighed looking out over the landscape. You and Dean had a two story house in the country. The town was seemingly only a five minute drive away, good for Dean who worked in the garage in town with his Dad. That made you happy beyond anything. Dean had always loved cars, especially the Impala, which was parked in the driveway right now. And the fact that he got on with his Father and it was a good relationship was even better.

And Sam, sam was happy too, he had been supported through Stanford and was successful. He had Jess and they were starting a family. He had gotten to know his mother and what it was like to be a family. And he only lived about 10 minutes away from his brother. Looks like even in this world you couldn’t separate those two

This was perfect. It was like your own perfect little world. You and Dean sat on the porch seat in silence for almost half an hour watching the sun go down. It had been so long since you had seen a sunset, and never with Dean. It was something you always wanted to do, just end your day with watching the sunset every day. ‘Can’t believe you made me promise to do this everyday’ Dean grumbled. ‘Remember the first day I missed it?’ He chuckled. ‘You didn’t talk to me all night’ You giggled. ‘Sounds like me’ You felt him press another kiss to your head.

You smiled and looked up at him through your lashes. ‘I love you Dean’ You whispered and he looked down at you with a smile. ‘I love you too Sweetheart’ You felt your heart swell. Dean had never told you he loved you before this day, this perfect day. It was too good to be true. You leaned up and pressed your lips to his again. You would never get over Dean Winchesters lips on yours.

You lay in bed your body pressed against Dean. Your head was rested on his chest. He was asleep his arm around you. You smiled. This life was perfect. It was everything you always wanted. A happy life, a good job. A husband who loved you, you starting a family. Sam and Dean were happy. It couldn’t be more perfect if you were to plan it out yourself.

You froze your eyes widening. It was perfect, perfect. You gulped and slipped out from under Dean’s arm. You found his shirt on the floor where you had dropped it earlier as you both stumbled into the room. You picked it up pulling it onto your bare body. You tip toed downstairs and over to where you had seen a laptop today. Opening it you searched for what you needed.

You stood by the counter the large carving knife in your hands. You sighed and closed your eyes. ‘Castiel’ You prayed harder than you ever had. ‘If you can hear me, please Cas,I need your help’ You waited for a moment, but no Cas. You knew this was too perfect, you knew it wasn’t real. ‘Y/n’ Your eyes shot open and you seen Dean standing in the doorward. ‘Sweetheart put down the knife’ His hands were head out and he genuinely looked terrified, his eyes wide. ‘You’re not real’ You breathed. ‘This isn’t real’ Dean moved closer. ‘You’re happy, what did I do wrong Babe?’ Your eyes narrowed. ‘Don’t do that’ You snapped. ‘Dean’ You sighed. ‘I love you, I do’ You felt the tip of the knife against your chest. ‘But his isn’t real, this is the djinn’ You closed your eyes again hearing him shouting at you as you plunged the knife into you.

Your eyes refused to open and you groaned. Your hand were tied above your head and you felt something prick your skin. You went slack again when you heard a noise. It wasn’t hard as you felt so weak. You heard a groan beside you and struggled to open you eyes again. This time it worked.

Only opening it a little you got a fuzzy imagine of a man standing beside you. His lips were wrapped around a red tube. You almost gagged realising he was sucking blood from it. Further away you seen another two figures behind him as well. They were strung up just like you. The djinn pulled away from the tube and looked between you all before turning.

You opened your eyes and looked up. The rope was looped around a meat hook. You moved your hands  up trying to push it off but even after 10 tries it wouldn’t work. You groaned and started twisting your wrists. It took you longer than you had hoped because you had to stop a few times due to exhaustion from blood loss. Finally one of your hands came free and you collapsed to the ground.

You breathed heavily and winced looking down at your arm. Blood was flowing freely from the gash that you had caused because you hadn’t been able to get the needle in your arm. You began to crawl over to your bag on the far side of the room. Your vision blurred but you stayed crawling.

Your fingers hit the course material as you heard footsteps behind you. You dug your hand around in the bag and felt something nick your finger. You grabbed it as something wrapped around your leg. It dragged you back to it. Using all your strength you turned over. You seen a pale grey hand with blue tattoos in front of you.

Your arm shot up and the man’s eyes widened and he croaked. Suddenly he fell forwards onto you. You groaned panting heavily.

It took you a few minutes to get the strength to shove him off you. Panting heavily you started to crawl towards the other victim. Then black.

When you came round again you heard shouts. ‘Y/n’ You recognised that voice. Sam. You tried calling out but your voice wasn’t working. Taking a deep breath you let out your loudest scream. It didn’t come out as loud but you did make a noise. You heard the shouts stop. ‘Cas, Dean I found her’ Faint footsteps got louder. ‘Y/n’ Hands landed on your shoulder.

You were turned over. The younger Winchester was leaning over you, his eyes wide and roaming your body. He cursed as his eyes landed on your arm. ‘Cas’ He shouted. ‘She’s bad’ You reached out and took his hand. ‘Check on them’ Your voice was hoarse, like you hadn’t spoken in weeks.

He looked away from you and at them. ‘Y/n’ Sam’s head snapped to the side and he nodded at someone. He stood and disappeared from your view. Then his brother appeared. Dean’s hands began to feel your body and he pressed on your arm. ‘Hey sweetheart, stay with me’ You smiled slightly at him. His eyes met yours and you sighed. Now you could die happy. ‘I- lo-ove yo-you D-Dean’ You coughed out as you felt your eyes getting heavy. ‘Y/n, y/n, no, stay with me’ But your eyes were already closing. ‘Sweetheart you ca-’ But when everything went dark again.

You rolled over and groaned. Then you remembered what happened. ‘Rest Y/n’ You sat up. Castiel stood at the end of the bed. ‘I was able to heal you and get you back to the bunker’ He explained catching your confused expression. ‘Dean has gone to grab food, he will be back in a moment’ He informed you. It was only then did you realise you were in Dean’s room in the bunker.

You looked down at your arm and seen it was completely healed. ‘How did you know where I was?’ You whispered. You were glad to realise that your voice wasn’t hoarse anymore. ‘I heard your prayer, although it was too faint I had to concentrate on it to get your location, it was not immediately clear’ You nodded. ‘Thank you, for saving my life’ You looked up at him. ‘You’re awake’ You looked towards the door to see Dean standing with a plate in his hand.

There was a large sandwich on it. ‘I hope that’s mine, I’m starving’ He looked down at it and smiled. ‘I will leave you, Y/n, you must rest, you lost a substantial amount of blood’ Cas nodded at you both and then he disappeared.

Dean began walking towards you and then sat down beside you on the bed.  ‘Thank you for coming’ You whispered as he handed you half a sandwich. ‘Cas came in worried, we weren’ gonna stay here’ You nodded. ‘I’ll be out of your hair as soon as I can, I’m feeling okay’ Dean scoffed and almost choked on his sandwich. He put it back on the plate and then grabbed yours. ‘Hey’ You snapped glaring at him. ‘Hunting on your own is dangerous’ He scolded as he turned back to you after putting the plate on the bedside table.

That made your glare harden. ‘From now on, it’s me you and Sammy’ You opened your mouth to tell him off but he covered it with his hand. ‘No arguments’ You shoved him away. ‘You left me in a motel’ He smirked. ‘You told me ye loved me’ Your mouth opened and closed until you grunted. ‘I thought I was dying’ You crossed your arms. He just grunted before leaning in and pressing his lips to yours.

Your eyes widened before you closed them leaning into you. ‘Stay?’ He breathed after he pulled away. You nodded and seen him smile. He turned away and grabbed the plate again offering you your half again. You took it and smiled at him.

That night was spent in bed with Dean, watching some stupid comedy he loved and living out your perfect life, twice.

Looking at this now....I probably should have done this in two parts....woops

New Me - Dean Winchester Imagine

Dean x Reader

Summary : Dean meets someone from his past but he never expected to see her again and she definitely isn’t how he remembered her

Your heels clicked along the ground as you strode through the halls of the warehouse. There were some Demon’s around here you needed to take care of. Of course it had fallen to you to clear up this mess. Your angel blade was attached to one of your hips and a gun to the other. You didn’t bother being quiet as you strode towards the main room. You hands landed on the handle.

You stopped a second looking at your long perfectly manicured nails, so different from how they used to be. So was your hair, you normally wore it up in a ponytail was now swinging down your back. You wore your normal attire though a little more revealing, your top was lower cut and tighter and you had red heels instead of normal boot. But you still had the classic jeans and leather jacket combo.

You prefered this new look. You threw open the doors and the smashed against the wall. The six demons in the room looked up.You pursed your lips and cocked your hip crossing your arms. They instantly straightened. Your eyes ran over the men sitting in the chairs.

Their hands were tied behind their backs, two were tied with ropes and the other was cuffed. A ring of holy oil surrounded him but it remained unlit as of now. You knew the boys, the hunter brothers and the Angel. They were your friends.

The demon’s eyes turned black all at once. The older Winchester started to pull on the bonds, always a fighter. That’s what you loved about him. Your hand went to your hip lying on the handle of the Angel blade. You nodded to the far side of the room where there was another door. The demon’s hesitated.

And then nodded turning walking away leaving you in the room alone with the hunters and the angel. You sighed and began walking towards them. Sam had his head down. Cas was leaning forwards in the seat. Dean was the only one with some fight still in him. You understood that, the way to Dean’s stomach wasn’t by torturing him but those he loved. You stopped behind him and he froze. You put your hands on his shoulders. The muscles tensed under you palms.

Your nails dug into the jacket he was wearing. ‘Abaddon’ He grunted. ‘Should have know they were yours’ You smirked leaning down. You stopped then your mouth was near his ear. ‘Guess again Baby’ You purred. You felt him tense and his head whipped around. Out of the corner of your eye you seen Sam’s head snap up at the sound of your voice.

Dean’s eyes met yours and he recoiled. You stood straight and walked around him to stand in front of all three men. ‘It is good to see you all again’ You smiled as you laid your hands on your hips. ‘You-your dead’ Dean whispered. You tutted and nodded. ‘Oh, yes. Your dear Y/n died’ You clicked your fingers and a chair appeared behind you and you sat down crossing your legs.

You winked at the Angel when he looked up through his lashes. Cas had two deep cuts down along his right cheek, the bridge of his nose was cut and ribbons of red trickled down the sides of his nose. His lower lip was busted. His shirt was open and there was small cuts covering his entire torso. Damn, your demons had worked him over.

Dean was in a better condition. He had a cut on his forehead that was bleeding quiet badly. The blood coming from it ran all down along the side of his face dripping from his jaw. There was a cut under his eye and a small trickle of blood went over those beautiful cheekbones of his. His nose was bleeding and the red liquid made a track over those full lips and down to that sharp jawline.

Sam was in the same condition as Cas. His face was covered in small cuts that were caused when the skin broke when he was punched. Hi entire right side of his face was bruising. His lip was almost twice the size it was supposed to be and was split in two places. There was a large cut down the left side of his face and another on his chest.

