Stormy waters of her soul
The gray sky and the water merged into one. They are tossed in a violent dance of the wind. The howl grows louder, and the loud hum of it becomes a silence. The silence that has been my eternal companion for centuries. For the depths of the dark waters are my abode, my cocoon and cradle. The storm does not abate, the silence of its voice grows louder with each passing moment. This voice is in me - my reflection on the surface of the water. We are one as two waves, we are different as a shadow and a flame. And between us is a thin thread that stretches through the blue water thickness. But it melts, dissolves in the timid rays of the night light. The silence envelops me, drawing me back into the cocoon of my old dream. But I can throw it off, I can break out. To the cold moon, which, like me, wants to break out of its cloud-woven cocoon, forward into the storm. And maybe I can touch her...

Here's something where I think the clear scales work really well. I interspersed just a few anodized aluminum scales to give a minimal rainbow. The clear scales kind of fade into ghostly outlines, letting you see the way the aluminum scales are attached into the weave. When it's just the clear scales it kind of feels like there's nothing to look at, but the aluminum scales give a nice focal point to the piece.
Sometimes I feel bad that whenever I just want some color in an experimental piece I default to rainbows. But then I have to remind myself that rainbows are always my strongest seller.

As you wonder down the country roads, passing through the flooded fields.
A ghastly shape catches your eye, as they gracefully drift by.
The knowledge of their departure is lost, to all those living currently.
Yet you are theft wondering if others see them fluttering. Upon the water surface gliding by so quietly, as the death that took them.
I'm thinking of making a series.
Making two images, one in the day and one at night the nighttime one will feature a ghost and a story behind it.
The main goal is to practice backgrounds and lighting, maybe even colour theory cause boy.... I suck at backgrounds.
Why ghosts.... Honestly I've been thinking a lot about life and death. About what happens when we go and how it effects or doesn't effect the world we leave behind

But anyways, yeah! I’ve been trying to start a book! Mainly a graphic novel or possibly a webtoon but I’ve “been trying”. Sadly enough school is busy enough as it is as well as running multiple discord servers but I’m hoping to start it up again!
It’s a story alllll about my villain characters. Thought I’d make something different rather than a cheesy fairytale or a sci-fi action story.

Alrighty, just to keep my daily posts up, here’s a work in progress(s) for my graphic novel/possible video game pitch.
I’ve been working really hard on the first one, which is soon to be the cover. But it needed a little more action, so I decided I’m gonna implement a swarm of enemies coming after them. That’s where the second picture comes in.
These enemies are robot like creatures that are fueled by an energy that’s been concentrated out of another dimension. I’ve yet to color them, and I probably will. But I wanted to just sketch them first.
