Cas X Reader - Tumblr Posts
Hey! What about one where the reader is Sam and Deans little sister (13-14) and a hunt goes wrong and Sam and dean die and she breaks down in Cas’ arms telling him what happend ? Thanks!
Let’s do this! Thank you for the request :p
Cas Is Always There

You and your brothers stand outside the wrecked and abandoned warehouse from taking a pack of wolves.
The three of you have some sort of wound on your face. Sam with claw marks, Dean have a small cut, and yourself having a cut on your eyebrow and a split lip.
“I think we got them.” You chuckle.
Sam and Dean give you their bitch faces. “You weren’t supposed to come!”
“Let alone hide in the backseat of Baby!” Dean finishes.
“At least you two bloody idjits are alive! If I hadn’t been in Baby, then both of you would be dead.” Your eyebrows are furrowed softly.
Dean and Sam start to talk, but their voices begin to fade out.
“Behind-” Your voice breaks the fading noise.
Dean and Sam turn around to have two wolves have an arm in each of your brothers’ chests.
“No!” You scream, raising your gun to shoot both the wolves’ in their heads as soon as their hands get out and be covered in the thick, crimson liquid.
Your brothers’ bodies drop to the ground.
You scream and cry whilst dropping to your knees. You start to hyperventilate. “Get up.” You manage to get out. They’re just playing some sick prank.
“No.” You look up to the voice. “What happened?” Cas asked. You say nothing, letting your struggled breathing take over.
He opens his arms for you, immediately running into them. One hand is on your lower back, the other cupping the back of your head.
He doesn’t care that your tears are wetting his trench coat. “(Y/N), you need to calm your breathing.”
“I-I can’t.”
“Yes, you can.” His vessel’s heartbeat is calming you down. “What happened?” He repeated the question.
“I hid in the backseat of Baby as I had a bad feeling about this hunt. I helped them kill the pack and we thought we got them all, we did. But the two that killed them must’ve been hiding.”
After a few seconds of silence, “I’m going to take you back to the bunker.”
You shake your head against his chest, “No. You’re going to take us back to the bunker.” You glance up at him with tears in your eyes, wanting to slip out. He nods.
You slowly walk to Baby and sit in the passenger seat, watching Cas put the dead bodies of your brothers in the back seat. After that’s done, he sits in the driver’s seat.
“I don’t want to drive.” You say sadly. Cas nods as the engine starts and Baby is back onto the road.
On the way to the bunker, your head is resting in the angel’s lap, one of his hands lying on your side.
Once there, Cas carries you bridal style to your room. Your head rests against his neck, something you’d always do when Sam or Dean carried you.
Setting you on your bed, he leans you against the head rest and kisses your forehead, the kiss lingering for a moment, reminding you of the kisses good night.
“Can you stay?” Your voice is hoarse from the screams. “Yeah, I can.” Cas takes his shoes off to do your movement on the bed.
You move to lie your head on top of his chest. His arm wounds around your shoulder and draw lines and figure 8s on your back. You drape your leg in between his.
“I don’t want them gone, Cas. I want them back.”
“We’ll think of something.” He kisses the top of your head as you’re dozing off to sleep. “I’ll do something.”
Hiii what about one where castiel and Gabriel are busy with their angel shit and end up ignoring their boyfriend a bit and he thinks that they don't love him anymore
Let’s see how this turns out like my other cringey fics....
Angel Love

It’s been a month since you and your angel boyfriends have had a conversation. Well, if you count a few words and noises as a conversation, then apparently there’s different meanings to ‘conversation’.
You’re sitting on the couch of your shared cabin in the woods, a book in hand and a beer on the table.
The TV is playing in the background, playing a random show or movie, you don’t know, you haven’t been paying attention.
Your mind tries to stay on your book, but the thought of moving back into the bunker isn’t such a bad idea.
At least the Winchesters will pay attention to me. You think to yourself.
With your mark in your book and on the table, you take a quick gulp of beer before getting up from the couch and to your room.
A duffel bag and a small suitcase of your things, you swing the duffel over your shoulder and the suitcase being wheeled behind you.
Dumping the bags and shutting the boot to your 1969 Mustang, you settle in your seat and drive off.
~3 HOURS LATER~
You park the car next to Baby and get out, leaving the bags in the vehicle.
Tiredly walking to the library, the brothers are researching with laptops and beer bottles in front of them.
Sam is the first to notice you in the doorway, “Hey, thought you were at the cabin having a night in with Gabe and Cas.”
“Well, that’s not happening.” You sit yourself at the end of the table they’re on. They give you a small confused look. “We’ve haven’t had a conversation in a month and it kinda seems like they’re giving me the vibes that they don’t love me anymore.”
“With them, Gabe seems calmer and has hardly pulled any tricks or pranks on us and Cas always has that loving, lost puppy look on his face whenever you’re with him.” Dean shrugs.
“They love you, (Y/N), and if they had some sort of problem, then they’d tell you.” Sam gives you a soft, sad smile.
“Can I go to my room?”
“You don’t have to ask when you can go to your room, and you know you’re welcome here anytime.”
“We miss having you here. And like Dean said, you’re welcome here anytime. This is your home and you don’t need to ask to stay.”
Giving them a tired, sad smile, you walk off to your room that has been warded off the monsters and angels.
You decide to have a lie down and have a small nap.
And a cry.
~1 HOUR LATER~
Yells wake you up from your tearful nap. Taking the blankets off and walking out of your room, you hear your best friends argue with your boyfriends.
“Where did (Y/N) go?!” Gabe.
“Why the fuck would you want to know?!” Sam.
“He wasn’t at the cabin. He couldn’t have disappeared or taken as it’s warded!” Cas.
“Seriously?! You two have gone off doing your angel business shit in the past month and you haven’t had a full conversation with your boyfriend.” Dean.
“Yes, we have.” Gabe has his arms crossed over his chest as Cas has his head tilted to the side, his eyebrows furrowed softly.
“No, you haven’t.” The four of them turn to you, your boyfriends having a relieved look on their faces. “Dean’s right. We haven’t had a conversation in a month, only a few words and noises. You two made me believe that you don’t love me anyone. If you don’t, just come out and say it!” Your chest heaves a bit.
“Oh, sugar, we love you. It’s jus-”
“Just that you have to deal with the Heaven shit! I’ve heard it too many times, Gabe.”
“How about we go back to the cabin and do whatever you want for a month?” He tries to reason. “Then what? You’re going to go back and do your angel shit?”
“We’re done with that, and you know what happened to Heaven.” Cas says softly. “We were trying to get some angels away from you.”
You walk towards him to dump your head against his shoulder and his arms wrapping around you.
“Why does he get a hug?” Gabe pouts.
“Because he isn’t a pain in the ass.” Dean answers, stealing the words from your mouth. “He’s right, Gabriel.” Cas had read your mind and confirmed Dean’s statement.
“Want to go back?” Gabe had come up behind you and wrapped his arms underneath Cas’. “My shit is in my car.” You mumble into Cas’ neck.
“We can drop it off in the morning. We were gonna come and visit you guys anyway.” Sam says. Thanking him and Dean, you get zapped back to your shared home.
“We’re sorry, honey, we didn’t mean to make you feel like that.” Cas coos softly as Gabe grabs blankets and snacks to ready up a night in.
“You could’ve at least talked to me a bit more.” Your hands hold onto his biceps with your head tucked underneath his chin and your forehead against his collarbone.
“We know that for in the future if it happens again. Well, I know. I’ll have to remind Gabriel.”
“Mm.”
“I love you, honey.”
“So does Gabe!” Gabe jumps from being on his hands and knees in front of the couch.
“I love you goofballs, too.”
Could you write Castiel x a male reader who is not used to physical contact? But reader feels like he needs a hug from Castiel but he's afraid to ask him because he's had a crush on him for a while now and he doesn't know how Castiel would react to him asking for a hug. Thank you!
Of course I can write this, I’ll give it a try :) I apologize for taking long on your request.
An Angel's Touch

The pen in your hand gets lazily drawn all over the semi-blank piece of paper in front of you. The little doodles that’s scattered all over it are little wings, something that you have tattooed on your back.
When you were younger, your mother told you stories of the supernatural beings, one of them being angels. She had told you that there was one watching over you. So when you were of age, you spent hours in pain of a needle picking at your skin to reveal two wings covering most of your back.
Once you met Cas, you smiled at the thought of what your mother told you, of the angel watching over you. You had asked the blue-eyed angel about it and he replied with, “Your mother was right, and I’m the one that has been looking after you.”
Throughout the years and up until now, you had developed feelings for this angel. You managed to keep the feelings down, happy that no one has noticed them.
“I like the wings you have drawn.” His voice comes behind you as he looks over your shoulder. Whenever he pops up without announcing his presence, it doesn’t startle you anymore as you have grown to it. The brothers however, it still scares the shit out of them.
“Thanks,” you lean back in your seat as your hand started to become sore.
“Why have you drawn the wings?” He rests his chin on top of your head.
The both of you have grown close where physical contact hasn’t been of a hassle, but with you, you’re touch starved. You’re wanting more than just a lingering touch on the shoulder or the simple kiss on the cheek.
You’ve been wanting to give this angel a hug. It’s been your mission for a little while now. And after the hug mission, you’re planning to confess your feelings for him, if you don’t get caught up in the moment.
“I don’t know. It’s something that my body mindlessly does.”

Standing in front of the mirror, you hear Dean yell out your name. Coming out of the bathroom, toothbrush in hand, you yell back at him, asking what he wants.
He comes out into the same hallway as you are to see you just wearing pajama pants. “Just wanted to say goodnight.”
“Dick.” You smile as you go back into the bathroom to spit the froth out and wipe your mouth.
When you’re back in your room, you sit at the end of your bed. You silently say Cas’ name, wanting him to come to see you now.
In an instant, the flutter of his wings filled the silence of your room. Your eyes adjusted to him standing in front of you with the lamp on your nightstand shining upon his body. “Is something wrong, (Y/N)?” He tilts his head a bit.
Can’t believe I’m gonna do this. “I, uh, I would like to have a hug. From you.” You watch your fingers play with the string of your pants.
In the corners of your eyes, you see him take steps forward. He moves his arms under yours to wrap them around your hips, yours going over his shoulders. His arms tighten around you. He feels your hand at the nape of his neck and your head rests against the side of his neck.
A minute later of the hug, you lean back to look back at his face. Your hands move to rest on his cheeks, his arms bringing you closer to his body. He lets you bring his face closer to yours to press your lips against his.
Backing away from the kiss, you tell him your feelings for him.
“I have feelings for you, too.” Nothing else is said.
For the rest of the night before you fell asleep, you and Cas were cuddling, talking and stealing kisses.

Last night, you had fallen asleep in Sam’s strong arms after kissing and making love with the hunter. You had been hunting partners for so long, but it had taken you months to even accept the fact that your attraction to Sam was more than just a crush. When you had finally accepted that, though... it was the best night of your life. But then... in the morning, he wasn’t there, he wasn’t in bed with you and that was odd because what had happened last night had been magical, and... well, you were in his bedroom. Slightly confused but yet not suspicious, you picked your clothes up from the floor and tugged them on. Yawning, you ran a hand through your hair and trudged to the bunker’s kitchen, where Sam and Dean were sleepily eating breakfast. You sat down next to Sam, turning your head towards him to say hi, but he got up and left abruptly, without a word, leaving you and Dean to stare at his plaid-covered back as he walked away.
“What’s gotten into him?” Dean asked through a mouthful of pie, and you shrugged.
“I don’t know,” you sighed, and you really didn’t know what was going on. For the moment, you decided not to think about it much. Maybe there was an emergency of some kind that Sam needed to attend to? The next time you stumbled upon Sam was in the library. Despite being immersed in a big, old, leather-bound tome about something supernatural or other, he got up and, not even sparing you a glance, exited the library, leaving you behind with a frown on your features and unanswered questions running through your mind. Working while your mind was occupied with thoughts of last night and Sam’s enigmatic behaviour was impossible, so you decided to go to the kitchen and grab a bite.
To your surprise, Sam was there too. At your sides, your hands were clenching and unclenching into fists from all the suppressed questions. All the unanswered ‘why’s that wouldn’t let you concentrate on anything. The tall hunter was about to sidestep you again and walk out of the room, but you grabbed hold of his forearm, frowning up at him. In spite of your proximity, he kept his eyes firmly fixed on the wall in front of him, not sparing you a glance.
“Sam, why are you avoiding me? Did I... did I mess up somehow? I thought that... after last night, things would change for the better, not for the worse. Of course, we could forget that anything ever happened, and we could move on. I just can’t stand this inexplicable thing,” you muttered. You knew you were rambling, but you just couldn’t stop yourself from blurting out anything that found its way out of your thoughts and into spoken words.
“No, no, that’s not it!” Sam sounded bewildered, as if the idea that you could ever blame yourself for how he had been acting was preposterous. His little outburst made him look down at you, and his hazel gaze was fierce, telling you that nothing was your fault, and that this was the way things should be.
“Then... what’s wrong? If it’s not me, it can’t be you. You haven’t done anything,” you asked, relaxing your grip on his forearm and feeling relieved when he didn’t seize the opportunity to walk away.
“It’s just... I don’t want to look at you when I know I can’t be with you,” he muttered apologetically. “What do you mean you can’t be with me?” you asked. It was your turn to be bewildered and confused, and you knew it was written in your features. He sighed, running his hand through his hair.
“It’s dangerous to be with me. Every relationship I’ve ever had has turned badly, and I don’t want you to just be another body added in the pile. I... I don’t want to lose you in the worst way imaginable.” You shook your head, shocked that he could think that.
“I’m a hunter. I can take care of myself,” you said with a small smirk, standing on your tiptoes to press a kiss on his lips. At first, he was hesitant, unresponsive, but then he wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you impossibly closer to him, and his lips were warm and moving against yours in a kiss that made you dizzy with happiness. So what if this was dangerous? It was definitely worth it. And danger really was the best part.
I'm here for you.

It was in that moment, that heart-shattering moment, in which you saw every last bit of Dean’s reserve crumble to dust as Sam, possessed by Lucifer, made his exit. Dean put his hands to his head in complete and utter despair, and in that one moment you saw a person you had never seen before. All of the hunter’s tough layers had peeled off and for the first time, you saw how much of a mess he actually was, how much pain he had had to endure in his life and how he had never allowed all that pain to exit his body. It was like seeing the tallest building crumble, a proud ruler kneel, an empire fall. And without a second thought, you rushed to his side to help him. You knew you were but the tiniest rock trying to hold back a flood, but you were all Dean needed in that moment. You put your arms gently around him, pulling him closer and gently stroking his back.
“Sam’s gonna be okay, Dean. He’s strong enough to pull through, he’s strong enough to take control over Lucifer and get this over and done with. I… I know he’s not coming back if he succeeds, but he will be remembered as the greatest hunter of all time. The smartest, the best,” you whispered, and he didn’t reply, but he hugged you closer to him, embracing you tightly. His breathing was uneven, and the tears were still flowing freely from his eyes, but he remained silent, and you took that as a silent invitation to go on with your consoling speech.
“And you’ll have his memory always with you,” you pulled away from his hug slightly to place your hand over the left side of his chest, where you could feel his heart flutter under his shirt.
“Right there,” you smiled up at him, a tad shyly, and while he did not smile back, he nodded.
“That still won’t be good enough. Sammy can’t be replaced by some memory, no matter how good that memory is,” he said, his voice deeper than usual from crying. He chewed on that plump lower lip of his unconsciously, and you couldn’t help but find your gaze drawn to the movement of his lips. Before you did anything rash, you shook your head ever so slightly to clear it, and then you took a deep breath to continue talking.
“I know a memory will never be adequate. I know nothing could ever be as good as Sam was; nothing could ever fill that hole inside you, but… for what it’s worth, I’ll always be here for you. Promise.” Pain flashed through his eyes for a millisecond. A new kind of pain, not the soul-wrecking one he’d been feeling up to that moment.
“How do you know that? How can you know that you’ll be here? You can’t promise things you know aren’t up to you. Sam was here for me yesterday, but now he isn’t. Now, Satan’s wearing him as a meat suit and I am losing him. I have already lost him,” Dean managed to choke out between sobs, and a new wave of tears flowed out of his eyes. He grit his teeth as he shut his eyes tightly.
“I want this to end,” he whispered so silently you barely heard him, but that one simple phrase of his held so much meaning that the very force of his words caused you to shiver.
“Dean…” you murmured his name softly, and when he didn’t look at you, you repeated his name, slightly more forcefully this time.
“What is it?” he asked cracking his still teary eyes open, and you offered him the tiniest of encouraging smiles.
“I can’t promise you that I’ll always be here, but I can promise you I’ll try my best to be here for you for as long as I can,” you said, and his brilliant green eyes flickered with the tiniest spark of hope.
“Thank you,” he muttered, because he knew that when you gave your word you tried your damnedest to keep it. Your small smile grew into a grin, and you couldn’t help but notice his eyes travel down to your mouth. When your lips met Dean’s, it felt like a train wreck and a lullaby all at once. It was almost overwhelming. His kiss was forceful, needy, but there was an undertone of tenderness to the way his tongue explored your mouth and his teeth nipped on your lower lip. This was the first kiss you’d shared, and odds were it’d be the last, but the caress of Dean’s lips on yours felt comforting and wonderful, and you didn’t care that he was kissing you mostly because he needed an outlet for all of his pent-up emotions. Your heart beat for him, and you had given him your word. You’d be there for him no matter what ne needed.
Give Me A Kiss
Pairing: Castiel x reader
Word Count: 777
Summary: Cas asks for a kiss. Just fluff without a basic plot, I guess~
Warnings: Fluff
A/N: Enjoy!

“Kiss me,” a deep, throaty voice said suddenly, drawing you out of your thoughts.
Confused, you turned to face the source of the voice. Castiel was sitting on the couch next to you, his amazingly deep blue eyes staring at you, intimidating you in a weird kind of way that stirred good feelings deep in your stomach.
“Ex-excuse me?” you stammered, furrowing your brows in confusion.
“Kiss me,” he repeated in that same tone of voice as before; deep enough to send shivers running down your spine.
And you didn’t know if it was the way he said it, the way he was looking at you or something else entirely that actually made you do it.
You leaned closer and pressed your lips to his chapped-but-soft ones, and he pressed back.
And it wasn’t just an innocent peck; but a deep kiss that took you to Heaven and brought you back again. Cas’s touch was curious, experimental, but there was something in the way he kissed you -something imperceptible but undeniably there- that made you think there was more to this than just the curiosity of an angel.
Eventually, you pulled away, panting, and he rested his forehead against yours, staring deep into your soul with his piercing blue eyes.
“That was good,” he said matter-of-factly, and that reminded you of how sudden the kiss had been to begin with.
“Cas,” you started, fully intending to continue your sentence but unable to find the suitable words. Or, in fact, any words at all. You couldn’t think of anything other than the kiss and why he had kissed you.
Cas probably noticed the shift in your demeanour towards confusion, and he frowned slightly, but his lips spread out into a smile.
And he leaned closer to you, kissing you again, drawing you into a kiss reminiscent of the one before, only more passionate, more needy, that left you panting and moaning. His movements were hesitant as he placed his hands at your waist to pull you closer towards him. He was even more hesitant with the kiss, trying to find the correct angle and the best way to use his lips and tongue to respond to your more than eager kiss.
You pulled away before you could get too immersed into the kiss and forget about the question you wanted to ask him.
“Why?” you managed to utter, struggling to catch your breath and compose yourself.
“Why what? Why did I kiss you?” he asked, his voice surprisingly and impossibly calm, coming sharp in contrast with your breathy gasps. You could only nod in reply to his question.
“Well...” Cas started to speak, and he still remained as unruffled as ever. “I was curious. I just wanted to try it,” he said with a shrug.
You hadn’t expected his answer to be this, and it made a lump rise to your throat and an uncomfortable feeling to settle in the pit of your stomach. You pulled slightly away, feeling a tad bit used but willing to overlook it, and the displeasure must have shown in your eyes because Cas’s calm façade broke and a frown clouded his expression.
“Did I do something wrong? Was there a problem with what I did?” he asked, uncertain and naïve and very much insecure.
“No, Cas, there isn’t a problem. Really. I understand,” you muttered, even though a part of you had hoped for -wanted, needed- more. More than just two kisses that had come to exist only because, apparently, your angel friend was bored and curious.
“There is a problem,” he insisted, and you sighed in annoyance.
“Okay, Cas, yes, there is. You can’t just kiss me like that and expect to get out of it with a simple ‘I was curious’. That was more than just curiosity,” you said, and his eyes widened.
“Uh... Y/N... it’s... what if I told you it’s not just curiosity?” he asked hypothetically, uncertain of himself.
The churning feeling in your stomach calmed, and there was a pleasant fluttering of hope and... something more.
“What was it then?” you asked, and he swallowed hard before replying.
“It was like. I like you, and I wanted to kiss you,” he admitted shyly, cutely, hesitantly, and he appeared surprised when a smile appeared on your face.
“Don’t worry, Cas... I like you too,” you muttered, and leaned in closer to him, kissing him with everything you had. Soon, he was on his back on the couch and you were on top of him, kissing and sucking his lips.
“I’m glad you asked,” you muttered in-between kisses, and he groaned slightly before replying.
“I’m really glad I did.”
Dean : can you not stand so close you’re making me claustrophobic
Castiel : what’s claustrophobic?
Y/n : it means he’s afraid of Santa Claus
Dean : NO IT DOESNT-