Your eyes landed back on Dean. ‘Died and went to hell and was tortured for a year, oh she had so much darkness in her’ You looked at Castiel. ‘But you already knew that huh Cas?’ You stood and began to stroll towards Dean. ‘She’s in hell? We were told she went to heaven’ You chuckled and rolled your eyes. ‘No, she went to hell Dean. She’s not in it anymore. She’s not anywhere’ He tugged on his bonds. ‘Get the hell outta of her body you black eyed Bitch’ He screamed at you. You smirked when you seen a tear roll down his cheek. ‘Oh sweetheart, two things’ You began walking towards him.

You had always loved this feeling, the feeling of power. ‘First, not black eyed’ You blnked and felt your eyes change, only bot to black. Purple pupils. And then blinked back. You threw your leg over his lap settling yourself down onto his muscular thighs. ‘It’s my body. It’s her in here, only so twisted its not your precious little Y/n anymore’ You dropped your arms over his shoulders and gripped his hair yanking his head back to look him in the eye.

You smiled sweetly but knew your eyes shone evil. ‘It’s the new her. Me, I’m what her twisted little soul turned into and I liked my old body, so I did a little snapping and here I am’ You leaned forwards and your tongue darted out from between your lips. He tried to jerk back but you held him in place. The tip of your tongue caught the tear on his cheek as it mixed with his blood and licked it from his face.

You leaned down to his ear and nipped at his earlobe. He was tense under you and shifted uncomfortably. ‘This is the new Y/n’ You leaned back and looked to your left to Cas. ‘Isn’t that right our righteous little heavenly host?’ You giggled. 'Look past the ugly face and you’ll see’ Cas’ eyes glowed a little and then he slumped forwards. ‘It is true Dean’ He looked at his hunter friend. ‘It is Y/n’s soul’ Dean looked up from Cas and to your eyes. ‘It’s really you’ He breathed. You rolled your eyes. ‘Yes, yes it is me’ You pushed yourself from his lap and walked back to your chair. ‘Yes, as one of the most powerful Demons in hell’ You smirked and your fingers picked up the jewel on the necklace you wore.

You picked at it as they mulled it over. 'You should be a lowly Demon' Sam grunts and you looked at him 'You only died five years ago' You smirked. 'I’m good at what I do, the only one around more powerful than me is maybe Abaddon, Crowley, no. Especially now' You wrapped your fingers around the chain. 'Now that he's MIA and ms Knight is trying to convert black eyes to her cause I'm in control downstairs and its great' You yanked and ripped the necklace from your neck. Standing you walked back over to Dean. You reached down and shoved it into his pocket. 'Here you are Baby' You ran your finger down his jaw, the jaw you had once loved so much. 'Have you necklace back, it clashes with my new eyes' Again you let your demon eyes take over.

You turned walking over to the taller man who was your best friend at one stage. 'And you see Sammy' You sat on his lap and wrapped your arms around him. 'When you torture demons and souls for a living,or existence' You grabbed his chin pulling it back to you. 'Your soul darkens, when you enjoy it and the revenge feels sweet, then it darkens even more, when the demons see you as one of their own it’s easy rule and control. ' You smirked and patted his cheek roughly causing him to flinch before standing 'And all I have to do is wait for ms knight and mr king to kill each other and i'll have free run of things. Not just the torture, but all of hell' You giggled. 'So you’re the new Alistair' Dean spat and you grabbed his face as you walked by him.

Your nails dug into his flesh causing it to break and him to bleed. 'No, he was an amateur towards me. I would have broke you in a month, not 4' You seen the pain in his eyes and you felt joy, you felt happy at causing Dean Winchester pain. You felt good making him feel bad, this was the man who had sworn to protect and love you, he was your boyfriend the only one you had opened up to and he had let you die.

You strode over to Cas. ‘You told them I went to Heaven, but you didn’t even check did you?’ You crossed your arms. ‘All this could have been avoided if you hadn’t been so preoccupied’ You reached out and you fist collided with Cas’ face. The two boys started shouting at you. ‘So I’d like to thank you’  You grabbed his face dragging your finger down his cheek. He shouted in pain as his flesh opened. The blue of his grace shone through before it knitted back together.

A hand wrapped around your neck and drew your head back arching your back. The angel blade that was on your hip was now pressed to your back. Your shoulders were pressed into a hard chest. ‘Stop’ Dean’s deep voice was in your ear, although you could hear it crack. ‘Stop doing this Y/n’ You just rolled your eyes. You finger dropped from Castiel's face and you brought it up to Deans wrist.

You leaned back onto the blade and felt it pierce through your top and your skin. You sucked in a breath. ‘Go on’ You mused. ‘Kill me one more time’ You leaved back onto it more feeling more of the blade slip into your body. ‘Dean’ Sam warned but neither of you took any notice. ‘Kill me another time, this time I’ll be gone for good’ You felt him tense against you and you flicked your wrist.

The pressure from behind you disappeared and so did the hand from you neck. You heard a grunt as Dean hit to chair you were sitting in a few moments ago. The clang off the blade as it hit the forr echoed through the loud room. ‘You can’t do it can you?’ You turned giggling. ‘Please, Y/n’ He breathed tearing up. ‘We can fix this, I promise I can bring you back’ You opened your hand and you closed it again around the handle. ‘Why?’ You snapped striding towards him. ‘So you can let me die again? No Dean’ You stopped in front of him. ‘I like me like this’ You raised your hand and held the blade to his chest.

You put your hand on the end on it. You could hear Cas and Sam’s shouts from behind you. ‘This way I decide what happens to my life’ You heard a clank and turned clicking your fingers. Cas reared back as the holy fire erupted into flames in front of him stopping him in his tracks. ‘Y/n’ You looked at Sam.

He was giving you the puppy dog eyes. Something that would have melted you before, but did nothing to you now. You smirked at him. ‘Cas’ You glanced back at the Angel again. ‘What were you going to do when you got over here? Kill me?’ You turned back to your boyfriend. ‘Just be another time I died because of one of you’ The tears in his eyes were now flowing down you cheeks. And it gave you a great sense of satisfaction.

You leaned on the blade and Dean grunted in pain. ‘Y/n, stop’ Sam shouted and you listened. ‘You know what?’ You pulled away and put the blade back at your hip. ‘He’s right, killing you isn’t what I should do’ You turned and raised your hand. Sam gasped and began struggling to breath. ‘No, no’ Dean shouted beside you. ‘You see Dean, killing you will put you out of your misery’ You looked at him over your shoulder. You could hear Sam choking on air as you closed your fist further.

Dean’s eyes were wide and panic on every part of his face. ‘But killing him’ You smiled widely. ‘Then your little brother is dead and I died for nothing’ You spat and Sam broke free of his bonds. He fell from the chair and clutched his chest. The building around you started to shake as Cas grew angry. You let your power ease up and Sam started gasping pulling breath into his lungs. You leaned down over Dean blocking his view of his brother. ‘Do you remember that day Dean? When they gave you the choice?’ His eyes met yours. It was the one time you had seen him sobbing.

You reached out and cupped his cheek. ‘Remember how they stabbed me? Because you choose Sammy?’ You sighed. Again Sam began to choke behind you. Dean jerked forwards again. ‘Stop, please, please don’t kill him’ Dean cried. ‘How will it feel Dean? When Sammy who you sacrifice the world for is dead?’ He glared at you. It was the first time you had seen Dean look at you with hate. ‘If he dies, it mean’s I died for nothing, all those people that died because you saved Sam died for nothing’ You stood straight and stopped.

Sam lay panting on the ground barely able to do more. ‘No, I want you to look and him and know that because he’s alive I got turned into this. I was on the rack for over a year and now I put people on the rack. And I enjoy it’ You leaned down your face inches from his. ‘Because you couldn’t watch him die, I’m a demon. I’m this, because of you’ You beamed. ‘Now, if you excuse me, I have a hell to run’ You leaned down and pressed your lips to his. ‘If I see you three around again, Sam won’t make it out’ You stood.

You walked around the chair and waved at the other two as you walked to the door. ‘Remember Dean, this’ You gestured to you. ‘Is all because of you, that painful death and the painful rebirth, all you. You promised to protect me but look at me now, I don’t need you to protect me now’ You twiddled your fingers at them and walked through the door. ‘Bye boys’ You called as it shut behind you.

Now you were faced with the four demons. ‘Really? The winchesters? I’ve told you stay off their radar’ You snarled. They all hung their head. ‘Right, back to hell all of you. You’re not even supposed to be out’ You growled. Jesus, you sounded like you were a mother. They turned and you walked them back down the hallway. You glanced back over your shoulder at the door the boys were behind.

You wouldn’t lie, the first few months you had cried out for the three boys, you had prayed to Castiel more times than you could count. You had kept your hopes up that they would rescue you at some stage. But they never had. It was when that hope had drained for you that they had managed to twist you. You had cried and sobbed Dean’s name until the last cut, until the second before you turned into what you were now.

But he never came, he never came for you. In the time you needed him most Dean didn’t come, neither did Cas or Sam.

I‘m so sorry I hate seeing the boys so sad and down but I needed to write this, it’s been in my head for days.

Gone - Dean Winchester Imagine

Dean x reader

Summary: You call an old hunting friend for help but end up in an awkward situation

You sighed as it went straight to voicemail. ‘God damn it Winchester’ You growled into your phone. ‘Call me back let me know you’re alright will you? You bloody idjit’ You ran your hand over your face. ‘I know you’re moving, I’ve traced your GPS this morning. I’m an hour south of you John, I was coming to see you but ran into a real big vmp nest, could use your help. I’m in the sunrise Motel room 15. Just, just call me back, let me know you’re okay. Or better yet, pick up the bloody phone. Please’ You sighed when your heard the beep.

You held your hand to your neck. Night had fallen about an hour ago and you had just killed them in time. You leaned heavily against the door as you fumbled with the keys to the motel room. The door clicked open and you shouldered it open. ‘You rang’ You screamed and stumbled backwards breathing heavily. Your heart hammered against your chest, and this time in shock, not like the last time you seen him.

He sat on your bed. You slammed the door shut behind you. ‘What not happy to see me?’ He said with a smile. He raised his arms turning his body towards you. ‘You know I’m not, no need to be such as ass about it Winchester’ You growled as you walked over to the table.

He hadn’t changed a bit. He still had the bright green eyes that sparkled when he smiled. He still had the large hard hands you loved to feel all over you. Still had those muscular thighs, those bow legs. His strong broad shoulders you had loved to wrap your arms around. And those full lips you knew he was pouting behind your back.

You laid your weapons on the table. ‘I wonder why I’m being such an ass Y/n’ He snapped and you knew he was angry, of course he was angry. He had every right to be angry. ‘Dean’ The other man snapped at him. It was probably Sam you concluded. The only other person Dean would ever hunt with apart from his father. Plus, he looked like the photo’s Dean shower you when you two had taken those cases together. Can’t you see she’s hurt’ He made his way over to you. ‘Can I help?’ He asked you kindly and you looked up at him. Damn, he was tall. Even taller than Dean, you never really thought that was possible.

