Ok so message for all my cis folks out there on how to deal with trans people being dead named/misgendered, it’s really simple actually, you just, lemme see here:

Unless this a specific situation where the trans person isn’t out and correcting them would out them, correct people 👏
It’s really scary correcting people when you’re trans and most the time it isn’t malicious so you feel bad and you don’t want to have to explain to people you barely know that you’re transgender
It also reinforces the ‘screaming trans person correcting everyone’ stereotype when we do. Some cis people get really defensive when they’re corrected and it’s stressful dealing with that multiple times a day so a lot of trans people just let misgendering/deadnaming go.
It doesn’t matter if you barely know them or if you’ve never even talked, if someone misgenders them just correct them. Don’t call yourself a trans ally if you do nothing when misgendering and deadnaming happens
contrary to popular belief not everyone has an innate sense of internal gender or care to have one or seek a name for it, some people go their whole lives without questioning their occupation in one of two gender roles, but for some people, if pressed, they don’t feel that internal sense of ‘i am a woman’ or ‘i am a man’, and in that case i feel the switch over to transgender vs cisgender relies on active identification of a gender other than the one they were assigned. if someone’s like ‘idk dude I just work here’ then that’s valid

; I think something really important that is often overlooked is that when people say " Pronouns don't equal gender " or anything along those lines, this goes for people who are cis as well.
; because I see or hear of so many instances where a cishet person will come out as wanting to use different pronouns then what you'd expect ( i.e. Cis woman wants to use he / him or they / them ) and people are either negative or confused. ESPECIALLY if they want to use neopronouns.
; it irritates me because those same people will be all " use whatever pronouns make you comfortable !! xx " then immediately shame a cis person for wanting to use what pronouns make them comfortable, or they start saying they must be trans or whatever the fuck !! You don't have to be non-binary to use they / them, you don't have to be a man to use he / him and you don't have to be a woman to use she / her. You can be cis and use whatever pronouns make you comfortable.
; so to all the lovely allies ( allys ?? ) who want to use different pronouns but are worried they're not allowed to, sincerely from a very queer person, go ahead !! Wether that's using multiple sets or the " opposite of your gender " or even neo pronouns, go ahead !! You being comfortable is so important. Ignore the people who reject you, or ridicule you or whatever, they're not worth it.
; keep doing what you're doing and being your most authentic self. Gender and all that jazz is a personal journey, and it's your journey, you get to decide what happens. So if using different pronouns is what you want to do, then good on you !! :]

That's why I continue to follow them but sometimes their anti cis rants make me sad I'm sorry for what a lot of people have done to you in the past but that doesn't mean you should hate us all because you never know where the future will lead being close minded makes you no better then the people who oppressed you in the first place I like you for being you and you should like me for being me that's all. Is it just me or does Bayverse Donnie give heavy bisexual vibes? Because that tall baby just seems like your average socially awkward yet crazy bisexual guy (I don’t mean to stereotype but he gives those vibes I’m sorry if this offends anyone). And I personally don’t see him as transfem, sorry to anyone who does, but I see him more as a non-binary guy or genderfluid guy, because this dude’s gender identity is so flexible. I feel like he just likes to switch depending on his mood, he doesn’t just want to be a man, he wants to be feminine sometimes or he doesn’t want to feel like anything, just turtle.
Also, let’s talk about the other brothers and what I headcanon them as.
Let’s start off with Fearless leader. Leonardo to me seems like a closeted gay, because he is terrified on the inside that Splinter might unapprove of him wanting a man rather than a woman, or his brothers endlessly making fun of him or disgusted in him. He’s an overthinker most of the time so that’s why he hides it the most he can. If he ever did end up coming out, the results aren’t something he will probably expect. Splinter will most likely say that he is proud for Leo to build up the courage to tell him and that he’d support him as much as he can. Splinter loves his boys and he wouldn’t want to lose them over something like a simple sexual orientation.
Now, about the hothead. Raphael seems like the kind of guy who only would sort of act homophobic only as a joke, he never took it too far though. He respects LGBT+ people, even if it’s not his cup of tea sometimes. I headcanon him more as Cisgender and Heterosexual, the classic package. Yeah I know, boring and vanilla, whatever, BUT JUST WAIT, that’s in the beginning. Once one of his brothers or multiple come out, he will ease up or completely stop the homophobic jokes. Raphie boy loves his brothers even if he doesn’t show it often, he wouldn’t want to upset them too much and make them feel unsafe. Once his brothers come out, he starts question himself what he feels like, who he likes, and everything. The others do help him out through his questioning journey though, and Raphael ended up with just going with Cisgender and Omnisexual, leaning towards the female preference but he’s willing to give others a chance.
Now… about Michael, we all know what he is. Full on Pansexual, I think most of us can agree. Gender indentity in my personal opinion is Cisgender, because non-binary doesn’t fit, he doesn’t necessarily give trans to me, and genderfluid??? Maybe, but no. But this party dude is giving anyone a chance. He doesn’t care about gender, just give him someone to flirt with, hang out with, someone to love and cherish till the very end. He loves it all, skinny people, chubby people, big boobs, big butt, small boobs, small butt, long hair and short hair, tall and short, makeup, no makeup. As long as he has someone who treats him and his family nice, he’s not complaining.

I'm highly suspicious of certain people in the butchfemme community. Specially of cis lesbians.
Even more controversial, cis aroaces are part of LGBTQIAA+, for all that dissagree, fuck off I dont wanna hear your whinning, and if you follow me and think cis aroaces arent LGBTQIAA+, unfollow and block me, cause I dont wanna see your face or your profile picture, ARGUE TO THE WALL AND TALK TO THE HAND, I also take personal offense as a cis aromatic asexual, I belong in the LGBTQIAA+ community and thats that.
With @staff 's recent post saying 1/4 of this site is LGBTQ going around, I'd like to see what the actual demographic is