Tomorrow - Castiel Imagine
Witches Spell Part 2
Castiel x Reader
Summary: The Team are trying still trying to cope with the repercussions of the spell on Cas.
You groaned and stretched out across the bed not opening your eyes. The buttons on your shirt bit into your ribs a little but you just snuggled further into the bed your fingers running over the soft sheets you and Dean had gone shopping for a few months ago. Then your eyes shot open.
They were met with the dark blue of the sheets. You sighed and felt your heart drop a little. Cas wasn’t there. You pushed yourself up looking around the room. The spell must have worn off during the night and he’d ditched. You sighed when you seen his clothes still on your floor. He hadn’t even stopped to think about his clothes he was that spooked by the situations.
With an angry grunt you tossed the covers off you. That was Cas gone for a good month at least. You should have just left him sitting on your seat last night. You pulled open the drawers grabbing your underwear. That way you wouldn’t have ended up cuddled into him. You groaned remembering you asking him not to leave. You cursed yourself as you grabbed a pair of jeans and tank top.
But the look on his face had melted everything in you. You couldn’t take the longing in his eyes, or the sad expression on his face. And he had looked so happy when you had asked him to join you. You threw open your door and started down the hall towards the showers.
You had just stepped under the hot spray letting the warm it hit your face when you heard shouting from down the hall. Instantly you went into overdrive and grabbed the towel from where you had left it. You wrapped it around you and grabbed the gun from the stand. You sprinted down the halls slipping and almost falling a few times. You rounded the corner as Sam came running down the hall behind you.
Raising your gun you stared down it. Then someone came from your room. You cocked the gun but it was no use. There he stood nothing but his white boxers and a panicked look in his face. His eyes were wide and his lips parted.
‘Cas’ You screamed over his shouts of your name. He stopped short and whipped around to you. You lowered your gun as his eyes fell on you. The look of relief on his face was infectious and then he was in front of you. He reached out and wrapped his arms around your waist yanking you to him. You gasped as he buried his face in your wet neck. ‘What the hell is going on?’ Dean’s voice echoed through the hall. He sounded angry.
You went to pull away but Cas tightened his hold on you.You sighed and wrapped your arms around his shoulders your hand comingup to run through his hair as he clung to you. ‘Cas was looking for Y/n’ Sam cleared his throat from behind you. You tensed when you remembered that you were in a towel. Cas must have felt it as his head shot up. The place spun and you were met with the inside of your room.
You leant heavily on him. ‘Jesus Cas don’t do that’ You breathed and pulled away. But he just tightened his hold on you.’Cas’ You breathed. ‘I thought you had gone’ He nuzzled into your neck again. ‘I had gone to take a shower, which I still have to take’ You complained but kept running your hands through his hair anyways. ‘I thought you had left me’ You let out a long sigh and grabbed his shoulders pushing him away from you. He allowed you to but only let you push him far enough away that his hands still rested on your waist.
He sighed and looked down taking in your appearance. You felt a blush rise up your neck and you cleared your throat. Here you were standing in nothing more than a small towel in front of this beautiful angel who stood in only his white boxers. You couldn’t help but feel a little exposed. His eyes came back up to your face. You took a step back away from him but he reached out and swept you into his arms again. ‘You should not step back’ His breath fanned your face as his husky voice sent shivers down your spine. God you would do anything that voice told you to. You glanced over your shoulder and seen what he was talking about.
On the floor lay a shattered cup and plate. Pancakes lay scattered among them and orange liquid, which you presumed was orange juice. A tray lay beside them and a small daisy. ‘I made you breakfast’ Castiel squeezed you and then the mess disappeared. You looked back at him. ‘I heard breakfast in bed was an excellent way of expressing your affection for someone’ You felt your heart swell at his words. You wondered if his affection was real or was it just the spell.
You knew Cas thought of you as somewhat of a friend. He did not see you like he seen Sam and Dean. It never really bothered you, they had known each other a lot longer and he had pulled Dean and Sam from hell. You often found yourself wondering just how close Cas seen you but you had never dared to ask. Half because you had been totally smitten with the blue eyes angel from the second the boys had introduced you and half because you didn’t want to get your heart broken because it possibly be as much as you liked him. ‘Thank you Cas’ You stood on your toes and pressed a kiss to his cheek. ‘But I still need to shower’ You told him.
Then you were in the shower room again. ‘Jesus Cas’ You grumbled. He smiled lazily at you. ‘I did not want Sam or Dean to see you like this’ You pulled away from him and rolled your eyes. ‘Well you’re going to have to wait outside, I’ll be no longer than 10 minutes’ You watched as he frowned. ‘Please Cas’ You gave him your best puppy eyes. He nodded softly and you took his hand squeezing it. ‘Thank you’ You smiled.
About 10 minutes later you were opening the door towel drying your hair. You jumped as you seen the angel sitting on the ground by the door. ‘Did you have a pleasurable shower?’ He asked. You squatted down and smoothed out his hair. He looked up at you with a soft smile on his face. You smiled. ‘Yes, I like that style on you.’ He furrowed his eyebrows raising his hand and tangling it in the hair that fell down across his forehead. He looked down at the ground and a small smile on his lips. ‘You should put on some clothes Cas’ Before you had even finished your sentence he was clothed, minus his trench coat. ‘Satisfactory?’ You nodded and held out your hand. ‘Perfect’ He let his face spread into a smile. ‘How about we go out for breakfast?’ You asked as he stood and took your hand. ‘I can fly us’ You smiled and thanked him before going to get your money.
You walked back into the bunker with Castiel trailing behind you. He had almost started a fight in the diner and you both had to leave in a rush. ‘I’m sorry, but he shouldn’t have done it’ You rolled your eyes at Castiel as you reached the bottom of the stairs. ‘It’s fine Castiel’ You kept walking to the library where the boys were. ‘Morning boys’ You sat by Sam and he cleared his throat looking at you. ‘Find anything?’ You asked and they both shook their head. Dean glanced at Cas as he sat beside you.
He immediately took his eyes from you and looked back at the book. ‘Well I guess I’ll just call Rowena? That okay with you Dean?’ He grunted and kept reading. ‘You should answer when she asks you a question’ Cas grunted from beside you. You turned and put your hand on his which was in his lap. ‘Cas, it’s fine, do you know where my phone is?’ Dean held it up across the table.
Cas dragged his eyes from you and looked at Dean. He leaned across the table and took it from Dean’s hand and sat back down giving it to you. ‘Thank you Cas, I’m going to go make a call. Will you help Sam and Dean?’ He pursed his lips, .’Or you could grab me a beer?’ You squeezed his hand. ‘I shall get that beer’ He stood and began walking from the library. You let out a breath and sat back in the chair. ‘Jesus’ You breathed looking through you phone for Rowena’s number. ‘He’s getting worse’ You groaned hitting dial.
It took a second for her to pick up but you smiled when she did. ‘Well, hello. What does my favourite hunter want?’ Her scottish accent rang through down the phone teasingly. ‘Castiel got hit with a smell and is acting weird. You need to fix it’ She tusked at the other end of the phone. ‘And what will this earn me?’ You groaned and closed your eyes. ‘I got you that herb for that stupid spell you needed didn’t I? You owe me’ You snapped leaned forwards putting your head on your arm. ‘I do not recall such an event Y/n’ For a second you paused and then the anger from the last few days came out.
You sat straight up and narrowed your eyes. ‘Alright, listen here you scottish wench’ You growled and Dean jumped back a little shocked. ‘You get your ass down here and help me or I swear to all that is real I will put a dagger through you the next time I see that worthless red head of yours’ Sam sat beside you looking a little wide eyed. ‘Well, I am busy today so it’ll have te be tomorrow’ You groaned. ‘Really? Tomorrow? Cas can come get you if you need’ She chuckled from the other side of the phone. You glanced up to see Castiel returning with a beer.
You smiled at him as he placed the open bottle in front of you. You reached out and took his hand in yours. ‘I am busy, if you get me deary’ You rolled your eyes. ‘Fine, tomorrow. I’ll send you on the details, you witch’ You sighed and rubbed your forehead. ‘Happy te help, my dear’ With that she hung up and you slammed the phone down. ‘Do you want me to smite whom has annoyed you?’ Castiel laid his hand on your thigh and you shook your head. ‘No, it’s fine’ You took a sip from your beer. ‘But thank you’ You leaned over and pressed a kiss to his cheek. ‘I don’t know what I would do without you’ A bright smile lit up his face and wrinkled his eyes and you couldn’t help but stare. He really was perfect.
Dean cleared his throat and tossed a book your way. ‘We don’t need to research, we have Rowena’ You tossed the book back at him. ‘I’m voting movie, or we can finish the season of Game of Thrones’ You beamed looking between the boys. Dean shook his head and Sam shrugged. You sighed and slumped back in your chair.
Dean yelped as his book slammed shut in front of him. ‘If Y/n says she wishes for us to watch a movie, we will watch a movie’ He growled at the boys and stood. ‘Cas, woah, if they don’t want to. It’s fine’ You grabbed his arm tugging him back down. ‘No, we are watching a movie. Or Game of Thrones’ He shook his head looking down at you.
Dean stood across from you. ‘I’ll get the beers’ He glanced at Cas as he left. ‘I’ll meet you in Sammy’s room’ Sam stood beside you. ‘I’ll get the disks’ He walked away as you watched him go. ‘Cas’ You sighed but stopped when you seen the proud look on his face. He raised his eyebrow at you in expectation. ‘You- eh- how about some popcorn?’ You asked and he smiled and nodded and zapped away.
You needed to stop voicing your thoughts. You came to that conclusion as Sam climbed onto the bed beside you. You were going to get someone smited if they disagreed. Sam smiled at you. ‘How you holding up?’ He asked turning on the television. ‘He got us kicked out of a diner today because a waiter commented on my ass’ You shook your head with a little smile. ‘Beers and popcorn’ Dean strolled into the room with Cas coming behind him with a large bowl filled to the brim with popcorn. Dean handed both you and Sam a beer before settling on the bed.
Cas stood at the end of the bed just staring at dean. ‘You okay buddy?’ Dean asked taking a swig. Both you and Sam shared a look. ‘I believe you are in my spot Dean’ Castiel told him in a calm and level tone. But you could see it behind his eyes. If Dean didn’t move, then he was in trouble. Dean cleared his throat and stood moving to the chair. ‘Sorry man’ Cas nodded and came to sit next to you. He handed you the bowl before moving so his shoulder was pressed against yours.
By the third episode you were on your third beer and had finished the popcorn. Castiel’s arm was around your shoulders as you laid your head on his chest and let your arm fall across his abs. Every now and then Dean would turn to you and wink while wiggling his eyebrows too. You would poke your tongue out at him or roll your eyes. By the fourth episode he finally spoke up. ‘So, Sammy should we leave these two alone’ He snickered. You narrowed your eyes at him. ‘Sam just put on the episode will you. Dean shut you’ You rolled your eyes snuggling further into Castiel’s chest. His arm tightened around you as he shifted further down the bed. He nuzzled into your hair for a second before the theme tune started to play and he looked back up.
Castiel sat by you as you shoveled dean’s burgers in your mouth. ‘Damn, I love your cooking Winchester’ You moaned around the food. ‘I am sure I could so an adequate burger’ Cas grumbled beside you. You dropped the large mess from your hands and patted his knee. ‘I’m sure you could Castiel, maybe you could make them for me tomorrow?’ You smiled. He nodded and nodded back to the food on your plate. ‘Eat, you need nourishment’ You rolled your eyes at him.
You had all sat watching a few movies after finishing GOT but Castiel had put a stop to it when your stomach had growled. He had demanded dinner straight away saying you couldn’t go hungry it was unacceptable. You reached out to grab your beer only to groan when you found it empty. ‘I will get you another’ Castiel stood and walked towards the fridge. ‘Thanks Cas’ You smiled after him beginning to eat again.
After dinner you went to the library to read. Cas had been seated on the arm of your chair until you had grown a little paranoid at the feeling of someone reading over your shoulder. You had suggested he move and Dena had suggested, with a loud laugh, that maybe Cas should sit on the seat and you should sit on his lap. It was the one and only time Castiel had listened to anyone else since he had gotten hit by that spell, much to Dean, and even Sam’s amusement.
When Cas had slipped you out of the seat and positioned himself in your place and opened his arms you couldn’t say no. He had looked up at you so expectantly. And you couldn’t say not to those big blue eyes. You wondered if it had been him or you who had been hit by this crazy spell sometimes. You had sat down on his lap sideways and thrown your legs over the arm of the chair he had just been sitting on. He wrapped his arms around you as you cuddled into his chest opening your book again.
You yawn closing your eyes nuzzling into Castiel’s chest. He had started playing with your hair about half an hour ago and it was hard for you to keep your eyes open. ‘Do you like it when I play with your hair?’ He whispered making sure Sam couldn’t hear. There was no fear of Dean hearing he was watching something on his laptop with his headphones in. ‘I’ve always liked when people play with my hair’ You muttered closing your book over a little as Castiel continued to twist his fingers through your locks. ‘I thought you’d left this morning when I woke up’ You sighed twisting his tie around your fingers. ‘I promised I would not leave. I am sorry, I did not think you would wake so soon’ You felt something heavy on you and opened you eyes. A large quilted blanket that you kept in your room was draped across your body.
You smiled Cas must have zapped it up out for you. ‘It’s okay Cas, thank you for the blanket’ You laid down your book on your lap and twisted so that you were curled into Cas’s chest. ‘You should go to bed Y/n’ You shook your head. ‘No, I’m awake, I just want to stay up for a few more minutes’ You hummed closing your eyes. Your fingers played with the buttons on his shirt letting out a content sigh.
You could get used to this, at times like this you were actually glad the witch had caught Cas with that spell. He had never been this relaxed around you let alone let you cuddle into him in his lap. You smiled as he tightened his arms around you. You could feel the muscles tense against you and you sighed again nuzzling the skin of his neck before curling back up into his chest. You could stay like this forever.
You woke to someone laying you on something soft. Groaning you opened your eyes. Cas stood above you as he straightened after laying you down in the bed. You reached out and grabbed his shirt sleeve. ‘Will you lie with me tonight again?’ You muttered sleep heavy on your voice. He smiled softly at you and nodded before pulling off his tie and shirt. You held out your hand making a grabby motion. He smiled wider and handed you his shirt. You pulled off your tank top and slipped on his shirt as he pulled off his shoes and pants. He climbed in beside you as you buttoned up the last button.
You unclipped your bra and tossed it across the room. Castiel slid down the bed lying on the pillow. You wiggled out of your jeans and pushed them out of the bed. You blinked hardly able to keep your eyes open. Cas reached around you pulling the blanket up over you both.
You laid your head on his shoulder. One of his hands intertwined with yours as they laid on his bare abdomen. His other arm wrapped around your back and he squeezed you tightly to him. He nuzzled your hair and leaned back. You sighed. After tomorrow you would never have Cas like this again. He would be back to the stiff awkward angel you knew and loved, even though you loved having him so close all the time, that was the angel you had fallen for. He wouldn’t be here with you in bed as you went to sleep and through the night. You wouldn’t have him wrapping his arms around you without him tensing. You wouldn’t have him place his hand on your knee or the small of your back to let you know he was there.
You wouldn’t have a Castiel that craved you and your touch. And while you were happy that the old Cas would be back and he would be able to think for himself again you were also sad that you wouldn’t have a Cas that was so involved in your life and was always willing to hug you and touch you and spend so much time with you.
You snuggled deeper into him enjoying the last moments with this comfortable Cas. ‘Goodnight Castiel’ You murmured your voice muffled by the warm skin if his chest. ‘Goodnight Y/n, Sleep well. I will be here when you wake. I will watch over you’ You smiled as his words letting sleep take you again.

Lifted -Castiel Imagine
Castiel x reader
Summary: You meet up with Rowena to get the spell reversed and Cas back to normal, only you’re not happy with the results.
The next morning you woke up and Castiel’s arms were still around you. You smiled a little and then felt a little guilty. ‘Hey Cas’ You muttered and heard him humm above you. ‘Me, you, and the boys are going out today, promise me you’ll behave yourself’ Castiel chuckled. ‘If you want me to be polite I shall but not if someone is inappropriate around you. Then I can not promise you my actions will be polite’ You rolled your eyes and sat up looking down at the angel beneath you. God he looked good like this.
You felt your heart swell, this was the last time you were ever going to see him like this. You stared at him for a moment trying to engrave this image to your memory. The way he laid with his arm behind his head. The muscles in his arm prominent. A soft smile on his face as he watched you. His dark hair sticking up and looked like someone had ran their hand through it again and again. The covers lay around his hips. Your eyes followed the muscled expanse that was his chest and torso. You were going to miss this. ‘How about breakfast?’ You smiled down at him and he sat up. ‘What would you like me to make you?’ You shrugged.
Throwing the covers off you and getting out of the bed you stretched. ‘Pancakes. Dean should be up by now, will you make them with him while I shower?’ You turned looking down at him. He nodded standing walking around to you. He placed his hand on your cheek and smiled. ‘You do not need to shower now. You are clean’ You rolled your eyes. ‘I would have only been 10 minutes’ You smiled amused but went to your drawers to pick out clothes anyway. ‘I did not like when you showered yesterday, I would rather not be without you again’ You heard him say.
You turned and looked at him. He just stood beside your bed in his underwear. In that moment you would have given anything to be able to kiss him. To have this as a thing where he wasn’t acting because of a spell. You sighed and motioned for Castiel to turn around. He did so and your eyes ran over his back.
Shaking yourself out of your trance and you began to dress yourself. When you were finished you laid your hand on Castiel’s back. You felt the muscle ripple underneath your hand and he turned making you drop it. ‘You should put on your clothes’ You held out his shirt. ‘But, you prefer me like this’ Your mouth fell open and your eyes widened. ‘And I want to make you happy’ You just stood frozen your mouth opening and closing like a fish as your grasped for the words you needed to reply. ‘How? What? Where did you hear that?’ You stuttered
Cas smiled. ‘I can feel it off you’ You gulped and looked down a blush on your cheeks. ‘Well, eh-I-no one else should see you like this-so-eh you should put them on’ You shoved the shirt into his chest not making eye contact with him. ‘Please’ He nodded and slipped it on. You tried to calm yourself as he got dressed.
All breakfast Castiel sat by you. He was closer than normal, his hand planted firmly on your knee. He kept asking you of you were alright. Apparently he could feel the anxiety rolling off you. You couldn’t exactly disagree, you were anxious. You were wondering if Rowena would know what was going on, or f she would betray you and cast some crazy spell. You also wanted the old Castiel back, you loved this affectionate side of him, yes but you were growing to miss the sarcastic angel he was before. Not this mindless puppy. You were terrified that after the spell was reversed he wouldn’t want to see you again. In fact it was definitely your greatest fear. This would all go away and Cas would be so awkward about it he would just avoid you.
You didn’t know if you could deal with that.
You all clambered into the Impala. You had just finished breakfast and were on your way to meet Rowena. Sam and Dean sat in the front as Dean started the car. The familiar hum of the Impala was something you hadn’t heard since Cas was under this spell and you only realised now. Cas reached over and put his hand on your thigh. You smiled softly at him and placed your hand over his.
Cas smiled back at you. ‘Why are you sad?’ He slid closer to you across the back seat. ‘I’m not sad Castiel’ You furrowed your eyebrows. You heard Dean chuckle from the front. ‘Cos she’s going to miss ye Cas’ You seen Dean smirk looking back at you. Sam nudged Dean giving him a glare. Cas’ eyes widened and he looked at you. ‘Why will you miss me? I am not leaving you Y/n’ He reached out and placed his hand on your cheek.
You smiled at him covering your emotions just taking in this moment. You leaned into his hand. ‘Dean’s being an ass, don’t mind him I’m happy. You’re here how could I not be?’ The horror faded from Castiel’s face and was replaced with a wide smile. He tugged you closer to him wrapping his arms around you. ‘That had to be the worst chick flick moment ever’ Dean groaned from the front. ‘I think I’m going to be sick’ You glared at him through the rear view window as Sam snapped at him. You wrapped your arms back around Cas leaning into him.
You got to the large warehouse that you were meeting Rowena at. ‘May I ask what we are doing here?’ Castiel held out his hand and you grabbed it. Cas helped you out of the car as Dean grabbed a gun and the iron cuffs from the boot. ‘No’ You shook your head. ‘No, cuffs’ Dean opened his mouth but you glared at him. ‘Is this a hunt? I will not permit Y/n to be on a hunt. She may get hurt, I will not allow her to be hurt’ Castiel pulled you behind him his hand gripping your arm. ‘It’s not a hunt, Dean’s being stupid’ You ran your hand over Cas’ back
Dean rolled his eyes. ‘Dean, put away the cuffs’ You snapped as Sam handed you a gun. Cas raised his hand and snapped his fingers. The cuffs disappeared from Dean’s hand and you smirked. ‘Just you wait’ He narrowed his eyes closing the trunk of the car and making his way towards the warehouse.
You opened the door looking around. The red haired witch stood looking out a window a long purple dress hugging her figure. ‘Rowena’ You called. She turned and looked at the four of you. ‘Hello Deary’ She greeted with a smile. You walked over to her and she opened her arms. You smiled and wrapped your arms around her. ‘What seems to be the problem?’ She asked when you pulled away. You nodded towards Cas.
She glanced at the Angel. ‘Ah, the pretty Angel’s been hit with some magic then’ You nodded. ‘Something old’ She stopped standing in front of him. ‘Pre-celt’ You told her and she nodded. ‘You knew?’ Dean’s mouth opened. ‘I had a week off when I was younger and studied witchcraft’ You shrugged. ‘How did you think I knew which books to give you, but I only studied the Latin, nothing older’ His eyes narrowed. Rowena reached out and Cas jerked away. ‘Cas, please?’ You walked over to him taking his hand. He looked at the witch hesitantly but nodded. She reached up and placed her hand on his cheek.
Sam and Dean shifted uncomfortably behind you both. Dean’s hand went to his gun as Rowena closed her eyes. Sam put his hand on Dean’s arm shaking his head nodding to you where your hand rested on your own ready to jump in if she did anything to the Angel. You may have brought her in and trusted her but you only did it out of necessity, you would never willingly let her meddle with your angel. ‘You killed the witch that cast it?’ She opened her eyes looking at you.
You nodded. ‘Do you know what it is?’ You asked and she nodded. ‘Some kind of puppy dog spell, makes him do your bidding, protect you, do whatever you need him to do’ She smirked looking at you. ‘I believe the spell was so heightened because of his previous affection for you’ You felt the blush creep up your neck and you scoffed. ‘I’m not lying. Usually they do not crave contact, or so much approval, none actually’ You turned your eyes away from her and looked at Cas to find him already looking at you
You turned your head down staring at your feet. ‘They will do what needs to be done to protect you without regard to your feeling’s or your approval’ She reached out and tilted your head up. ‘Can you fix it?’ You grunted trying to move on from her reading of the situation. ‘Fix what?’ Cas looked between you. ‘Is this what Dean was talking about in the car? Are you sending me away? Is that what she is here for’ He turned to Rowena and raised his hand.
You jumped between them wrapping your fingers around his wrist. ‘Cas, woah stop’ You soothed him. You put your other hand on his chest pushing him back a little. ‘You want me to leave?’ His anger fading and only a heartbroken look on his face. You shook your head. ‘No, no. The witch we hunted she did something to you, something your grace can’t heal. I just want you healed’ You smiled up at him. ‘There is nothing wrong, I can not feel anything wrong’ You bit your bottom lip. ‘That’s part of the spell, it’s stopping you from using your grace properly. Please Cas, just do this for me. Please’ Your hand ran up his chest and came to rest on his cheek.
Cas sighed closing his eyes. ‘I promise this isn’t because I want you to leave’ Cas leaned into your palm and nodded slightly. You looked over your shoulder at Rowena ‘I will need some ingredients’ She said turning and walked over to her bag pulling a pen and paper out. ‘Get me these’ She scribbled down a fe things and held the paper out to you. You turned to Cas with a smile and he nodded before disappearing. ‘Don’t say anything’ You growled. ‘Any of you’ You turned stalking over to the window
It took Cas less than half an hour to find what you needed. In the meantime Rowena had gotten everything else, which also included some of your blood. Cas popped back in with his arms full. He stood beside you as the witch added them to the bowl. ‘I need some of your blood’ Cas squinted his eyes at her but you gave him a small nudge and he held out his hand. He winced a little as she dragged the blade across his palm and his blood dripped into the bowl below his hand.
He stepped back as Rowena started chanting some words. ‘Cas’ You breathed out. He looked down at you. ‘Promise me you won’t run after this?’ Castiel reached out and took your hand. ‘I would never run from yo-’ Castiel doubled over grunting in pain. His hand slipped from yours and he clutched his head. The bowl erupted into flames.
He stumbled back a few steps. Sam and Dean started shouting. Dean pulled out his gun pointing it at Rowena. ‘Dean stop’ You snapped at him holding out your hand. Cas groaned and his legs gave out from underneath him. You dove forwards dropping to your knees. You slipped under him before he fell forwards. You wrapped your arms around him grunting under his weight.
Dean stood behind you looking between Cas and Rowena. She threw something small and purple into the flaming bowl. You felt a searing pain through your chest but you gritted your teeth focusing on holding Cas up. His hand clutched at you as he grunted and jerked in pain.
Then he stopped and just kept panting trying to catch his breath. Rowena stopped chanting. The pain left your chest. The whole warehouse was quiet apart from Castiel’s harsh breathing. ‘Cas?’ You breathed out. He took a few deep breaths before looking up at you from under his lashes. ‘Are you okay?’ You asked reaching out to him.
Castiel cleared his throat and pulled away from you. He stood looking around the warehouse. His eyes fell on Rowena, then they moved to the brothers. Sam had his hand on Dean’s shoulder who still had his gun pointed at Rowena
Castiel’s eyes landed on you last. You looked up at him from your knees as he stood a few feet from you. His eyes were wide. ‘Y/n’ He breathed and then cleared his throat. He straightened his back holding his shoulders. ‘I apologise for my behaviour these past few days’ You pushed yourself up onto your feet. ‘Cas, it wasn’t you it was the spell’ You seen Dean lowering his gun from the corner of your eye.
You reached your hand out to Cas but he took a step back from you. You felt a pain in your chest, no this couldn’t be happening. ‘I have been away from Heaven too long, I need to get back’ Your mouth fell open and you froze. ‘Cas, we should talk about this first’ Cas stealed himself his impassive look that you hadn’t seen on his face for days, and a coldness in his eyes you hadn’t seen in longer. ‘We do not have anything to speak about Y/n’ Cas’ deep voice grumbled. You felt your heart break in a million pieces, it was happening. ‘I apologise for being a bother, I should go’ You lurked forwards. ‘Cas’ You called out but with a flutter of wings he was gone.
You stopped in the spot Castiel had just stood. You closed your eyes. Damn it. Of course he would run off the second the spell wore off. Castiel wasn’t an affectionate person. The thought of the last few days probably made him so awkward he wouldn’t even look at you for a good year. The pain that thought caused was almost worse than the one that had ripped through you a few moments earlier.
You turned back to the others. ‘I think it worked’ You choked out. You cleared your throat and turned to Rowena. ‘Thank you’ She just stared at you for a long moment and you began to feel uncomfortable. ‘I’m beginning to think I shouldn’t have removed it’ With that she turned and picked up her bag. ‘I’ll see you later Deary’ With that she pressed a kiss to your forehead and strode towards the door.
Her heels on concrete was the only sound in the warehouse. Sam waited a whole minute after she had shut the door before speaking. ‘I’m sorry he just left like that’ He sent you a soft smile. You just shrugged. ‘Probably needed time to figure things out’ You looked down at your feet as you started to follow Rowena. ‘How about we catch that new movie you wanted to see?’ Dean threw his arm around your shoulder as you walked by. ‘Dean’ You groaned. ‘I’ll be fine, he’ll come round’ He just grunted and you seen him cast Sam a look
You did in fact go to watch the movie after. For a whole week none of you heard anything from the Angel. You tried to call him but it always went to voicemail. You had heard both Dean and Sam praying to him more than once but still nothing. It was 10 days until Dean got a call from Cas and another 18 on that until he actually showed his face.
Even then he refused to look you in the eye. His answers when you asked him a question were always short and curt and it hurt you more than you would like to admit.
Over the next week he had showed up 3 more times, each time as awkward as the first. You felt the hurt turning to anger. You knew he was awkward about it all but damn it he didn’t need to give you the cold shoulder. One time he had came in and you didn’t even notice. When you walked into the library he had made some excuse to leave in a hurry.
You had tried to talk to him on multiple occasions about it but he had told you he was busy and at this stage you were just about ready to give up. If Castiel didn’t want to talk to you then fine. You didn’t need him to, you had gotten along before perfectly fine without. You could get along perfect fine without him now.
And you would.
The one thing you had feared the most had happened.
Cas was gone.
I’m sorry it’s a little short....