You shook your head. ‘No, just need a few stitches, just a nibble. Sam isn’t it?’ You wiped your hand on your jeans and held you hand out to him. He nodded. ‘Y/n’ He grabbed your hand nodding at your neck. ‘You’re a little cold and look like you lost a lot of blood’ Sam fussed and you smiled up at him. He was sweet. ‘Just a vamp bite’ You dropped his hand walking your bag to get the medkit. ‘Did they get much?’ Dean’s concerned voice asked beside you. ‘You had dinner? Food is always helpful after losing blood’ He asked as you crouched. Why couldn’t he stay the ass? Why did he have to turn back into the nice Dean. That Dean just made you want to throw your arms around him and apologise.

You shook your head your hand still pressed to your neck. It hadn’t been a simple bit, more like a munch and rip. ‘I’ll run out and grab us some, what do you want?’ You looked over your shoulder to see Sam grabbing the Impala keys. ‘No’ Your eyes widened. You didn’t want him to leave you alone with Dean. ‘No, it-it’s fine, I’ll order take away’ You looked back as you seen him nod leaving down the keys.

You rummaged through the bag looking for the med kit. ‘Where’s your Dad? I left him a message. I guess he sent you two?’ You were met with silence. ‘Y/n’ You turned to see Dean holding up John’s phone. You froze at the downcast look on his face. ‘No’ You breathed. ‘He can’t be’ Dean sighed and nodded. Your hand flew to your mouth. ‘Damn it’ You closed your eyes dropping to your knees. ‘I can’t believe I didn’t go with him’ You felt someone beside you. ‘I’m so sorry, I told him where that damn Demon was’ You felt Dean wrap his arm around you.

You leaned into him sighing. ‘I could have ditched my sister, I knew he was a mean son of a bitch. I should have helped’ Dean tightened his grasp on you. ‘It wouldn’t have helped, it wasn’t the Demon, he made a deal’ Dean explained. ‘You would have only gotten hurt’ You shoved him away from you. ‘Don’t start being nice Dean, I don’t deserve it’ You grabbed the green box and stood.

The world spun around you and went black for a second. ‘Damn, that is one nasty bite’ You felt arms around you. Arms you missed. ‘You said it was just a nibble’ He snapped. You sighed leaning into him as hsat you on the bed keeping your eyes closed knowing if you opened them the world would spin. ‘Samm’ He called over his shoulder. ‘Go get that dinner, she’ll have extra fries and a double cheeseburger extra tomatoes, no pickles’ He paused. ‘And get some donuts, something full of sugar’ You heard the rattle of keys and then the door slammed.

Dean slipped out from under you. ‘Sorry I ripped into you when you came in’ You opened your eyes, the world spun for a second but then stayed still. ‘You had every right to’ You sighed. He came back from the bathroom with a clothe. Now you were alone with him, something you didn’t want to happen. He knelt before you putting the kit on the bed and opening it. He pulled out the needle and thread. ‘I shou-’ You grunted cutting him off. ‘Please don’t, can we just not?’ You breathed out.

Dean nodded but you could see the hurt shining behind his eyes. But of course he kept his mouth shut, typical Dean always so damn perfect. He put his hands on your knees pushing them open. You tense as he crept between them your thighs on either side of his body. He began to clean the excess blood from your neck and you started to relax.

Dean patted your upper thigh and you opened your eyes. His face was close to your hip as he took in the last of the stitches in your skin. ‘Thanks’ You breathed as he sat back. He looked up at you. His green eyes meeting yours. Your breath hitched in your throat. Man those eyes could turn your insides to mush. ‘Y/n’ His hand slid up your thighs and around your back. Your breathing sped up as his fingers danced along the bare skin of your back. ‘I should go get a shower’ You whispered.

Dean nodded but didn’t move. His body moved closer to you. ‘Y/n, talk to me’ He breathed. You wiggled and adjusted your leg to it was on the other side of him. ‘I need to shower, I’m covered in blood’ You stood leaving his knees by the bed. ‘Why do you always do this?’ He snapped standing whirling around to you. ‘You did this the last time I seen you’ He shouted at you

You crossed your arms cover your chest. You felt slightly exposed only standing there in your bra and jeans. ‘Why do you push me away?’ You scoffed and threw your hands up into the air. ‘You’re one to talk Winchester. When we met you made it your mission to make sure I didn’t even want to talk to you’ Dean groaned. ‘We were 18′ He snapped. ‘And we got over that’ You sighed rubbing your forehead. ‘Why did you leave?’ He screamed. ‘We were good together’ You dropped your hand.

You looked at him with wide eyes. ‘Because I couldn’t stay, that’s why I left’ You screamed back at him. ‘Because you ran whenever your Dad called, because we were never really together Dean’ He froze. ‘There was never an us, you were never mine you were always his, always did as he said. I was always your second’ You screamed. ‘You could have told me that, you didn’t have to just pack your bags and leave. You didn’t even leave a note. You didn’t talk to me for 2 whole years’ Your sighed. you knew how long it had been without him.

It had been some of the trickiest years of your life. You had gotten so used to hunting with Dean and then going to solo had taken a hit out of things. You had almost gotten yourself killed a few times.

And that was only the hunting side of things. It had taken you a long time to really realise Dean wasn’t there, you wouldn’t roll over and he would be there to pull you into his arms. When some douche got too handsy, he would step in telling him to ‘go to hell’ and ‘get his damn hands off you’. Then take you back to the motel and make you forget all about any other man. Most of all you just missed his company. You missed riding shotgun as you two rode to a hunt. How he would scream along to his classic rock. Or how he would smile at you, it lighting up his face. How he would hover close to you whenever you were out.

You just missed his presence.

You watched as his shoulders rose and dropped under his harsh breathing. ‘We were hunting partners’ You shrugged. ‘We hunted together and fucked to blow off some steam, get rid of that adrenaline. Didn’t think it would be such a big deal’ You could feel the tears begin to prick at your eyes. ‘To blow off steam?’ He screamed. His voice louder than you had ever heard it before. It made you shrink back a little. ‘That’s all we were to you? Some left over adrenaline?’ You could tell you had hurt him.

But it was better than the alternative. You two had gotten too close. Things had started to happen between you. And if you had learned anything after a life in hunting is that partnerships ended in disaster. If you and Dean had continued one of you would have died, and the other would be left devastate, thinking they could have done more, that it was their fault. The way you were heading, the hunting life wasn’t the place for that. And neither of you were giving it up.

A little hurt now, was better than a whole heap down the line. ‘It’s how it was for both of us’ You snapped back but your voice broke a little. You closed your eyes willing the tears to stay away. You had cried as many tears as you were going to cry over losing this man. ‘No, no it wasn’t’ You eyes snapped open. ‘Do you know what it did to me?’ You looked down at your boots unable to meet his eyes. ‘What waking up that morning did to me?’ You heard his footsteps as he stalked over to you.

You seen his feet but refused to look up at him. ‘I woke up and you were gone Y/n, Gone’ He wasn’t shouting anymore. But this was almost worse, you deserved his anger. Dean being angry you could deal with but this, not this. You couldn’t deal with the shake in his voice, the crack, almost as if he was about to cry. ‘You left me, you were gone’ His voice to dropped to more than a whisper.

You shrugged not looking at him. You felt his anger flare again. ‘Gone’ He shouted. ‘Why? Why did you leave?’ His hand wrapped around your arms. And you finally looked up. You didn’t like what you seen. Dean’s lips were parted. His eyes were wet with tears. ‘I couldn’t stay’ You felt your own voice crack and tears you had willed away started to come back. ‘Why? We were good? Why couldn’t you stay? What was wrong?’ God Dean never knew when to give up. ‘God damn it Dean Winchester, I’d fell in love with you’  You screamed pulling away from him.

You froze when you had realised what you had said, your eyes almost going as wide as his. Tears streamed from them down your cheeks. Dean’s jaw was almost on the floor. His arms still raised where he had held you. ‘Eh’ Both your heads snapped to the side.

Sam stood in the doorway a large brown bag in his hands. His eyes were wide and moved between you and his brother. You seen Dean reach up wipe a tear from his face. Why had neither of you heard him come in? ‘I got food, and a room for me and Dean’ You nodded looking down at your hands. ‘I should shower’ You turned running to the bathroom.

The rest of the night had been slightly awkward. You had all eaten dinner, you were happy Dean had remembered what you liked. Then you three had shared a few beers. The boys had made sure you were recovered before retiring to their own room.

You jumped when there was a knock on your door. You slowly opened it. Dean looked up at you with a soft smile. You sighed. ‘Dean li-’ But he cut you off. His hand wrapped around the back of your neck and pulled you to him. His other hand cupped your cheek and he pressed his lips to your. You tensed against him.

But then relaxed your hands grabbing his jacket pulling him closer to you. You could never say no to Dean, never. You loved him. Always had. Dean pulled away slightly his forehead resting on yours. ‘I love you Y/n’ Dean breathed his eyes opening and meeting yours. You felt your chest tighten. Those word you had wanted to hear for years. Words you had dreamt about hearing, it was true most nights you had dreamt of him lying beside you muttering those exact words. ‘I did back then and I love you now’ You felt your eyes tear up, he loved you. He loved you back. You could see the fear in his eyes. Fear you were going to tell him to leave, fear you wouldn’t love him back. Dean had never really felt as if he deserved those things, and part of you blamed John, the rest the Life. But also hope, he was hoping you felt the same about him, hoping you could say it back.

You pressed your lips to the side of his full pink lips. ‘I love you too’ You breathed. Dean smiled his eyes lighting up and pressed his lips against yours again. You took a step back into the room pulling him with you. He closed the door behind him with his foot as his hands pulled off your clothes and yours did the same with his.

You let out a breath as you watched the man sleep beside you. He looked peaceful in his sleep. A sleeping Dean was always something you loved watching. It was like all the weight of everything was taken off his shoulders. How you wanted it to be, how you wanted a happy life for him, for him to leave this behind and settle. You reached over brushing your finger along the freckles on his cheeks.

You smiled remembering the night before. All the times he had told you he loved you, all the times you had said it back to him. How he had held you in his arms as you both lay panting. Then how you had leaned over and kissed him with everything you had. And how he had rolled you underneath him saying he wanted to show you exactly how much he loved you, again.

You jumped as a hand came down on your shoulder drawing you from your thoughts. ‘Oh hey Sam’ You smiled up at the smaller Winchester. ‘How you feeling today Y/n?’ He asked. He must have been for a jog, he was covered in sweat and wearing a tracksuit. ‘A lot less sore thank you’ You smiled. Sam nodded. ‘Well, I’m going to get breakfast’ He smiled down at you before turning. ‘Hey Sam?’ You called after him He stopped looking at you. You looked down at your hands and sighed.

