In the pictures it was 3 pickles but I could only eat two because I highk started to feel sick. But I mean less calories 🤷🏻‍♀️. Trying to get back on track since my boyfriends been feeding me right ☹️ I’m so grateful for him but I really need to lose weight. I hope my ED doesn’t fuck up how he feels abt me.

Notes:

I was really trying to fast today so I could get back on track but my mom wanted to take us out to eat. I was about to get pasta but that’s SO high in calories I tried a little bit of my bfs n it tasted so good. But at least this meal was lower. Too bad it was more expensive. I hope my walking helps burn cals tomorrow. I really need to fast. I at least fasted a good 16 hours before I ate out.

going to a little party tomorrow and trying to figure out what to wear. worried about how my face will look since I’ve gained weight and how my belly will look since I tend to wear tops cropped or tight clothes.

I noticed how much I worry how I’ll look weight wise when going to a party or out in general. When that’d happen I’d try to fast or restrict a lot heavily the day before and of and right now I can’t stop thinking about fasting that day of. :(

Recovery feels great until you think of old days.

My favorite th1nspø EVER. Forget abt summer, autumn is my ULTIMATE motivation. I miss looking dainty in over sized sweaters, now I’m just a blob. I WILL lose all the weight I gained during recovery & be skinny for autumn.
