Rooftop Agency AU
Pro-Hero Loud Cloud, Present Mic and Midnight agency, what more can I say? After graduating they instantly worked together to make their dreams a reality. The Rooftop Agency specializes in emergency, fight and protect, rescue in city conditions. The media is kinda confused why they call themselves the Rooftop Agency, it makes sense with Midnight (sky/ night) and Oboro (clouds) but Mic? (ITS CAUSE HES THE SUN BAYBEE- BEAMING SMILE). They also don't quite understand how they work together so well, because of their random grouping of quirks but they get the job done! They all become UA teachers in their late 20s. Midnight and Oboro are dating, as they should and as they deserved t f. Mic is kinda always the 3rd wheel :,) but they're close as close can be!
Loud Cloud: Just like how he was in Vigilantes! Always willing to help. His crude sense of humor only increased with age and with the influence of Midnight. He's got facial hair too, you cant tell me otherwise. Quirk enhance: Can now change the weather of the clouds: snow, rain, hail, thunder! He's there for transportation, cover and close range combat. HUGE simp for Midnight. Lowkey HIGHKEY jealous at all the attention she gets from other dudes >:I yes he does get distracted watching Midnight fight, what about it?
Midnight: Take canon Midnight but add the power of complete control over one man. At first, she was ganged up on by Hizashi and Oboro to do the paperwork but you- you can't- she's terrifying. They split the work evenly now. She loves the airheads to bits. Support and midrange fighter, still uses her whip. She has to be careful to not knock out the other two USHOUH
Present Mic: Same loud personality BUT 3rd wheel extrodinare! Midnight and Oboro are nice and try to include him but he turns most of them down. Alone a lot more because of this. During this alone time he does either one of the following: just walk (he doesn't know where he's going but he's going there), go to a cat cafe, picking up a new hobby, training, screaming in his soundproof room or at his radio show (which feels more like a podcast). He's long-range combat/ alert system (screaming into the air instructions for those in danger to follow, y'know?)
If this gets enough interest, I'll make more on it!

Yes. The answer is yes.

Where everything is as it should. Rooftop agency with pro heros: Eraserhead, Present Mic and Loudcloud- occasionally Midnight too.
You can't tell but they all wear coordinating goggles and have fingerless gloves. Oboro and Mic both have Rooftop logos on their leather jackets.
Guys it really looks like Mic's head is turned to Aizawa- who's looking at Sushi if you zoom in.
Forgive me if I'm looking too deep into this but Sushi could be a stand-in for Oboro. Mic is focused on Aizawa, who in turn is too focused on the past and Oboro to see Hizashi- Thoughts?
Guys... guys-
Please- explain what that rock thing between them is- PLEASE- IT- IT LOOKS LIKE A HEADSTONE OR GRAVE- SOMEONE- PLEASE EXPLAIN WHATS BETWEEN THEM RIGHT NOW.

Guys so- I just noticed that Mic calling out for Shirakumo is the final push he needed to break out. Aizawa has been calling out to Shirakumo for a while here and as soon as Hizashi joins him-
They're a trio. Never forget that.
SPOILERS AHEAD!
Man, I remember someone on twitter saying that this image sums up their friendship perfectly well. Let's talk about that.
On Twitter @specterlobo already stated that Shirakumo pulls Aizawa along while Yamada pushes him from behind, clearly worded in the main manga and vigilantes series.
But like there's also focus. In the Kurogiri arc we see Aizawa focusing more on Oboro and trying to bring him back- or get more information as someone who idolized him and felt extreme guilt for what happened- Aizawa follows Oboro.
Yamada however clearly focused more on Aizawa which went mostly unnoticed (cause Yamada's BEHIND HIM), comforting and defending him as Aizawa continued to put his mind onto- really, the past. Yamada follows Aizawa.
But yknow what?
This dynamic changed. Even if just for a little bit.
You ever think about what we don't get to see?
Shirakumo was supposed to be cremated- so his parents-
They treasured an urn that didn't contain their son.

Nightmares (MHA spoilers Oboro Shirakumo)
A very short EraserCloudMic thing because god do I love Oboro and god do I want him okay Fluff, Angst with Happy End, They're a throuple fight me - A short one because it wouldn't leave my mind
Shota felt numb. His eyes locked onto the pile of rubble his best friend had just been buried under. He couldnāt hear himself as he screamed, but his burning lungs proved that he did. His legs felt weak as he tried to run to him but couldnāt move, couldnāt go to help. His ears rang with panic, and his heart felt like it had stopped. Darkness surrounded him. Trapped his mind. Trapped him. He couldnāt feel anything but his own fast breath and the numbness. He gasped awake, crying, and awoke the two men sleeping next to him.
āA nightmare?ā
Hizashi mumbled, slowly sitting up to look at his husband.
āAbout me again?ā
Oboro on Shotaās other side asked, his voice raspy and deep with sleepiness, wiping his boyfriendās tears:
āIām right here, alive as I could be.ā
Looking back and forth between the two, Shota calmed down. He hated those nightmares. The trauma he had gone through that day, the thought of having lost one of his best friends, still lingering in his mind more than any loss ever had. More than any situation did. Just this moment of utter helplessness. Of not knowing if Oboro was alive.
They laid back down together, Shota in the middle as always, and treated him with kisses until his breath normalized. This kind of panic was rare and only happened in these moments. Nobody but the 3 of them knew, and it would stay that way. And when he woke up from these dreams, they would always be there to calm him. Oboro would be there, alive and happy, and more than just their best friend.
Before they knew it, they had fallen asleep again. Blessed with blissful calmness and much sweeter dreams.