You slipped the silver ring from it holding it out him. He took it with furrowed eyebrows looking confused. ‘Will you do me a favour?’ You whispered. He nodded as he cradled the small band in his large hand. ‘I’m so sorry, and I love you more than anything’ You breathed. ‘Will you pass that onto your brother for me’ His eyes snapped up to you and widened. ‘Please?’ You felt your throat tighten and Sam nodded again. ‘Thank you’ You gave him a tight smile.

You turned climbing into your old car and pulled out from the motel parking lot tears cascading town your cheeks with Sam watching you go.

Leaving Dean Winchester asleep and naked in your motel room.

Hired Gun - Dean Winchester Imagine

Dean x reader

Summary: The FBI roll up into town after a few people die, you take a liking to the smaller Agent.

You lounged on the seat in the back of the shop. You had the TV on and a packet of chips beside you. The bell sounded at the front of the shop. You pushed yourself from the plush cushions. You walked towards the door-shaped hole in the wall. It had a beaded curtain covering it so customers couldn’t see into the back.

The little shop was owned by you and your family. You owned most of the block, your sister owner the diner next door, and your brother owned the club at the end of the street. It was cosy and small but it was exactly what you needed.

You pushed the bead aside. Your eyes landed on two men making their way towards the counter that was between you and the rest of the store. They were both tall, probably above 6 foot. Although one was extremely tall. He wore a suit and a dark tie, his hair was long, coming to below his ears. He was well built and he was very handsome.

But it was the smaller man who caught your attention. He was broad, his physic obvious under the dark cheap suit. He walked with purpose on those long muscular legs. But it was his face that was perfection. He had full pink lips, a killer jawline  His light brown hair messy on his head but neatly cut. And those eyes, those bright green eyes you could get lost in.

They both stopped in front of the counter and you had to look up at them. They had to be the most beautiful men you had ever met. ‘Agent Gabriel, Agent Collins’ The shorter said pulling out a badge. Your eyes ran over every detail on it before he sucked it away again. ‘FBI’ He had a deep gravelly voice to go along with the perfect face and it made you smile. ‘And what can I do for you boys?’ You asked them leaning forwards onto the counter. You seen the smaller smile a little his eyes dropping for a split second from your face.

The taller one cleared his throat and you took your eyes from him and looked at his partner. Your eyes roamed their bodies. ‘We’re investigating the deaths in town and heard you might know something’ You shrugged at him. ‘I know a lot of thing about a lot of things for those who know the right questions to ask’ You smirked and he gave you a slight bitch face. ‘You know anything about the deaths?’ The smaller one got straight to the point.

You pursed your lips. ‘I knew them, good guys. Regulars at the dinner next door, wives are regulars in here. That’s about as much as I know’ You leaned back off the counter surveying them. They shared a glance. ‘You don’t remember anything suspicious about them? Any way they were acting before they died?’ The taller one quizzed not letting up.

You sighed nodding. That perked their attention. ‘They were off yeah, usually nice guys. Turned into assholes overnight. Like they had no conscience’ You watched as they exchanged another look, as if they were communicating silently, having a full conversation with their eyes. ‘Like they’d lost every shred of sense of right and wrong they ever had, as if they didn’t have a soul’ You muttered.

Both their heads snapped towards you. ‘Excuse me?’ The taller one raised one eyebrow his head tilting slightly. The smaller one leaned forwards. ‘Did you say didn’t have a soul?’ He asked his eyes narrowing. You nodded. ‘You know, they did horrible things, didn’t care. Didn’t have a soul. It’s an expression down here boys’ You watched as the spark drained from them a little and they went back to the professional persona.

The shorter one cleared his throat and looked at his partner. ‘Well, I think that’s all we needed’ He looked back at you a smile on his face. ‘Thank you for your help’ He nodded. The taller one nodded thanking you as well. They turned and you watched them leave. You took a deep breath.

This was it, the moment you had been waiting for. ‘You two ain’t FBI are you? Those badges are fake’ You watched as they stopped. Their muscles tense and they shared a look as they turned. The shorter one had his hand on his back, a gun. And the taller was glaring at you suspiciously. That was all the answer you needed.

Bingo.

You smiled at them. ‘You two are Hunters’ You concluded for them. Then the short one pulled out his gun. He pointed it at you. ‘How’d you know that?’ He asked. You held up your hands in surrender. ‘I’ve met your kind before’ You told him. ‘Dean’ His partner reached out putting his hand on his arm. Dean lowered the gun but still stood ready. ‘I got you with that no soul thing. It was the proof I needed’ You explained.

The taller one nodded. ‘You want to explain how you know all this?’ You lowered your hands. ‘Turn the sign on the door’ You nodded to the open/close sign on the door. ‘Lock it and come into the back. I’ll explain everything, it’s about time you guys got here’ You turned and walked back through the curtain again.

It took them a few minutes to come through. You were sitting back on the sofa. You motioned to the chairs. The taller one took the armchair while Dean was left to sit beside you. ‘Explain’ He laid his gun on his lap. You closed your eyes leaning forwards. ‘You guys every heard of souleaters?’ You opened your eyes to see a confused look between them. ‘Hold up’ Your eyes widened. ‘You two, you’re the Winchesters’ Dean’s eyes narrow. ‘Sam and Dean’ You let out a laugh.

It would be just your luck you’d end up with the Winchesters working this case, they weren’t known to be very understanding to monsters. ‘Yes, we’re the Winchesters’ Sam gave Dean a glare as he confirmed your suspicions. ‘And we’ve never heard anything about any souleaters’ You nodded shrugging one shoulder. ‘Makes sense, we try to stay well off Hunter’s radars. Makes for a much easier and less stressful life’ Sam leaned forwards in his chair looking suspicious.

He narrowed his eyes and his body tensed to strike. ‘We?’ You nodded. All of a sudden Dean was on his feet. He had the gun pointed at your head. Sam was too reaching behind him to grab his own, which was in turn pointed at you as well. You leaned back in the chair holding your hands up. ‘Woah, woah. I ain’t gonna hurt you guys, I’m here to help. Put down the guns. I’ll tell you what’s going on’ You rushed your eyes widened. You groaned internally. Looks like you were going to have to take the fall for this one

Dean jerked his gun. ‘How about you just tell us now?’ You felt your heart begin to pound in your chest. He glared at you. You looked between the two of them frantically. Dean’s face was hard, a glare etched onto every perfect feature. Sam’s on the other hand was a little softer, and confusion written in his eyes. ‘Dean’ He lowered his gun. ‘Maybe we should give her a chance to explain’ Sam looked away from you to his brother.

You looked at him too. ‘She’s a monster Sam, she’s been taking people’s souls’ You shook your head frantically. ‘No, no I haven’t It’s not me’ He raised a brow. ‘I promise, I didn’t do that to those men, but I know who did and I can tell you how to kill them’ Dean watched you for a moment before lowering his gun. ‘Alright, talk’ He snapped.

You let out a long breath your body slumping. ‘Well, it’s another one of my kind, a soul-eater. She’s taking their whole soul. We’re not supposed to do that’ Sam was the first to sit down. When Dean looked at him he gave him a hard pointed look. Dean sighed loudly and sat back down. ‘We only take some of it, the bad bits it keeps us going. Like vamps and blood. If we take little bits from a lot of people we can get by, without attracting attention’ Sam nodded. ‘And someone’s started taking whole souls?’ You nodded.

Thank God he was starting to relax a little, even though Dean wasn’t. He was still looking at you as if you were evil. ‘Yeah, we’ve been waiting for you guys to show up and take her out. She broke the pact, we need her gone before she brings you guys down on all of us’ Dean furrowed his brows and shook his head. ‘Why can’t you just kill her? Why wait for us?’ You bit your lip.

You body slumped. ‘Our kind can’t kill our kind, the souls inside of us protect us, they deter us from killing one another. We need you to do it. I was hoping you’d come here first’ Dean nodded and shrugged. ‘So we’re a hired gun for you guys. ‘He furrowed his eyebrows. ‘Alright who is it?’ You took a moment to compose yourself and you gulped. ‘My sister’ You whispered.

Both of the boys went tense. They shared a quick glance. Dean leaned closer to you. ‘Your sister?’ You nodded slowly. ‘She owns the dinner next door, her. She’s been doing it’ You almost let yourself well up. But you couldn’t, she had brought this on herself. She had broken the rules, she was putting you all in danger. Yet she was still your sister.

Dean leaned back closing his eyes and ran a hand over his face. ‘You want us to kill your sister?’ Sam asked, his voice was hesitant and it sounded like he didn’t quite believe what he was hearing. You fiddled with your thumbs. ‘No, I don’t want you to’ You shrugged. ‘But you have to, before she gets us all killed. This is how we’ve survived so long. We don’t draw attention to ourselves’ Sam nodded.

Dean groaned. ‘Alright, how do we kill her?’ You stood and walked over to the cabinet the TV was resting on. You opened the doors and squatted down. There was an old wooden block in the back with some markings on it. Yu reached in taking it out. standing you turned and placed it on the coffee table. You rested your palm on the top.

The markings began to glow a faint red and the block shifted slightly so there was a crack. You pulled back your hand. ‘It only opens for one of us, the markings mean it will only open for someone with more than one soul inside of them’ You opened the lid. Inside lay a long sharp dagger. The handle made of iron with marking very like the one on the box it was kept in. There was two ruins on either side of the silver blade.

You reached in and took it out of the box. ‘Stab her in the heart’ You told them as you held it out to Sam. ‘Please bring it back’ You whispered. He took it gingerly from you. ‘It’s only one of few ever made, every tribe has one, that’s ours’ You explained. He looked up from the blade that he somehow made look small and nodded. ‘She should be in the dinner until 9 tonight, she gets off work and leaves through the back into the alleyway before walking down to her apartment on Cove Street. You’ll have to get her between there and her house’ You told them as they listened carefully to your every word. ‘You’ll have to kill her husband too if you don’t’ You closed the lid of the box before turning and putting it back into the cabinet. ‘It’s only 5, you’re welcome to wait here’ You told them turning a tear running down your cheek.

You walked back into the back of the shop. The boys had settled on the sofa. Sam looked up at you giving you a small smile. ‘I just seen my brother go into the dinner, Elissa should be leaving soon’  You told them as you went over to the small kitchen taking a glass from the press. You reached over grabbing the bourbon. ‘Are you sure you want us to do this?’ You looked at Dean as he stood. He had a sad look on his face as he walked towards you. ‘We have tried to talk to her, she won’t listen. It has to be done’ You nodded downing the bourbon in the glass.

Dean’s hand landed on your shoulder and he squeezed. It was then that you noticed you were alone with him. Sam had gone to the front of the shop to watch the dinner more than likely. ‘Be careful, she’s a fiery one’ You told him. He nodded. ‘Dean, we should go’ Sam’s head popped through the curtains. Dean nodded not taking his eyes from you. He turned and picked up the dagger before you closed your eyes listening to the two of them leave.

