Where everything is as it should. Rooftop agency with pro heros: Eraserhead, Present Mic and Loudcloud- occasionally Midnight too.
You can't tell but they all wear coordinating goggles and have fingerless gloves. Oboro and Mic both have Rooftop logos on their leather jackets.

Guys so- I just noticed that Mic calling out for Shirakumo is the final push he needed to break out. Aizawa has been calling out to Shirakumo for a while here and as soon as Hizashi joins him-
They're a trio. Never forget that.

Man, I remember someone on twitter saying that this image sums up their friendship perfectly well. Let's talk about that.
On Twitter @specterlobo already stated that Shirakumo pulls Aizawa along while Yamada pushes him from behind, clearly worded in the main manga and vigilantes series.
But like there's also focus. In the Kurogiri arc we see Aizawa focusing more on Oboro and trying to bring him back- or get more information as someone who idolized him and felt extreme guilt for what happened- Aizawa follows Oboro.
Yamada however clearly focused more on Aizawa which went mostly unnoticed (cause Yamada's BEHIND HIM), comforting and defending him as Aizawa continued to put his mind onto- really, the past. Yamada follows Aizawa.
But yknow what?
This dynamic changed. Even if just for a little bit.
Nightmares (MHA spoilers Oboro Shirakumo)

Shota felt numb. His eyes locked onto the pile of rubble his best friend had just been buried under. He couldn’t hear himself as he screamed, but his burning lungs proved that he did. His legs felt weak as he tried to run to him but couldn’t move, couldn’t go to help. His ears rang with panic, and his heart felt like it had stopped. Darkness surrounded him. Trapped his mind. Trapped him. He couldn’t feel anything but his own fast breath and the numbness. He gasped awake, crying, and awoke the two men sleeping next to him.
“A nightmare?”
Hizashi mumbled, slowly sitting up to look at his husband.
“About me again?”
Oboro on Shota’s other side asked, his voice raspy and deep with sleepiness, wiping his boyfriend’s tears:
“I’m right here, alive as I could be.”
Looking back and forth between the two, Shota calmed down. He hated those nightmares. The trauma he had gone through that day, the thought of having lost one of his best friends, still lingering in his mind more than any loss ever had. More than any situation did. Just this moment of utter helplessness. Of not knowing if Oboro was alive.
They laid back down together, Shota in the middle as always, and treated him with kisses until his breath normalized. This kind of panic was rare and only happened in these moments. Nobody but the 3 of them knew, and it would stay that way. And when he woke up from these dreams, they would always be there to calm him. Oboro would be there, alive and happy, and more than just their best friend.
Before they knew it, they had fallen asleep again. Blessed with blissful calmness and much sweeter dreams.

I procrastinated this shit so hard
cringe in english simply doesn't exist.
if english isn't your first language you probably know what I'm talking about. like, when you say something in english it sounds completely fine but then you say exactly the same thing in your native language and just.... eww...
so we all know that yamada is pretty fluent in english (otherwise he wouldn't become a teacher, right?) and he probably was really good in it at his school years. so he started to use more and more phrases or even say whole sentences in english and what he was saying became progressively cringe over passing time.
my point is yamada hizashi is a man who actively slaughter cringe culture every single day for 30 years and you can't change my mind.
aizawa who was hanging out with yamada and shirakumo during ua time become completely blind to cringe. am i talking about his fashion choices? ... maybe.
I really like how important friendships are in MHA, especially as an asexual person. And like - you can romantically ship whoever you want, I have my own headcanons about romantic ships that aren’t canonically romantic. But when looking at the canon, it’s nice to see how important platonic friendships are.
The league of villains are a found family.
Katsuki and Izuku are childhood friends (to enemies to friends) who mean the absolute world to each other.
Rooftop trio and the Pussycats are so close with their friendship groups that they made/planned to make their hero agencies together.
All of Class 1-A have a tight-knit bond.
The Bakusquad and the Dekusquad exist.
Ochaco, Izuku and Tenya became really good friends really quickly.
Having friends saved Shoto.
Aizawa and All Might go from being work colleagues to bring friends, and this makes a huge impact on All Might’s life.
Like Idk, I know the fandom tends to focus a lot on the shipping aspects, but I would love to appreciate the friendship more, because it’s so important to the characters, and, as an aroace person, it’s really important to me too.
