A man is suing Disney for the death of his wife. She had a dairy and peanut allergy, and they specifically told the waiters she was allergic... and they didn't listen. She later died, he is now suing Disney, and it is Disney's fault she died. And Disney is claiming he can't sue them cause in the TERMS AND SERVICES OF DISNEY + it says
You can't sue them if you die!"
Even though it is Disney fault. They are trying to get out of this! DON'T LET THEM!

Okay but real talk, if Seamus Finnigan was from the Republic of Ireland, went to a primary school and turned 11 sometime in said primary school between the summer of 4th-5th class or 5th-6th class he still would have missed 6th class altogether, seeing how the British primary school system is different from the Republic of Ireland's one.
What kind of half-baked excuse would he have come up with for leaving school so suddenly? He can't just dissappear, Irish people have a tendency to notice and gossip about that stuff.
But I'll tell you what he did, he told everyone he was going to the Gaeltacht for all of 6th class because he was so bleedin terrible at it.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta has penned a letter to major social media and “AI” companies. And Bonta’s not urging them to “do better” on innovation, competition, and the like.
No – the letter is all about “election misinformation.”
It’s becoming almost pathological at this point, but the entire ruling apparatus in the US (and that includes not only officials but also politically and ideologically affiliated media outlets) is hammering in the message of that being an actual “threat to democracy.”
As if the largest companies in the said industries didn’t hear all this already dozens of times, Bonta goes out of his way to repeat the message to Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, Open AI, Reddit, TikTok, X, and YouTube – (wouldn’t that one fall under the Alphabet category? But Bonta lists the video platform separately).