Epilogue - Castiel, Witch’s Spell
Part 1 ¦ Part 2 ¦ Part 3 ¦ Part 4 ¦
Castiel x Reader
You and Cas had been together for months, well when you say together you don’t mean a relationship, you just meant, honestly you didn’t know what you meant. But it was working for the two of you.
The only thing was Castiel had been human for a bit now. You had been teaching him to be more human. He had taken a liking to sleeping, especially with you. He had claimed he loved waking up and the first thing he seen in the morning and the last at night. It mirrored his thoughts. Dean and Scoffed at that and Sam had smiled slightly chuckling a little. You had just given his a kiss told him how sweet he was and how glad you were he was settling.
You walked into the library and threw the boy’s jacket at them. ‘I need to get out of this bunker, let’s go’ They looked up from the laptop. ‘We’re going to a bar’ You said. Cas came strolling in from the kitchen. ‘Cas, we’re going out’ You told them. Dean pushed his jacket away. ‘Put it on’ You growled. ‘Or I swear’ You turned and stamped back to your room.
A few minutes later you were back. None of them were ready. Each man looked at you with a guilty face. ‘We’re back from a hunt’ You rolled your eyes and looked at Cas. ‘I do not believe I am up to it’ You sighed and nodded sighing. ‘Well I’m still going, so I’ll see you all later’ You bent and pressed a kiss to Castiel’s cheek and ruffled Sam’s hair.
You strode into the bar and went straight for the bar. You ordered 2 shots of whiskey. The bartender smiled and winked at you before leaving to grab your whiskey. You only had to sit alone for a moment before someone sat beside you. ‘Hello there Darling’ The man smiled at you. You thanked the bartender as he set down you drinks before turning to the man. ‘Hi’ You smiled and downed the first shot.
The liquid burned a little as it slid down your throat. He was tall and handsome but he was no Cas. ‘what’s a pretty girl like you doing in here alone?’ He smirked. You almost rolled your eyes and you reached out downing the second shot. ‘Needed to get out of the house’ You smiled at him. ‘Any reason?’ He leaned closer. ‘Boyfriend was getting on my nerves’ You instantly flew into defence mode as you felt his hand on your knee. After learning you had a boyfriend his hand retreated
An hour later you had down a few more shots and were standing by the pool table out back. You laughed as the ball bounced out of the table and onto the floor. You had your arm around a woman’s shoulders as she leaned her boyfriend’s back.
You looked back out into the bar through the door. You seen three men standing by the bar. You excused yourself from the group and they all awed. You waved them off and made for the door. ‘She has to be here, this is the last bar in town’ Cas’ deep voice reached you. The taller one looked around the bar and his eyes fell on you. He smacked Dean and Cas on the arm but you disappeared.
His eyebrows furrowed and the boys grunted. You slipped in behind a few people and close enough to see them. ‘Three beers, to them’ You pointed the boys. He nodded. ‘And a whiskey for me’ You smiled at him. He nodded before going to grab the drinks. A moment later you seen the boys lean onto the bar looking in your direction.
You winked at them as your drink was placed in front of you. Cas gave you a tense smile and waved at you. Dean raised his drink and nodded to you before taking a swig. Sam smiled and nodded at you. Then someone slipped into your view. ‘Well ain’t you a beauty’ And god he was one to talk. He was tall and had broad shoulders. His arms bulged against the shirt he was wearing. His jaw was sharper than any you had ever seen and his eyes were a bright blue. He looked like a male model.
You gave him a tight smile and laughed. ‘Well, thank you’ You weren’t going to be mean, you could take a compliment. ‘Hey, man, some guys moving in on Y/n’ You heard Dean laugh. You only heard Cas grunt. ‘Whiskey?’ The male model leaned in closer. ‘She’s mine’ You heard Cas growl. ‘It will not happen. I am going over there’ His voice and the fact he just called you his shot right through you.
Your smile got bigger. ‘Go hard or go home right?’ You giggled. ‘Woah man, you can’t just barge in. Anyway she ain’t yours’ Dean laughed. ‘She is’ Castiel growled and you almost missed the man in front of you step closer as you were listening to the conversation the boys were having. ‘Have you asked her out yet? Is she your girlfriend?’ Dean seemed to be loving it. Sam snapped at him and you heard the whack over the music. You picked up your drink smiling at the guy who, you just noticed, was standing almost pressed against you. ‘Actually, I see my friends. I should go’ You smiled at him
Before you could get away he grabbed you arm. ‘Any way I could persuade you to stay?’ You expertly twisted your arm from his grasp and shook your head. ‘You sure? We don’t even have to stay here’ You laughed and opened your mouth to politely tell him no again. But before you got to you felt someone press themselves to your back. ‘I believe no means no’ You could feel Cas’ deep you rumbling through his chest. ‘I believe we need to talk’ Castiel leaned down his lips brushing your ear as he spoke.
You turned to him and smiled up wrapping your arm around his neck. He was wearing his suit still and you did love to see him in that suit. His arm wrapped around you and he shot a glare at the man behind you and he began to drag you away from the bar. Sam and Dean were seated at a table on the far side of the bar drinking.
But Cas brought you outside. ‘I had something brought to my attention earlier this evening’ He looked you up and down as you leaned against the wall. ‘You are allowed to be with any man you please’ He shifted but still looked you in the eye. You sighed knowing that what Dean had said actually got to him. For the first time he was actually affected by it. No matter how many times Dean had said about you two actually being in a relationship this was the first time Cas had been bothered by it.
You pushed away from the wall and downed your drink. You placed the glass on the ground and then slipped your arms around Cas’ torso your arms under his jacket. ‘I guess but I don’t want to. I don’t want anyone but you’ That made him smile and wrap his arms round you. ‘I do not want to take the chance’ He nuzzled into your neck. ‘I want you to be mine Y/n’ He pressed his lips to your neck. ‘I want you to be my girlfriend. To have a relationship with you’ You rolled your eyes.
This was typical Cas fashion but then again, there was a reason you loved him and it was because he was exactly who he was. ‘I would love to be your girlfriend Cas’ You giggled and leaned back. He looked up at you through his lashes and beamed. You giggled and leaned forwards pressing your lips to his. ‘Let’s get back inside’ You wiggled out of his grasp and grabbed his hand leading him inside and over to the table where Sam and Dean sat.
You giggled at Cas as he held you against him peppering kisses to you neck. Dena waved at you from down the hall heading to his own room as you opened the door to your own. ‘Cas’ You pushed him away and strolled into your room. ‘You’re beautiful’ Cas beamed at you. ‘You’re drunk’ You rolled your eyes and pulled off your boots and jeans. ‘No. I am not’ He countered as he closed the door.
You smirked at him and pulled your top over your head. You stood waiting for him to undress so he could give you his shirt. You always liked sleeping in what he had worn that day, it smelt like him. And even though he was right there beside you in the bed it still felt nice.. ‘I am still functioning correctly. He shrugged off his jacket and tie. ‘I’ve got the best boyfriend in the world’ You beamed and he looked up from his buttons on his shirt. In two seconds he was on you. His hands landed on your hips and pulled you to him. His lips were on yours and you wrapped around his shoulders.
After a second he pulled away. ‘I love you’ He breathed his eyes on your face gauging your reaction. But you just smiled. ‘I love you too’ You pressed your lips back against him. You pulled him backwards until your knees hit the bed and you fell back onto it. Cas came with you with a sharp gasp.
You pushed the shirt from his shoulders and down his arms. He shifted as you pulled it from his arms. ‘May I show you how much I love you?’ Cas pressed kisses to your jaw. ‘Sam explained to me when you love someone, you have sex’ You grabbed his chin and pulled him up so he could look you in the eyes. Your breath caught in your throat when yours came into contact with those big blue eyes. ‘Cas, yo-’ He pressed his lips back to yours silencing you
Then he pulled away. ‘I am not drunk and you’re my girlfriend and I love you Y/n’ His fingers ran over your cheekbone. ‘I wish to be with you for the rest of our live, no matter how short’ You felt your heart swell. ‘Cas’ You smiled up at him. ‘I love you and want to be with you for the rest of our lives too’ You pulled him down for another kiss.
And that night was the first of many you and Castiel spent in bliss. It was the first night of the rest of your lives, ones that had a few hiccups here and there but were good. And in the end you and Cas were happy. Safe and happy and content with your two best friends by your side.
Okay I know the whole happily ever after ending is completely Cliched...but I honestly love the boys and just want them to be safe and happy. So in my mind this is what’s happening. Cas and the reader live a long happy life, and so do Sam and Dean and they’re safe. So I’m sorry, but the boys are having their safe and happily ever after in this.

Coughing you turned over as water spluttered from your lungs. ‘Alright Y/n, you’re alright’ You felt someone pat your back. You groaned and sat up slowly. Sam was before you holding his head groaning. Dean was on his hands and knees coughing and spluttering. You bolted over to him. ‘Woah there bud’ You smacked his back. He grunted. You heard Sam curse behind you. 'Jensen, you okay?’ You looked up at the man kneeling at Dean’s head who was patting his back.
He had a headset on him. You glanced around. Men and women stood around the three of you. There was cameras and computers and cars behind them. A tent stood on the far side of the clearing you had been in before you had passed out. You all were on the edge of the bank of the lake you had jumped in to avoid the stupid Angel battle. Angel battle, Cas. where was Cas. He had disappeared into the crowd after shouting at you and Winchesters to jump. Your head snapped around looking for him. 'Crap’ Dean grunted. 'Not again’ You felt hands on you and you jumped. Sam dragged you to your feet and then you both reached down to help Dean up. 'Not again?’ You muttered as someone wrapped a large grey blanket around you.
Dean grunted shrugging away from the one being draped around his. You shot him a glare and he sighed allowing the smaller man to do the same to him. 'The weird universe where we’re actors’ He grumbled hugging the blanket tighter to him. 'Are you three okay?’ A short plump man rushed forwards checking you and the boys over. 'We’ve radioed the paramedics, they’re on their way’ You wondered why you would need them, but then remembered that you were probably just actors and things like this were a big deal.
You allowed a smile to grace your face. 'We are fine’ You assured him. 'Although I think in need of a lie down, or a tea break’ The man waved you off. 'Of course, take the rest of the day off and however long you guys need to recover’ He gestured a boy over to you. 'Bob, get them to the tent and some tea and chocolate, chocolates good for shock’ The kid nodded and stuttered out for you three to follow him.
You did. Dean wrapped his arm around your shoulder and pulled you under his blanket with him when he noticed you shivering. 'You alright doll?’ He whispered as you leaned into him. You nodded. 'How will we get back?’ You looked up at him as you made your way out of the group of people. 'What about Cas? What if he needs us and we can’t help?’ Your hands gripped your blanket tighter.
Dean let out a laugh and Sam smirked. 'Course you worry about the Angel’ You felt your cheeks heat up. Typical Dean. His best friend was back home possible dead and he decided to tease you. It was no secret, to anyone, that you were head over heels for the angel. But Cas had always failed to notice. At first you had taken him as shy and oblivious when he ignore your advances. Now you had just stopped, given up on them. It was true he was oblivious but he was also an Angel. He had no interest in you, he had no interest in humans like that. He saw them as fascinating creations, no more. That didn’t stop you crushing on him though.
Everytime you seen Cas you fell for him that little more. It was the eyes. The eyes that just shone goodness. The bright blue that would settle on you and send shivers down your spine. The full lips that just begged to be kissed, that he would part when he was confused. The lost look he would get when he didn’t understand something, oh you just wanted to take him in your arms and run your hands through those dark brown locks.
But what really made you fall for him was just him. How he was always there, how much he cared about humanity. How he had willingly gone against Heaven to help Sam and Dean. He was kind and selfless and good. He was pure and one of the best people you had ever met.
You glared up at Dean and he just smirked. 'Y/n’ You heard your name being shouted and you looked away from Dean. Your breath caught in your throat when your eyes fell on him.
Cas
He was running towards you. The trench coat flapping behind him. His hair was messed up. His eyes wide and a panicked look on his face as he sped towards you. 'Cas’ You breathed out. You slipped from under Dean he was saying something but you ignored him as you began to walk forwards faster than the others. Dean tried to grab you saying something but you were only focused on the Angel who looked pale and worried.
As soon as you were in reaching distance Cas reached out and took you in his arms. Your eyebrows furrowed as he pulled you into his chest. Tensing as he buried his face in your wet hair. 'I heard what happened. Are you okay? You’re not hurt? Oh I’m so glad you’re okay baby’ You slowly reached around and wrapped you arms around him too. Since when did Castiel hug you? And call you baby? And be this open about affection.
He pulled away slightly. His hands came up wiping your hair from your face. 'You are right? I don’t need to bring you to hospital? The medics have given you the okay?’ He leaned down his eyes searching yous. His hand on your cheek his thumb rubbing against your cold skin. You instinctively leaned into it likig the warmth of his skin against yours. 'You’re freezing’ He commented. 'But I’m okay, I’m not hurt. I’m just a little cold’ You reassured him.
You seen the tension leave his shoulder and the worry disappeared from his face replaced by relief. 'Thank God’ He breathed. 'I don’t know what I’d do if anything happened to you’ He smiled and then leaned down. Your eyes widened as he pressed his lips against yours. You tensed in his arms before sighing and leaning into him. He pulled away from the long peck and leaned his forehead against yours. His lips were as soft as they look. And set your body alive before. You gulped as he hugged you tighter. 'Cas’ You breathed.
He grunted. You opened your eyes and were met with those beautiful blue eyes. Only there was something different. There wasn’t as much innocence, as much pain, but there was happiness, real happiness. Something you didn’t see in Cas often, if at all. He chuckled. 'You just called me Cas again’ You opened you mouth furrowing your eyebrows at his confusion. Why was that funny to him? You always called him Cas.
Unless this wasn’t Castiel. That would explain why he had kissed you, the hug too, the baby, the affection. This wasn’t Castiel. The realisation made you pull away from him a little although you couldn’t escape the tight hold he had on you. 'Wait, you don’t actually think I’m Cas do you?’ The worry was back on his face. His eyebrows furrowed. His hands reached out and he took your ams. His hands running up and down it trying to gt some warmth into you 'Baby, did you hit your head?’ It explained why his voice was so different. He hadn’t got the same deep tone. 'Baby, it’s me, Misha’ He said hesitantly. You gulped and nodded. 'I-I know, slip of the tongue?’ Even to you it sounded more like a question. What the hell was going on?
You felt a hand on your shoulder and jumped a little. You slipped away from this Misha guy, Misha, that was an odd name. You stepped back and into Dean’s chest. 'Jensen, Jared’ Cas, no Misha, threw his arms around Sam, or Jared as he knew him. 'Glad you’re okay man, When I heard they had dragged you out unconscious-’ Misha’s voice cracked. Sam cautiously wrapped his arms around Misha patting his back. ‘We’re alright man, we’re good’ He reassured the smaller man.
You glanced up at Dean, who looked slightly bored by this. 'Jensen’ Misha pulled away and reached around you wrapping his arms around Dean. 'Man, I was so scared, I came down as soon as I heard. Thank God, you’re all okay’ Dean patted his back. 'We’re good buddy’ You smiled as Misha pulled away a smile on his face. He left his hands on Dean’s shoulders. 'You still terrified me, worst moment of my life’ He pursed his lips and instinctively you reached out.
You dropped your hands remembering that this wasn’t Castiel. But he had seen anyway. 'Right, we’ll get you out of those wet clothes’ He smiled down at you reaching out. He took your hand in his and pulled you close to him. He ran his hands up your arms and down your back. 'The paramedics are in the tent, and I have to get them tea’ The shy man told Misha. Misha rubbed his hands up and down your back creating warmth.
The man holding you looked down at him. 'That’s smart’ He smiled at him. 'Would you get it ready? The lake is cold and Y/n is shivering’ Misha stopped moving hands and put pressure on your back making you step closer and pressed you against him. You smiled up at him. The kid nodded and ran off towards the tent. 'Your clothes are still in the trailer' Misha wrapped his arm around you tucking you into his side. You knew you shouldn't have but you snuggled into his side. The heat he gave off was too much to resist.
You spotted your name on a small drawer. Y/n Collins, well it was your first name anyway. Beside it was Jensen Ackles, Dean, Jared Padalecki, Sammy. You froze when you spotted the next name. Misha Collins, he had the same last name as you. Sam and Dean walked over to their drawers straight away pulling out clothes. You trailed behind them your eyes flicking between your name and Mishas. ‘Put some dry clothes on and we’ll get you to the tent as quick as we can’ Misha squeezed you and pressed a kiss to your temple.
He went to his drawer pulling out his own clothes. It was a plain jeans and jumper combo. Damn you had always wanted to see Cas in casual clothes. You had loved the suit but you always wondered. You opened your own drawer to find a simple jeans and oversized jumper. You smiled. It looked comfortable. You tensed and became numb. In a small plastic bag was a gold band and another ring with diamonds on it. You were married.
Sam and Dean just stripped, of course and were clothed in no time. 'Time to get me some coffee, you okay?' His voice brought you out of your trance. Dean rubbed his hands together and breathed in them. You nodded. ‘Yeah, I’ll catch up’ He leaned down and pressed a kiss to your drying hair. 'Least you got to kiss Cas, or someone who looks like him' He chuckled leaving. Sam gave you a look asking you silently if it was okay to leave you here. You nodded after Dean, he needed to get wam too and they were both still as old as ice. He squeezed your shoulder before leaving you and a shirtless Misha alone in the trailer.
Your eyes trailed over his chest. Damn he was hot, those hips would be the death of you. You looked up as he pulled on his top. ‘It must be still sinking in for them' Misha was looking at you with furrowed eyebrows. You blushed looking down. 'They don't seem to care that they almost drown' You dropped the blanket and looked up at him again. 'Almost drown?' Your voice came out a whimper. Cas-no, Misha’s eyes widened. He dropped his jumper and rushed forwards. 'Baby, it’s okay. They got you out. You're okay' He took your hands in his. He had a wedding band on his finger. 'I'm so sorry you went through that' He raised his hand and you followed the glint of the band as it made its way towards your face.
A jolt of electricity went through you as this man laid his hand on your cheek. 'You’re safe now, I got you baby' You gulped. 'Misha Collins' You breathed as realisation dawned on you. You were married to this man. You were married to the man who looked like Castiel, who played Castiel in the show about the boys lives. You were married to him. It was the only logical explanation. 'You're worryin me, get dressed, you're still freezing. I need to get you checked out' He dropped his hands and reached into your drawer pulling out your clothes.
Misha sat on the small couch in the corner as you pulled off your boots and jeans. You tried to hide as much as possible. He may look like Cas, he may be your husband but that still didn't mean you were comfortable being naked around him. You pulled off you top and reached around to undo your bra.
You cursed silently unable to undo it because of your numb fingers. ‘I got you’ Two large warm hands covered your pulling them away from the clasp. Misha undid the bra and then picked your jumper from the drawer. He handed it to you. ‘Thanks Misha’ You smiled at him. He reached out and put his hand on the small of your back. ‘Baby you’re still freezing’ He sounded worried. You slipped off your bra and pulled on your jumper.
You smiled as the warm material engulfed you. You never wore anything like this back in your own universe. It was cosy. You tensed when Misha’s hands began to rub circles on your back. ‘You’re so tense, it’s okay. You’re safe’ He began to knead the knots out of your back. Damn those hands were good. You felt yourself loosening up. You sighed and leaned back onto his hands. ‘Come on, maybe some coffee will warm you up’ He took his hands from your skin and you frowned.
You shook your head trying to remind yourself this man wasn’t Castiel. You turned and wrapped your arms around yourself. ‘Here’ He pulled his blue pullover from his head. ‘Misha no, I’m fine’ You protested and grabbed his arms. ‘No, questions. No way I’m letting my wife get sick’ You stopped at the word wife, you were this guy’s wife. You never thought you’d hear anyone call you their wife.
When your were preoccupied Misha maneuvered you into the jumper. He reached around you. ‘Misha’ You grabbed his arm. ‘Eh, what happened?’ He grabbed the plastic bag taking out the two rings. ‘You guys jumped into the lake for a scene and never came out’ He grabbed your hand slipping the rings onto your finger. ‘You’re getting warmer’ He said with a smile his eyes on your finger. You could see the happiness in his eyes as he looked up at you.
He raised his hand and cupped your cheek. ‘Y/n’ He whispered and man you loved hearing your name falling from those lips, especially with the love that was put behind the word. He didn’t have the same grit in his voice as Castiel did but it still made you happy. ‘From now on, the stunt guys are doing that. I can’t lose you’ You seen his eyes behind to tear up and you felt your heart break.
You wrapped your arm around his shoulders pulling him down to you. He wrapped his arms around your waist. He buried his face in your neck pressing a quick kiss to the skin. ‘It’s okay, I’m fine’ You ran your hands over his black hair. ‘It should be me reassuring you’ You shook your head as he clung to you.
Misha had his arm around you when you walked into the tent. The boys were sitting at a table sipping on coffees. A medic was checking Sam over. Misha was wearing a spare jumper he had. It wasn’t as warm as the one you were wearing but he had insisted he was okay with what he was wearing. But you had seen him shiver a little as he walked out of the trailer. ‘I’ll see if I can get you a blanket, go get the medic to check you over’ You nodded as he leaned down and pressed his lips to your forehead.
Dean smirked and slid you a coffee as you sat down opposite him. ‘Looks like you two are hitting it off’ He smirked and you took a sip of your coffee. The medic sat down beside you and began to check you over. ‘We should’ You growled and held up your hand. Dean choked on his coffee when he seen your rings. ‘You two are married? You married Cas?’ Sam gaped at you. The medic looked up at him with a furrowed brow. ‘They’ve been married for over 6 years Jared, maybe I should check you over again’ Sam’s eyes widened.
You cleared your throat. ‘He does that all the time to mess with me. Ignore him’ You smiled down at the medic. He chuckled and nodded. ‘Sounds like him’ You nodded taking another sip of your coffee. ‘Well, you’re all lucky. You’re okay, all I’d say is rest’ The three of you thanked him and he nodded packing his bag. You leaned across the table to the two boys. ‘How the hell do we get out of here?’ You whispered. Dean smirked. ‘You sure you wana go, you seem to be having fun’ You glared at him. ‘Shut up, and stop making jokes’ Sam chuckled a little when Dean scoffed glaring back at you. ‘Last time we had to wait until they came and got us, there’s no magic over here’ Your mouth dropped open. ‘You’re telling me we’re stuck here’ You groaned and laid your head on the hand.
You jumped as you felt someone drape something over your shoulders. You jumped and your head shot up. ‘I got you all blankets’ Misha handed the two boys blankets of their own. ‘Thanks buddy, but-eh- we’re-’ Dean cut himself off when he seen the glare you were giving him. ‘Yeah, thanks’ Sam chuckled beside him and they pulled the blankets around you. ‘What did the medic say?’ Misha sat beside you and laid his hand on your. You furrowed your eyebrows as you realised it wasn’t as warm as before. ‘That we’re all okay, see you’re worrying for nothing’ You reassured him.
The way he worried about you and the boys reminded you of Castiel. Except Misha was a lot more open about that, well to be honest he was a lot more open about everything. You looked down at Misha’s hand. ‘I knew you’d get cold only wear that tiny thing’ You scolded him. You took your hand from his and reached up to the blanket. ‘Oh no you don’t’ You frowned at him. ‘You’re getting cold Misha’ You snapped. ‘You need it more’ He retorted. You grunted. ‘I have two jumpers on. I’ll be fine’ He shook his head. ‘Just take the blanket’ He gripped the blanket securing it around you. ‘Y/n’ He snapped. ‘Misha’ You snapped back.
Dean laughed across the table. ‘You two bicker like an old married couple’ He laughed at you two. You both looked away from each other and at him. ‘We are’ Misha laughed. ‘Okay, yeah I am a little cold’ He grabbed one edge of the blanket and scooted closer to you. Her wrapped it around his shoulder. You felt his arm wrap around you and you leaned into him. ‘We can go back to the apartments whenever you want’ He told you all as the boys stared at you. ‘You guys can stay in the spare room. I want to make sure you’re okay’ Misha told them as you drank the rest of your coffee.
Dean held up his hands shaking his head. ‘Nah man, me and Sa-Jared can stay in ours’ He stated. ‘We got a place right?’ Misha nodded. ‘Listen, Misha’ Sam leaned forwards. ‘We’re beat, we just wana hit the hay. Jensen can stay in mine’ Misha’s eyes narrowed as he thought. ‘They’ll be fine together’ You laid your hand on his knee and he looked at you. ‘The medic said for them to rest, they’d be comfier in their own’ You reasoned. Misha sighed and nodded. ‘Alright, are you ready to go?’ He laid his hand on yours and you nodded. The quicker you got back the quicker the boys could try and fix this. You would keep Misha occupied.
The car ride back was quiet. You were being drove by a large man called Cliff, he was the boy’s bodyguard seemingly. You had yawned and curled up into Misha’s side before falling asleep. Almost an hour and a half later you groaned at the feeling of being jostled. ‘Go back to sleep Baby’ You heard a deep voice. ‘We’re almost there’ You smiled cuddling back into the chest. You were being carried. ‘Cas’ You breathed out recognising the voice, although it wasn’t the same. You heard a chuckle. That wasn’t Cas’ laugh. Your eyes shot open and you looked up. You were being carried by Cas.
Then it all hit you. You were in the other world. This was Misha, your husband. His face was set as he held you. For a second he looked just like Castiel, just like your Angel. Only there was a sparkle of happiness in his eyes. ‘We’ll see you two tomorrow, you need anything just call’ That was when you realised you were stopping outside a door. ‘Eh-ca-Misha, you wouldn’t have a key’ Misha chuckled and bent letting you down. ‘You guys are forever forgetting your keys’ You stood and leaned against the wall. as the three boys walked down the hall.
Misha was a lot more carefree as he walked. He didn’t walk like he held the world on his shoulders, Cas did. He let the boys into an apartment not too far down the hall from you. ‘You could have went in’ He laughed as he came back to you. ‘No key’ You shrugged. The blanket was still around you and Misha wrapped his arms around you sweeping you up into a hug. You reached around patting his back. While you liked the affecting, you really did, It was weird getting affection off a man who looked so much like the man you had grown to really care about. ‘I don’t know how I could have come back here if something had of happened to you’ He pressed a kiss to your head. He pulled away a little making you look up at him.
His eyes were full of hurt. ‘I don’t know how I could have told them’ He breathed and you smiled. ‘But I’m fine’ He nodded and leaned down pressing his lips to yours again. You tensed a little. But then you realised this could be your only chance to kiss Cas, or even a man who even came close to Cas. And he was your husband after all. You relaxed leaning into the kiss pressing yourself into him. He smiled and pulled away. ‘I love you Y/n’ He breathed. You closed your eyes and a wide smile spread across your face. For a second you imagines it was cas saying it to you. ‘I love you too’ You breathed out feeling like you had to say it back.
He pulled away and opened the door. ‘We’re home’ He called walking into the apartment. You furrowed your eyebrows and cautiously walked in behind him. Who was he talking to. ‘Daddy’ A scream pierced your ears. You froze as a small blond boy, no older than 5 came running out of one of the bedrooms. Misha bent and swept him up into your arms. ‘Mom’ He reached out to you. ‘Momma’ Your head snapped back to the same doorway. Out came another child. A little girl, she had make up smeared all over her face, although you could tell a good chunk of it had been washed away.
She ran towards you. ‘No, Mommy’s sick do-’But before Misha could finish his sentence she had reached you. You dropped the blanket and wrapped her up in your arms. This little thing had called you Momma, you were her mother. You had kids. One of the things that was forbidden in your world, something you could never think of. You had it, you had a child. And she was beautiful. You buried your face in her neck and she giggled winding her arms around your neck.
God, she was so beautiful. ‘You’re home early’ You ignored the voice as the child wiggled in your arms. ‘There was an incident at work’ Misha said and you finally looked up. A woman in her thirties stood in the doorway. She put her hand to her chest. ‘Oh, I hope everything is okay’ You smiled at her. ‘Everything’s fine’ You began to make your way to Misha and reached out for the little boy who had called you Mom. ‘I’m glad, I was just about to make dinner, I can stay if you want’ The woman told you both. You took the boy from Misha’s arms and snuggled into him too. Dinner? What time was it? It was almost dark. ‘No, no but thank you’ You looked at her. ‘I can make it’ You told her and she nodded.
Making dinner was always something you had wanted to do. It had always been diner food or packaged meals for you. And even when you did make dinner it was something for the boys or a single meal for yourself. This was different, this time you’d be making it for your family. ‘Baby, you ju-’ You shushed Misha. ‘I’m fine, let me make dinner’ You gave him the best puppy eyes you could having learned the art from Sam. He sighed and nodded. ‘I’ll see you tomorrow then’ Misha nodded at the woman showing her to the door and helping her with her coat.
You walked into the kitchen and out the two kids on the counter. ‘Alright, what will we be having?’ You asked them. The little girl clapped her hands screaming potatoes. The boy just shook his head shouting pasta. You laughed as you watched your children. ‘You should be resting, I’ll cook’ You turned to see Misha walking in a stern look on his face. ‘You help’ You beamed at him. ‘And it’s pizza night’ He told you as if he was reminding you. You smiled and wrapped your arms around him.
You leaned up and pressed a kiss to his cheek, and then tensed. What were you doing, this wasn’t your family. This was other you’s family. You had been so caught up in the fact that you had kids, and they were absolutely beautiful, and had Cas’ eyes, and that you had a home with them, and a husband. And you were going to be making dinner for them that you had forgotten that this wasn’t really you. They weren’t really yours, he wasn’t really yours. And more importantly.
He wasn’t Cas.
But the smile he gave you made all the tension in your body disappear. ‘I’ll go get this little one-’ He let go of you and grabbed his daughter twirling her around. She let out a loud laugh as she spun. A smile spread onto your face. ‘-All cleaned up, and then I’ll be back. Don’t over do it’ Misha told you as he stopped spinning. He bent and pressed a kiss to your forehead and the little boy made a disgusted face when he seen. ‘What’s with the face, mister’ You teased watching Misha walk out and then you picked up your son. He only made the face again as you laughed. ‘Come on, you’re helping with dinner’ You planted him on the floor and ruffled his hair. You decided you liked being a Mom and it made your heart sink that in your world you never could be, and these kids would never exist.
You softly closed the door behind you with a sigh. You were worn out. Those kids were energetic. After dinner you had all played for an hour or two before you had turned on a cartoon for them. Misha had gone round to check on the boys leaving you alone with them for 10 minutes or so. He had come back worried about them because they weren’t there. You had ended up having to reassure him that they were probably just gone to the store or something.
You loved how much he cared for the boys, you really did. This man was amazing. Fake you was really lucky to be married to him. He was kind and open and best of all he made you laugh. And he was an amazing father. The kids loved him and you could tell he loved them, more than anything in this world. Eventually you had given them both a bath before putting them to bed.
You had read them a story and sang them a song before just sitting and watching them sleep. They had taken after their father definitely. They were beautiful, having a little mischievous glint in their eyes that you had seen in Misha’s. ‘They took a long time to get to sleep’ You turned looking behind you.
Misha was crouching by the fireplace the flames leaping in the in front of him. ‘They fell asleep over an hour ago’ You admitted and he laughed standing. He opened his arms to you. ‘This is the first night in over two weeks where we’re not working’ He smiled as you walked towards him. ‘I pulled out the wine’ He nodded towards the coffee table as you stepped into his arms. ‘We can watch that new movie we wanted to watch’ You wrapped your arms around him smiling and closing your eyes. ‘Sounds good’ You could get used to this. The normal life, no hunting, no magic. A family, kids and a husband. Yeah this was something you had longed for without even realising it. Something you couldn’t have back in your universe
You yawned as the credits rolled. You were curled up into Misha’s chest as he wrapped his arms around you. You snuggled further into the blanket he had gotten and laid over you two. ‘Tired?’ He pressed a kiss to your head. You nodded closing your eyes. ‘Time for bed so’ You shook your head. If you went to sleep you might wake up in your world. You wanted to savour this for just a while longer. You leaned back looking up at him. His eyes shone in the light of the fire as he looked down at you. A small smile on his full pink lips. God, he was so handsome. His hair fell down on his forehead, not in his usual Cas style but a Misha style. It was untidy and messy and begged for you to fix it, but it looked too good on him to fix.
He chuckled and slipped out from underneath you and stood holding out his hand. ‘The medic told you to rest, come on’ You groaned and stood. He had been looking after you all night, not that you didn’t like it. You actually did, you liked someone looking after you, someone there for you. He fussed over you, something you weren’t used to. Being a hunter meant you looked after yourself, you got back up and dusted yourself off when something happened. You didn’t make a big deal of it.
But here was this man making a fuss over you, making sure you were warm enough, you were always comfortable. More than one he had felt your forehead just to make sure you didn’t have a temperature. You squealed and wrapped your arms around his neck as he swept you up into his arm. He chuckled and began walking towards another room. He kicked it open and you gasped. ‘Shhh’ You hushed him. ‘The kids are asleep’ Yeah, you really did like this being a Mother, you had slipped into the role easier than you had imagined. Misha dropped you on the bed and leaned down over it. ‘I know’ He winked and pressed a chaste kiss to your lips.
Before you could react he pulled away and walked towards the drawers beside the door. He opened it before pulling out a t shirt and tossed it to you. ‘I’ll go check everything is okay and you get changed. You cocked your eyebrow sitting up. ‘If you wanted me naked you could have just asked. Misha rolled his eyes laughing as he walked out of the room.
You curled up under the blankets. Damn they were comfy. You looked up as Misha walked back in. He closed the door behind him causing the room to darken. You heard him walking towards the bed and you could hear him shedding the layers f clothing he was wearing. You felt the bed shake and him curse. You laughed a little and he grumbled but you could hear the laughter behind it. You sat up and held out your hand. ‘Here, you’d think you’d know where the bed was’ You felt him take your hand and you guided him onto the bed.
He slipped under the covers and yanked you closer to him. You felt his skin against you. Your eyes widened realising he was wearing nothing but boxers. Your legs tangled together. You blushed, you were only wearing one of his large shirts. You gently ran your fingers over his torso as you laid your head on his shoulder. He tangled his fingers in your hair before tilting your head up. ‘I love you’ He breathed and pressed his lips to yours. You melted into the kiss sighing as your lips moved against his. You knew you shouldn’t be doing this, this wasn’t your life, he wasn’t your husband. But you could enjoy this, you could enjoy this perfect little life you had, for as long as you had it.
You turned over away from the heat source groaning. You smiled, never had you had a motel room so comfortable, and these sheets were so soft. You tensed panicking when you heard a groan behind you and you felt an arm fall over your waist and tugged you back into a chest. You looked over your shoulder. Cas?
No, no it was Misha. You turned in his arms. There was a dull grey light coming from the window meaning it was early morning. You reached your hand up running your fingers along his cheekbones. His skin was so soft. Your fingers ran along that jawline you had admired since you had seen Cas, the prickle of is growing stubble made you smile. You jumped a little as you heard a small bang outside.
Your head snapped towards the door. You gently lifted Misha’s arm from around you. You slid out of the bed. You quietly padded towards the door opening it as quietly as you could. You peaked around the corner of the room. Your eyes landed on a dark figure standing at the end of the hallway. They reached out putting their hand on the kids room door.
You jumped out and rushed forwards. Before they could move you grabbed the back of their shirt and slammed them into the wall. You pushed your arm into the back of their neck. ‘The hell’ You heard a grunt. ‘Dean’ You hissed and stood back. ‘Who else would it be?’ He turned glaring at you. You rolled your eyes. ‘What the hell are you doing here?’ You whispered as you walked back to the room and closed the door. Misha was sleeping still.
Dean opened his mouth to speak but you shushed him and pointed him in the direction of the kitchen. ‘What’s going on?’ You whispered walking over to the sink to get a glass of water. Dean didn’t respond for a moment. ‘We got a call, me and Sam, last night’ You nodded and turned. You froze, you hadn’t heard anyone else knocking around.
You gulped as you seen his eyes met yours after he took in your attire. ‘Cas?’ You breathed. It looked like him. That suit you loved and covered in the trench coat/ You had never noticed how rigid his posture was before, you guessed you were just used to it but you noticed now. You noticed how his shoulders were back his back straight and his face stoic. He nodded. ‘Yes Y/n’ The gravelly voice sent shivers through you.
You beamed as you put down your glass and rushed forwards. You threw your arms around his shoulders. Dean cleared his throat but you didn’t care. ‘Eh- Y/n’ Dean chuckled. You knew your shirt was riding up but you just wanted your arms around Cas. Cas hesitantly and loosely wrapped his arms around you. You felt your heart fall a little.
You sighed and pulled away from him stepping away looking down at your fingers. ‘Cas can get us back’ Sam rushed to cover up the awkward situation. You looked up at him. ‘What about everyone here? Will they remember? Or will it go back to yesterday?’ Cas cleared his throat. ‘It will be as if you were never here’ You nodded a little sadly. ‘Oh’ Was all you could say.
Sam reached out and put his hand on your shoulder. ‘Y/n?’ You looked up at him. ‘Wha- what if I don’t want to? Go back I mean?’ Sam furrowed his eyebrows. ‘I mean- what do I have to go back to?’ You pulled away from. ‘An empty apartment I’m never in, smelly motels that I stay a few days so I can kill a monster. I don’t even talk to people I know for months on end, before this case I hadn’t seen ye in almost 5 months’ You threw your hands up in the air. ‘I have everything here, a family, a nice house. I have everything I can’t have back there. Everything I wanted’ You felt the tears pool in your eyes.
Sam looked surprised. You didn’t dare look at Cas. ‘Y/n’ You froze as you heard your name coming in a soft call. Your eyes widened. ‘Hide’ You pushed Cas behind one of the worktops and into the corners. You were wiping the last tear away as Misha came into the room. ‘Hey’ You smiled softly at him. He looked at the boys. ‘What are you all doing up so early?’ You shrugged. ‘Came up for some water heard them knocking’ You explained walking over to him. ‘Why don’t you go back to bed?’ You suggested as you took his hand. ‘Baby’ His hand came up cradling your cheek. ‘Are you crying?’ His eyes widened.
You gulped and shook your head. ‘Yes you have been’ He accused. ‘What happened?’ He bent to your level. ‘Are you okay?’ You reached up and took his lips between your fingers closing them. He raised his eyebrow and you giggled. ‘I stubbed my toe I’m fine Honey’ You felt his lips pull at your fingers and you knew he was smiling. You let go of his lips and they stretched onto his face, his teeth showing. ‘The boys are leaving soon’ You told him. He nodded. ‘Is your toe okay?’ you nodded. ‘Go back to bed Honey’ He chuckled and looked at Sam and Dean
He quirked an eyebrow. ‘What would I do without her huh? Always putting me in my place’ He chuckled. ‘Alright, love you’ Misha leaned down and pressed his lips to yours again. You pulled away and buried your face in his chest. He wrapped his arm around your waist and the other held you against him. Your arms wrapped around his waist and you sighed closing your eyes. ‘Momma’ You both pulled away.
Your daughter stood in the doorway rubbing her eyes. You pulled away from Misha. ‘Yes Baby?’ You bent and picked her up putting her up into your arms and putting her on your hip. ‘M’thirsty’ Misha nodded and began to walk into the kitchen. ‘I got it’ Dean rushed. Sam put his hand on Misha’s shoulder stopping him. If Misha went any further into the kitchen he was likely to see Cas standing in the corner.
Dean handed the little girl a cup of water. ‘Thank Jenjen’ You smiled down at the little girl as she gave Dean a lazy smile. Misha chuckled. ‘I’ll put her back to bed, then I’ll wait for you in ours’ Misha took the little girl from your arms. He leaned down and pressed a quick kiss to your lips. ‘You guys should take the day off’ Misha told the boys. ‘Me and Y/n are going to bring the kids to the park if you want to join us’ Sam smiled and nodded. ‘Sure, sure we’d love to’ Misha smiled. ‘Alright, night guys’ They both said goodnight to him and Misha kissed your head before leaving the room.
Your eyes stayed on the spot that the two people had disappeared. ‘This isn’t you life Y/n’ Sam said when Misha was out of earshot. ‘This is someone else’s’ You sighed nodding. You knew that, you just didn’t want to face it. ‘I know, I know’ Your eyes landed on Cas as he watched you with furrowed eyebrows. ‘I’ll go get dressed’ You sighed willing yourself not to cry.
You knew you only knew them for a day, not even a day, only a few hours but everything inside you told you they were where you were meant be. ‘I just want to say goodbye to them’ You turned and rushed out of the room and down the hall.
Misha sat up when you came into the room. ‘The boys gone?’ He asked. You began pulling open drawers. ‘No’ You cleared your throat. ‘De-Jensen is having some trouble with something and I’m going to go give him a hand, I should be back soon, go to sleep’ You finally found the drawer that had your jeans in them. You pulled one out and began to pull them on. ‘Woah, woah Baby’ Warm hands grabbed yours and he stopped you from moving. ‘You’re worrying me’ Misha looked you in the eyes and you looked away looking towards the window. ‘Is this to do with why you’re crying? You didn’t stub your toe did you?’ He fussed.
You leaned up and pressed your lips to his quieting him. Your lips moved against his trying to pour your emotions into a kiss. After all this would be the last time you would get to do anything like this. ‘I just have to go sort this tiny little thing out, your wife will be back soon Misha’ You untangled your hands from his and left him standing in the middle of the room.
You stopped by the kids room as you went out. Your daughter was asleep again. You sighed and walked over pressing a kiss to their forehead. You smoothed her hair off her face. ‘It was wonderful to get to know you both’ You pursed your lips. You stopped in the doorway looking at their sleeping forms again. ‘They are beautiful’ A deep voice whispered behind you. You jumped and looked to see Castiel stop beside you
You gulped and nodded. ‘Is it them or the man who makes you want to stay?’ He asked keeping his eyes on the children. ‘Both’ You answered. ‘I want to stay for them both, but that is selfish’ You felt a hand in yours, intertwining their fingers with yours.
Castiel was holding your hand. ‘I would not allow you to stay, for my own selfish reasons. I do not believe I would be happy with your absence in our Universe’ You looked up at him. ‘These children, they are a result of the man who looks like me and he woman who looks like you’ He changed the subject before you even had a chance to say anything. ‘Yes’ You breathed looking back at them. ‘Then they are not your children’ You scoffed.
You pulled your hand from his crossing your arms. ‘I know that Castiel and I know he is not my husband. They are something I will never have. Those kids are something I will never have’ You snapped and closed the door. ‘Y/n, I did not mean to hurt your feelings’ You shot him one last glare before striding back to the kitchen. ‘Lets go’ You walked by them and out of the apartment leaving behind the life you never knew you wanted.
The car ride back to the clearing was silent. Cas had satten in the back with you and had attempted to talk to you once but you had seen Dean shaking his head in the rear view mirror and after that Dean had dropped it. You all stood by the edge of the dark lake now. You had your arms wrapped around you. ‘Are you cold Y/n?’ Cas asked and you shook your head. You knew you shouldn’t be angry at him, he was merely stating the obvious but it still wasn’t what you wanted to hear. In your mind those kids would always be part yours. They would be what came if you and Cas ever had a family.
The water began to glow from below the surface. ‘It is open’ Cas told you. Dean jumped straight in immediately and Sam followed. You looked back over your shoulder taking in the few things scattered about the clearing. Well, it was good to experience what life could have been if your family hadn’t of been murdered by those vampires, if you hadn’t of become a hunter. You sighed and turned.
You were met by Castiel watching you with a tilted head. He held his arm out offering you his hand. ‘Please come back with us, please do not stay’ You shivered his voice affecting you just as much as it always had.
Looking at Cas you realised that maybe your life wasn’t exactly that bad. Sam and Dean were amazing, and Cas was something else. He was a real angel. Your own little slice of Heaven. You would go wherever he would. ‘Please, it would hurt me if you did not’ He whispered. You let a small smile cross your face. You reached out and took his hand. ‘There was never any real doubt of me not following you Cas’ You breathed and he smiled. He smiled so wide you could see his teeth. It wasn’t a small smile but a full blown one.
He tightened his grip on your hand. ‘I did not like thinking about you with him, he loved you I could see that but I couldn’t allow you to be with him’ He turned away from you and tugged you towards the water before you could say anything. Again telling you something and now letting you ask him to elaborate on his words. ‘We must go, or it will be closed’ You nodded and jumped into the water pulling him with you.
You coughed and Dean pulled you from the water. ‘Rough ride?’ He chuckled. You felt another hand on the small of you back and you instantly dried. ‘I will get you back to the motel’ Cas came to stand by you. He nodded at the two angels that stood behind Sam and Dean. He reached out to the two brothers and you all were shifted.
You were back in the shabby little motel you and the boys were staying at. ‘I should get some sleep’ You muttered turning away from them. You needed to sleep this off.
No sooner had you closed the door were you met by Castiel standing at the foot of your bed. ‘You could still have that life’ You held your hand to your chest trying to calm your heart. ‘I’m a hunter Cas, I can’t. And no I’m not giving up being a hunter, not when I know what’s out there. Your eyes ran over the angel standing at the bottom of the bed. He was nothing like the man who played him. But it was no contest, if you had to choose, you would choose Cas. Everytime.
Cas nodded. ‘what did you mean when you said you couldn’t let me be with him Cas?’ He looked down at the ground uncharacteristically shy. ‘I always allowed you to be with other men, men you found in bars or on a case because I knew you would leave them eventually. That you did not care for them’ He paused and looked up at you. ‘But him, you would not have left him, or those children’ You shrugged. ‘I wouldn’t have if it hadn’t been for you’ You shrugged and walked over to your suitcase.
You couldn’t keep eye contact, he was so intense. The way he looked at you set your body on fire. And right in that moment you realised that no one could make you react like Castiel did. There was no one who could make you feel like he did. ‘Y/n’ You jumped as he laid his hand on your shoulder. ‘Do you love me?’ Your eyes widened and your mouth opened and closed. You turned to look at him. He had that cute interested face, his head slightly tilted to the side, his eyes squinted and lips parted. ‘Dean told me you love me, I believed it was only as a friend. But right now I am not getting that kind of longing from you, it is something more’ You didn’t think it was possible but your eyes widened more.
Your lips quivered. Then you took a shot. You grabbed the back of his neck and pulled him down to you. His lips met yours as you pressed them to his in a chaste kiss. You other hand grabbed the lapels of his coat.
For a second Cas froze but you were surprised when he wrapped his arm around your waist. The other tangled in your hair grabbing a fist full of the back of it. His lips began to move against yours as he pushed you back into the wall. You gasped at the impact. His tongue traced against your parted lips and then the pulled away.
You panted when he pulled away. ‘I did not believe Dean was telling the truth’ You let out a breathy laugh. ‘Misha wasn’t you Cas. He wasn’t you, and for a long time I’ve only wanted you’ You felt Cas press his lips to your head. ‘I am yours Y/n, I am yours’ You smiled and had to hide your face in his shoulder when you yawned. ‘You should sleep, travelling to parallel universes will drain you’ You nodded and pulled away from him.
You pulled off the jeans and climbed into the bed. ‘Y/n’ You looked back over at Castiel. ‘I enjoyed kissing you and would like to do it again some time’ You smiled. ‘You can kiss me whenever you want Cas’ With that he strode across the room and took your face in his hands pressing his lips to yours again.
You smiled into the kiss. You may have lost a family and a simple life but you had Cas. And you knew you would always choose Cas, no matter what the other choice was. Nothing would ever make you think otherwise.
Not even Misha Collins, he was perfect but he just wasn’t Your Cas.
Woah....Okay I kind of noticed this was EXTREMELY long and I’m sorry about that... I think I may have gotten a little carried away.
I do apologise.

