someone yell at me i have a wip and i need to finish it
You need to break sometimes, to grow even stronger.
You need to let go in life, to receive better things.
I am quite afraid to write this down because usually when I say something went right in my life the next hour/day tends to punch me in the gut again, but whatever, I will say it: I had a mostly chill day. I stared my anxiety right in the eyes, told her we'll be okay, let's do this (I lowered the urge to obsessively check my symptoms/pulse to the minimum) and I managed to go to uni, finished reading my seminar paper for tomorrow, ate well, took my meds, called like 2 doctors for some questions/appointments, talked to both my grandmas, did some Headspace meditation, and just all in all cried less then I did in the past 3 days. Of course I have a lot of things going on, especially things I need to do for uni, but I try to take it one day at a time and not everything all at once. I will do the best I can in this condition. Still not willing to give up, no matter how much it hurts or how much I cry and say I'm done. I'm not done. Healing is a process. Healing is a wave.
I think C.S.Lewis was the one who said: "Courage, dear heart." Well yes, courage to my heart & mind, I'd say. It's not easy, but it's better to try step by step than to do nothing at all.

i am not joking we need to force teach cooking in schools. like. it is an essential thing for survival. do you know how easy it is to make things if you know even the bare bones shit about how cooking works. we need to teach teenagers how far you can take an onion and some other veggies it’’s sad that people grow up not knowing how to prepare literally anything. and i’m not talking about oh this home ed class taught me how to make chicken nuggets at home i’m talking about learning the balancing of sweetness and acidity and saltiness and bitterness and shit like that and techniques and oil temperatures and how meats cook. it needs to be taught because it’s literally not even that difficult and it matters so much
For anyone who needs this reminder:
You are loved. You aren’t too big, you aren’t to skinny. You’re perfect. Don’t cut yourself please-it may seem like it’s a good therapy but it’s just hurting yourself. Don’t end your life, you may not feel it, but somebody needs you.
You don’t need a boyfriend/girlfriend/partner to be loved. You are amazing, and you’ll get through this rough patch. Trust me, I’ve been where you are, and it’s not pretty. It seems like no one understands, but try to keep smiling. The world can break your spirit so many times but try, try to get back up.
You are needed in this world. You have a purpose. <333

I hate school and I’m so tired already I am already excited for the school year to end. It makes me sad realizing that I still have 9 more months of school ahead 💔. It’s going to be difficult writing fics and doing school work.

All artists improve, my children. It only takes time, and practicing. Anyone can improve, you just have to commit to it. If you can only draw stick figures, that’s fine! Try drawing them in poses! That’s practicing. If you want to move on from that, add some meat to their bones, and form a figure, that’s practicing. It isn’t that hard, all you have to do is try.

i have another entrance exam in a couple of days. i’m so fucking tired and unmotivated. i’m honestly just running on caffeine and tears atp 🤣
in a tough time like this, i usually keep a few things in mind that help me:
- i’m not defined by any of this
- all i can do is try
- the fact that im showing up is enough
- nothing is more important than my health
ps- i took the sky picture :,) it’s one of my favorite photos that i’ve ever taken
Exam Countdown: 14 days
Goals for Week 1
• Finish all the chapters for Physikalische Messtechnik (4,5,6 &7). Reward: 1hr of Stardew Valley for each chapter
• Finish all the lectures in the second folder for Anatomy. Reward: 1hr of The Sims 2 for each chapter
• Compare the slides and the summary I have for Medizin und Technik 2. Reward: 30mins of The Sims 2
• Finish up summary for Medizin und Technik 1. Reward: 2hrs of Stardew Valley
• Finish all the lectures for Verfahrenstechnik. Reward: 2hrs of The Sims 2
• Try to cover up until Week 6 (maybe 7) for Biomechanik. Reward: 1hr of The Sims 2
These goals are kind of lofty and I’m reaching so bad but that’s kind of my theme so😭. Seeing everyone else already done with their exams and having productive summers is so painful but so motivating. I plan on updating this post through out the week. I’ve been so lazy with everything so I doubt I can manage posting continuously.
