While considering the design of the next character who's showing up to this business I wanted him to have something tattooed on his head and came up with the snake thing at the top of this image, and then I remembered there'd be several more characters in future whose designs reference some animal or another so I decided to go on a bit of an artistic tangent and design them all so I could reference them later.
They are all to scale with each other but with no human reference so as an aid: the giraffe thing at the far left is, not counting the horns, a bit under 5.5 metres (which is a bit over 18 feet).

Thanks to this post I was able to get a generally accurate height comparison approved by Alex Milne, the artist for MTMTE. This is that image:
I found the best image that shows Megatron and Tarn together and generally on the same X plane.
According to the TFwiki for IDW Megatron is 38'... so. I throw all these into Procreate to start the process...
Here, I just put in the first picture, nothing special.
Then, I scale the comic panel to match Tarn's head size and height, as close as I can. I lower the opacity of the image and add Megs, using that comic panel to size him right.
Next:
I add a ruler measuring at 38'ft (I actually used inches to keep the distances equal when adding other lines, wo it's not 100% accurate). I kept in mind that the edge of the image is not the plane they are standing on.
Then, I add the lines and numbers, and get Megs out of there before he gets killed. Using the numbers and lines, I get their heights. So here's my results:
Vos: 27.25ft
Kaon: 32.5ft
Tarn: 36.5ft
Helex: 50ft
Tesarus: 51ft
You can round up or down if it makes things easier in your writings! Hope this helps with your drawings.

(Bloodlesses are non-human sentient complex beings, so that means bottom half of his body is snake)

Using the official heights for G1, I placed some characters next to each other for visual comparison! (Skyfire was calculated based on multiple screenshots of him compared to Megatron, Optimus, and Starscream. He had no canon height listed.)

Updating my height chart but doubling this as their work uniform designs!!
(Approx) Height chart of all NRC I made so I can finally check what's the size difference between the characters I draw.
(Including Idia's full size and slouching and Vil's normal height and height with heels)
Was anybody gonna tell me Cater, Azul, and Silver are the same size?! What do you mean Ruggie is taller than me?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN JACK IS TALLER THAN THE TWINS?!! Anyway, that was insightful.
EDIT : I counted Malleus' height without horns, as I did Ruggie/Jack/Leona without their ears. It seems however (after some searching) that Malleus' height should have been counted WITH his horns! Might be the same for the beast men. I shall update this soon!
(All y'all have the explicit permission to use this however you see fit for your art/writing/etc. I know I'm not the only one struggling with size differences lol)
HERE'S THE UPDATED HEIGHT CHART. This time with Jack and Malleus' heights taking into account their ears/horns. (Ruggie and Leona's ears don't change their size, or only by a centimeter so I didn't bother)
Jack falls to about Leona's height without the ears. Malleus stays the tallest at about 192cm even without horns tho

I decided to do a lil' height comparison chart between most of the cast for the Iron Eclipse AU. I sadly wasn't able to include Red Eye because of the 10 character limit on hikaku sitatter...