It was almost an hour later and you were pacing the back of the shop. They should have been back by now, unless your Elissa had gotten the best of them. If she had she would know you had sent them, that wouldn’t end well. You closed your eyes letting the tears roll down your face. Either way you were losing a sister, she was dead or your entire family was dead, she’d have you all killed.

You jumped when there was a knock on the back door. You rushed for it, freezing when you realised it could be her. ‘Y/n’ A deep voice called through the door. ‘It’s me, Dean’ You let out a long breath as you unlocked the door and pushed it open. He stood his shirt covered in blood. You eyes widened your hand going to your mouth. ‘It’s not mine’ He reached out holding the dagger out to you.

You gulped as tears began to roll faster down your face. ‘S-shes dead?’ Your voice was muffled by your hand. Dean nodded slowly. You closed your eyes a sob shaking your body. You were surprised when you felt arms wrap around you. Dean pulled you into his chest his hand stroking your hair. ‘It’s okay, it’s okay Y/n’ He cooed as he held you.

You pulled away from him and took the dagger. ‘Wheres Sam?’ You stepped away wiping your tears from your face. ‘He went back to the Motel’ You nodded as he stepped inside. ‘Are you okay? You just lost your sister tonight’ He asked as you closed the door behind him. ‘It wouldn’t be the first one I lost’ You laid the dagger by the sink and grabbed the bourbon. ‘You want a drink?’ Dean nodded. ‘There’s a spare top in the box by the chair Dean’ He raised an eyebrow. ‘It’s my brothers’ You explained pouring out two glasses.

You watched him strip off the shirt your eyes roaming his body. ‘Having second thought about giving me a top?’ He smirked, you walked towards him holding out the glass to him. ‘Having thoughts about you not in any clothes at all’ You teased. His eyebrows shot up his eyes widening. ‘I’m only kidding Dean’ He nodded reaching out and took the glass from your and. He sucked his bottom lip between his teeth. You sat on the sofa watching him.

He rolled his shoulders and you watched the muscles in his back roll under the tanned skin. He dropped back onto the seat without his shirt. He downed the amber liquid in the glass leaning forwards putting it on the table. ‘If you weren’t’ He turned to you looking you straight in the eyes. ‘I don’t think I’d have a problem with it’ He gave you a sly smirk.

You downed the rest of your drink and put the glass on the table. Turning you met his bright green eyes again. You leaned forwards and pressed your lips to his. He grunted and wrapped his arms around you pulling you closer to him. You shifted and threw your leg over his lap straddling him. His hand slid down to your ass pulling your body flush against his.

You smiled remembering that night, it was almost a year ago last week. That was the night you lost something important in your life, but gained something else. You flicked your wrist again and the toy shook in your hand. Your three month old girl giggled in her crib. She reached up grabbing at the toy. She was the light in your life. Your little Ellie Mary Y/l/n. You handed her the toy. ‘You have your father's eyes Ellie’ You leaned on the crib.

You booped her little nose as her bright green eyes landed on you and she giggled again.

You Tell Him Youre Pregnant

You Tell Him You’re Pregnant

You fiddled with the pages of the book in front of you biting your lip. ‘Y/n’ Dean smiled as him and Sam walked in the motel door. ‘Hey’ You stood walking over to him. You pressed a kiss to his cheek before doing the same to Sam. ‘How was it? You get her?’ You asked. Sam nodded. ‘We got her’ You walked back to the table closing the book.

You were on a hunt in Nevada. A werewolf, the boys were just after coming back from ganking her right now. You had declined from going saying you were going to pass this one up. You knew how strong and aggressive werewolves were and you shouldn’t be thrown around the place, not in your condition.

Dean held up a beer. You shook your head sitting back down. He furrowed his eyebrows. ‘You feeling better?’ Sam asked ignoring his brother. Realization flashed across Dean’s face as he remembered you being sick this morning. ‘Yeah, yeah. I’m fine now, thanks’ You smiled at Sam and looked at Dean.

You had no idea how you were going to tell him, the two of you weren’t even together. You were just seeing each other when things got tough, when the two of you felt like it you jumped into bed together. It wasn’t anything serious. You remembered the night two months ago when you were both were drunk, it must have been that night. You both always made sure to take precautions every other time. You couldn’t remember if you had that night or not. The two of you hadn’t been together for the last month.

Dean sat down across from you. ‘You okay?’ He asked pulling you from your thoughts. ‘You’ve been acting off for the last few days’ He leaned forwards his elbows on the table. ‘Yep fine. I need a shower’ You stood walking over to your bag pulling a large shirt out of it before closing the bathroom door behind you.

After a long shower you walked back out into the room. ‘Where’s Sam?’ you asked Dean as he sat on the edge of the bed watching the TV, some stupid sit-com. ‘Gone out to get food’ You smiled before walking over to your bag again dropping your old clothes into it. ‘Good, I’m starving’ You grumbled as you stood stretching your back.

You jumped when you felt hands on your hips. Dean pulled you back into him. His chest pressed firmly against your back. He leaned forwards his lips grazing your skin of your neck. You sighed closing your eyes leaning into him. ‘We have time though’ He leaned forwards and sucked on your skin. You sighed and his hands moved to your torso pulling you back.

Your eyes snapped open and you pulled away. He grunted as you stumbled from his arms. You turned looking up at him. He watched you his eyes full of hurt. ‘I-we-I can’t’ You mumbled. Dean’s lips parted and he sighed. He raised his hand running it over his face. ‘That’s why you’ve been so off. You don’t want to do this’ He groaned. ‘Dean, no,no’ You stepped forwards grabbing his arm.

He looked down at you. ‘There-it’s not that’ You told him your voice quiet. ‘Then what is it? You’ve refused to hunt, refused to drink, you were sick this morning y-’ He froze his eyes wide. ‘You aren’t sick are you? Like badly? You’re okay right?’ He stepped forwards taking your face in his hands.

You frantically shook your head. ‘No, I’m not sick. I-I’m-’ You took in a deep breath. ‘I think you should sit down’ You put your hands on his chest pushing him back until he hit the bed. His knees buckled and he sat down on the bed. ‘Okay, please don’t freak out’ You breathed.

Dean reached out taking your hands in his. ‘You’re beginning to get freaky Y/n’ His tongue darted out from between his lips, it caught his bottom lip pulling it back into his mouth so he could hold it between his teeth. ‘I-’ Your mouth dried up. What if he didn’t want the baby? He had always made it clear he didn’t want to drag someone into this mess, he didn’t even want a partner why the hell would he want a kid? Maybe you should just tell him you were leaving? That was you wouldn’t have to bring him into this, or bring a kid into this either.

Dean squeezed your hands pulling you from your thoughts. ‘Y/n, you what?’ His voice pulled you from your thoughts again. You bit your lip your eyes tearing up a little. ‘I’m pregnant’ You choked out. Dean’s eyes widened. He stood quickly. ‘It’s yours’ You felt a tear break free and roll down your cheek. ‘A-are you sure?’ He breathed his body tense. You nodded. You watched him, watching every reaction he had as if he was going to blow within the next few seconds.

Then a large smile broke out on his face. It reached those beautiful green eyes causing the sides of them to crinkle. ‘You’re pregnant’ You seen his eyes water with unshed tears, happy tears. You felt all the tension leave your body at once. One of his hands let go of yours and came up to cover his beaming lips. His eyes trailed down your body landing on your stomach.

Then he looked back up at you. He dropped his hand from his face, pure joy was the only thing you could see. ‘Yeah? Really? The baby’s mine?’ You nodded. ‘Definitely yours, ours’ Dean reached out his hand grabbing the back of your neck. He pulled you to him. He let go of your hand and wrapped his other arm around you. ‘I’m gonna be a Dad, we’re having a kid’ He breathed as you wrapped your arms around him

It was a while before he let go of you. ‘You shouldn’t be standing for too long’ He turned you and made you sit on the edge of the bed. ‘How far along are you?’ He asked kneeling in front of you. You finally let a smile grace your face. He was happy, Dean was happy. He wanted this baby,He wanted this. The sparkle in his eyes told you that. ‘Probably two months’ You whispered. Dean nodded.

He reached out and place his hand on your stomach. ‘My baby’ Dean breathed his eyes on his hand. ‘I can’t believe it’ The smile on his face hadn’t faded since you had told him. ‘I’m gonna be a dad’ He looked up at you. You nodded tears filling your eyes, happy tears. You reached out caressing his cheek.

Both your heads snapped to the side when you heard the door open. Sam stopped in the doorway. ‘What’s up?’ He raised an eyebrow stepping inside tentatively. ‘I’m gonna be a Dad Sammy’ Dean laughed standing. ‘Me and Y/n are having a baby’ Sam’s jaw dropped open. ‘A-a baby? You two are-?’ He gestured between you two and you nodded remembering you hadn’t told Sam.

Dean nodded with a laugh. ‘Thought you knew Sammy’ Dean laughed. You stood as Dean walked over to his brother. ‘You’re gonna be an uncle Sam’ He stopped in front of him. Then Sam began to laugh. ‘I’m happy for you both man’ He reached out pulling Dean into a hug. You watched them as they hugged and laughed.

Dean pulled away from his brother and looked back at you. ‘I guess I should be congratulating you too’ Sam strode forwards pulling you into a hug. ‘Woah’ Dean shouted rushing forwards. Sam was pried off you. ‘Watch it, you can’t be as rough with her anymore’ Dean wrapped his arm around your shoulders. His other hand gently rested on your abdomen. You rolled your eyes but couldn’t fight the smile. ‘How about we eat then?’ Sam chuckled at his brother’s reaction.

Dean nodded guiding you to the table. Sam laid out the food in front of you. You watched the two boys as they began to eat and talked about the baby. This definitely wasn’t going to be as bad as you thought. The smile hadn’t left either of their faces since finding out. Dean reached out and took your hand. You smiled at him before picking up your own burger.

Dean’s hand pulled from yours and you felt it on your stomach rubbing soothing circles over your shirt. You looked to the side to find him smiling fondly down at his hand. In that moment one thought crossed your mind

Dean was going to be a good Dad.

Dean x reader

Summary: You go on a hunt and encounter a witch, who has her own fun before you kill her.

The bright light seared your eyes and you felt your body leave the ground. Your body hit the wall and you flopped onto the floor. The world spun as you pushed yourself up. ‘You know what’s worse than the person you love dying?’ A woman knelt beside you. You looked up at her. Witch, you were hunting her, she was a witch. ‘Is when they’re still there and don’t love you. That’ll show that boy of your, maybe he won’t be so quick to kill someone’s husband next time’ You lunged at her pushing her onto the ground. Reaching beside you you grabbed the knife and brought it down.

You rolled off her letting out a long breath. You rubbed your head, you felt like you were forgetting something. You felt disorientated. You pinched your brow standing. ‘Y/n’ Your head snapped towards the doorway. Sam stood blocking the view of the hallway almost covering the whole door. ‘She’s dead’ You nodded at him. ‘Hey, everything okay here?’ Someone pushed Sam out of the way.