Guardian Angel - Castiel Imagine
Castiel x Reader
Summary: The Angel’s aren’t too happy with Castiel and try to find him at all costs, even if it means sacrificing humans.
You collected the blood in your mouth and spat. You watched the red hit the man in front of you in the face. ‘Go to hell’ You growled. He raised his hand and your head whipped to the side with the force of the slap. You closed your eyes body going slack.
You hissed as the chains bit into your wrists. The Angel in front of you grabbed your chin yanking your head up. You cursed yourself for ending up here. You had just been on some weird deaths in town, you had suspected Demons. But no, it was Angels. And they had been trying to flush you out. You opened your eyes. His face was hard and the blood gone, only a small smear on his chin remaining.
And it had worked, which is why you ended up here. Your hands cuffed above your head and five Angels in front of you. ‘Tell me’ He ordered. ‘Where is Castiel?’ It had been the same question for the past day. You dropped your head blinking as a trickle of blood from the cut on your forehead ran into you eye. 'I told you’ You whispered trying to sound as broken as you could. ‘I don’t know’ You closed your eyes again.
You winced at the feeling of closing your swollen bruised left eye. You ran your tongue over your bottom lip wetting it. It was swollen to about twice its normal size. You felt the split flesh under in. The cut ran from the bottom of your lip right up to the top where it continued on until it met your nose. You knew it was broken, even talking hurt and you could feel the series of small cuts along the bridge of it.
There was an older cut along the side of your face going from the top of your cheekbone to your jawline, it curved and ran along your jaw til your chin. The dried blood coated the side of your face, slightly matting the hair on the side of your face, and down your neck staining the shreds of what was left of your blue t-shirt.
There was slightly fresher cuts on your other cheek. One ran the length of your cheekbone, they had drove the blade so deep you had heard the grinding of the angel blade on bone. The cut below it was from your ear to your chin. The middle had pierced right through your cheek into your mouth. The blood from both of them mingled on your face. The most recent cut was the one on your forehead. It was still bleeding the blood running down into your eyes. You guessed you looked a right mess. And that was only your face.
There was dozens upon dozens of cuts on your body. The worst ones were on your thigh where they had just drove the blades into you stabbing you. The jeans stained red in multiple places. A long gash across the top of your thigh. You reckoned there was more skin covered in blood than not. Your shirt was almost gone where you had cuts along your stomach. There was cuts along your ribs, some cutting to the bone. You guessed your back was the same, you could still feel the sting of the newer cuts, although the pain was beginning to fade and your body becoming numb.
You panted as they dragged the blade along your bicep. ‘Where is Castiel?’ He growled. ‘I don’t know’ You screamed opening your eyes to glare at him. ‘And if I did I wouldn’t tell your ugly ass’ You snarled. That earned you another punch to the ribs. ‘You expect us to believe he just left you?’ He sneered. ‘Yes, I do, you see it came as as much of a shock to me too. But he did’ You looked back at him.
You gritted your teeth as the Angel in the female vessel dug the tip of the blade into your shoulder blade. ‘He just left his precious little Human’ You panted letting a smirk fall on your lips. Oh you were gonna get a smack for this. ‘Thought that was Dean, Cas did choose him over you guys right?’ There was a slight pause and your felt another punch to your ribs.
You cried out when you heard a crack and pain shot through your side fanning down your leg and up your arm. You gasped for breath and winced. Now even breathing hurt. ‘He disgraced himself for you, killed his brethren for you‘ You knew what they were talking about, they were talking about all those nights, and days, that you and Castiel had spent in bed, or car, or kitchen, or, well everywhere really. ‘And then he disappeared, said something about protecting me from you jackasses and left’ You scoffed. ‘I didn’t see why I needed protecting from something that promised Daddy to love us and protect us above everything’ That earned you another punch to the ribs. ‘But I guess Cas was the only one of you to get that message’ You chuckled and then winced.
You screamed as they swept the blade down your right side from rib to hip. ‘And you’re all supposed to be righteous do gooders, you were supposed to protect us’ You smirked at them. ‘I was happy to see you all fall, you selfish Bastards deserved it’ You shouted and kicked your legs out at them. He easily stepped away from you with a irritated sigh. ‘I would not have trouble knowing why my brother left such a worthless hairless ape’ You scoffed glaring at him. ‘Rich coming from a pompous prick like you, even Daddy couldn’t bare you’ That earned you another punch to the rib.
You knew you had hit a soft spot when he hit you two more times. And then the last when his fist collided with the already cracked rib. A high scream left your lips and your legs gave out beneath you. Your face screwed up as the metal cuffs bit into your flesh again. You vision went black for a second. You gasped as someone grabbed your hair yanking your head back.
When your vision returned you were looking the angel in the eye. ‘Tell me where is Castiel?’ He shouted at you. Damn, you had thought you could distract them from this subject, well no such luck. ‘I don’t know’ You spat back trying to sound fierce but your voice came out as weak. ‘You humans are pathetic’ The woman behind you spat. ‘She’s obviously useless’ She sighed. You smirked. ‘Hey, you’d know’ She turned and glared at you. She reached out and drove her blade into your shoulder.
You gritted your teeth a scream bubbling from your chest. You pushed yourself up onto your feet taking the pressure from your shoulder. ‘Where is Castiel?’ You felt your eyes widen as your gaze wandered behind him. ‘Right behind you’ You whimpered lowly.
You closed your eyes as the bright light shone from the angel's eyes and mouth when Cas stabbed him. The angel pulled the blade from your shoulder and dove at Cas. Who easily deflected her. Everyone sprung into fighting mode and Dean and Sam came into your vision too each taking an Angel. The angel dropped and you were facing Cas. ‘Y/n?’ He breathed his eyes sorrowful as he took in your appearance.
You swept your foot out catching his leg. He tumbled to the ground the blade that was meant to only grazing him. You wrapped your fingers around the chains using them to pull you up. You whimpered but lifted your feet off the ground. You threw them forwards the soles of the boots colliding with the female Angels chest throwing her backwards making her fall to the ground. Cas rolled and stabbed her in the chest with his angel blade.
You cried out when your feet hit the ground again your leg unable to hold you up and you gripped the chains trying to stop the cuffs from catching on your skin again. ‘Y/n’ Cas appeared in front of you again. ‘Dean, find the keys to the cuffs’ Cas grunted. He reached out trying to hold you up but when he brushed off your broken rib you cried out. He jumped away apologising as tears filled your eyes.
You had been able to hold off the tears out of anger and defiance but now that you were alone you let them fall. ‘Y/n’ Cas whispered reaching out swiping his thumb under your eye collecting the salty drop. ‘Got em’ Dean rushed forwards reaching up above your head. He undid one arm and you grunted falling sideways. Cas had to grab you and when you whimpered he didn’t let go out of fear you’d hurt yourself further if you fell.
You collapsed into his chest when Dean unlocked your other wrist. Cas held you to him as you dropped your arm over his shoulder. Your other hand gripped his trench coat. ‘I didn’t tell them where you were though, son of bitches got nothing from me’ You muttered as your vision blurred. You looked up at Cas and gave him a soft smile before he picked you up cradling you to his chest and the world went dark.
You tried to open your eyes but only one actually opened fully. ‘Cas’ You reached out to the man beside you. He was sitting in a wooden chair beside the bed. A quick look around the room told you you were in the room you used in the bunker when you came here. One of Castiel’s hands was lying on yours and his head was rested on the other arm. His eyes were closed and his breathing even. You leaned back into the pillow when you realised he was sleeping.
You jerked up as the door opened. You hissed as you felt a stab of pain in your side. The jerking motion and your sound of pain made Castiel jump. His eyes landed on you. ‘No, no’ He laid his hand on your shoulder and the other wrapped around your back. ‘You shouldn’t be sitting up’ He helped you lie back into the pillows. ‘Sorry, didn’t mean to startle you’ Sam smiled as he walked inside your room with a sandwich. You smiled and felt the cut on your lip pull open slightly. ‘Brought you a snack Cas’ He laid the plate down on the nightstand.
Cas nodded at him brushing the hair from your face. ‘Cas’ You reached up and took his hand in yours. ‘I’m okay, I’ve had worse’ You tried to sooth him. You didn’t like the way his face screwed up in worry, his eyebrows pinched together his lips a tight line and the crinkles deepening around his eyes. ‘Do not lie’ He scolded you his bright blue eyes meeting yours. ‘This is all my fault’ You sighed closing your eyes. ‘If you even think about blaming yourself Castiel I’m going to break one of your ribs’ You heard a chuckle from the doorway. ‘Well, Y/n’s awake anyway’ You recognised Dean’s voice as he moved into the room.
You lifted your hand from the bed giving him a small wave. No matter how small the movement your whole body screamed in protest. You let out a long breath but even that hurt. ‘I’ve been trying Crowley but he won’t pick up’ You felt the bed move by your feet as he sat. ‘Can I at least sit up, I feel weird just laying here’ You opened an eye and looked at Cas.
He nodded sharply. ‘Sam, can you get more pillows?’ He asked and Sam nodded walking out of the room. Cas looked back down at you and smiled at you. You gave him a lopsided smile back. ‘Thanks for coming to rescue me’ You reached up and placed your small hand on his cheek.
His stubble had gotten longer and you welcomed the burn it gave as it rubbed against your palm. Cas leaned into your touch and laid his own hand on top of yours. ‘You may not be an angel anymore but you’ll still always be my Guardian Angel’ Cas gave you a watery smile and ran his thumb over the back of your hand.
Your eyes ran up your own arm, your wrist was covered in bandages and there was a few smaller cuts that had been cleaned, one or two had a few stitches in them. There was a bandage wrapped around your upper arm and there was a small dot of red on it. ‘I will always protect you Honey’ You smiled at the nickname he had given you when you two had started dating. He had told you that you were as sweet as honey and his father must have put in as much work as the bees did making honey to make someone so perfect. You had never guessed it but Castiel could be an absolute romantic.
Dean cleared his throat. ‘Sorry to interrupt but I’m just going to leave before this gets any more weird. Good to see you awake though kiddo’ Dean reached out and pinched your toe lightly before standing. ‘You want anything?’ He asked you. ‘A glass of water and something to eat wouldn’t go amiss. Thanks’ Dean nodded and winked at you before walking out the door.
You turned your head back to Cas. He had a frown on his face. His eyes remorseful as he looked at your face ‘This wasn’t your fault, you just wanted to help your family. It’s not your fault the rest of them are jerks’ Cas’ eyes left your face and he looked down at the blanket. ‘Got the pillows’ Sam walked in cutting off what Cas was about to say. You giggled a little seeing the giant man’s arms overflowing with pillows. ‘Got enough there Sammy?’ He sent you a quick glare as he dropped them down by the bed.
Cas stood and he laid your hand gently down on your hip. He bent forwards. You pushed yourself up a little wincing so he could slid his arm underneath you. He helped you sit up. You gritted your teeth trying to keep the look of pain off your face. Sam piled the pillows in behind you and Cas laid you back.
You let out a long breath you had been holding as you settled into the soft material. Cas pressed a kiss to your head and sat back down beside you. ‘Water and a sandwich is served’ Dean called walking into the room a glass and a plate held high in his hands.
You rolled your eyes at their behaviour. You could tell by the tension in their shoulders and the looks behind their eyes that they were worried. They were still getting over the shock of finding you in the state you were in. The fact that angels would go so far just to find Castiel. But as usual they were all putting on a brave face.
Dean was covering it up with his sassy remarks. Sam had turned into a mother hen watching your every move. And Cas had sank into his pit of self-hatred and blame. Dean laid the plate on your lap and gave Cas the glass. ‘Don’t get used to it Y/n. I ain't becoming a maid. Next time you want a sandwich get off your ass and get it yourself’ He chuckled and you smiled giving a soft laugh.
You were getting used to the pain that came from breathing had come with. ‘How did you find me?’ You asked picking up the sandwich. Bacon. You rolled your eyes. ‘Crowley’ Sam answered as he sat on the ground leaning back against the wall. Dean settled on the bottom of your bed. ‘Then he ditched and isn’t calling back’ He growled. ‘What do you need him for?’ You took a small bite from the bread chewing with a wince. The food brushed against the cut on the inside of your cheek.
You dropped the sandwich raising your hand to your cheek. ‘Hey’ Cas reached out his eyebrows furrowed. ‘What’s wrong? Are you okay?’ He rushed standing from the chair. He turned your head slightly to make you look at him. You nodded slightly leaning back into the pillows. ‘Eating wasn’t a good idea’ You said after swallowing the bite. You tangled your fingers with his hand laid them on your lap by the plate.
Dean scoffed. ‘Ungrateful’ He took the plate form your lap and you heard it being placed on your nightstand. ‘Shup’ You breathed. ‘What do you need Crowley for?’ You asked again. ‘To heal you, I can’t do it without my grace and I don’t know of an Angel that will’ Cas sighed. You turned your head looking at him.
His eyes were on your hand as he ran his hand along his chin. ‘You’re not useless Cas’ You told him knowing exactly what was going through his head. ‘You saved me’ He looked up at your through his lashes. ‘You may be human now but we ain’t useless, you don’t need to have grace to be there for us’ You let go of his hand and laid it on his chest. ‘You got a big heart, you risk yourself for others, you help us whenever you can, you go out of your way to make sure we’re safe’ Cas smiled softly. ‘We wouldn’t have gotten half as far if it hadn’t of been for you. I certainly wouldn’t, even with you as a human’ Cas smiled widely and leaned forwards.
He pressed his lips softly to yours, it hurt a little but you ignored the small sting. Cas pulled away sitting back down. ‘Do you two do this deliberately?’ Dean groaned and reached into his pocket pulling out his phone. ‘I’m going to try Crowley again, at least he doesn’t make me wana vomit’ He stalked from the room muttering about you two under his breath. Sam gave a chuckle from his spot. ‘I’ll leave you two alone’ He smiled at you standing up. He stopped in the doorway ‘How about a smoothie? That won’t be as bad as solid food’ You nodded at him.
He gave Cas a tight smile and left you both alone. ‘If I still had my grace I could heal you’ You wrapped your hand around the back of his neck and pulled him closer to you. You pressed your lips against his cheek. ‘Cas, please, please just stop’ You sighed leaning your head against his shoulder. He moved so he was sitting on the bed and not on the chair. ‘I love you as much as a human as I did when you were an Angel. Probably more now because you can’t zap away in the middle of a conversation anymore’ You tried to make a joke but he just stared at you. You scooted over a little wincing as it put strain on your ribs.
You leaned back into the pillows as Cas sighed at you. ‘You shouldn’t be moving’ He said but leaned sat in beside you leaning on the pillows behind him. You leaned your head on his shoulder. He pressed a kiss to your head. ‘You told me not to trust him. Dean told me not to trust him. Sam told me not to trust him’ You took Castiel’s hand in yours threading your fingers through his.
You closed your eyes. ‘Cas, we all make mistakes’ You squeezed his hand. ‘Look what my mistake has done to you’ You chuckled and rolled your eyes. ‘My mistake nearly got Dean mauled by a werewolf. Dean’s mistake ended with me locked in a dungeon. Dean’s meant Sam almost got sucked dry by a creepy soul snatcher. Sam’s meant Lucifer got released from Hell’ You sat back looking at him. ‘In our line of work mistakes don’t just end in sour milk, it usually means someone gets hurt. We get used to it’ He turned his head looking down at you.
You gave him your sweetest smile. ‘Making mistakes is part of being alive, of being human. That’s it Cas. Just because you made one mistake doesn’t make you a bad person’ You squeezed his hand again. ‘You did what you thought was right, you had everyone’s best intentions at heart. Which may I add is one of the biggest hearts I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing’ A smiled spread across his face. ‘My heart has been yours for a long time’ He leaned down and pressed a kiss to your forehead avoiding the cut on it.
You smiled and leaned your head back on his shoulder. ‘I love you too Castiel’ You told him. ‘Always have, always will. Even if you’re only one of us now’ You heard Cas chuckle but you felt his shoulder tense as he tried not to jostle you. ‘How are you feeling?’ He asked. You closed your eyes. ‘Sore, very sore. And a little tired, but I can’t sleep. Too sore’ The room fell into silence for a moment before he sighed. ‘Dean should be able to get into contact with Crowley soon’ You hummed. ‘I’ll be fine Cas, all part of being human’ You flicked your tongue over your lip. ‘Plus, I was raised to be able to take a hit’ You turned your head and pressed a kiss to his shoulder.
You jerked up as the door flew open. You gasped and your hand flew to your side gripping your ribs. Cas snapped scolding whoever had thrown it open. You felt his hand on the back of your neck rubbing circles on the exposed skin. ‘Well looks like someone was real mad at you’ You heard the british drawl you had grown used to.
You actually liked Crowley, he said things straight and had a sense of humour. He wasn’t bad, for a demon and a King of Hell. ‘Shut up’ You leaned back onto the pillows. ‘Sorry, didn’t think you would react as badly’ Dean smiled softly at you. ‘Crowley’ Sam nodded at the Demon. ‘Moose’ You let the smile settle on your face. ‘What can I do for you all?’ He leaned against the chest of drawers.
Dean sighed already upset with Crowley’s behaviour. ‘I told you, heal Y/n’ Crowley frowned and shook his head. ‘Now, you see, it’s not that easy’ Sam narrowed his eyes as he handed you the smoothie. You raised the straw to your lips and sucked the liquid into your mouth. ‘What do you mean ‘not that easy?’ Cas growled his voice dropping an octave and his eyes narrowing. Not in the cute confused squinty way, but the I will murder you slowly and painfully way.
Crowley smiled. ‘I’m a demon, I don’t do freebees’ He shrugged. ‘So which one of you is going to sign along the dotted line and sell me your soul?’ Dean reached out and grabbed Crowley by the collar of his black coat. ‘You’re the King of Hell you ca-’ He was cut off by Castiel’s chair scraping along the floor drowning out his words. ‘I’m a human now, you can have mine’ Cas ground out.
You rolled your eyes reaching up and putting your hand on his forearm. You tugged on his shirt. ‘Cas sit down’ You sighed. You looked back at Crowley. ‘And you, stop messing with their heads’ He smirked knowing he was caught out. ‘And Dean, let go of him’ Dean grunted and you gave him a hard look and he dropped Crowley. The King smiled and straightened out his suit.
He cleared his throat. ‘Well, it’s nice to know someone gets my humour’ He winked at you walking by Dean to the bed. ‘She’s hurt, you should not be making jokes’ Castiel growled at him still sending him daggers. ‘A thank you would suffice’ Crowley reached out and put his hand on your cheek.
You closed your eyes letting out a long breath as you felt pain leave your body. You could physically feel all the cuts stitching themselves back together. You felt your lip begin to shrink and you giggled a little at the odd sensation. It was cut short as you gave a strangled gasp as your rib fused back together.
You dropped back onto the pillows when Crowley pulled away. ‘Y/n?’ Cas asked tentatively. You gave a soft humn in return. ‘What did you do to her?’ Cas shouted and you felt to bed jostle. Your eyes shot open. ‘Woah, Cas, sweetie’ Cas was leaning across your bed gripping Crowley’s shirt. Crowley had his hands up and his eyebrows raised. ‘Cas, he did nothing’ You reached out putting your hand on his shoulder.
Cas turned his head and smiled. He let go of Crowley before reaching out taking your face in his hands turning it from side to side. ‘I’m fine Cas’ You smiled at him finally being able to without the tug of the reopening cut. ‘Well, you’re welcome’ Crowley scoffed. ‘Thank you’ You looked away from Cas to Crowley. He nodded at you. ‘Now, if you don’t mind. I have Hell to run’ He turned striding out of the room.
Dean grunted and followed him. ‘He really had me on that whole sell your soul thing’ He grumbled as he walked out the door. ‘So did you’ You turned to look at Castiel. Sam cleared his throat and looked between you two. ‘I’ll-eh- leave you two alone’ He said anticipating the scolding Castiel was about to get. He pressed a kiss to your head and then followed his brother closing the door behind you.
You threw the covers off yourself and got out of bed. ‘Sell your soul? Really Cas?’ You snapped. ‘I would have been in a bit of pain for a few weeks-months tops’ You crossed your arms. Cas shrugged looking down at hi hands. ‘It wa-’ You groaned. ‘If you dare say it was your fault’ You growled. Cas didn’t say anything.
You sighed and walked around the bed. You took his face in your hands. His stubble scraping at your palms made you shiver. You tilted his head up so his blue eyes met yours. ‘You ever pull a stunt like that, you’ll be going to Hell for a break from what I’ll put you through you got me?’ He smiled his eyes amused. ‘I love you’ He reached out wrapping his arms around you pulling your body against his.
You rolled your eyes. ‘Cas, promise me you’ll never do anything so stupid’ You told him sternly. ‘I do whatever I can to protect you and keep you from harm’s way’ He leaned down pressing his full lips to yours. ‘You said it yourself. I am your Guardian Angel. It is my job’ You rolled your eyes but smiled anyway. ‘Promise me’ Cas sighed. ‘I promise I will exhaust every other possibility first’ You leaned up and pressed your lips to him. ‘Best I’m getting huh?’ Cas pulled back.
His eyes took in every inch of your face. ‘Yes’ You sighed and pulled away from him. ‘I hate you’ You grumbled. Cas grabbed your wrist spinning you around. Your hands landed on his chest as he smiled down at you. ‘I love you too y/n’ Cas leaned down giving you a passionate kiss on your lips before lifting you onto the bed.

