He sounds jealous, but ik he’s just sus. (You can’t spell sus without us ❤️) Min Jiwon smells it-

“Jonghyuk, we can save the world. Don’t you know?”

Yoo Jonghyuk stared at me. “What are you talking about?”

“Now now. Our Supreme King is in a bad mood right now, so back off. Do you want to die?” I personally stepped forward to get rid of any causes of depression.

I don’t really know what I’m supposed to make of this, so I’ll just say that it was her mother’s instincts and it appeared because YJH is her son-in-law.

‘The nebula we made’ has me so soft 🥺. And I always wanted to know what YJH would’ve named the nebula.

They’re like parents that can’t agree on a name!!

However, there was a limit to the blow Yoo Jonghyuk could deal. He gasped and stepped back.

“Remember the 2nd scenario?” —

Who would’ve thought at the time? Me and this guy, we would actually end up as companions.

Don’t you just love it when the main pair looks back at their first meeting and recite words that they first said to eachother? Ahhhh.

THE WAY YJH’s VOICE ALONE WAS ENOUGH TO BRING DOKJA TO HIS SENSES!! I know that Sooyang was there too, but it was Jonghyuk’s voice that sealed the deal.

Yoo Jonghyuk stared at the scene before turning his head away.

I noticed that he turns his head whenever he is flustered.

The shoulders of the Uriel doll trembled and she made an expression that she wouldn’t make even if Eden was destroyed.

So, I don’t think we talk about this enough.

Uriel seems to be able to do ANYTHING for her ship! I know that she’s also doing this for Dokja as well, but she could’ve tile Heewon to do this.

She literally risked a WAR for her nebula for her ship. Even Aphrodite didn’t go that far!

Then, I said [Don’t touch my incarceration, Asmodeus]

Boyfriend* 🙊 Once again, I see why Uriel saw Dokja as the top. I personally think they’d switch.

Deep sultry eyes were set beneath neat eyebrows. All the standards of taht determined beauty of the world ware collapsed at the same time. It was a face that couldn’t be deceived using a modifiers of a constellation.

So, the punisher was the first female that Dokja spurted poetry about. I was scared, tbh. Then, I found out that she was indeed, Yoo Jonghyuk...

And I love how Jonghyuk wholeheartedly blames Dokja for this situation.

I love it when characters in the novel comment things like this. It gives us canon reasons to ship this ship. (Unlike Sasunaru or other BxB ships)

As expected, it was Uriel that convinced Yoo Jonghyuk to save me. It was as I expected. He wouldn’t come here alone on his own wishes.

The tone seems almost disappointed. this is another trope. I’m finding lots of tropes that this couple follows. I’ll make another post about it once this franchise is done.

Everyone knows that in kdramas, carrying someone on your back makes than a love interest or sibling.

Yes, it might not be bad if one hit could restore my relationship with Yoo Jonghyuk.

A little cute SP moment to get you ready for this part. He’s not Dokja’s Jonghyuk, but it works similarly.

Yoo Jonghyuk’s expression because grim and the cowardly Lee Jihye shut her mouth. Jung Heewon tapped Lee Jihye on the shoulder.

“Stop teasing Jonghyuk-ssi.”

This is Bihyung’s POV...I just find it cute that he calls it ‘the story of KDJ and YJH.’

Yoo Jonghyuk wiped his bloody lips and murmured, “It should’ve been me who died here.” ——

He didn’t say anyone but his despair was conceived every time his blade cut me.

This gives me nostalgic romance novel flashbacks. Back when I used to read lots of sappy straight novels.

I laughed as Yoo Jonghyuk’s sword oeuvres through my heart. —

My body sank down slowly and Yoo Jonghyuk held onto me. “Kim Dokja.” —

Yoo Jonghyuk stared down at me silently. I couldn’t find any words and just stared.

So you’re telling me- that Dokja died in Jonghyuk’s arms?!? This is literally the most used trope-

And they just say there, staring at eachother. What about the other people?

“Let’s meet again, Yoo Jonghyuk.”

*lets out traumatizing sobs*

in another life~

“Kim Dokja! No! Kim Dokja!”

At the last moment, he tightly held me by the neck.

His choking kink stays there no matter the circumstances.

And he waited till the last moment to say anything, as if he expected Dokja to revive.

And the fact that Yoo Jonghyuk, the protagonist that never wavered when his companions died (at least in front of anyone) just cried out like that for one person...*sighs*