Your eyes widened. His eyes landed on the witch. ‘You killed her’ He stated. If you weren’t so worried about him calling the cops you’d have been struck by what a stunning man he was. He was tall, broad muscled and those eyes, those bright green candy apple eyes. You felt a sudden urge to plant your lips on his, but that would be unprofessional. Although you couldn’t help the pull you had towards this bow legged man and have him carry you away in those strong arms.

You held out your hand towards him. ‘It’s okay Sir’ You told him in the calmest voice you could muster. ‘Me and my partner here, we’re FBI. It was necessary’ He froze furrowing his eyebrows. Him and Sam shared a confused look, it looked like they knew each other. Then he started to laugh. ‘Funny, sweetheart’ He shook his head. ‘Next time I’ll be here sooner, point taken’ He stepped into the room.

You furrowed your eyebrows. ‘Sir’ You snapped. The man stopped looking at you. ‘I would suggest you turn around and go home’ You stepped towards him. ‘Alright joke over, I get it Y/n’ You tilted your head to the side. ‘How do you know my name?’ You narrowed your eyes. Again the two of them shared a look.

Sam stepped towards a wary look on his face. ‘Y/n, are you feeling okay?’ He asked quietly. ‘Yes, yes I’m perfectly fine Sam’ Pretty boy groaned and threw his arms up into the air. ‘Really? He was here like 10 seconds before me and it’s only me who gets this’ Okay to say you were confused now was definitely an understatement.

Sam sent him he’s classic bitch face. ‘Y/n, did the witch his you with anything?’ You furrowed your eyebrows. ‘Y/n, babe, it’s me’ The man stepped closer to you. ‘Me? You say that like I’m supposed to know you’ You shook your head looking at your hunting partner. ‘Sam, who the hell is this?’ Sam’s eyes widened. The man’s breath hitched and lip lip trembled.

Sam gulped. ‘Y/n, this is my brother Dean, your Fiance’ You felt like someone had punched you in the gut.

You threw your head back and laughed. ‘Don’t be ridiculous Sam, you don’t have a brother’ You shook your head. The smaller man, Dean seemingly, stepped forwards. ‘Babe, I swear if this is some kind of joke it’s gotten old’ He growled. Your laughter stopped immediately. ‘A joke? Yeah, this is a joke, well done guys, not tell me, who are you really? Another Hunter?’ You crossed your arms over your chest.

Sam looked at him. ‘Dean, I-I think she’s serious’ He whispered fear evident in his voice. Sam looked back at you Dean’s eyes were focused on you. ‘Y-you really don’t know who I am?’ He breathed. You wanted to tell him yes, you wanted to take the heartbroken look from his face. But you couldn’t , so you shook your head. Then they began to water. Just watching him tear up watching that one perfect tear spill from his eye and roll down his cheek broke your heart.

It ripped you in two, you wanted to take him in your arms and make it all go away. It was the strongest reaction you had to anyone crying in your entire life, it was like his pain hit you too, ripping your own heart in two as you watched his being crushed. It made you think, maybe you did know him. Maybe you did know this Dean.

Then he turned and strode from the room. You watched him go, his perky ass prominent through his jeans. Something inside you screamed at you to follow him, but your feet were stuck to the spot you were standing. It was when he disappeared from your view that you finally obeyed. You began to move towards the door, following this man. ‘Y/n, you shou-’ Sam stepped in front of you.

You reached out grabbing his arm. You threw your body at him catching him off guard, you spun his throwing him up against the wall. You sprinted by him following his brother. ‘Hey’ You called when you caught sight of him. He was walking towards a sleek black 67′ Impala. He turned as you stayed running towards him. ‘Y-you remember me?’ He breathed as you came to a stop in front of him.

You shook your head. ‘No, but I know I’m supposed to. I know I am’ His jaw clenched and you bit your lip. ‘I-I’m sorry’ You felt your own tears welling up. Dean’s eyes widened and he reached forwards. His hand grabbed the back of your neck and he pulled you to him. He wrapped his arms around you. ‘Don’t cry sweetheart, we’ll figure it out’ He ran his thumb along your hairline and you shivered relaxing into him.

You felt at home in his arms. He knew how to calm you, knew that rubbing the back of your neck calmed you. You reached around him wrapping your arms around his torso, they felt right there, like they had been there before. ‘We’ll figure it out’ He pressed a kiss to your head and you couldn’t help the overwhelming feeling of love that swelled inside you. You couldn’t help but relax into him.

You heard someone clear their throat behind you. ‘Well you may not remember him but you definitely remember how to kick ass’ You pulled away to see Sam walking out of the house. ‘Sorry’ You shrugged stepping away from Dean. ‘I-I-’ you chewed on your lip. ‘I-he was crying-I didn’t like seeing him crying’ You shrugged and rubbed the back of your neck. ‘Alright, let’s get you back to the bunker, we can call Cas there’ Dean put his hand on the small of your back turning you towards the car. He pulled keys out of his pocket and tossed them to Sam. ‘Drive’ He told him opening the door for you.

For the first hour you all sat in silence. Sam was driving and you and Dean sat in the back of the car. ‘Is this yours?’ You asked Dean running your fingers over the leather seats. Dean nodded. ‘Yeah, this is Baby’ Dean patted the eat fondly. He must really love his car. ‘She’s beautiful, even though I don’t like cars’ Dean chuckled a little. ‘I know but you still love Baby’ He smiled up at you but you could still see the sadness in his eyes.

You hesitantly reached out putting your hand on his. It was then that you caught sight on the ring on your finger. Dean turned his hand and laced his fingers through yours. ‘Is what Sam said true?’ You whispered. ‘What?’ Dean furrowed his eyebrows. ‘About the Fiance thing’ You pulled your hand from his and looked at the simple, yet perfect ring on your finger. ‘I bought you that three months ago’ Dean reached out and took your hand in his again.

He ran his finger over the silver band. ‘It’s beautiful’ You smiled widely at him. He nodded. You sat in silence again. After a moment you pulled your hand away from his and reached into your back pocket. You pulled out your phone and typed in the pass code. ‘You remember’ You looked up at Dean. ‘What?’ He nodded towards your phone. ‘You remember your pass code’ You chuckled a little. ‘Yeah I should it was-’ You paused.

What exactly was the significance of those four numbers, and they were significant. You knew they were, they were something really important. They were something important to someone. ‘My birthday, that’s my birthday’ Dean smiled. He scooted closer to you sitting in the middle. ‘You remember my birthday’ He beamed. ‘This is good, that’s good’ He nodded speaking to himself more than you.

You felt bad for the guy, he was clinging onto anything that indicated you remembered him. Anything that meant you knew him. You were sure you did, you were sure you knew him, to some extent. But he was talking about marriage here, and hunters don’t marry. That was something that didn’t happen, something you had resigned yourself to. And this man was telling you you two were engaged.

You got why you would want to marry him, he seemed kind, sweet, like a genuine man, and handsome too. You got that much but would you really do it? Would you really put yourself out there that much? After everything you’d seen would you really fall in love and marry someone. ‘I just typed it in, just absentmindedly’ You told him, you didn’t want him to get his hopes up only to be dashed. ‘But I didn’t remember the significance of it’ He shrugged.

A smile still on his face. ‘But you knew it was something significant. That’s something’ You opened your mouth to say something but the look of hope in your eyes was something that seemed foreign there, and you didn’t want to talk it away. ‘I guess it is’ You looked back down at your phone.

You took in a breath when you seen the screensaver. It was you and him. You were sitting on the hood of Baby. You had your tongue sticking out at Dean and your hand was on his cheek. He was lounging on the hood of the car as well. His hand was on you thigh and he was laughing. ‘That was a good day’ Dean smiled and he leaned closer. ‘I have a photo from that day too as mine’ He reached into his pocket pulling out his phone.

You watched him type in his pass code. ‘That’s my birthday’ You breathed, he glanced at you from the corner of his eye nodding as you leaned over looking at the photo. Baby wasn’t in this one. It was just you and him. He had his arms around your waist as he stood behind you. He was smiling looking at the camera. You had your head tilted back, one of your hands were on his arm and the other on the back of his head pulling him forwards. You were leaning up pressing your lips to his jaw.

You looked up at Dean. ‘It was your birthday, a few months ago’ You furrowed your eyebrows. you could remember it, it was blurry and pieces were missing. The only thinking you could properly remember was time spent with Sam and Cas. ‘I can’t remember my birthday’ You breathed closing your eyes.

Now that you thought about it you couldn’t remember a lot of the last few years, it wasn’t that you had forgotten. You remembered it, you knew it happened you remembered who with but there was bits that were blurry. You couldn’t see it clearly but you knew it was there. ‘I-I can’t remember’ You dropped your phone on your lap bringing your hands up to your face.

You felt your resolve crumbling. The sobs shook your body. You were missing a large amount of the last few years. Your life was gone, everything you had done with this man was gone. Someone you loved enough to marry, to risk being in love with in this life, to publicly make him a target for anyone who didn’t like you. You loved him, a lot seemingly. And you had forgotten him.

You tensed as you felt arms wrap around you. ‘Babe, it’s okay you will remember. We’ll make sure of it’ You heard Dean say and you were pulled into his chest. ‘It’s okay Babe’ His voice strained and shaking. He was crying, you were both crying. You pulled your legs up to your chest turning into him. ‘I-I can’t remember you Dean’ You sobbed. He tightened his grip on you. ‘You’ll remember. You’ll remember me, you will’ You pulled away from his taking your hands from your face.

You caught Sam shifting awkwardly in the front of the car. You felt sorry for him, he would have to deal with both you and Dean being emotional. ‘But what if I don’t? What if she got rid of my memories completely? What if I never remember you?’ Your tears kept coming. Dean reached up and wiped your cheeks. ‘Then we’ll make new ones, we’re still here. We’ve got each other, that’s all we need sweetheart’ He smiled sadly at you.

You shook your head. ‘I can’t’ You pulled away from him. ‘I can’t not remember you’ You looked down at your finger the diamond twinkling on your finger. ‘I can’t not remeber this, I have to remember our life Dean’ Dean opened his mouth but whatever he was going to say considered and just wrapped his arms around you again pulling you to him. ‘We’ll be fine. I promise’ He kissed your head.

You grumbled when someone jostled you in your sleep. ‘Sorry sweetheart’ You heard a deep voice above you. You felt yourself being lowered onto something soft. ‘Go back to sleep’ You opened your eyes yawning softly. ‘Dean?’ Dean’s head snapped towards you. ‘Yeah’ He dropped to his knees beside the bed. He took your hand in his. ‘You remember? You remember me?’ He watched you with wide eyes his lips parted a hopeful look on his face. ‘Not the way you want me to’ You whispered.