Obvious - Castiel Imagine
Castiel x Soulmate!Reader
Summary: Bobby sends the boys in the direction of a friend of his who develops a bond with the Angel
You picked up the call. ‘What?’ You growled into the phone. ‘I’m working’ You looked around the corner to see the vamp still standing by the dumpster. He hadn’t actually munched into the pretty girl but he was still your best bet. ‘Nice, speaking to you too Y/n’ Bobby’s voice chuckled. You grunted. ‘John’s boys were wonde-’ You seen the vamp lean in and perked up your hand going to your machete. ‘Yeah, yeah, send them over to the flat’ You muttered hanging up as you heard her scream. You pulled out the large blade dashing forwards.
You tossed the towel into the washing machine. You had owned this flat for almost seven years, once you had turned eighteen you had moved from home, just like the rest of your brothers and sisters. It was only a small two bedroom flat with a small front room and a small kitchen. It wasn’t like you spent much time here. It was just a focal point for your hunting.
You reached out taking the gun from the bottom drawer of your cabinet. You threw open the kitchen door and cocked the gun. You clicked the bullet into the chamber. The three men in your front room ‘Who are you and what the hell do you want’ You snarled but then your eyes fell on the black expanse behind the smallest of the three in the trench coat. ‘And why the hell are you bringing an Angel into my home?’ Your eyes ran over the large black wings. 'You can tell he's an Angel?' The smaller one looked at you suspiciously his hand going to his gun. You cocked your own and he froze. 'It’s a little obvious' You looked at him as if he had grown two heads.
The Angel beside him tilted his head to the side giving you a squinted look. One that made your heart swell for some reason. And you just wanted to reach out to him and cuddle him.
Strange. 'Dean' The taller warned and then turned back to you. 'Listen-eh-Y/n right?' You gave him a curt nod. 'We need a favor and your name was mentioned in our Dads journal' You raised an eyebrow indicating for him to go on. ‘We need your help. I’m Sam’ The taller one introduced himself. He had a denim jeans on and a checkered shirt. He wore a light grey jacket over it.
He turned to the man on the right. ‘This is Dean’ He pointed to the smaller man. Like the first he had a pair of denim jeans on and wore an open long sleeved dark blue shirt, underneath was a black t shirt. He wore a kakki jacket over it all.
You nodded. ‘And this is Castiel’ He nodded to the Angel. He wore a dark navy business suit with a crisp white shirt. The top button was open giving him a relaxed look, although his posture was anything but relaxed. He wore a dark blue tie loosely around his neck. His bright blue eyes watching your every move. He had a very attractive vessel.
You unloaded the gun and laid it on the rocking chair beside you. ‘I know who you are. You’re John’s boys and you’re and Angel. Bobby told me’ Castiel’s wings folded in behind him and he relaxed slightly now that you had lowered your gun, no longer ready to fly at the first sign of trouble.
Dean’s mouth dropped open. ‘Wait, you knew who we were but you still threatened to shoot us?’ You almost rolled your eyes as you began walking towards him. ‘Yes’ you stopped picking up the water bottle on the table. ‘Don’t you know not to barge into a hunter’s home without announcing yourself’ You jerked your hand forwards splashing Dean with some Holy Water. He jerked back and closed his eyes his face unamused.
You turned and did the same to Sam. ‘I believe she is right’ Castiel stepped forwards closer to you and you gulped. ‘We apologise for intruding in your home. We should not have done so’ You furrowed your eyebrows wanting to reply with something snarky. Like you normally would, but the way he was looking at you so innocent and earnest.
You smiled at him. ‘Thank you for the apology Castiel’ Your smile got bigger as his wings rustled behind him expanding a little and his feathers shaking before he curled them back up. He furrowed his eyebrows and squinted his eyes at you. You gulped and cleared your throats. ‘So, what can I do for you boys?’ You looked away from Castiel’s eyes and at Sam.
He looked at Dean and cleared his throat. Dean pulled something out of the back of his trousers. ‘Do you remember a case you did with our Dad in West Virginia?’ He asked as he started to flick through the journal. ‘I’ve done a few cases with your Father Dean, be more specific’ You watched him. ‘It was about 5 years ago’ You nodded.
Dean held out the journal to you. ‘He just describes what was happening and then he mentions you’ You nodded reading the entry. All John had put it in was the deaths and how they had happened, and then half way down the page. Called Y/n, case handled. ‘Yeah, I remember this, ganked the bitch on my Birthday. John bought me a big platter from the diner after we finished’ You smiled remembering the hunt with John Winchester.
It had been your 23rd birthday. ‘Why do you ask?’ You closed the journal handing it back to Dean. ‘Well, we have encountered something similar and can’t figure out what it is’ You sighed and raised your hand to rub your face. ‘Are you alright?’ Castiel’s deep voice. You felt his presence beside you as he reached his hand out but dropped it when it got within an inch of your arm.
You looked up at him and nodded. ‘Yeah, it-eh-it’s a Pagan God’ You looked back at Dean. ‘What you didn’t kill it did you?’ He crossed his arms. You crossed your own glaring at him slightly. ‘Yes, I did actually. This specific one comes in threes. I figured the other two were long dead’ Dean opened his mouth but his eyes flicked to Castiel and he closed it again.
You glanced at the Angel too catching the glare he was sending the older Winchester before he looked back at you his face softening. ‘Right, I think I lodged the weapon in somewhere’ You turned and waved at them to follow you.
You brought them to the spare bedroom. ‘Woah’ Sam’s eye lit up when he walked into the room. Three walls were lined with books. The bookshelves reached the ceiling. The books were stacked normally with extras on top of them. The shelves were full. There was a desk in the corner and a small couch on the fourth wall bhind the door. In the middle was more piles of books, nine chests of drawers created a spiral in the middle of the room. Each drawer full of more books and the top were more leather bound archives.
You smiled at him. ‘You like books?’ You asked. He nodded his wide eyes taking in the room in front of him. ‘He’s a nerd’ Dean stepped into the room beside you. ‘Well that’s something we have in common’ He looked down at you. ‘I can see, are these all Lore books?’ He asked and you nodded. ‘Except for the chest over there, those are my accounts and all my files’ You began to make your way around the room to get to the back to the chest you had indicated to.
You crouched down by it opening the bottom drawer. ‘I lodged the weapon in a storage unit, I use different names’ You explained to the boys. ‘But I don’t know which one I’ll look through these and find it for you’ You jumped and put your hand to your chest as Castiel appeared beside you. ‘We can search through the records’ He smiled down apologetically at you as he curled his large wings in behind him. ‘It was easier than walking’ He explained as you gaped at him. ‘Flying is easier, it can take me anywhere in the world. Not just across rooms’ You smiled and began to rummage through the drawer. ‘You’ve been around the world?’ You asked.
You could hear the two boys whispering at the door. ‘Almost every place in the world yes’ He answered as you began to take out two or three books. ‘I think these are the names I used’ You muttered to yourself. As soon as you put them down Castiel picked up the books taking them in his arms. You closed the drawer and reached out to take them from him. ‘I can manage them’ With that he disappeared and appeared by the couches. ‘Sam, Dean’ He held out the books to them.
They looked between you and the Angel. ‘I shall take one and you shall take the others’ He sat on the couch and opened one of them. ‘Buddy’ Dean began to make his way over to his friend. ‘You okay?’ He asked and Castiel nodded looking in the book. ‘It’s all logged by dates, if that makes it easier. You boys want a beer?’ You asked. Sam nodded as he sat down on the couch beside Castiel. ‘Please, if you don’t mind?’ The Angel curled up his wing that had been laid across the couch and sat forwards a little. You giggled as you watched him get his wings out of the way.
You looked at Dean. ‘Beer?’ He nodded. ‘Castiel?’ You asked and he looked up at you. His wings stretched and his feathers ruffled. ‘I do not drink or eat, my vessel does not require sustenance’ You opened your mouth and nodded. You did not want to get into the anatomy of angels, with an angel.
You handed Dean a beer. ‘Found it yet?’ You asked leaning over him. ‘It’s not in this one’ He tossed down the book onto the desk taking the beer from you. You smacked him. ‘Careful with those’ You snapped. He leaned back in the desk chair. ‘There’s a lot of entries in this one from that time, it could be in this one.
You sat down on the edge of the couch by Sam. You took the book flicking through them. ‘I don’t even remember half of this’ You muttered. ‘Here’ You laid your finger on the entry. ‘It’s in Pennsylvania. It’ll take me about a day to get it’ You closed the book memorizing the number. ‘I can get you there and back. I can fly us’ Castiel stood in front of you holding his hand out to you.
You smiled. ‘Oh, yeah. Angel’ He nodded smiling slightly. He stretched out his wings. Your eyes ran along the vast black expanse. ‘So, I get to fly’ You stood up beaming. ‘It’s not as fun as it sounds’ Dean grumbled leaning back in the chair.
You shrugged and reached out taking Castiel’s hand in yours. You felt a jolt through your body. Your breath caught in your throat. Castiel tensed and his fingers tightened around your. His wings spread out as far as they could. The tips of the wings brushing against the bookshelves on the walls on both sides of the room.
He tilted his head to the side. ‘Y/n’ He breathed. You felt goosebumps erupt all over your body. You felt a pull towards him, like you needed to be with him. Your lips parted and he stepped closer to you. His wings curled reaching towards you. You shivered as a feather ran up your bare arm. ‘Eh guys?’ But neither of your paid attention.
You sighed closing your eyes as a feather rolled along your cheekbone. It was soft and fluffy. It wasn’t like a normal feather. It wasn’t like a material object, it was just a presence. But you could still feel it as it dragged along your face, along your cheek and over your jaw, down your neck. Cotton wool, that was the closest thing to the sensation, but Castiel’s wings were a million times softer. ‘Cas’ Dean snapped. Your eyes shot open.
Castiel’s wings snapped away from you filling the space behind him. Although you could tell that the were straining to touch you again. ‘You two okay?’ Dean laid his hand on your shoulder. His eyebrows furrowed and his eyes crinkled. ‘Cas? You alright man?’ Castiel’s eyes were on Dean’s hand. ‘Cas?’ You breathed. He looked back up to you. ‘It is a shortened version of my name’ He explained. You blushed under the intensity of his gaze. ‘W-we should go’ You breathed.
You seen him spread his wings and then flap downwards before you were standing outside the storage place. You stumbled a little and Castiel wrapped his wing around you. You fell into the soft black expanse and he steadied you. His eyes widened in realization and you pulled away from him. ‘Stay here, I’ll be back’ You turned and strode towards the door. You could feel his eyes on your back causing your body to heat up
You sat with your feet up on the desk. The book in your lap was based on God and Angels. You sighed and slammed the book closed. You had been reading it for almost three days and it did not explain anything about what you felt when Castiel had touched you. You jerked when you heard a bang on your door.
You reached into your jacket and pulled out a knife stalking down the hall. You covered your eyes as the front door burst open. Pieces of wood flew into your front room. You stood glaring at the three men in front of you. ‘Who the hell are you?’ You growled. The two men stepped over the door frame that was made out of a salt layer. Not demons.
You rolled and landed a punch on the taller man’s face. His head didn’t even snap to the side. These men were unlike anything you had ever encountered. No matter how many things you shot them with or stabbed them with, no harm was done to them. They carried long silver blades that you had never seen before. You backed away from them and turned. You ran towards your kitchen.
The glass shattered around you as you jumped. You could feel it cause small cuts on your body. Your feet hit the ground and you rolled, your shoulder did not agree with the way you landed on it. You were on your feet in seconds but you ran straight into someone. The smaller of the three, brought the blade up to your stomach.
You dropped your own blade and intercepted his hands. You threw your weight against him turning the blade in your hand. He stumbled and you drove his own blade up into his stomach. He shouted opening his mouth. A bright blue tinted light flooded from his mouth, eyes and nose. He dropped to the ground. Dead.
You held the silver blade up in front of your face. What the hell was that? You screamed as someone grabbed you around the waist turning you. Black flooded your vision for a second before disappearing. ‘Castiel’ You turned. You were met with a a trench coat and wings curling back around you. Castiel was standing in front of you facing off the man.
He lunged and Castiel punched him knocking him aside. His wing came down pushing you to the side. You stumbled falling into a car. You could hear the two men fighting behind you. You stood and turned. Castiel used his wings to steady himself standing. He twirled a blade in his hand. That was when you realized that he was using one identical to the men that had attacked you.
It should have made you distrust him. You had never seen this blade before and you meet someone, an Angel, and then a few days later. Men were attacking you with the same weapon. But you couldn’t bring yourself not to trust the man with the large black wings. You couldn’t bring yourself to feel anything but trust for him. Trust so deep you would lay your life in his hands at any given second, even only after being in his company for less than an hour.
You dove forwards pushing the blade in your hand through the man’s back. He shouted and turned knocking you aside. He turned looming above you. Then a blade appeared through his neck. Again he glowed that faint blue. When he dropped Castiel stood behind him. ‘Y/n’ His eyes roamed your body and you felt yourself shiver at his gravely voice.
You took the hand he held out for you. The reaction you had to his touch wasn’t as intense as the first time but it was still enough to cloud out the rest of the world. Your skin felt hot and your insides were on fire. Castiel’s wings wrapped around you covering you and him in black. His feathers running over ever inch of exposed skin on your body. You shivered pushing yourself back into the softness of his wings. They shivered at the feeling of you.
You sighed. ‘Wh-what were they?’ You whispered as Castiel stepped over the Angel and closer to you. ‘Angels?’ His eyebrows knitted together and he did that adorable cute head tilt again. ‘I thought you could recognize angels’ His normally sturdy voice shook. His hand tightened around yours. ‘You recognized me’ You thought he had fear in his voice. You could literally feel the fear coming off him. ‘Castiel’ You stepped closer to him your toes touching him. You hesitantly reach up. ‘How did you recognize me?’ You could feel he knew the answer.
You gulped afraid you would upset him. You laid your hand on his cheek. His skin was soft, almost as soft as his feathers. He sighed leaning into your touch. You smiled softly. It looked like there was something below his skin, glowing and trying to get out. ‘Your wings’ You whispered. You tore your eyes from his eyes and over the arc in the top of his wings behind his head. ‘You can see them? Now? They’re not just a shadow?’ His feathers rustled again and it sounded like they were humming. They tightened around you blocking out most of the light. But they seemed to glow themselves, giving off a faint blue light, the light moving over itself like the whisps of a cloud in front of a sun.
You leaned against him and his face softened. ‘Of course, they’re hard to miss Castiel’ Your eyes snapped back to his face. His eyes began to shine a soft blue, not the bright blue you had seen coming from the other Angel’s faces. It was contained inside of him, behind his deep blue eyes. ‘Y/n, humans are not supposed to see Angels wings. That is why you could not see the other Angels wings’ He explained in a soft voice.
You felt panic rise up inside of you. You were not supposed to see his wings, there was something wrong with you. Humans couldn’t see their wings. Maybe you weren’t human. If you weren’t human what were you? ‘Hey’ Castiel grabbed your face in his hands. ‘There is nothing wrong with you Y/n, please stop panicking’ You froze. ‘Can-can you read my mind?’ You whispered. Castiel smiled.
You liked it when he smiled, it lit up his face. His eyes crinkled and he looked happy. You just wanted this man to be happy. ‘No, I can feel the panic you’re in and I’m assuring you there is nothing wrong with you’ He paused for a moment before continuing. ‘You are perfect’ You felt heat rise to your cheeks. It spread to your ears and down your neck. ‘The reason you can see my wings is because you’re my Soulmate. Your soul was made to fit perfectly with me’ He leaned down leaning his forehead against yours. ‘You are mine, my human. My perfect little human’ You knew this should scare you.
Castiel was talking of soulmates. Together forever, or however long you got. A commitment that lasted the rest of your life. You had only met this man and he was your forever. He wasn’t even a man. He was something supernatural, something you were raised to fear and kill. And you belonged to him. Your souls were made for each other, you were meant to fit together. For eternity. That should scare you.
But it didn’t. Everything in you just wanted this man near you. It was now that you realised why you were so irritated and uncomfortable for the past few days. You were missing him. You were missing Castiel. You we’re missing the man who was your soulmate.
You were meant to be with him. You reached your hand out. You sighed as your fingers touched the soft feathers. This was what you imagined clouds felt like, only so much better. You tangled your fingers in his feathers. Castiel let out a groan and dropped his head onto your shoulder. His arms wrapped around you pulling you tightly against him. His wings pressing against you everywhere else. His feathers moving burying your hand deeper into his wings. You wrapped your other arm around his shoulders your fingers tangling in his hair, which was almost as soft as his wings.
You sighed finally feeling content and happy. You felt whole.

