Skincare Routine: Establish a consistent skincare routine with cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen to keep your skin clean and protected.

Hydration: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out, promoting a healthy and radiant complexion.

Balanced Diet: Include fruits, vegetables, and foods rich in vitamins and antioxidants for overall skin health.

Sun Protection: Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to shield your skin from harmful UV rays and prevent premature aging.

Adequate Sleep: Ensure you get enough sleep as it plays a crucial role in skin regeneration and overall well-being.

Exercise Regularly: Physical activity improves blood circulation, promoting a healthy glow and helping to flush out toxins.

Avoid Stress: Chronic stress can affect your skin. Practice stress-management techniques like meditation or yoga.

Gentle Exfoliation: Exfoliate regularly to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and promote cell turnover for a brighter complexion.

Moisturize: Keep your skin moisturized to maintain elasticity and prevent dryness, especially in dry or cold environments.

Limit Makeup: Allow your skin to breathe by minimizing the use of heavy makeup and opting for non-comedogenic products.

10 Tips For Casual Elegance
10 Tips For Casual Elegance

Reading. Reading. Reading. Being well-read is so valuable!! Get cosy, pick up a Jane Austen, Emily Brontë, or maybe a Charles Dickens and spend some of your free time indulging in literature. <3

Soft-spoken and kind expressions. No one likes being around rude people. Being a bitch doesn’t make you look confident. Instead, be kind, make conversation, pay attention, engage, etc… trust me.

Dainty jewellery. Find some high-quality signature pieces.

Think before you speak. Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts so you can speak confidently and with intent without stumbling over your words!! <3

Quality over quantity. Stop buying large amounts of cheap clothing; instead, save up and invest in higher-quality pieces that will actually last you. :)

Practice your handwriting. Having pretty and neat handwriting is a lovely little detail; extra points if you write in cursive. ;)

Drop the tiktok slag. “sticking out your gyat for the rizzler”… just stop, please.

Keep to yourself. Small circle, no bragging, gossips only with the closest, keep your plans to yourself.

Watch your posture. Straighten that back, honey. I see you. :))

Manicured nails. I do mine every two weeks. Almond-shaped, always dark red. <3

As always, Please feel free to add your own suggestions and tips in the comments!! ♡ ₊ ⊹

Quck list of soft productivity tips

Hello girlies, welcome to another blog! On this one I will write down quickly all the productivity tips that have helped me to have an consistent lifestyle in a soft and more femenine focused way.

We are femenine beings, our energy levels aren't like the ones of men, so we have to stop managing our life like them (same energy everyday, be quick, focus on achieving, etc..) and do it in a way that let's us do our tasks based on our necesities and letting our energy be free!

My tips

Plan your day according to your energy levels

Prioritize the hardest tasks + Use the Eisenhower matrix

Make a to-do list, focused on 3 mainly tasks

Reward yourself

Positive and clean environment

Get rid of distractions

Take breaks

2 minute rule - It takes less than 2 minutes? Do it

5 minute rule - Apply a timer and do that task for 5 minutes

Apply deadlines for yourself

Create systems to keep track

Already working on something? Try to do something else (for future ease and saving time)

Extras

Switch mindset: Discipline < Devotion

Good mood changes everything. Things will be easier and faster and you'll be more focused.

Good health transforms you. Without it, there's nothing

Focus on the positive to attract good things

Focus on what causes and impact in your life

Let yourself prioritize time to have fun and rest

Take things easy and slowly

Live in the present moment

Let's be succesful by grace! See you in my next blog 𑄽𑄺ྀ

Thewizardliz sayings to remember and repeat

Thewizardliz Sayings To Remember And Repeat
Thewizardliz Sayings To Remember And Repeat

It's about you; you are the main character of your life.

Sometimes you need to get uncomfortable to get comfortable.

People who get angry at you for putting yourself first are the same people who benefit from you putting yourself last

You are allowed to say, "Nah, that's not good enough."

Stop wasting energy that you can use to become your best version.

Becoming selfish is the best thing I ever did.

I can make myself fulfilled, and whatever he gives me is just an extra.

Start now with what you have.

Enough crying, enough being sad, enough saying "tomorrow".

Sometimes you lose people that are not meant to be with the highest version of yourself, and you have to let those people go.

You vs. you, honey.

Some people just don't deserve you. Not mentally, physically or spiritually.

I don't argue with people because most of them are stupid.

People don't really care what happened to you or what you went through. They really care about what you can do for them.

Only here to impress myself.

When a Queen does not like her situation, she plans her exit.

Manifesting is a lifestyle.

The best revenge is creating a better life for yourself.

I started prioritising my own needs and wants; whatever I want goes first. That's it; I do not care anymore.

I could honestly go on forever since Liz has so many great things to say, so let me know in the comments if I should make a part 2! <3

beginner guide to vitamins?

I am uneducated on vitamins and what they do for you, I only know the basics, however I did do research before posting. This is a disclaimer that I am not a doctor, and your general practitioner knows best for you. I made this into an everyday vitamin guide instead, as it is a lot more simpler for me and to avoid misinformation ❀

EVERYDAY GUIDE TO VITAMINS

About vitamins that best support you when consumed on a daily basis! I used food instead of supplements because of no specification.

VITAMIN A

Supports vision, a healthy immune system and cell growth.

Sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, kale and liver.

Or, look for foods rich in beta-carotene.

B VITAMINS

Support many bodily functions and the proper development your body.

Whole grains, leafy greens, nuts or seeds and legumes.

VITAMIN C

Acts as an antioxidant, helps to heal wounds, supports the immune system and collagen production.

Citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits or lemons. Strawberries, kiwi, bell peppers and broccoli.

VITAMIN D

Supports bone health, immune system and regulation of moods.

Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines. Diary products like milk, yoghurt and cheese.

VITAMIN E

Supports skin health and is anti-inflammatory.

Nuts and seeds, spinach and broccoli.

CALCIUM

Helps with muscle contraction, strong teeth and bones and nerve function.

Diary products like milk, yoghurt or cheese. Kale and spinach.

IRON

Supports healthy red blood cell production and energy levels.

Red meat, poultry, fish. Legumes, tofu and spinach.

OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS

Anti-inflammatory, support brain function and heart health.

Fatty fishes or seeds.

This post was a bit difficult, if mine wasn’t what you were looking for, here’s one that I would recommend.