You watched as the hope disappeared from his eyes. His shoulders slumped and he nodded slowly. His tongue darted out between his lips. Your heart broke at the sight. You chest tightening. ‘I’m making dinner, do you want any?’ He tried to shake off how sad he looked putting a fake smile on his face. ‘I’m making your favourite?’ He raised an eyebrow. ‘The big burger?’ You chanced. He smirked nodding. ‘My own invention, you’re remembering’ He smiled standing.

You shrugged not wanting to tell him that you were convinced Cas was the one who had made it for you. You furrowed your eyebrows, everything was beginning to clear. Only where had been blurry was beginning to fill with Castiel's presence. ‘Dean’ /You reached out grabbing his arm. ‘We need to call Cas, see if he knows anything’ Dean nodded. ‘Sam’s called him’ He reached out rubbing your hand that was on his arm.

You sat at the table eating the burger Dean had made for you. He sat beside you with a scrapbook. Inside it was loads of photos. Each one of them had a date and description written under them, all in your handwriting. You pointed to a photo of you and him standing in the bunker by a christmas tree. ‘It was a surprise for Sammy, he wanted a christmas so we sent him out to get a crazy shopping list and when he came back the bunker was decorated’ He explained what was going on in the photo. What you didn’t tell him is you thought it was Cas who had helped you decorate

You nodded pointing at another one. It was you Sam, Dean and Cas standing in a field, it was dark and there were trees behind you. ‘That’s New Years, we had just finished up a nasty case, Sam had hurt his shoulder. We drove to the middle of nowhere and Cas got fireworks for us. We let them off and I kissed you at midnight. We sat in that field for hours just drinking and letting off fireworks’ You ran your finger over the photo.

The flap of wings distracted you and you looked up. ‘Hello’ Castiel smiled. You let a large smile grace your features. ‘Cas’ You slid out of the chair and threw your arms around the Angel. He chuckled and patted your back. ‘Y/n, Sam said you were in trouble’ You nodded. ‘I am’ He pushed you back looking you over. ‘You seem fine’ He furrowed his eyebrows. ‘She can’t remember me’ Dean grumbled behind you and you pulled away from Castiel.

You hadn’t meant to get so excited around Cas. That must have hurt him. His fiance getting excited when  another man pops into the room and she can’t even remember his name. You smiled sadly at him before going over to sit beside him. ‘Can you fix it?’ Cas sat across from you. ‘Tell me what happened? How did you forget Dean?’ You nodded before launching into the story about the hunt.

Castiel looked at Dean. ‘Did you kill the witches husband?’ Dean nodded. ‘Well, it was definitely revenge, I will go look into it and be back’ With that he was gone. You looked up at Dean. ‘I’ll be back in a minute’ Dean stood walking away. You watched him go sitting in silence ‘There’s something else’ Sam sat down where Cas had a minute ago. you sighed. ‘The burger, the christmas trees. I always remember it as Castiel, not Dean’ Sam nodded pursing his lips. ‘Your brain probably can’t handle not knowing, it’s filling in the blanks how it can. Cas was with you when Dean made you the burger for the first time, Cas took that photo. Cas introduced you and Dean in the first place, maybe it was your subconscious linking them’ Sam shrugged.

You nodded and sat in silence until Dean got back. ‘Alright, what’s next?’ Dean sat back down looking at the scrap book again. ‘This one’ You pointed to a photo of you and Dean sitting in the library. He chuckled nodding. ‘That was just a normal day. Me and you fell asleep on one of the chairs. I was sitting there and you came over with this book, it was in latin, and you sat on my lap reading it. An hour later you were asleep’ He told the story with a fond smile. ‘I fell asleep soon after, I didn’t want to wake you up’ You reached out and took his hand.

He looked up at you with a tear in his eye. You reached up and wiped the tear as it began to roll down his cheek. He smiled and you smiled back. ‘I found a cure’ You both jumped away from Dean. Castiel stood behind Sam with a smile on his face. ‘It was a memory spell, it put a block on your memories, that is why they are so hazy and blurry’ He held out a small vial.

You reached out hesitantly taking it from him. ‘It is safe, you do not need to worry about taking it’ You bit your lip. You popped open the lid and took a sniff. It smelt sour and your nose wrinkled up in disgust. ‘It doesn’t smell great’ You muttered before looking at Dean. He had that hopeful look in his eyes again. He was smiling but trying to keep it slightly hidden. You would be drinking something none of you knew about, he was worried.

You smiled at him before you raised it to your lips and let the liquid flow down your throat.

Your head was pounding when the room came into focus. You weren’t in the kitchen though you were lying on the bed. ‘Y/n’ Dean leaned forwards and smoothed your hair from your face.  ‘Hey’ You smiled up at him. He smiled down at you, but there was something behind his eyes. Worry, hurt, fear. ‘Remember me?’ He breathed. You nodded. ‘Every detail, although I wish I couldn’t remember that weekend in Wisconsin’ Dean’s eyes lit up at your words.

A smile spread across his face ‘You remember me’ He leaned forwards smashing his lips to yours. ‘You remember me’ You could feel the tear from his eyes dropping on your cheek as he kissed you. You pulled away. ‘Worst five hours ever’ He grumbled but smiled anyway. ‘I love you Y/n’ He chuckled and kissed you again, like his life depended on it.

I’d like to thank everyone who reads my writing !! You guys are amazing, thank you for reading them. It means the world to me, thank you <3 I love you guys

Second Chances - Dean Winchester Imagine

Dean x reader

Summary: You meet Dean after a year without him, only to have a little happy surprise for him.

You were sprawled across the grass as you watched Sam fall into the pit. Tears wet your eyes watching your best friend fall to save everyone else. You knew he had to put Lucifer back in Hell but it made it hurt no less. He was your best friend, someone you could turn to and here he was falling to his doom.

You watched as the ground closed up and Dean crawled over to it. You closed your eyes letting your head drop to the ground as you sobbed. You were both bruised and bloody, Lucifer having gotten angry. Dean had taken the brute of his for but that didn’t mean you had gotten off lightly either.

It felt like years before a hand landed on your shoulder. You looked up to see Castiel standing above you. How? He had exploded moments ago. Dean was knelt behind him his eyes on your face. He was healed, all the blood from his face gone. You raised your own hand and felt no tender spots on your flesh. Cas had healed you.

Dean took you in his arms pressing a kiss to your head. You were parting ways. Dean was getting out of this life, just like Sam had asked. And you, well you were diving into a werewolf case a state over. You cuddled into his shoulder. ‘I’ll call’ He whispered. You nodded knowing he wouldn’t, not after the first few month. ‘Go be happy Dean. She’s lovely’ You pulled away and pressed a kiss to his cheek. ‘You deserve this, and don’t worry. You got the rest of us to do the job’ Dean smiled down at you.

And that was the last time you ever seen the Impala. You watched it as it drove down the dirt road away from both you and Bobby, and away from your life. Dean was in that car, going to find comfort after his brother dying in another woman’s arms. She could give him the comfort and stability you never could. She could give him a life.

To say the news a month later was a shock would be an understatement. You had sat staring at the small object for an hour. You sat at Bobby’s table waiting for him to come back. He was just as shocked as you, but the shock soon wore off and he had forced you to do something you hadn’t since becoming a hunter. Think about your future

That had all been a year ago. Now, you had your hand down your sink trying to grab whatever was blocking it. It was a world away from what you used to do. From hunting to this. You were lucky, when your Mother and Father had died when you were a little girl and left you a major inheritance. So you were living a comfortable life. After buying a house in a quiet secluded neighbourhood you had settled down completely.

There was a knock on the door and you looked up. ‘Come in’ You called out and your fingers wrapped around the piece of bone that was stuck in the drain. You heard a loud set of footsteps coming through the house. ‘Evening Sam’ You broke the bone pulling it from the drain. ‘Hello, Y/n’ It was then that you heard the second set of footsteps.

You turned and your eyes widened. Be Sam stood his brother. Dean

You smiled slightly your eyes glancing towards the ceiling towards upstairs. ‘What are you doing back Dean?’ You asked as you began to put the sink back together. Sam pulled out a seat at your table making himself at home. He should. He had helped you pick out the house, it was in Lawrence, you thought it would be a good thought. Sam, oddly, hadn’t cared about the sentiment. He hadn’t cared about much really, apart from a few things.

Dean watched Sam make himself comfortable. ‘Had to come back in’ Dean shrugged. ‘What about you? Sam said you’re out. Didn’t tell me why’ You nodded turning to look at the two boys. ‘Too dangerous, just needed to get out of the game. Sit down make yourself comfortable you want di-’ You were cut off by a cry from upstairs.

Sam’s head snapped towards the sound his eyes shining. ‘Sorry’ You muttered and ran from the room before Dean could begin with the questions. And you knew there would be, from the confused look on his face, the way his eyebrows knitted together and the slightly parted lips.

You pushed the door open and the noise got louder. ‘Hsh, sweety, shh’ You bent over the wooden crib and gently scooped the baby boy up in your arms. ‘Shh’ You began to rock him back and forth. ‘This is why you got out?’ Dean’s shocked voice came from the doorway.

You spun around holding the still crying boy to your chest. Sam appeared behind him panting slightly. ‘I-I tried to stop him’ He looked at you. His eyes fell on the baby and he began to smile. ‘Hey there kiddo’ He pushed by Dean. ‘Come on’ He chuckled walking up to you. ‘Stop giving Mom a hard time’ He leaned forwards and Sam took the small baby from your arms.

You looked at Dean. ‘Yeah, he said Mom’ Sam began to bounce gently wiggling his finger in front of your baby as he stopped crying and tried to catch it in his tiny hands. ‘You had a baby’ Dean breathed and stepped into the room. ‘Where’s the Dad?’ He looked around. ‘He working? I seen no photos downstairs’ Sam looked up at you and you gulped.

He nodded slightly and looked away from you down to the baby again. ‘He isn’t here, never has been’ Dean’s eyes narrowed. ‘So the Son of a Bitch just left you’ Dean seethed as he crossed his arms his eyes on your baby. ‘He didn’t know’ You followed his eyes. He hadn’t taken them off the baby yet. His eyes snapped up. ‘A one night thing’ You shrugged.

He took your hand in his. ‘Something like that, he was with another woman, he was happy. I tried but he was happy’ Dean grumbled and took you into his arms. ‘Son of a Bitch had a wife, low life cheat’ Sam let out a booming laugh. ‘Definitely not that Dean’ He smiled as your baby grabbed his finger and tugged it towards his face.

You pulled away from Dean and turned back to Sm. There was silence for a few moments. ‘How come Sam knew and not me?’ Dean snapped grabbing your arm. ‘You could have told me’ You looked up at him. ‘Sam came back to me the minute he came back. He was there for me, when I found out through the pregnancy, at the birth. The whole time. He just knew’You looked up at him. You had to tell him. ‘You were with another woman’ You breathed.

Dean scoffed. ‘You could have told me you needed someone, I would have been ha-’ You reached out and put your hand over his mouth and he glared down at you. ‘Sam had every right to know his nephew Dean’ You breathed. He needed to know. It had cut you up inside not telling him. But when you had found out you had tried. He was happy, very happy. Lisa and Ben were good for him, you couldn’t ruin that. Especially when you could cope on your own. And you had Sam.