Should Be Me - Castiel Imagine
Castiel x reader.
Summary: A hunt requires you to make a quick decision. Only Castiel isn’t pleased with the outcome.
You sat with your feet up on the table in front of you flicking through the old record book. You looked up as the door opened. Sam and Dean walked in heads hanging. ‘Did you find it?’ You asked them. You were all trying to find some kind of old family heirloom, but pretty much everything had been donated by the last owners and you didn’t have a clue what was doing it. ‘Well?’ You asked the brothers. Dean shrugged off his jacket. ‘Didn’t get in’ He grumbled and slapped your feet off the table. ‘I’m gonna call Cas, he can zap us in’ You rolled your eyes.
You stood to your feet. ‘You went dressed like that?’ You scoffed and they both looked down at their attire. ‘You do know who this family is? They’re MASSIVE in the art world. I told you to put on a suit’ You scolded them. ‘No, you suggested we put on a suit, we ignore you’ You narrowed your eyes at them. ‘Cas’ Dean sat on one of the twin beds. ‘Get your feathery ass down here, we need a quick favour’ You walked to the fridge as you heard the rustle of wings behind you. ‘Dean’ You heard Castiel’s voice.
You turned your head to see Castiel standing in front of the door. ‘Hi Cas’ You felt a smile spread across your lips. The Angel turned his head towards you. ‘Hello Y/n’ He let a small smile grace his own full lips. ‘I did not know you were working this case with Sam and Dean’ His low voice sent shivers through you. ‘I was in the area when they called for a book of mine, I decided to stay’ You explained. He nodded. ‘I am glad you did, it is always good to see you again. It is nice to know you’re safe’ You blushed and cleared your throat going back to taking a beer from the fridge.
You popped the cap from the bottle. ‘Dean’ You sighed rolling your eyes again. ‘Even if you get Cas to fly you in you won’t get away with it, trust me’ He gave you one of his shit eating grins he always got when he thought of something amazing. He stood by Cas and winked at you. ‘Give me an hour sweetheart and I’ll be back, with what we need’ Cas laid his hand on Dean’s shoulder and a second later they were gone.
You looked at Sam holding up your beer. He nodded. ‘They’ll get caught, you should put on a suit, we’ll head over get what we need’ You held out a new beer to him. He nodded and stood taking a large gulp from his beer.
Half and hour later you heard talking from the front room. You applied the last of your red lipstick topping off the simple makeup you had on. You straightened the black blazer you were wearing over your knee length tight black dress. You opened the door of the bathroom striding out. ‘You finally ready to admit I’m right?’ You asked as all three boys looked towards you.
Dean’s eyes widened and ran up and down your body. ‘Damn, you’re lookin good, you should dress like that more often’ He smirked. You felt a blush rising to your cheeks but rolled your eyes anyways. ‘Now go put on a suit’ You scolded. Dean smirked at you and grabbed the suit you had laid out on the bed. He strode past you with the suit in his arms.
Your eyes fell on Castiel. He was leaning against the wall. His arms were crossed across his chest. His face hard, eyes following Dean glaring at him, his mouth set in a scowl. ‘What happened?’ You asked him, obviously Dean had screwed up. ‘They almost got arrested for trespassing’ Sam laughed shrugging on his suit jacket. Castiel’s eyes tore away from the closed door where Dean was and they came back to you as you began to laugh.
You looked down at your toes as you watched his face soften and his eyes give you a once over. ‘Dean was right’ You looked up at Cas as he smiled slightly at you. ‘You look beautiful’ Your eyes met his blue ones and you felt your whole body heat up. ‘Thank you Castiel’ You breathed before sitting on the bed pulling on your black heeled pumps. Dean came out of the bathroom in his suit walking for his shoes.
You strode over to Cas, alright, take off the coat, you need it off’ You reached up and buttoned up his shirt button and then straightened his tie. ‘The coat won’t cut it’ You told him stepping away from the Angel. He clicked his fingers and it was off him folded on the chair. ‘Alright’ You looked at the boys. ‘Let me do the talking’ You told them grabbing your bag.
You walked up to the Security holding out your ID and card. ‘Ma’am’ He stepped aside as you sent him a polite smile. He stopped the boys. ‘They’re with me’ You waved him off. He nodded and allowed them to pass. The boys walked in beside you. ‘How did you pull that one off?’ You smiled up at Dean. ‘Used my Mother’s name, she runs an art dealership. Works with things like this’ You smiled at him.
You felt him grab your arm. ‘Your Mom is an art Dealer?’ You nodded and shrugged him off. ‘Not important’ You turned pointing to the end of the massive room. ‘Auction is in an hour’ You told them picking up the flyers. You marked the items you had narrowed down. ‘One of these are it’ You handed them the each one. ‘I’ll see you back here in an hour’ You turned striding away.
You stopped in front of a small vase. It wasn’t on the list. ‘Late entry?’ You asked the suited middle aged man beside you. He looked down. His eyes roamed your body. You sent him a smile. ‘Yes’ His voice was sophisticated and silky. ‘From a storage unit in the basement, took them almost a week to open it. Purchased with the European items’ You froze. They were the ones you were after. ‘Oldest item in the batch’ He handed you a flyer, your eyes running over the details. Perfect.
Your eyes left it when you heard a commotion about 10 metres beside you. You rolled your eyes seeing it was the three boys. Dean was snapping at someone. Cas had his hand on his shoulder and Sam was apologising to some older lady. ‘Excuse me’ You smiled at the man and began to make your way over. ‘Honey?’ You smiled tensely walking over to the scene. ‘I thought I told you not to make a scene’ You threaded your arm through Dean’s.
You smiled at the man in front of you as he glared at Dean. ‘Yes we have a problem, this lowlife idiot ju-’ You held Dean back. ‘That low life idiot-’ You snapped at him. ‘-is my fiance, and actually one of the most intelligent men you will ever meet. Which is why he ended up being the top Cardiac Surgeon in New York. So why don’t you walk away before I get someone to drag you out of here’ The man straightened out his suit. ‘And what have I told you about starting fights’ You sent Dean a hard look.
The man gave Dean one last glare before looking away. ‘Honey’ You tugged on Dean’s arm. ‘I think I found the perfect thing for our living room’ Dean looked down at you. He smirked down at you and gave you a wink. He pulls his arm from yours and wrapped it around your waist. ‘Of course Sweetheart, whatever you want. Your Cardiac Surgeon Husband to be will buy you anything you want’ He bent pressing his lips to your cheek.
You took a deep breath in trying not to either hit him or roll your eyes. You caught Cas giving Dean a glare as you tugged him back to the vase. ‘This thing goes up for auction everyone but the security will leave. Dean and Sam will make another scene, distract them. Cas snatch the vase and make sure the camera doesn’t catch you You grabbed Castiel’s arm dragging him away from the boys.
The plan went off without a hitch and you performed the spell removing the curse form the vase, then you smashed it. ‘So your Mom was an Art Dealer?’ Dean sat nursing a beer his suit jacket and tie off, his shirt unbuttoned halfway down. ‘And my Father was a powerful CEO, I don’t get the big deal Dean’ You kept towel drying your hair back in your usual Jeans and a t-shirt combo, minus the boots. ‘How did you end up in hunting?’ Dean asked as you sat at the table grabbing your own beer. ‘Werewolf’ You shrugged drinking from your beer. ‘And?’ You stood. ‘That’s about it’ You made your way towards the door. ‘Y/n’ He raised his eyebrows. ‘Dean I don’t need to go into detail. Goodnight’ You opened the door leaving for your room.
You pulled out your gun pointing it into the rom. ‘It is just me’ Castiel’s voice came from the darkness. You reached out flicking the lights on. Castiel had put back on his trench coat. He sat on your bed watching you. ‘You disappeared very fast’ You lowered your gun and laid it on the chest of drawers beside the door. ‘Everything okay?’ You asked him. ‘Heaven fine?’ You picked up the dropped bottle from the floor and tossing it in the trash.
He nodded. ‘Heaven is running well’ You leaned back on the table. ‘Then is there any reason why you’re sitting on my bed? And not inside with us?’ You asked him. ‘I did not want to be in yours and Dean presence’ You furrowed your eyebrows. ‘Well, that doesn’t explain why you’re in my room then Castiel’ You spat pushing yourself off the table and walking to your suitcase. ‘I wished to be in your presence, not yours and Dean’s collectively’ He explained. ‘I did not mean to offend you’ You grunted.
Turning you seen him still sitting on your bed. ‘Cas, I know you well enough to know you want to say something. Spit it out’ You knew that it was a little harsh but sometimes with Cas you just had to get straight to the point, especially when he was like this. He looked up at you his eyes squinted. ‘Spit what out? I do not have anything in my mouth’ You sighed and giggled a little. ‘Spit it out means tell me what’s on your mind’ Castiel nods.
He stands. ‘I spoke to Sam after the hunt when you went to get beers and Dean was in the shower’ You nodded remembering he had been gone after you had come back from grabbing beers and food. ‘And he explained to me that Dean does not actually look at you with romantic feelings’ You cocked your head to the side. ‘Of course he doesn’t’ You smiled at Castiel. ‘And you do not have romantic feelings for him’ You crossed your arms raising an eyebrow at him.
He stopped before you. ‘What are you talking about Cas?’ You asked genuinely confused. Had he really thought you had feelings for Dean? ‘If you have no feelings for Dean why did you pretend you were marrying him?’ He asked. You laughed. ‘So he wouldn’t get thrown out. Why would it matter?’ You asked him.
He looked away from you. ‘Would you ever have considered me?’You furrowed your eyebrow. ‘What the hell do you mean?’ He sighed looking back at you. ‘As your husband, would you consider me being your husband’ He elaborated. Your mouth gaped, opening and closing it like a fish. ‘If neither of you have romantic feelings for each other, he should not be your husband’ You shook your head clearing your thoughts.
You chuckled. ‘Cas, he wasn’t my husband, he was my fiance. And it wasn’t real. It was for the case’ Castiel didn’t even take in your words he looked like he was focused on something else. ‘It should have been me’ He breathed his deep voice a whisper. ‘Sorry what?’ You leaned closer to him. He looked up at you. ‘Dean does not have romantic feelings for you, he should not have been your fiance. It should have been me’ You let out a long breath.
Your mind whirling trying to figure out the meaning behind his words. What was he jealous? What wa- ‘Are you trying to say you have romantic feelings for me?’ You breathed. Castiel’s eyes shone and he smiled down at you ‘Sam said I should try something’ He tiled his head. ‘I should act on the feelings I hold’ You blinked.
Before you knew what was happening Castiel bent down pressing his lips to yours. He reached up his fingers tangling in your hair and his other hand finding your waist. You froze.
A second later he pulled away. Castiel back away from you nervously. His eyes wide and he looked like a deer caught in the headlights. ‘I am sorry. I apologise’ He rambled. ‘That was inappropriate, I should have not forced myself upon you in such a way’ He let out a panicky breath. His eyes darting around the room.
You launched yourself forwards. You throw your arms around his neck. You planted your lips firmly on his. Cas stumbled back slightly before his hands landed on your hips. Once he got over the shock he pulled you against him his lips moving against yours.
You pulled away leaning your forehead against his. ‘May I be your fiance?’ He asked. You let out a giggle. ‘That was just pretend’ You ran your nails along his scalp and he sighed closing his eyes. ‘But you could be my boyfriend’ You beamed. Cas nodded slightly. ‘I would like that very much’ He leaned back down his full lips moving against yours again

Oh My God - Cas Imagine
God!Cas x reader
Summary: Your boyfriend takes things into his own hands.
Warnings: smut (grace !!)
SPOILERS SPOILERS FOR SEASON 6!!!!!!!!
You stabbed the last of Raphael’s angels. You had a long gash on your stomach and your shirt hung loosely from your body. But you had done it. You had bought Cas a few minutes to get them souls into him and back into purgatory. Turning you speed down the hallway. You jumped over a few bodies.
When you made it to the room. Dean and Bobby were standing in front of Cas. Cas stood straight, his shoulders back his posture rigid, he had a satisfied look on his face. You remembered that look, it was the look he gave you when he had given you an orgasm, right in front of the boys. Without any of them noticing or him even touching you. Or when he had gotten you off under the table with just his fingers. You rushed forwards.
You felt Bobby grab your arm. You looked up at him and he gave you a warning glance. ‘Bobby’ You growled. He gave you a look saying that he knew he wouldn’t hurt him. ‘You’re not my family Dean. I have no family’ Your head snapped back to Cas. You flt your breath catch in your throat. Really? That’s how he felt? You seen Sam draw back his arm. ‘Cas’ You screamed as Sam drove the blade into his back. You pulled yourself from Bobby’s grasp.
But there was no light, he was still standing. You stopped by Dean wide eyed as Sam stumbled backwards. ‘Cas’ You breathed reaching out to him. His eyes fell on you as he pulled it out of his back. ‘Cas’ You whimpered. He just laid it on the table between you. ‘I’m glad you could make it Sam’ He turned looking at Sam sideways. ‘But the angel blade won’t work anymore, because I’m not an Angel’ You seen his hand twitch.
You launched yourself around the table and grabbing his arm. ‘Cas, don’t please’ He looked down at you, really acknowledging you for the first time tonight. ‘Just put them back, please. Cas, this-this isn’t going to end well’ He reached out brushing some blood from your face.He pulled your face into his chest and you clung to him. ‘I’m your new God, a better one’ You pushed away from him. ‘Cas please, Ca-’ He dropped his hands from you.
You shook your head. ‘So you will bow down’ He looked at Dean giving him a glare. ‘And profess your love onto me’ He looked back at you. ‘Your Lord’ You felt tears well up in your eyes. ‘Or I will destroy you’ You felt a tear run down your face.
Reaching out you felt your palm connect with Castiel’s cheek. His head snapped to the side. ‘Go to hell’ You choked out cradling your now sore palm to your heaving chest. Dean wasn’t kidding when he said that hitting Cas could hurt. ‘And rot there’ You screamed. Cas’ facade faltered for a second. ‘You promised through everything. Everything’ You felt another tear. ‘Put the damn things back and we can fix whatever Heaven throws at us’ Cas reached out running his finger along your thumb. The pain disappeared and you stepped closer. Your stomach no longer hurting either.
He sighed. ‘But I must punish Raphael’s forces’ You stopped and glared at him. You nodded. ‘Then go’ You face turned hard. ‘And don’t come back’ You turned away from him making your way to Sam. ‘You’ve made your choice’ Sam wrapped his arm around you as you curled up into him. ‘I hope you just remember who was there when you really needed them’ You glared at him. ‘And it wasn’t your stupid Brothers and Sister’ Cas looked at the boys who were watching him with hard faces. ‘I am sorry, but I must’ And with that he was gone.
You tossed the knife into the wood. It lodged in the side of the shed. Dean had gone in an hour ago. What he was doing with that car you didn’t know but he had been at it for weeks. You walked forwards wrapping your hand around the handle and pulling. ‘I’m sorry’ You jumped whirling around. You pulled your hand back but were met with someone you would never throw it at. But you knew it wouldn’t hurt him so you threw it anyway. ‘I told you not to come back’ You turned away as he reached down to pull the knife from his leg.
You heard his grunt and then the car. You made for the door. But a hand wrapped around yous. Cas spun you around your back against the door. You looked up at him. You gasped. ‘Cas’ You breathed out. His face was raw. Sores covered a good proportion of his skin. ‘You-your vessel can’t handle the souls’ You realised. ‘Cas’ He bent his body pressing you further into the door.
His lips pressed against yours. His hand cupping your cheek softly. You let out a shaky sigh as you felt his grace caressing the bare skin of your arms. His thumb moving along your cheekbone. He pulled away his lips from yours leaning his forehead against yours.
His blue eyes met yours. You shivered. ‘I did not mean to hurt you. You were the only one to believe in me’ He pressed his lips to your jaw. ‘I do not wish to lose you’ You felt tears in your eyes and a sob escaped you before you could stop it. Cas pulled away slightly looking down at you. ‘Oh my sweet little Human’ He cooded pulling your face into his shoulder. You clutched him as he embraced you with his grace. ‘I hate you’ You sobbed. ‘I know you do, I know’ Yet he still held you. His hand running over your hair.
Castiel finished telling you what he had done since he had seen you last. He was sitting in the front of the car his feet planted on the ground, half in half out of the car. You sat in the back in the same position. ‘The eclipse is gone Cas, we can’t put them back in’ You muttered. ‘And you’re falling apart’ You closed your eyes. You jumped when you felt a hand on yours.
Cas was crouched before you his eyebrows furrowed. ‘Y/n’ You couldn’t help but smile. Your name coming from Castiel’s lips always made you happy. He had always been your own Heaven. ‘I can save the world. Do what my Father did not’ You shook your head but he dropped forwards onto his knees. His hands took your face between his hands. The hands that feld millions of souls and they were burning through him. ‘I will come back for you when I have, I will never leave you behind’ You smiled down at him. ‘I want my Cas back, not God’ He leaned forwards.
His grace pushed against your back. You moved forwards until you were pressed against him. His grace moved down your thighs and he wrapped you legs around his waist. Castiel may not seem like it but when alone he was a very affectionate boyfriend, even sometimes with people he was. Dean had complained about it a few times when Cas had gotten over affectionate.
Castiel nuzzled into your neck. ‘My little human’ He hummed as he peppered kisses along your skin. ‘My sweet little baby girl’ His grace slipped under your tank top drawing patterns along your skin. You sighed your resolve crumbling and you allowed your body against his. You trailed your nose along his jugular. And you felt his sigh contently. ‘I love you Cas’ You pressed a kiss to under his ear.He pulled back slightly pressing his lips to yours.
He stood slightly and pushed you from him. You gasped as you flew back into the car. You back along the plush leather seat of the Impala. ‘Dean will kill us’ You breathed opening your legs as Castiel crawled into the car. ‘Dean can not kill me, and I can just bring you back’ He told you when he was settled between your legs. You gasped and arched your back. You could feel his grace inside of you. It spread you like his fingers did.
You wrapped your legs around him yanking him down to you. The growing bulge in his pants brushing against you clothed core. Cas let out a growl and his eyes met yours. You reached up to his face taking it in your hands. ‘My poor Angel’ You murmured running your fingers over his face. At first you thought he was going to protest but he just leaned into your touch.
You let out a moan as his grace brushed against the sweet spot inside you. ‘I love you Y/n’ He watched your mouth fall open as his grace tweaked at your nipples. ‘Cas’ You mewled and pulled him down to you. You pressed his lips against his in a bruising kiss. You just wanted him close. One of his hands found your hip and his rutted his own against yours. He swallowed your moans as you felt his hardened cock brush against your clit. His grace inside you grazing over the spot inside of you that was making you squirm.
You bucked your hips up against his. Please Cas, please You prayed to him and you felt more than heard the growl from him. He loved it when you begged, he loved to know you needed him. He pressed against the sweet spot inside of you harder and you felt the coil begin to tighten in your stomach. Cas, oh Cas You couldn’t cry out because he had his lips were pressed against yours so you just prayed to him. You nipped on his bottom lip and he opened his mouth his tongue tangling with yours.
Cas gave your nipple an extra hard and the coil tightened before exploding. You ripped your lips from his throwing your head back. Instantly his lips were pressed against the skin of your neck. You let out a loud cry as your body shook. You knew Cas was using his grace to make it more intense and making it last longer. But this one was stronger. It had you arching up into him, pressing yourself against him fully. Your legs tightening around him as you shook.
Your body flopped back down onto the chair as the intense orgasm began to subside. You clung to the Angel panting heavily. ‘Pleasurable baby girl?’ Castiel clicked his fingers and you felt his skin against yours. You opened your eyes looking down at him. You ran your fingers through his hair. ‘I thought I was supposed to be worshiping you?’ You smiled lazily you had never been so spent after one orgasm before.
Maybe after four, but never one, and never when he hadn’t even been touching you. You placed your hands on his shoulders and pushed him slightly. Cas climbed off you and you made him sit upright. You felt your oven juices trickling down the insides of your thighs. You were about to slide from the seat to the floor Cas placed his hand on your ass. He pulled you too him.
Your chest pressed against his shoulder and he turned his head to kiss you. Your body jolted as you feld his fingers dip inside of you but he held you closed. He pulled away from you as you leaned against him. Then his fingers disappeared. You whined at the absence. ‘You were always my favourite thing to taste’ He told you as he slipped his fingers into his mouth. He moaned at the taste of you.
You shuddered and he smiled allowing his fingers to pop from his mouth. You climbed between his legs sinking to your knees. Cas’ fingers ran over your face as you took in his cock. It was hard and leaking pre-cum already. It stood proudly against his stomach. You leaned forwards licking up along his length and wrapped your lips around his head.
Cas groaned letting his head fall back. You flicked your tongue over the slit on the head of his cock. Then you swirled it before taking in as much as you could, You hollowed your cheeks and he groaned as you began to bob. You used your hand to take the bit you couldn’t fit in your mouth. You felt Castiel’s hand tangle in your hair as his hips jerked up into your mouth. You sucked harder as your name fell from his mouth in breathy moans. You pushed yourself down as he thrust up and you swallowed around him taking all of him in.Your nose hit his skin. Cas cried out and pulled you from him.
He popped out of your mouth and Cas lay panting above you. ‘Cas’ You noticed the deterioration in his condition. He looked worse than before. ‘Are you okay?’ You asked him climbing up his body. He opened his eyes and wrapped his arms around you pulling you flush against him. ‘Yes’ But you could tell he was lying. ‘Cas wa-’ You were cut off by a scream as Cas filled you in one hard thrust.
Your head fell forwards onto his shoulder as you clenched around him. ‘Oh Go-d’ You moaned out at the intrusion. But damn, he felt so good. ‘That’s me Baby girl’ Cas pulled you up and slammed you back down onto him. You pushed yourself up from his shoulders leaning back. You grabbed the back of his head pulling him into a kiss full of passion and tongues. You rolled your hips before pulling up so he was almost out of you and dropping back down. He growled and you felt his grace run up your sides to your breasts.
You set a slow pace as his grace started to pinch and suck at your breasts and nipples. You dug your nails into Castiel’s scalp and started to ride him faster. He groaned letting his head fall back. ‘Cas’ You whimpered as his hips shot up meeting you thrust for thrust. Your head fell forwards and you attached your lips to Castiel’s sucking the soft skin between your lips marking it as yours.
Next thing you knew your back was pressed against the leather of the Seat. Castiel above you as he continued to drive his hips towards yours. His eyebrows furrowed . His fingers intertwined with yours as he pulled your arm up above your head. You wrapped your legs around his hips digging your heels into his firm ass. The car was filled with you moans and Castiel’s grunts.
Cas’ grace pulled your hips from the sticky seat and you cried out at the new angle. He grinned as he found the perfect spot he needed. ‘Cas, oh God, Cas’ You moaned and screamed as he gave a particularly hard thrust. Again you felt the coil tighten inside you. Your legs tightened around him pulling him closer and his hips harder to yours. You screamed and clenched around him letting your head fall back and your eyes close when you felt his grace rub at your clit.
Cas leaned down biting your neck and sucking at it marking you, just as you did him. ‘Look at me’ You panted struggling to open you eyes as you felt your orgasm approach. ‘I want you to look at me when it consumes you’ You met his eyes. The blue of it striking and causing your breath to hitch. He laid his forehead against yours. ‘I love you my sweet’ He whispered and let out an animalistic growl when you clenched at his word.
Then you felt it. The most intense orgasm you had ever felt in your life. You arched your back pressing yourself against Cas. You opened your mouth to scream but all that came out was a strangled moan your body unable to produce the noise. You wanted to throw your head back but Cas held it so he could see your face. Your body shuddered and jerked underneath him. You clenched around him tightly and you heard him let out a shout of pleasure. Then your vision blurred, first with bright white spots, then Cas’ face disappeared black taking over. But you could still hear him. You could still feel him, pressed against you, inside you.
You didn’t know how long it took, could have been seconds, minutes, even hours when your vision came back. The first thing you seen were his eyes. Watching you in awe. The red hot pleasure coursing through your veins began to subside slightly.
When you did come down your body was limp. ‘Cas’ You whimpered. His face screwed up. ‘C-close your e-eyes’ He moaned. You did as you were told and seen a bright flash of light against your eyelids. You turned your head away from him. You felt his hips stutter and he buried himself deep inside of you. You clenched around him again when you felt the hot ropes of cum inside you. You heard a few things shatter and then a small explosion but ignored them.
You slowly opened your eyes when the light died down. Cas’ head dropped down onto your chest as he panted. ‘Cas’ You breathed running your hands through the soft black locks. He looked up at you. ‘I am sorry, I did not mean to lose control in such a manner’ You raised an eyebrows and he pulled out of you. You whimpered at the empty feeling. you glow when you cum Y/n, your soul glows in a delightful manner’ He told you and you felt yourself heat up more. If you weren’t already so flushed with your activities you would have actually blushed He clicked his fingers and you were both clothed again.
He sat up and so did you. He wrapped his arm around you. Your mouth fell open. One of the windows in the impala had shattered. The toolbox was all over the floor. Five of the shelves had falled down. ‘I am truly sorry if my actions hurt you’ He kissed the side of your head before slipping out of the car. He held his hand out to you and you took it letting him pull you from the back of the impala. ‘I just thought you would put all the souls back.don’t worry, you’ll be okay. I’ll find a way to make you okay. I promise’ You stood but fell forwards as your legs refused to work.
Cas caught you pulling you up straight into his chest. Looking up you seen he was wearing that smug smile again. ‘Never did I believe after one session I could make you unable to stand’ He let a smile creep across his face and then you felt a warmth inside of you. And you were able to stand on your own two feet.
You gasped and your hand went to your mouth. All four tyres on the Impala had exploded. ‘You better fix that’ You laughed. Cas kissed your forehead and clicked his fingers and they were right again. ‘Cas?’ He grunted as he played with the ends of your hair. ‘Please be okay. That’s all I want’ You told him. ‘I will always make my way back to you my sweet’ He dipped to kiss you quickly. ‘But now I must leave’ You sighed and nodded. ‘I love you Cas’ You told him quietly. ‘I love you too my sweet Y/n’ You could hear the soft smile in his voice
You looked up at him and sure enough he was smiling down at you lovingly. ‘Hey Cas, why don’t you try enlighten? And not kill?’ He smiled and brushed the hair from your face. ‘I believe I know where my Father went wrong before, he had not got you by his side’ He kissed you again and pulled away.
And when you opened you eyes, he was gone.

