I was helping a friend out earlier but then realized I could also share a few small tips on how to shop for groceries on a budget with u guys too!
GLOW TIPS FOR SKIN
Skincare Routine: Establish a consistent skincare routine with cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen to keep your skin clean and protected.
Hydration: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out, promoting a healthy and radiant complexion.

โข Full skincare routine. Face lift massager, pumpkin seed oil, aloe vera mist, retinol eye masks, rose face mask. <333 ๐ธ๐ชท
โข Energy cleansing music. I always enjoy singing bowls and cleansing music to rid me of the weekโs stress. (Singing bowls are great, but Sade and Jhenรฉ Aiko basically do the same thing too)
โข Swimming. Personally, I find water very cleansing and rejuvenating. You can also take a long bath/shower, and fully visualize yourself being cleansed. ๐โโ๏ธ
โข Lots of greens and nutrients + protein. Eating good food makes me feel good, simple as that. I am able to really enjoy and appreciate my food on weekends, which I love. I get to make all of my favourite little treats and nice big meals, love it. ๐๐๐
โข Clean room = full declutter session. I canโt stand having a messy room (yet I do, and I usually donโt do anything about it for the whole week). So anywayyyy the weekend is great because I can make sure everything is organized and clean + I feel so good when I declutter.
โข Deep meditation and mindfulness exercises. Put on a guided meditation or some simple meditation music and clear your mind. Breathe. It may seem small, but this is a huge act of self love! Taking time out of your busy day to sit and breathe with yourself, amazing. ๐งโโ๏ธ
โข Read/write. Writing is an excellent creative outlet. You can let go of all your worries and stresses on paper (love my journal). Or you can write about all the amazing things in your life that make you happy! (All I write about honestly, I canโt help that I love my life so much!)
โข Deep stretch and good workout. Your body will thank you for stretching out all your knots and tight muscles. Long workout sessions where you can focus on yourself are the besttttt ๐ช๐ค๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
training at home or at the gym? my experience
this post could be the second part of this one i published a year ago.
after training at home for a long time i am now in a gym, but i got results training at home? the truth is that yes, because i was very consistent and trained every day and over time i was improving and learning new things but it is true that for me it was a slow process.
what benefits did i get?
my belly is flat and my abs became more visible.
i went from having a flat buttock to a little bigger and with a rounded shape.
my health improved a lot, i stopped getting sick.
i became more disciplined.
i started to love exercise and not only to change my body.
my lifestyle improved.
no more menstrual cramps for days and the pain if there is any is now very light and fades quickly.
- do i recommend training at home?
my experience was quite positive and i enjoyed it a lot but after going to the gym I prefer it more than training at home, because it is much more complete and I can receive help from professionals. so i'm sure that i am doing the exercises well.
but however if you want to train at home you can get quite a lot of results if you are consistent, so yes.
and it also depends a lot on what you want to achieve with your body.
what to keep in mind
many of the routines you can find on youtube are free and also effective, but if you want to see results i recommend that you choose less routines and focus on doing sets and reps, not just follow what the girl does in the video, because in most videos there are no reps and they are different exercises and about 30-40 seconds.
my belly started to mark when i started to do several repetitions of the same video.
so instead of doing 3 different videos choose one and focus on the reps.
it is also essential to stretch before and after the workout.

- my experience at the gym
although i have been here for a short time and still can't see results (it's not the only thing you have to focus on) the experience is much more positive and i enjoy it more. i feel like i am working my whole body much better with the help of the machines.
it also motivates me a lot to go in the mornings and makes me feel better.
i am focusing on other parts of my body which is also positive.
i have the opportunity to join yoga and pilates classes if i feel like it.
i can also get help and advice from the trainers.
i feel that with the gym i can get closer to achieving my goals and the most important thing is that i like going.
- conclusions
it all depends on what your goals are. i understand that there are people like me in the past who couldn't go to the gym so training at home is also a good option.
it's important that we look good and get the results we want but physical exercise also offers many benefits to our body and mind, which is why we should not only focus on exercising to change something we don't like but for the good we are doing to our body.
if you have the opportunity to go to a gym i recommend you to sign up.
in general, exercise of any kind is something positive and something that at least for me is fundamental to include in my daily routine.
and it has nothing to do with this topic, i have several unanswered questions, I need time to answer them, hope you don't mind. i can't answer all the questions quickly because some of them need time.