Dean’s eyes widened and he looked from you to the little boy in his brothers arms. Tears filled his eyes and his lip trembled. ‘I-I’m the Dad? He’s my son’ His voice was soft, quiet and had a hope you had never heard before in the older Winchester. You nodded. ‘Yeah, Nathan John Winchester’ You muttered and a large smile broke out across his face.

Tears ran down his cheeks and he let go of your arm. ‘After our Fathers’ You nodded and he stepped closer to Sam. Sam looked up at you and you nodded. ‘I think it’s time his Father held him’ Sam stepped forwards and Dean held his arms out. Gently Sam handed Dean his son.

Dean looked down at him, awe etched into every feature of his handsome face. ‘Hey there buddy’ He cooed running his finger over Nathan’s cheek. ‘I’m your Daddy’ He smiled down at the smiling baby in his arms. Sam smiled slightly and walked by you. He patted your shoulder. ‘I’ll make some food’ He kissed your forehead before leaving.

That left you alone in the nursery with Dean. ‘It was that night wasn’t it?’ He didn’t look up at you. ‘A week before Sam went into the pit, the night we got drunk’ You nodded it walking over to him. You stopped in front of him and cooed at your son. ‘I’m sorry I never told you, but I’m still in. I still do research and give out info and things’ You looked up at Dean. ‘I’m still half in, I’m not a hunter anymore but I’m still in the life. You were out. I’m sorry’ Dean leaned forwards and pressed a lingering kiss to your forehead.

He shrugged. ‘It’s alright’ He nodded. you knew there would still be a discussion, if not an argument, later. He was just too shocked, happy and content right now to have anything bother him. Not even the fact you had kept his son from him.

Dean smiled widely as he reached out. He grabbed you tugging you into his side smiling down at you both. ‘I don’t care about that. We have a son Y/n, a son’ He beamed and you wrapped your arms around him. ‘Yeah, we do’ You smiled up at him. You reached out brushing your son’s soft blonde hair.

Dean squeezed you slightly and you looked up at him. ‘We’ve got a second chance Y/n’ He breathed. ‘We can be a family, what ye say?’ You smiled and nodded. ‘Yeah, I like the sound of that’ Dean leaned down pressing a soft kiss to your lips. You both pulled away laughing as your son began whining and giggling pulling at your finger.

Dean smiled down at you his eyes sparkling with happiness. He had his family.

Your Love is a Bad Medicine

Your Love Is A Bad Medicine

Dean Winchester x Sister! reader

Song: Bad Medicine - Bon Jovi

Warning: Separation anxiety

Description: Dean and his little sister are on their way to get Sam from college.  Dean has to go somewhere, and the youngest Winchester is left in the room by herself. Her anxiety begins to act up while she waits for her brother to come back.

━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━

(Y/n) tapped her foot anxiously against the dirty red carpet of the motel room. She sat in the green chair by the window, glancing through the blinds, into the parking lot.

The sun had gone down a while ago so the only illumination she had were the few door lights that actually worked. (Y/n) bit into her bottom lip, gnawing at the bruised skin as her anxiety peaked a bit more. The small box TV sitting on the dresser played in the background. Static flickered every now and again due to the bad quality of the motel. The young girl turned it on to distract herself from the road but the worry for her brother grew and grew over the night.

Dean had left hours before sunset and had not come back since. She knew he could handle himself but the worry that something bad could happen inundated through her mind, nonetheless. Slipping her fingers through to push the blinds open, she felt tears forming in her eyes when she still didn’t see the Impala turning into the motel.

(Y/n)’s throat began to clog up as she tried to stop from letting out a cry. She then glanced at her phone that was charging on the bed. Almost too quickly, she threw herself across and pulled the cell harshly off the plug. She instantly went into her contacts, her shaking finger hovering over Dean’s name. She pressed down, listening to the repeating ring coming from the phone.

However, the instant feeling of guilt spread through her. (Y/n) immediately went back to the home screen and sighed. She wouldn’t want to bother him because of her worries, especially if he was working. A few stray tears dropped, and she lies her head back on the flat pillows.

“Maybe listening to music will help,” the girl whimpered, turning the screen on and pressing the downloads she had. A smile reached her quivering lips as she saw the name of a song her and Dean like to sing together. She began to softly play it on her phone speaker. The beginning music resonated, causing her smile to widen.

Your love is like a bad medicine

Bad medicine is what I need

 Whoa oh oh

Shake it up like a bad medicine

There ain’t no doctor that can cure my disease

(Y/n) turns it up as old memories began to resurface. She lifts herself, resting her elbows on the top of her knees. Leaving her phone in her lap, she reposed her head and closes her eyes, humming softly to the music.

 I ain’t got a fever, got a permanent disease

And it’ll take more than a doctor to prescribe a remedy

I got lots of money but it isn’t what I need

Gonna take more than a shot to get this poison outta me

And I got all the symptoms, count ‘em, one, two, three

Suddenly, the door opens with an obnoxious voice singing along with the chorus. “Your love is like a bad medicine! Bad medicine is what I need!”

(Y/n) jumps from her spot and instantly turns off the song that was playing. Her eyes were wide with fright and her fingers twitched at her side.

Dean stood in front of the door, a few bags in hand. His brows furrow with confusion as he notices his little sister’s current state. He places the bags on the table that was beside the dresser, turning to (Y/n) with new concern. “What’s wrong, ankle-bitter?”

“N-nothing! I just wasn’t expecting you to barge through like that,” (Y/n) replies, mentally cursing for her nervous habits.

Dean gave his famous smirk, pulling his jacket off his shoulders. “Well, I thought you would be asleep until I heard music blaring. I guess we were both surprised.”

“Y-yeah.” (Y/n) simply replies as she got up on the bed again and watched Dean go into the bathroom to change.

After a few minutes, he comes out, plopping himself on the bed. “So, what have you been up to?” Dean asks, leaning himself on the headboard.

“Not much...” (Y/n) mumbled out with a shrug.

“(Y/n), is everything alright?” Another shrug was all he got. “Look at me.”

She felt stupid. He was right here but she felt tears swarming again. Why was she so scared?

“It’s nothing,” she said after a few breaths to calm herself.

“Sure doesn’t look like nothing,” Dean grumbles. He straightens himself to a sitting position, all humor gone from his eyes. “Come on, tell me what’s on your mind-- is it about Dad?”

“No! I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m worried about his safety but that’s not it.” (Y/n) replied quickly.

         “So, something is bothering you?”

The youngest Winchester sighs with irritation. She hates it when Dean does this. He knows just what to say and he will press on until she confesses.

“I was worried about you, that’s all.”

“Why? I was only out for a couple of hours,” Dean questions.

“I-I know... doesn’t mean something bad couldn’t happen within those nine hours,” (Y/n) mutters in embarrassment.

“You were counting time... is that why you called? I was going to answer but you hung up before I could.”

         “Sorry.”

“Don’t be sorry. You get nervous, I get it,” Dean trivializes, “but hey, we’re both here.”

“Yeah,” (Y/n) agreed, smiling slightly at him.

“Get some sleep. We gotta a good drive tomorrow,” Dean said, smiling in return.

(Y/n) nodded, situating herself to a laying position on the bed. She felt Dean shift too, resting on his back. “Hey Dean...” she asks, while closing her eyes.

         “Yeah?”

“Do you think Sam will be glad to see us?”

“I don’t know... I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Sleeping would help pass the time.”

         “Yeah, yeah. Goodnight.”

         “Night (Y/n).”

Your love is like a bad Medicine

Bad medicine is what I need

 Whoa oh oh

Shake it up like a bad medicine

You got the potion that can cure my disease

Somebody's Problem | Dean Winchester x Blk Fem Reader

Summary: Dean couldn't help but think how you were somebody's problem.

No warnings.

A/N: This is a songfic loosely based on Morgan Wallen's song Somebody's Problem lyrics are written into the ff. Short read.

Somebody's Problem | Dean Winchester X Blk Fem Reader

Parties were the best place to get laid. Especially college parties. Dean wasn't a college student, but where there was booze and chicks, he was there. He's got a red solo cup in his hand filled to the brim with warm beer. He's smiling at girls who send him flirtatious winks, but none of them are good enough to pull him their way. He keeps moving through the party. Bodies everywhere, weed lingers in the air and Eric Church played from somewhere. Dean sipped his beer moving through the party until he was out front with a couple who were almost out of their clothes on the front lawn. At least someone would be getting some ass.

A gray-matted BMW pulled up to the party. Windows rolled down, music blasting. Dean sees the 30-A sticker on the back windshield. Two-tone tank top slipping off your shoulder kinda girl when you step out. Dean lowers his red solo cup. For a second, the world stands still.

Ooh, I know where this is going. I already know it. Dean thought.

He watches as you walk past. Throws a look his way. A little smile from gloss cherry-tinted lips. Dean knew the type of girl you were. Likes shopping with Daddy's black American Express, and long vacations in exotic places.

It's like in those few split seconds Dean saw everything as you slowly moved by. He wanted to know your name. Know your favorite color and your favorite song. Shit. This wasn't like him to want to go that deep (that was deep for him). You were just a girl. But Dean's mind saw you as something more than that.

How you were somebody's problem. Somebody's goodbye.

You being the last number that they can't find.

You were somebody's best day. Somebody's worst night.

You were the reason somebody left the porch light on.

Then here was Dean, thinking of your beautiful complexion. You're a shade darker from being out on the beaches of Cancun.

Damn. He's thinking now how he loved to drown in them heartbreaker brown eyes of yours.

Oh, she's about to be my problem.

So Dean gets close to you. You're dancing in a way that Dean imagined was the way a Goddess could dance. And Dean he sips his drink watching you. You pulled him by his shirt, body pressed against his. He liked this. You smell of Jasmine blossom and lilacs, and Dean is crazy about the smell. He wanted to lean into you, to smell more of you, to kiss you, to wrap his arms around your waist and keep you forever.

You're the kinda girl once somebody had you, they couldn't stand to lose you. Kinda girl where your friends tell you “Don't F it up.”

You're the kinda girl that guys try to get your number to sliding through the summer to talking about love.

Dean wanted to be that summer love you'll think about in mid-hot September to harsh winters In December. He wants to be the thoughts that keep you warm in the middle of those cold nights. Dean doesn't think twice when he leans forward a bit and kisses your lips. He tastes of beer. You hold his face between your hands. For Dean, he thought he'd be a face you'd forget somewhere between the tequila shots by the end of the night if the two of you didn't end up upstairs in a bedroom naked between a stranger's bedsheets.

Wherever it led, Dean didn't care.

Dean loses himself in you. Oh, he wanted to try all the problems you were for somebody else.

He thinks he's crazy for wanting that, but maybe he was.

A/N: If you want to request Dean x blk reader my request are always open. :) Thanks for reading!