Purgatory - Castiel Imagine
Cas x reader
Summary : You meet Cas in Purgatory and you get along, until he disappears one day.
You threw your arm out letting go of the knife in your hand. It sliced through the air and through the vamps neck. The man it was attacking stumbled away. He looked up at you. You smirked down at him. ‘You should really invest in a weapon’ You told him. Your eyes ran over him, he didn’t look like your typical purgatory guy.
He wore white trousers and a white top. He had a long beige overcoat in top and black shoes. All his clothes were slightly dirty and you could tell he hadn’t been here for long. He had a slight scruff on his face that made him look disheveled. You jumped down from the rock.
The ankle length dress you had worn when you died was ripped at mid thigh at one side and it went down to your knee at the other, it was a rough job but it worked for you. The ends were ragged and ripped a large slit going almost to your hip. You had tied it together with a few vines but it was still pretty open. You had ditched the jacket. The shirt you had been wearing was now brown when it had once been white. It was ripped up the side and showed the corset you wore underneath, which you had loosened. You had opened The knee high riding boots you were wearing had holes in them.
You walked over to the strange man stopping in front of him. You tilted your head looking back at him, he was tall. ‘What are you?’ You furrowed your eyebrows. ‘You don’t feel like any of the others here’ His eyes took in your appearance before they met yours. You let out a long breath, never had you seen a monster with such beautiful blue eyes. ‘I’m an Angel’ His deep gravelly voice sent shivers through you.
But his words made you laugh. ‘An Angel’ You rolled your eyes turning away from him picking up your knife. ‘Delusional, that’s what you are’ You straightened and crossed your arms. ‘I am an Angel of the lord’ You nodded and chuckled again. ‘Right, right, and I’m the queen of England’ You furrowed your eyebrows. ‘That’s how they say it right?’ He tilted his head to the side. ‘I am Castiel’ You froze.
Your body went rigid. ‘Castiel? You’re Castiel?’ You knew Castiel, he was the Angel who had dragged you out of this place a while ago to gain power. And then had dumped you back in here, You threw him back against the tree. His eyes widened as you pressed the sharpened stone to his neck.
His eyebrows knitted together, those full lips parting. ‘Who are you?’ You growled. He held his hands up. ‘Castiel, I am Castiel’ You searching his eyes but couldn’t find any lies in them. ‘You’re either telling the truth or you really think you are’ You pulled away from him. ‘I don’t know which one is more terrifying’ You breathed.
You looked down at the dead vamp by your feet. ‘We should get out of here’ You reached out taking his arm pulling him along with you. ‘What are you?’ He asked allowing you to drag him through the forest. ‘I’m a werewolf’ You allowed your fangs to slip out and turned to him. ‘Pureblood’ You allowed them to slip back in and Castiel fell into step beside you.
He looked down at your attire. ‘How long have you been here?’ He asked you. ‘Don’t know’ You shrugged. ‘Haven’t exactly got a camera you know’ He nodded. ‘What year were you killed?’ You bit your lip thinking. ‘1748′ You looked up at him. ‘Two hundred years and counting, that’s the last time I asked’ Castiel nodded. ‘Two and a half’ He told you and you raised your eyebrows humming. ‘You speak like someone from our time’ You smiled and looked up at him. ‘I’ve had friends in here’ He nodded.
You pushed aside the vines that you had hanging over the entrance to a long narrow tunnel in the rock. ‘Welcome to my small home Castiel’ He tentatively stepped inside. ‘I do not mean to intrude I can not stay’ He turned looking at you as you dropped the vines back into place. ‘You won’t be, it’s nice to have someone to talk to every now and then. Plus, seemingly you’re a real life Angel so’ You shrugged and began guiding him down the tunnel.
He followed dragging his feet a little. ‘How did you get here?’ You asked him quietly as you rounded the corner to the end of a tunnel. It wasn’t much larger but it did the job. ‘Dean and I sent Dick back here and I got drawn in with him’ You raised your eyebrow. ‘Dick?’ You settled down on the floor and patted the space beside you.
The Angel hesitantly sat on the ground his legs spread out in front of him. ‘Leviathan, he was the head, as Dean put it’ You nodded looking up at him. ‘Well, Castiel. You’re welcome to stay here as long as you like. It’s nice to have the company and at least I don’t have to worry about you stabbing me in the back’ Castiel nodded. ‘You helped me back there. I will never stab you in the back’ You smiled up at him your eyes meeting his. You could get used to this man.
You strolled into the cave. ‘Cas?’ You called and you heard him calling back to you from the end of the tunnel. You rounded the corner. ‘Hello Y/n’ He smiled up at you. You smiled down at him. ‘Have you been out at all today?’ You asked kneeling down in front of him and he shook his head.
You reached outrunning your fingers over his growing beard. You had tried to shave it a few times but it hadn’t worked. You had cut him a few times and you could never get a clean shave. It was always overgrown so he had given up on that a while ago. Now you just trimmed it a little for him so it didn’t get too out of hand ‘Maybe you should, go wash that face of yours, it’s dirty’ Castiel smiled slightly. ‘We are in purgatory, we are supposed to be dirty’ You rolled your eyes. ‘Just go’ He nodded standing.
You followed the footsteps. There was three sets of them. Two had approached Castiel’s and they had all made off together. You tightened your grip on the knife in your hand as you heard the crunching of leaves. The footsteps were coming towards you. You pressed your back to the tree. When the footsteps were on the other side you slipped around it.
Your eyes fell on the back of the trench coat. ‘Cas?’ You breathed. Castiel turned around and his eyes fell on you. The eyes you had grown to love over the past time you had spent together. ‘Y/n’ He smiled down at you. ‘Where the hell were you?’ You snapped and rushed forwards. You dropped your knife and took his hands between your hands as you checked him over for injuries. ‘I am unharmed’ He told you.
You sighed and nodded. You pushed the urge to hug him aside and you just nodded. ‘I was so worried’ You scolded him. He hung his head slightly. ‘I seen Dean, he has left purgatory’ You raised your eyebrows. ‘Dean Winchester? Your Dean?’ Cas looked up at you. ‘He is not my Dean Y/n’ You waved him off and picked up your blade. ‘Come on, let’s go back’ You reached out and grabbed his hand.
Cas pulled his hand from yours and you looked up at him surprised. ‘I have been chased by more Leviathan’s today than most of my time with you. I will not endanger you’ You grabbed his hand again began dragging him with you again. ‘I have put up with you for this long Castiel. I’m still doing it’ Castiel pulled you to a stop and you turned.
You collided with his chest and he grabbed your arm to steady you. ‘I should not have stayed with you Y/n’ You sighed. This was not the first time Castiel had run into this crisis. ‘I left Dean so they would not harm him but what about you?’ You smiled sweetly up at your Angel. ‘Castiel I’ve survived this world with them for years. I’ll survive more’ You told him your voice soft.
you knew how to deal with Castiel’s moods by now, he got them often enough. ‘It’s me and you against them remember?’ You breathed stepping closer to him pressing your body against his. ‘Me and you. I need you Cas’ Castiel closed his eyes and nodded slightly. You stood on your toes and pressed a kiss to his bearded cheek. ‘Let’s go home yeah?’ Cas nodded and clutched your arm as you lead him back.
You looked up at him. ‘So tell me, what happened?’ You asked as he sat opposite you. ‘Dean found me by the water, he was going to leave but refused to do so without me’ You nodded looking down at your hands. ‘So I went with him’ You nodded when he stopped talking. You heard his footsteps before he knelt in front of you. ‘I was not going to leave with him, I wanted him to believe it so he would leave’ He took your hands in his. ‘I would not leave you without a goodbye Y/n’ You looked up at him meeting his eyes.
You smiled. ‘You won’t leave me at all will you?’ You were afraid of the answer. You had grown fond of the odd man in all the time you had spent with him. He had firmly placed himself in your heart and he was likely to stay there for as long as you existed. ‘You and me’ He sat in front of you and you tightened your grip on his hands. You beamed. ‘Good, because I was not planning on letting you go’ Castiel nodded as he stared at you.
You grunted as you pushed the Leviathan against the tree. ‘Where is he?’ You snapped. ‘Where’s the Angel?’ The man in his pristine suit in front of you just shook his head. ‘Gone, he’s been gone for almost a month’ You growled. That was the response you had been getting since Cas disappeared. You threw your weight forwards and the man’s head rolled from his shoulders. Everyone said the same thing, gone.
You had came back one day to find Castiel gone, just gone. He was nowhere to be found. You had searched and searched for him but he wasn’t to be found. And all you could get from them was that he wasn’t here anymore. You sighed turning and running, you needed to get away from this spot as quickly as possible.
When you were almost back at the river you leaned against the tree as you looked up at the canopy above you. You slid down the tree and brought your legs up to your chest. You wrapped your arms around you and buried your face in your knees. He had promised, promised it was always going to be the two of you, and he’d left. Castiel was no longer. You felt tears in your eyes.
Sure you had friends in here before and they had left, or died. But Cas was different. He had never raised a hand to any other monster in here. That had always been down to you. He was yours to protect. And now he was gone. He’d left. You felt the tears begin to roll down your cheeks. Sobs began to rock your body
Cas had left you. And you were here alone. Again.

Escape - Castiel Imagine
Cas x reader
Summary: You and Cas met in purgatory. He left you as he got out and he wanted to make up for it.
Part 2 of Purgatory
You washed the blood from your face and hands. The last kill you had made had been hard. You had ended up having to go full wolf on them. Life was definitely harder now without a place to camp out. You hadn’t really been back to the cave since Castiel had left. It didn’t feel right. The few times you had gone back you had been expecting him to be sitting leaning against the wall.
And every time he wasn’t you felt your heart break a little.
You guessed you were missing the Angel a little more than you should have, okay a lot more. But in your defence he was an easy person to miss. How could you not miss him when he wasn’t around? He was Castiel.
You splashed water up on your face before sighing again. You hadn’t thought Castiel leaving would affect you so much. It wasn’t like you hadn’t lost people in this place before. But Cas was different. He wasn’t a monster like the rest of the people in this place. He didn’t eventually go insane. He was just there. A constant, calming, strong presence in your life. He kept you sane.
You picked up a stone and tossed it out into the lake in frustration. ‘Y/n?’ You jumped at the sound of your name being said behind you. Turning you grabbed the knife you had left down beside you. Your eyes fell on a small woman
She smiled slightly down at you. ‘You are Y/n right?’ You bared your teeth at her. She didn’t look like someone who belonged here. She wore a pair of jeans and a leather jacket, which was normal wear for here. But she looked too at ease, too calm. And very, very clean. You felt your fangs at her growling. She held up her hands. ‘A friend of yours sent me’ You felt your body tense.
You leaned back at on your foot. ‘I do not have any friends, here or anywhere’ You launched forwards. You covered the space between you in less than a second but she seemed ready for you. She sidestepped you slightly as your body crashed into hers. You felt a small pain in your abdomen.
Your hands flew to your throat and you couched. You turned over your lungs burning a little. You squinted when you opened your eyes the bright light being too much at first. You panted the air tasted different, the ground felt different. ‘Y/n’ You knew that voice. Your head snapped up. Above you stood a tall man, a man you hadn’t thought you’d see again.
‘Castiel’
You breathed. He stood looking down at you a soft look on his face. Behind him stood two other men, both pointing some metal things, that looked like guns. Cas nodded. You looked him over. He still wore that trench coat. But now he wore a black suit underneath, a clean white shirt and a blue tie. He was clean shaven. He looked good.
You pushed yourself up standing. Looking around you shrunk back. ‘What? Where?’ Your voice croaked. Castiel took a step closer. ‘I brought you back Y/n’ He smiled. You looked down at yourself, you still looked like you did in Purgatory. ‘Y/n’ He held out his hand to you. You felt a tear roll from your eye and down your cheek. A smile tugged at your lips.
You threw yourself forward into him wrapping your arms around his shoulders. He stumbled a little before wrapping his arms around you holding you off the ground. You buried your face in his shoulder. ‘You can put down the guns now’ Castiel told the men behind him.
After a moment you pulled away from him. You brought your hands up to his face. ‘You shaved’ You brushed your thumb over his cheeks. ‘It is how I normally look’ He told you. ‘Are you having any cravings? Do you need some water?’ He asked his hands on your waist. ‘No, no’ You shook your head still smiling up at him. ‘I’m just happy you’re here’ You pulled him back into a hug relaxing into the angel as he stroked your hair.
Castiel pulled away but took your hand in his. ‘This is Sam and Dean Winchester’ He introduced you. They both nodded at you. The taller one, Sam, was glaring at you slightly and you shrunk back into Castiel slightly. He squeezed your hand reassuringly. ‘So, you’re Dean’ You looked over the smaller one. ‘Castiel told me a lot about you’ You looked him up and down. ‘You caused me quite a panic when you tried to take him away. I thought the Leviathans had gotten him’ You glanced up at Castiel and he smiled down at you.
He nodded and tugged you towards a door. ‘You should take a shower, you are very dirty’ Castiel told you and you tilted your head to the side. ‘A shower? Wait, that’s the thing with hot water coming from the wall right?’ Castiel nodded and you heard Dean laugh. ‘You don’t know what a shower is? How old are you?’ He chuckled as you looked back at him. ‘She is from the 1700′s′ Castiel grumbled. ‘I told you this Dean. Of course I had to explain a shower to her’ Castiel gave you another tug and through the door.
He nodded towards the stream of water coming from the metal tube. ‘Try the temperature’ You reached out hesitantly and poked your finger under the water. You yanked it back out and began to blow on it. ‘Ouch’ You grumbled. ‘Too hot?’ You nodded. He leaned forwards and twisted a handle. ‘This is how you adjust the temperature’ You tilted your head to the side squinting at it. ‘That makes it cooler?’ You breathed and he nodded down at you. ‘Try it again’ You reached out to the water again a little apprehensive.
You snuggled your face into the fluffy towel as you walked from the bathroom. ‘This is soft’ You muttered when the men looked at you. ‘Extremely soft’ Your eyes fell on Sam. ‘Is that a television?’ You nodded to the small back device in front of him. You dropped the towel on the chair beside him and came to look over his shoulder. ‘No, this is a laptop’ You furrowed your eyebrows and tilted your head. ‘Cas told me it was a television’ Dean chuckled from his spot on the bed.
You looked at him. ‘No sweetheart, that’s a television’ He pointed to the black box on the wooden press. ‘You’re looking at a computer’ You’re lips formed an ‘o’ and you nodded. ‘So a laptop is another name for a computer?’ He nodded and you straightened pursing your lips trying to work through the information.
You pulled out a chair and sat. ‘How does it work?’ You leaned forwards looking at it. ‘Is it electricity? Castiel said everything runs on electricity. But it isn’t attached to anything’ Dean let out a loud laugh and threw his head back. You looked at him confused. ‘She’s worse than you were Cas’ Sam started to chuckle beside him before leaning forwards to you. ‘It has a battery, that hold electricity and you connect it to the main circuit when it uses everything in the battery and it puts more into it. A lot of things work like that’ He explained to you as he pointed out all the things he mentioned. ‘Main circuit?’ He nodded and launched into the history of electricity.
You stared at Sam your chin resting on your hand. ‘You know so much’ You breathed. He smiled down at you and shrugged. ‘You must be the smartest person ever’ You blinked and you heard Castiel scoff. ‘Sam is indeed very smart, but he would not be classed as the smartest person ever’ He sat beside you.
You raised your eyebrow at him. ‘Now that Sam has explained how it works I would like to give you this’ Castiel handed you a small phone. ‘It’s a cell phone, for when you need to contact us’ Your head snapped up. ‘Us? Why would I need that if-’ You paused and you felt your lips tremble. ‘You’re leaving?’ You whispered.
Your stomach dropped. ‘I need to g-’ Cas cut himself off when he looked up from the phone. ‘No’ He shook his head. ‘No, I will not leave for long. I promise’ You pressed your lips together looking away from him. Why would he bring you here if he intended to leave you? ‘Y/n’ Dean sat forwards on the bed. ‘Cas has to sort out a few things every so often and we can’t go with him’ You looked up from the table at Dean. ‘He always comes back’ He told you leaning forwards his elbows on his knees.
You glanced at Sam and he nodded. ‘But you can stay with us if you want when Cas is off doing whatever he’s doing’ You shrugged suddenly feeling like you were imposing on these men. They probably had things going on in their lives you didn’t want to get in the way. ‘Y/n’ Cas placed his hand on yours. ‘Me and you against them. Me and you’ You followed his arm up to his eyes.
He was leaning in towards you his eyes searching your face. ‘You and me’ You nodded and lenaed into him. You placed your head on his shoulder taking the phone from his hand. ‘Will you show me how to use this?’ You asked him and he smiled nodding at you.
You sat with your legs stretched out on the bed in front of you flicking through the channels on the television. ‘No, no they record it and then play it back. Remember I told you about cameras that can record’ Cas sat beside you as you leaned against him. ‘That still confuses me how do th-’ Cas pressed his fingers to your forehead and you blinked. ‘Oh’ You breathed out as he told you without having to speak, a million pictures running through your mind.
You looked back at the television as the people moved. ‘I don’t get much of what they’re saying’ You bit your lip. ‘I don’t get it, am I supposed to get it?’ You looked up at him and he pursed his lips. ‘I don’t understand some of it either’ You nodded. Dean chuckled from the table. ‘Never have I thought I’d see Cas teaching someone about life in the 21st century’ He chuckled and you heard him agree. ‘Never thought I’d see someone who understood less than him’ You dropped the control and looked over at them.
You raised your eyebrow. ‘Castiel is extremely smart’ You told them and they froze. ‘Of course I know less than him. And he is very good with everything in here’ Dean smiled and turned in his chair looking at you. ‘Cas doesn’t get certain things of modern life, references or technology, especially when we met him’ Sam noded. ‘It’s just weird seeing him teach someone the same things we thought him’ You nodded and looked back at Cas. ‘Thank you for teaching him’ You turned back to Cas. ‘You’re very helpful’ Cas smiled shyly down at you.
He picked back up the control and began flicking again. You let out a small scream as a naked couple came onto the screen. You hands flew up in front of your eyes as you scowled. ‘What was that? Why are they?’ You heard the two boys laugh. ‘It’s called porn Y/n’ You heard Dean say between breaths. ‘It’s off’ Castiel told you and you slowly pulled them away from your eyes. ‘What? Why was that there?’ You pointed to the now blank box when you seen there was in fact no people on it. ‘People watch that to-’ Dean jerked his head. ‘-you know’ Your mouth dropped open. ‘But, that should only-what? Why? Why would they allow someone to record them? That is supposed to be between man and wife’ Your eyes widened. ‘Is she a-’ You were cut off by Dean’s loud laugh again.
You glared at him and turned to Castiel. ‘I don’t understand’ You muttered. ‘Why is Dean laughing?’ You grumbled leaning more into him. ‘It’s not only married couples who have sex’ Your eyes widened. ‘And it’s perfectly acceptable. And that is normal too’ He gestured to the television. You closed your eyes and slid down the bed. ‘I-I’m so confused. This world is so confusing. I need a minute’ You mumbled.
You felt Castiel wrap his arm around you drawing you into him. ‘You need time to adjust. I understand, it must be a large adjustment’ Castiel muttered stroking your hair which fell around your shoulders. You had told him in Purgatory that that had always calmed you and it made you smile how he had remembered such a small detail. ‘Out of everything that makes her break it was the porn huh’ Dean humped and you heard him stand going to the fridge. ‘Never would have thought that’ You grumbled incoherently at him and curled up into Cas who tightened his grip on you.
You tugged on the leather jacket the boys had gotten you. It went well with the jeans and grey top they had given you also. ‘Are you sure we should bring her out Dean? Maybe Sam should go get some food and bring it back here?’ Castiel was fussing, he was standing by the door. ‘Chill buddy, she’ll be fine. There’s a small diner down the road we can bring her there’ Dean reached out and patted his shoulder. ‘She’ll be fine Cas’ Castiel sighed. ‘I’m ready’ You smiled making your way over to them.
You took Castiel’s hand in yours. ‘You don’t need to worry so much Cas, I’ll be fine’ You told him as you walked out the door. ‘Say hello to Baby’ Dean gestured to a black giant metal carriage. ‘Woah’ You breathed. ‘That’s a car’ You stepped forwards closer to it. ‘Only the best car ever made’ Dean beamed down at you. ‘It’s so big, and really pretty’ Dean reached out patting the car.
You walked over to it and poked it. ‘This doesn’t run on electricity right?’ Dean nodded. ‘Get in, we’re going to get you some food’ Castiel opened the back door for you. ‘Thank you Cas’ You slid into the seat and Castiel sat in beside you.
You stumbled out of the car holding your stomach. ‘I’m not sure I like cars’ You gasped bent over. Cas patted your back. ‘Next time we fly’ Dean looked around Castiel to look at you. ‘You alright kiddo?’ you nodded without looking a him. ‘We’ll get a seat, some in when you don’t feel like you’re going to puke everywhere’ Cas’s hand rubbed circles on your back as you head Sam and Dean walk into the building you had stopped outside. ‘I’m never getting back into one of those things again’ You stood straight when you were sure you weren’t going to pass out or something. Cas surveyed your face before raising an eyebrow. You nodded.
You tilted your head. ‘I-I don’t understand any of this’ You mumbled. You looked up at Dean who was sitting across from you at the tiny table. ‘Try the cheeseburger and fries’ He suggested and pointed to something on the list of foods in front of you. ‘Cheeseburger?’ He nodded leaning back closing his own list. ‘It’s good’ You shrugged before turning to Cas. ‘What are you getting?’ Cas looked down at you. ‘I do not need to eat, my vessel does not need it’ You opened your mouth to say something but someone cleared their throat behind you.
You looked to see a woman with a small book and pen standing beside your table. ‘What can I get you?’ Dean ordered the same as you and Sam ordered some kind of salad while Cas just shook his head. She looked at you her eyebrow raised. ‘Um’ You gulped. ‘A cheeseburger and fries please’ She nodded jotting it down. ‘What else?’ You froze when she looked back at you from the book. ‘I-I’ You glanced at Dean wide eyed. ‘Water, she’ll have a water’ The woman nodded and you let out a long breath thanking Dean as she collected the lists.
A few moments later the food was laid down in front of you. You watched Dean for a moment before picking up your own food. You took a bite from the cheeseburger. You moaned closing your eyes as you chewed and swallowed. ‘Oh, this is good. I like this’ You took another bite moaning again. Dean laughed in front of you. ‘Told ye’ You opened your eyes smiling at him. ‘I think I want another’ You muttered as you scoffed the rest of it. ‘Try this’ Dean reached out putting something red on your plate. ‘Sauce, dip the fries into it’ You did as you were told and smiled. ‘I like this food, this makes me very happy’ You smiled at Cas and he had a large smile on his face watching you.
It was dark when you all got back to where you were staying. ‘I got you a room of your own Y/n’ Castiel handed you a small key. ‘On my own?’ You tilted your head. ‘You won’t be staying with me?’ Dean chuckled and patted Cas on the shoulder. ‘Of course he will, won’t you Cas’ He smiled down at his friend. A glint of something in his eyes. ‘If you want’ Castiel looked back at you after sending Dean a confused look. ‘Here, this will be more comfortable to sleep in’ Sam handed you a large t-shirt.
You took it from him nodding. ‘Thank you Sam’ He smiled down at you sitting on one of the two beds in the room ‘Can we go now?’ You asked Cas quietly. ‘I’m a little tired right now’ Cas nodded eagerly. ‘Of course, of course’ He turned to the brothers. Dean was taking off his coat off. ‘Y/n is tired, she is going to bed’ Dean turned at Castiel’s words smirking at him. ‘You dog’ Dean chuckled with a wink. ‘Go get em’ You tilted your head to the side and looked at Cas hoping for him to explain.
He was looking at Dean his eyebrows pinched together his own head tilted to the side also. ‘I am going to ignore whatever you just said’ He said and Sam laughed as he flopped back onto the bed. Cas took your hand. ‘Let’s go’ Cas glared at Dean for a moment. You nodded. ‘Goodnight boys’ You waved at them. ‘Thank you for today, I appreciate it’ They nodded both saying goodnight as Castiel brought you out the door. ‘I like them’ Sam told Dean as Castiel closed the door behind you. ‘Yeah, she’s good for him’ You heard Dean agree before you were out of earshot.
Castiel opened the door for you. ‘Wait’ You stopped him grabbing his wrist. ‘Can I do it?’ You motioned to the switch. Cas nodded. You flicked it and the whole room lit up. You beamed and let out a small squeal. ‘I will never get over that. It is amazing’ You breathed and turned to look at Cas. He was watching you. His lips parted a soft look on his face. ‘What?’ You felt your cheeks heat up. ‘I’m glad I could bring you this joy, and a new life’ He smiled. You closed the door behind you.
You stepped closer to him and held out your arms. He reached out and pulled you into his chest holding you too him. ‘Thank you for giving it to me’ You nuzzled into him. ‘Thank you so much Cas for thinking of me’ Cas let out a long breath and he rested his chin on your head. ‘I always thought of you, you were the one thing I missed from that’ You pulled away looking up at him. ‘I missed you too Cas’ You pushed yourself up and pressed your lips to his jaw. ‘Thank you Castiel. Thank you’ He smiled down at you and you buried your face back into his chest.
You walked out of the bathroom and twirled for Cas. ‘How do I look?’ You seen Cas look up at you. You were only wearing Sam’s shirt. It hung loosely from your body. Cas smiled as his eyes scanned your body. ‘Clean’ He chuckled. Your eyes widened. ‘Was that a joke Angel?’ He smiled and watched you crawl onto the bed. ‘You look very well Y/n, you will fit into this world perfectly’ You slipped under the blanket and sighed watching him in the chair. ‘You do not sleep either right?’ He nodded. ‘Can I ask you something?’ Castiel stood and pulled off his coat.
You let the smile grace your lips. ‘How did you know?’ You giggled. ‘You always asked it of me before, I know the look on your face’ He pulled off his shoes and jacket. Then his shirt was next. You gulped. Your Mother would kill you, climbing into bed with a half clothed man who you were not married to. But she did not understand this world. This world was different.
Cas slid in under the blanket and opened his arms after he placed his head on the pillow. You laid your head on Castiel’s shoulder and he began to stroke your hair. You would do this for hours in Purgatory, when you had thought you lost him, or when you had gotten into a tough fight. Castiel would take you into his arms and hold you for however long it took for you to calm.
You dropped your arm over his bare stomach. ‘Thank you Castiel. I am very glad I killed that monster’ You muttered closing your eyes. ‘Thank you for doing that, I would not have survived without you. Bringing you back was something I needed to do’ You smiled lazily against his chest. ‘No, it wasn’t but you did it anyway because you’re a good person. Thank you’ You sighed as you felt sleep begin to take you. ‘Sleep well Y/n’ Castiel whispered to you.
And it was the last thing you heard that night as you fell asleep in the Angel’s arms.

