"Someone complained to the Father of being excessively distressed by the sins he had committed.
The Father replied to him: "That which you feel is pride; it is the demon which inspires you with this sentiment, it is not true sorrow." The penitent replied: "Father, how can you then distinguish what comes from the heart and is inspired by Our Lord, and that which instead is inspired by the devil?" "You will distinguish it"—replied the Father-always by this: The spirit of God is a spirit of peace, and also in the case of grave sin, it makes us feel a tranquil sorrow humble, confident, and this is due precisely to His mercy. The spirit of the demon, on the contrary, excites, exasperates, and makes us in our sorrow feel something like anger against ourselves, whereas our first charity must be to ourselves, and so if certain thoughts agitate you, this agitation never comes from God, who gives you tranquility, being the Spirit of Peace. Such agitation comes from the devil."

Hi there! I would love some prayer in helping me to focus on everything Jesus needs for me to convey to my CCD students. I only have an hour, as most CCD teachers do, and I find myself all over the place in trying to gather everything I need to cover. It's like I have so much to say, but not enough time to say it all. This is also my first year in teaching and I am very excited, but I need some prayer and focus. Thank you.
Praying for you <3

Dear Heavenly Father,
I know that my faith may be as small as a mustard seed, but it’s not about what I can do—it's about what You can do through me. Bless this mustard seed as a reminder that You can take even the smallest faith and grow it into something great. Help me trust that You will work through me, guiding my actions to show Your love, kindness, and hope to others.
Thank You for working in me and through me, and for helping my faith grow in ways I cannot see. Through Jesus Christ our Savior, Amen.

Faith. Hope. Love
"Faith opens the door, hope lights the way, and love makes the journey worthwhile."
"Faith anchors us in storms, hope points us toward tomorrow, and love holds us close through it all."
"Faith gives us strength, hope gives us courage, and love gives us purpose."
"Faith gives us wings, hope lets us fly, and love is the sky we soar in."
"In faith, we trust what we cannot see. In hope, we dream of what can be. In love, we live out our purpose."

This is a beautiful reference guide for all time. ♥

Amen ♥
Have you ever wished that the stories you read could somehow become real, bringing comfort to your pain? This is what happens when you turn to God’s Word. In those pages, God is speaking directly to you, and His message comes alive, offering hope where there seems to be none. The characters come alive, too—each story showing how God moved in the lives of others just like you, facing fear, doubt, and suffering. It gently reminds you that, even in your deepest struggles, you are the focus of His love and care. Through His Word, He reaches out to connect with you, letting you know that you are not alone. His presence can bring peace to the chaos of your mind and light to the darkness you feel.

Psalm 147:3 says, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds”.

I don't know if anyone is super excited about stickers, most especially the faith based stickers. And don't get me started on faith based journals. This will be my first time and I will be creating one for myself even. For me, it's like an extension of God's song and the WORD. I can't wait for my students to be surprised on our next meeting.
