Overall pretty happy with today but a little unsatisfied with the dinner but I had to eat it. Iâm now starting a 16-hour fast!





Am I the only one who wants to eat food on these types of plates. I love how theyâre so small and organized so the foods donât touch each other. Plus theyâre super cute!

-Water flavor (I use the MIO fruit one!)
-2 stevia packets for sugar
-Sometimes I cut fiber pills or other vitamins and protein in them, be creative!