Hey I always wondered how you stay this motivated all the time ( ur page does give this image ) though I m sure you too have bad days but how you maintain this consistency
how i stay motivated โน ๐ หโโโโ
i am human so yes everyday isnโt the best but i try to find some good in each day and i pray, praying helps me get through my bad days.
my blog and my twitter for the most part is a positive and uplifting place because thatโs the kind of energy i give off and itโs the only kind of energy i want to surround me. if my page was giving off anything other than motivation, positivity or just a comforting place to be then i wouldnโt be running it because anything else wouldnโt make me happy.
when iโm not having the best day iโll get offline, thatโs what some people neglect to do, i think thatโs why thereโs so many mean people online, itโs because they donโt put their phones down and tend to themselves, they donโt take time away to heal and recharge and thatโs what i wish everyone would do from time to time, get off of social media and take care of themselves mentally.
the world we live in can be a horrible, depressing place sometimes so i try to make my life as pleasant and happy as i can make it. the same goes for my blog and other social media accounts and iโm not saying my life is perfect, nothings perfect so even when i have a bad day i pray, i think of my blessings, i journal, i cry, i watch comfort shows, i spend time with the people who love me and i try to romanticize every little thing.
thatโs the thing about life, you have to make it magical for yourself. the smallest things can make me happy, turn my whole day around, i could just get a glimpse of something or something can make me feel nostalgic and iโll hold on to that .. i appreciate that about myself. my advice for anyone reading this is to find those things, those things that can put a smile on your face or can warm your heart. those little things, things that donโt cost money, things you can find around you in your everyday life, that will really make a difference for you emotionally and mentally.
when i feel like iโm not motivated, i really sit down and think about what i want in life, or iโll talk to my bestfriend, someone who really understands me and will listen and give me advice ( thatโs why i have my asks open because i know everyone doesnโt have someone they can vent to without judgement or ask for advice) .. also if i feel like i lack motivation for specific things like for instance my personal style, iโll go on pinterest or if i lack motivation for working out or life motivation in general iโll watch a vlog on youtube or read quotes or read a book and it will give me so much motivation & inspiration and my next step is to journal (iโll write down goals and plan out things i want to get done and when i want to get them done) then apply it to my daily life.

! Have a healthy diet of 4 daily meals, drink water only, one fruit at least and cut sugar and junk โ DEFINETLY more energy, helps with my gain weight journey, feel good by feeling healthy
! Use less than 3 daily hours my phone by using timers and only using it for emergencies or academic activities โ Less headaches, evade procrastination and focus on better and healthier activities with that time
! Read 10 pages atleast of a book daily โ Acquire more knowledge, helps me gain concentration and reading skills
! Plan and reflect monthly, weekly, daily and use a habit tracker โ Keep myself organized and helps me focus on my goals, habits and desired self
! Have a power nap of 30 minutes - 1 hour โ Helps me feeling energized, better than wasting it scrolling
! Prioritize my studies: do my homework and assigments right away at college and study when possible โ Not having to do these tasks at home, more free time, keep myself responsable and top student
! Prioritize investing time doing things I like โ Helps me with having fun and feeling good, have a "not everything is about work" mindset, feel lighter throughout my weekly schedule (productivity wise)

Facts about your body after you turn 25, AKA things I wish someone had told me:
you will get hair in fun new places. this is normal and fine.
these places include (but are not limited to) if you donโt already have them: your asscrack, your back, your ears, and moles. itโs fine.
some of you, dick or not, will also lose hair. this is normal, but also if you have ovaries maybe get this checked out for PCOS.
your acne will probably change. some people get better. some people get worse. itโs fine.
your nails will probably get an infection or a fungus at least once in your life. this is fine. (but also let your doc know).
how you gain and lose fat and where you do so will change. this is fine.
how you smell will change. this is fine. (fishy or rotten smells mean doctor time though)
if you have a prostate: it gets harder to pee. prostates enlarge as you age (get this checked regularly). this is fine.
if you do not have a prostate: it gets easier to pee but not in a good way. as in as you get older, your pelvic floor muscles tend to lose some of their strength. this makes it harder to keep pee in. this is fine.
all breasts and pectorals eventually sag, with the rest of your body. this is fine.
a decent percent of the population will experience a cyst at least once. some of you will make up for the rest with multiple. this is fine, but keep them checked out by a doctor. (sometimes this is a condition! get checked for that too!)
almost half of everyone gets hemorrhoids. itโs a good idea to just expect them since your chances of getting them get higher the older you are. your toilet will look like a murder scene. definitely get your booty checked out BUT this is almost always perfectly normal. just eat more fiber. โbut I already-โ eat more fiber. and maybe suck it up and buy some hemorrhoid cream, youโll thank me later.
yes, this means you will probably need to make an appointment for a doctor to see your butthole. itโs okay. not only do they really not care but 1. theyโve seen weirder that day and 2. theyโd far rather you see them now than later when itโs been going on for forty years and now it might be colon cancer. itโs okay. consider it a rite of passage.
adults need more sleep than children. donโt believe the myth that you need less than they do. that is capitalist propaganda to make you give up more of your life to the work grind, comrade.
vitamins and medicine, something you are more likely to take as you get older, sometimes make the toilet turn weird colors. itโs okay.
if you still have your tonsils and get those little stones and get sore throats more than once a year you should plan on getting those suckers out before the tonsils cause an infection and go septic. if youโre getting stones at all you should get those reevaluated every year, especially if the stones are bigger than a needlehead (or get bigger over time). itโs gross and yucky. I donโt care. get them looked at before you end up in the hospital.
youโll probably need to add foot support to your shoes if you donโt already do. this is fine.
your body changes. sometimes it can feel sorta weird and upsetting that it isnโt what it used to be. that is okay, and it is okay to be upset. just know that this is normal, itโs normal to be upset or not upset, but donโt let it hinder your quality of life. trans or cis, there is a certain level of acceptance you just gotta give your body and forgive your body for as you get older. itโs okay.
