The main reason I love the idea of Vincent/Sweetheart/Lovely(/Milo) so much is because they would look so fucking good when going out for fancy dinner like waiters would fall over left and right because of how fucking gorgeous these three/four are

I think Darlin' and Lovely should be allowed a little bit of violent (bashing in cars at the junkyard and maybe each other's heads) best friend bonding from time to time. As a treat.

The urge to write a William Solaire fic in which he and a lover he hasn't seen in like two hundred years reunite at one of his solstice parties. But before finally getting to interact with each other, it's mainly about Vincent, Lovely, Sam, and Alexis just being like "Why tf is our King staring at this person so much? Wtf is going on?" Until it clicks for them that he is just madly in love. And once they finally get to be alone, William and his beloved are all tender and sweet and they're like "I'm happy to see you doing so well." And William says something like "But I've never been the same since you've left me." And then there's so much tension until they finally get to kiss.

I'm guessing that Porter was born around the 1950s.

When listening to his first audio and he described Treasure as demure I didn't know what that meant so I looked it up. I can't remember which website it was, but it showed the popularity of the word throughout history, and the most recent was the 2010s, but that wouldn't necessarily make sense because 1) you tend to keep the vocabulary you grown up learning and 2) Porter was around even before Vincent was turned (I'm pretty sure). He's older than Vincent, talks with older terms, and just imagine how LONG it would take for the tutors William got to teach him. He's like the Simone Biles of vampire magic. That didn't come from no where. He was unemowered before he was turned as well, so he would've needed EXTRA help.

So, the most recent timeframe in which "demure" was popular was, I believe, around the 1950s. Again, I could be wrong because I can't remember the website. But it makes sense that he would be around 70 years old.

Imagine Vincent and Treasure being on mutual terms later in their relationship with Porter.

Treasure has Vincent's phone number, "just in case" he says. Ya never know what type of emergencies can come up when an unemowered human is new to a sketchy vampire clan *cough* *cough* looks at Lovely. And on top of that, having your lover who is a hitman for a morally grey King.

After a long night of..... fun, Treasure is in a deep peaceful sleep when their phone screen turns on, signaling a text notification. Porter, assuming it's their toxic friends, picks it up to see what they could possibly want from them at the dead of night and to send a quick but assertive response, telling them to fuck of.

But oh, what's this?

Vincent!?

Why does Treasure have Vincent's phone number? Why does Vincent have his Treasure's number?? Why is that spoiled prince bothering them while they sleep? Especially after all the "fun" they had?! He knows Treasure would NEVER cheat-they just aren't the type. They've stuck around their shitty friends for long enough. Treasure is loyal. And Vincent would NEVER be the type to homewreck or step out on Lovely.

But still, Porter is jealous 🤗

Let’s just admit all of the Shaw pack mates collectively thirst over Vincent’s partner.

I keep imagining Asher and Lovely bonding over their injuries post-inversion. They were both in pretty similar situations, on the brink of death surrounded by shades. Lovely is probably plagued by similar nightmares as Asher; the many deaths of their classmates, and the distant cries of shades.

Asher comforting Lovely after their turning, explaining that he was in a similar situation that night. Or Lovely showing Asher that scars can be beautiful reminders that you survived, but also that it is okay to be afraid of the memories those scars can bring from time to time. Lovely showing Asher the scars and marks Adam gave them the night their powers manifested, and recalling the pain that came with them. But also the satisfaction and pride in the fact that they survived, and came this far. I just want them to be besties SO BAD.

Lovely definitely runs their tongue under their new fangs over and over, and like while they’re looking at Vincent too. They’re just trying to get used to the feeling, but also love seeing how flustered it makes their boyfriend.

I headcannon that Sweetheart helped out with night classes at DAMN when they were still enrolled: like volunteering to tutor the students, and donating blood. And the majority of the night classes students are most likely newborns- so I’m imagining Sweetheart knows all the pressure points to ease and sooth the soreness when you first turn. -> more under the cut

Imagining sweetheart being SO SO gentle with Lovely, rubbing at their jaw for shorp teef soreness, and their arms for the new strength, it rly helps. Lovey couldn’t help but give in. Vincent and Milo find Lovely all sleepy, dreamy and relaxed in sweethearts arms as they knead at Lovely’s jaw with their thumb.

I also feel like vampires just really like stealth blood, it’s probably got a different taste like shifter blood does. Because of their ability to cloak and become intangible, their blood kind of resets in a way that makes it richer. So Sweethearts urge to donate blood was much appreciated by the staff and students at DAMN. Sweetheart is just friends with a lot of vampires. Also imagining Sweetheart hearing how Lovely’s blood supply had almost ran out at Vincent’s place, so they donate some and keep the bags, slamming them down on the table before Lovely. “Bon apetit,”

Thinking about Lovely and Darlin holding each other- these two have been through so much both physically and mentally SO LET THEM HOLD EACH OTHER.

Vincent and Sam got a text that Lovely was over at Darlin’s apartment when Vincent had asked where they were. Briefly asking if they could join, was met with two optimistically coaxing responses. They weren’t in the mood to speed over, so Sam’s truck was the next best thing (which left them a little later than they would’ve preferred due to traffic reasons).

So by the time they do show up thanks to Sam’s extra key- they find their partners snuggled up under a blanket together; watching old Disney movies. Darlin’s on Lovely’s chest from under the blanket, while Lovely is lying on their back, arms wound around Darlin, and legs tangled loosely together.

Sam and Vincent pretty much freeze in the doorway as they take in their partners sleepy smiles and hummed laughter. These two just look so peaceful like this together- THEY JUST DESERVE REST ANS HAPPY TIMES TOGETHER. Of course Vincent was there for Lovely, especially after their turning. But Darlin also grew to be a safe space for the newblood, alongside Vincent and Sam. (Found family vamps and wolf makes me so soft)

The Monarch Summit being like a royal court for vampires, a long round table full of vamp-royalty. Sipping wine glasses of blood and chatting over clan matters, forming and mending alliances- as well as plotting better feeding grounds near each other’s land.

William is at the far end of the table considering that he owns Skyside, as well as the most land out of the many other clan leaders. (Also William talking up Vincent and Lovely like the proud father he is)

No you don’t understand, I need Lovely to brutally murder Alexis and run away because it’s technically vampire treason. Drinking Alexis’s blood and going insane off of it. Quinn finding this newblood out in the woods by themselves and sobbing against a tree. They’re absolutely starving when Quinn finds them, and they were about to let the release of death have them by the time he reached them. They have a very Warden/Vega relationship going on after that. Lovely refuses to let Quinn control them despite him stating he has “no intention to”.

They fall into deep self hatred, reminding themselves of Adam. But Lovely no longer sees the meaning to their eternal life, and their lost eternal love. So they eventually give in to Quinn and become A SEXY EVIL VAMPIRE DUO THAT KILLS BITCHES AND LISTENS TO EIGHTIES ROCK AND WATCHES CARTOONS AND EATS AT DINERS. Toxic evil found family is reminding me of Silco and jinx from arcane on Netflix.