Steve (Cas) x Reader
You slipped on the black heels you were wearing for the occasion. The long evening gown that you had on was beautiful, and had cost you a solid fortune. It was a low back with golden chains connecting both sides. It hugged your curves perfectly and you were very excited about tonight. You stood and looked at yourself in the mirror.
The red lipstick was perfect, and the eyeshadow made your eyes really pop. The loose updo you had showed off the long curve of your neck. Twirling a little you watched as the dress swung with you. It would be perfect, just perfect. Bending you retouched the red of your lips and you grabbed the gold bag you had borrowed from a friend.
You turned grabbing the bottom of your dress and walking from your room. The shawl you were wearing was downstair. The usual quick descent took a few seconds longer seeing as the heels you wore tonight were taller than the ones you wore on a normal bases. You petted the dog as you walked by the chair. He looked up half opening an eye and then dropped his head back onto the couch. ‘Lucky it’s not you I’m trying to impress tonight’ You mumbled walking towards the kitchen.
You needed some water, your mouth was dry and you couldn’t just sit around waiting. Your stomach twisted and turned as you looked at the clock. It was almost six, you were ready ten minutes early, that didn’t surprise you. When it came to things like thing you always made sure to be early. You wrapped your lips around the straw sucking the water through it trying not to smudge your lipstick.
You tensed as the doorbell rang. You glanced at the clock. Still ten minutes early. It wasn’t him, it couldn’t be. Who was ever this on time apart from you? You left down the cup and took a deep breath. You let your eyes close as you exhaled. The false lashes you wore tickled your cheeks and then above your eyes as you opened them.
You turned on your heel and strode towards the front door. You stopped and checked your reflection in the mirror that hung in the hallway before nodding. You looked good, in fact you looked absolutely incredible. You had done well, the extra hours put in really paid off.
You laid your hand on the door smiling. You had even gotten your nails done for tonight's event. Not just because it was a big company ball which meant everyone would be there, and looking at you. But because of who you were bringing, you wanted to look good enough to be the one on his arm, because god he looked like an Angel. Plus if you looked good tonight who knew where it would lead.
You opened the door and your eyes fell on the exact person you had been waiting for. He stood with a nervous smile on those beautiful, kissable lips. And, man, did he look good in a suit, heavenly, good enough to eat. You let out a soft sigh and he shifted nervously. ‘Hi, Steve’ You breathed. ‘Y/n’ He nodded his eyes taking in every inch of you. ‘Let me grab my coat’ You told him turning.
You grabbed the shawl from the chair and your purse. ‘Bye Benny’ You patted the door before walking back to the door. ‘You look beautiful’ Steve said. His gravelly voice doing wonders to your body, goosebumps erupting on your skin but you weren’t even cold. ‘Thank you, you look very handsome’ He pulled at the jacket as you locked your door. ‘I was not sure about the tie’ He muttered.
You looked at him. ‘It’s wonderful, absolutely perfect’ He looked up at you through his lashes. His face lit up and you felt your heart melt, this man was something else, he was perfect. ‘Shall we go?’ He smiled and held out his arm so you. You threaded your arm through his elbow and left your hand on his forearm. ‘Thank you for coming Steve. You’re amazing’ You swore you could have seen a faint blush on his cheeks. ‘Anything’ He breathed and you ducked your head to hide your own blush.
Tonight was going to be perfect, no matter what. With him there, you doubted it could be anything but.
So yeah.....I’ll see you all next week !!!!! I’m off to PARTY !!!!!!!

Take A Break - Cas Imagine
Cas x Reader
Summary : You and the boys have a hard time finding a case so you decide to relax for the day.
You closed the laptop in front of you. It had been almost 5 months since the Winchesters had asked you to move in. It had been the first time you had ever had a home and frankly it was weird and a little disorientating. Having somewhere to come back to after a hunt, not constantly being on the road. It was weird to say the least.
You looked at the two boys. They were both doing research too but you could tell by the looks on their face that mean they got squat too. Dean had a sandwich in his hand munching on it as Sam frantically typed on the keyboard. Dean groaned and slammed the laptop shut. Sam stopped typing the clicking sound disappearing. He looked over at his brother. ‘Jack Squat’ Dean grumbled. ‘Sam’ You told them and Dean ran a hand over his face. ‘Me too, but this place has needed cleaning’ Sam smiled.
Dean’s eyes widened and you scowled. He turned his head looking at you. Dean always tried to put off cleaning the bunker, except the kitchen. He had this thing about the kitchen always being clean. You nibbled your lip and furrowed your eyebrows thinking of anything that would stop you from cleaning this place ‘I suggest a movie day, take a break, chill out’ You beamed. Dean stood pointing at you. ‘I second that, I got the snacks’ He nodded and smiled widely at Sam before turning almost running out of the room before his brother could protest.
Sam turned to you giving you his classic bitch face. ‘You really have to encourage him?’ You shrugged standing. Sam threw up his arms with a groan. You watched him stand drawing himself up to his full height. ‘I’ll get netflix ready’ You squealed and threw your arms out. He watched you for a second before letting the smile spread across his face. You watched as his dimples began to appear and he stepped around the table.
He wrapped his long arms around you and you snuggled into his warm chest for a second and he kissed your head. ‘I guess we do need a day off’ He nodded patting your head. ‘I’ll call Cas’ You shouted after him when he walked from the room. He waved his hand behind him not disagreeing with you.
You squealed and clapped your hands together. It had been so long since you had spent a day with Cas, even for a case. And even longer since it had been when neither of you were doing anything, just relaxing. ‘Cas’ You prayed. ‘It’s not an emergency but I’d really like you here, please’ You let the silence fill the room. Then the flutter of wings. ‘What is it?’ You felt hands graze your hips and tighten. You stumbled as he gave you a sharp tug but you fell right into Castiel's body.
You sighed closing your eyes melting back into him. All the tension left your body. It was crazy just what one touch from the Angel could do to you. You could feel the hard lines of his chest and torso pressing into your back. His warmth seeping through the thin layers you both had on. ‘We’re having a day off’ You leaned your head back looking up. You were met by those bright blue eyes that had captivated you since you had first been introduced to Castiel. ‘Do you want to stay with us?’ You have him your best puppy eyes.
He stayed silent for a second and you could see him mulling it over. ‘If you have something to do it’s okay’ You whispered. Cas leaned down and pressed his lips to yours in a slightly awkward kiss. He pulled back and smiled softly at you. Not enough to show any teeth but enough to stretch those full beautiful lips so that, if it was possible, he looked more attractive. ‘Of course I will stay, I have not spend time with you in a while. I will be back in a moment’ He kissed your forehead before stepping away from you and disappearing.
Dean held up popcorn when he walked into the room. You were sitting on the bed your legs stretched out in front of you. You had changed into a pair of joggers and one of Castiel’s shirts. Sam was sitting on the other side of the large bed searching through the movies. ‘How are you even comfortable in that’ He gave your shirt a mock glare his lips forming a pout. You shrugged. ‘It smells like Cas, plus it’s big’ He rolled his eyes settling down in the plush armchair beside the bed.
He threw his feet up on the edge of the bed as he rolled his shoulders shifting to find a comfortable position. He smiled slightly when he found a comfortable spot. You loved seeing the boys smile, it was a rare occurrence in this life and you took every chance you could to make it a possibility. They had been through so much it made you unremarkably happy to see them happy. Your chest tightened a little as your own spread across your lips.
Dean held out the popcorn for you and you took a handful before making a mock bowl with the shirt and dropping them onto your lap. ‘May I join you?’ None of you had noticed Castiel appear in the doorway until his rough voice had interrupted the silence. ‘Of course Cas’ Sam nodded. He moved over slightly as you followed leaving space between you and Dean for Cas on the edge of the bed.
Cas stepped into the room. Dean furrowed his eyebrows when he seen Castiel take off his trench coat and then his suit jacket. ‘Eh Cas?’ He asked hesitantly. ‘What are you doing?’ Dean asked Castiel as he laid both over Sam’s chest of drawers. ‘Y/n prefers to cuddle when I have those off’ Castiel shrugged smiling at you.
Dean moved his feet as Cas walked to the bed. ‘Since when do you two cuddle?’ Dean chuckled giving Sam a amused look. ‘Whenever we can’ Castiel climbed onto the bed beside you. ‘It is what you do when you are in a relationship’ Castiel told the hunter matter-of-factly not catching Dean’s teasing tone.
Dean’s smirk fell a little when he watched Castiel wrap his arm around you and you turn your body into the Angel. You offered him some popcorn to which he nodded. Taking some in your fingers you reached up and put it between his full lips. He tilted his head back and let it fall into his mouth. He grimaced as he chewed it and you giggled a little. ‘I do not understand why you like it’ Castiel furrowed his eyebrows.
You let out a loud laugh as you looked up at him. He looked down at you and twisted his fingers in your hair. ‘It tastes like molecules’ Castiel informed you for the millionth time. Everything he ate tasted like molecules, yet he still ate the things you loved. He always tried them at least once, just for you. Because the face he made always brought a smile to your face and he loved seeing you smile, especially when he was the cause of it.
You poked him in the side. ‘Everything tastes like molecules to you’ You giggled. A smile graced Castiel's face. You seen Dean smile out of the corner of your eye as he watched you interact with the angel. ‘Some compositions of molecules I like’ He dipped his head pressing his lips to your in a quick kiss. You smiled sighing happily. You buried your face into his neck fisting his shirt in your hand. ‘Still here’ Dean grunted.
You looked over at him and rolled your eyes. ‘I know that Dean, I would have kissed her for longer if you had not been’ He looked down at you. ‘She does not like kissing in front of you’ You felt your cheeks heat up. How you had ended up with someone like Castiel. You had been a simple college girl before everything had been turned upside down by a witch. She did not like your dorm for some strange reason. The boys had shown up and sorted things out. Two years later you were a hunter yourself.
You had chased down a case in Texas and ran into the boys again. Together you had worked it out and gone to a bar after, where the boys had introduced you to Castiel. You both had hit it off straight away. His weird humour and behaviour made you laugh more than it did the boys. You were more patient with his lack of knowledge with Earth. And Castiel was grateful for it. At the end of the night he had walked you back to your motel, something he had seen once in a movie.
You had given him your number incase he needed anything. He had called you a week later asking for your help again when the boys were in danger. You had prayed to him when you were hurt badly by a demon. He had healed you but insisted on staying by your side for the next few hunts as his grace was not up to full capacity and he wanted to make sure he had healed you properly. From then on you two had been in regular contact.
When the boys got the bunker they had offered you a room when you were passing through. You visited them often and Castiel always dropped by when you did, something you had later found out the Winchesters had orchestrated. They had picked up on Castiel’s strong feelings for you and decided to see where it lead. They had left you both in the bunker for a week alone claiming to be off on a case for that length and refusing help. When you had went to leave for your own case they had taken it.
So you and Castiel spent a week together. You didn’t know why he didn’t leave at the time but you knew now Dean had told him he’d murder him if you didn’t take a week off, so Castiel had stayed to make sure you stayed. You had thought him more about modern technology and he had told you about the history of the world. You had loved hearing about the way it was before humans.
And Castiel had only been happy to tell you. He loved the way you paid attention to him. How you would lean forwards towards him as he spoke. How your eyes would light up when he spoke of something that really sparked your interest. That week was the first time of many he had tried eating something you had loved. He had smiled when you had laughed after he told you it tasted of molecules.
He had listened to you when you had spoke, more than anyone you had met. And he remembered everything you told him. In that week you had fallen in love with him. And he had fallen in love with you.
When the brothers had arrived home Castiel had went straight to Sam. He knew Dean would give him the same useless advice he had given him before they left. Just go for it. But he didn’t exactly know how to do that, which was why he went to Sam.
You were putting your bags into the banged up truck you had the next morning. you were off to a small town further north. It seemed like a simple salt and burn. Castiel had appeared in the garage. He had walked right up to you and asked you straight out if he could kiss you. You had leaned forwards and pulled him down to you.
After that your relationship had progressed. He would try to pop in as much as he could when you were away but you would always come back to the bunker, Castiel insisted on it. He wanted you to have a home, wanted you to have something permanent and safe. So you had obliged. He had taken you to see the Northern lights when he had asked you to be his girlfriend. Something you had agreed to immediately and happily.
You smiled. ‘What about this?’ Sam asked breaking your train of thought. You looked away from Castiel and up at the TV. You nodded not really caring what was playing. Castiel lifted his hand a little as he stroked his knuckle across your cheek. ‘I do not have any objections’ Castiel nodded. Dean grunted beside him as he picked up his beer. ‘I’m just here to get away from research’ He shrugged placing the bottle back on the stand.
Sam hit play and the music filled the room. You turned your body more burying your face into Castiel's neck. He turned his head and nuzzled into your hair, his lips pressing firmly to your scalp. He wrapped his arms around you more firmly and slid down the bed so you were both lying down. You sighed contently turning your head to face the TV.
It had been four hours since you had all sat down. Dean had ordered take away and was gone to collect it. Sam was somewhere else in the bunker and you and Castiel were still tangled up on Sam’s bed. His finger were running through your hair. You had your eyes closed your finger had slipped between the buttons of his shirt and tracing small patterns on the soft skin of his chest.
You sighed the soft smile stuck on your face. ‘I love you Cas’ You breathed out. You knew it was a random thing to say, especially when neither of you had actually said it before. It was always implied but you wanted to say it to him, say it straight out. ‘You don’t have to say anything, I just wanted you to know’ You offered when you felt his fingers still in your hair.
It was silent for a moment before Cas broke it. ‘I love you also Y/n’ His voice sent a shiver down your spine, or maybe it was the words. You opened your eyes and tilted your head back. Castiel was already looking down at you. His eyes shining, the last time you had seen that look the Northern lights had been dancing over your heads.
His bright blue eyes searched your face and his lips pulled back into a smile. Not a small smile either, a smile that showed off his teeth and gums, one that lit up his face and made the sides of his eye crinkle. His fingers tangled in your hair as he leaned down towards you. His eyes drifted closed. You allowed yours to stay open for a moment.
You took in his long lashes that cast shadows on his slightly flushed cheeks. Your eyes closed as he pressed his lips firmly to yours. You hummed content gripping his shirt to pull yourself closer to him. Castiel shifted causing you to roll onto your back. He settled above you his body pressing yours into the soft mattress underneath you.
His lips left yours and trailed along your cheek towards your ear. ‘I love you, more than anything I have witnessed on this Earth’ He whispered in your ear as you wrapped your arms around his shoulders. Your fingers tangled in his dark locks. ‘I did not know if you felt the same’ You felt your heart tighten.
He pressed a kiss just below your ear. ‘Of course I do Cas’ You tugged on his hair and he leaned back. He laid his forehead against yours. ‘How could I not? All the things you do for me, the boys, the world. You’ve fought for us, killed for us, been there for us, healed us. How could I not love you?’ Your eyes searched his for any doubt.
But you found nothing, just pure love and adoration. ‘I thank fate everyday that I met you’ His hot breath fanning across your face as his hand left your hip. He brought it up t your face. His fingers tracing across your cheekbone. ‘You have the brightest soul I’ve ever seen in a human, it glows when I’m here. When I’m close to you, when you know I’m here’ He smiled. ‘And when I told you I loved you, it was the brightest I’ve ever seen it’ You eyes stared bore into his
It always intrigued you when he spoke about souls like that, how he could see them and how he could watch them react to the world around them. ‘Cas’ You breathed before leaning up and pressing your lips against his again. You felt him smile and he pressed his lips firmly against yours.
His hand cupped your cheek holding you against him. ‘Really? Guys, really?’ Castiel pulled away from you and rolled off you. You sat up and looked towards the door. Sam stood with a smirk on his face. His arms crossed as he leaned against the doorway.
Dean appeared behind him. He held a large brown bag in his arms. He looked between you and Cas, then his head snapped to his brother. Sam looked at him and you groaned. Dean turned to look into the room an amused expression on his face. ‘Really Cas? Never thought you’d be that adventurous’ He laughed stepping into the room. Sam looked at his brother with a glare before shaking his head. He began to chuckle.
Cas looked at them. ‘We were not about to do anything, I was kissing my girlfriend’ He grumbled as Dean sat down in his chair from earlier. ‘Yah, and we all know where kissing leads to’ You reached across Castiel to smack Deans shoulder.
He laughed and laid the bag on the bedside table by his empty beer bottles. ‘It’s Sam’s room, nothing was going to happen’ You grumbled feeling yourself flush. Sam dropped onto the bed beside you. ‘Yeah, yeah, sure’ Dean chuckled as he winked down at Castiel.
Castiel sat up straight so quickly you jumped. ‘I am allowed to kiss the woman I love wherever I see fit’ Castiel growled at the hunter and he laid his hand on yours. Dean’s eyes widened slightly and he raised his hand up into the air in surrender. Castiel gave a sharp nod.
Dean handed you and Sam your dinner and took his own from the bag. You all settled back into your old positions. ‘So’ Sam shoved more of the salad into his mouth. ‘The woman you love?’ He raised his eyebrows at Castiel a grin on his face
You groaned and rolled your eyes shoving a frie into your mouth. ‘Yes, the woman I love’ Castiel nodded as if it was no big deal. Dean chuckled. ‘You told her this?’ He looked around his friend to you. You gave him a bitch face. ‘About five minutes before you two interrupted our moment’ You glared at him. Sam apologised while laughing. Dean just let out a booming laugh throwing his head back. ‘Well, if you want to continue, make sure you turn on some music or something’ He joked and Castiel furrowed his eyebrows tilting his head to the side.
You leaned back into Castiel after you had all finished. Sam had started another movie. Castiel leaned down his lips brushing your ear. ‘I love you, and we will continue this later’ He kissed your temple before straightening back up his eyes on the TV. I love you too, and I look forward to it. You prayed to the Angel.
You seen the smile spread across his lips and found yourself smiling as well as you snuggled back into your Angel’s side.
I’m back from my Festival !!!!!!! And was feeling the Cas vibe, hope you enjoy some Cas.

Good Enough - Cas Imagine
Cas x reader
Summary: You and Cas get in a fight.
You whirled around to the angel behind you. ‘Why? Why did I do it?’ You screamed. ‘Because I needed to’ Cas’ face was hard. His lips pinched into a straight line. His eyes narrowed. ‘You were stupid’ He growled. Sam and Dean stood behind him at the motel you were staying at. You seen Dean wince at Cas’ poor choice of words. Sam stepped forwards but Dean grabbed him shaking his head violently.
You stepped closer to him. ‘It was an excellently thought out plan, until YOU-’ You jabbed his chest. ‘-Decided you couldn’t put aside whatever it is that’s going on with you and jump in the way’ You screamed at him. ‘I just had to clean up your mess’ Cas took in a deep breath and glared at you. ‘You were reckless, you could have died’ You rolled your eyes. ‘Yeah, and you couldn’t have, If I got hurt I got hurt, I’ve gotten hurt before Castiel’ You snapped.
He took in a deep breath closing his eyes and you knew he was loosing patience with this argument. It had been going on for almost an hour, since you had left the old warehouse on the opposite side of town. Honestly, you were surprised that Sam and Dean ad put up with you two fighting in the back seat for this long. Especially Dean, you thought he would have snapped by now.
Castiel’s hand reached out and wrapped his hand around your arm. ‘You can not speak like that, your life matters, you can not just do what you want on a hunt’ Castiel scolded you as if he was a parent talking to a child. As f you had just stolen a cookie before dinner, like you weren’t a grown ass woman who had been hunting for all your life. ‘When you hunt that’s what happens, we die die young, we get over it’ You snapped.
You seen Dean tug on Sam’s arm. He pulled him away from the car and towards the motel room. ‘We put our lives in danger to save others, our lives don’t matter if theirs don’t’ Castiel’s hand tightened around your arm, it was almost becoming unbearably tight. You kept the hard look on your face. ‘Then stop, stop hunting’ Your jaw fell slack. Dean stopped by the door.
Both him and Sam looked back at the two of you. Dean’s hand was hovering over the handle of the door. ‘Give it up?’ You let out a laugh. you were on shock. Give up hunting? Hunting was your life. ‘You can do research, but no hunting’ He nodded. He got a satisfied look on his face like he had just figured out the answer to all the world’s problems.
You froze, he was serious, very serious. ‘I’m not giving up hunting Castiel’ You shook your head. His eyes snapped back down to you. ‘Of course you are, I forbid you from hunting. That is the end of this discussion’ He let go of your arm turning around. ‘Woah, woah’ Dean stepped closer to you two intercepting Castiel making him com to a halt.
Yor shock wore off leaving you with a pit of anger in your stomach. Your eyes narrowed at the Angel’s back. Your fingers curled up into fists your nails digging into the palms of your hand. You body tensed. ‘Forbid me?’ You let all the ange pill out in your scream. Sam flinched behind Dean. Dean’s eyes widened when the flicked over Castiel’s shoulder to you. ‘You can not forbid me from hunting, it’s my life’ Castiel turned around slowly. ‘Y/n, you are reckless. You can not hunt it is for the best’ Your mouth dropped.
He couldn’t forbid you from hunting, sure, hunting was dangerous and sometimes you had to take risks, that was a given. But Castiel couldn’t forbid you from hunting, that was ridiculous. ‘You can’t tell me what I can and can not do with my life’ You growled stalking up to him. ‘I can, and I will, if I see you hinting again I will not be so rational’ You scoffed. Rational, Castiel was being the opposite of rational. He was forbidding you from hunting for crying out loud, that wa the furthest thing from rational you could think of.
He nodded taking your fuming silence for agreement. ‘You will not hunt again’ He clarified. He was using that I am an Angel of the Lord voice. The one he used when he was confronted with a demon or someone who needed to be ordered around. ‘You are too reckless, it puts your life in danger and others around you. Right now, you are not meant to hunt’ Dean took in a sharp deep breath behind Castiel.
Sam visibly flinched and began to rush forwards. Not meant to hunt? Did he really just say that to you? That you weren’t meant to do something you’d been trained to do since you were little. You weren’t meant to follow in your Mother’s footsteps? Before you could help it your hand snapped out. Castiel stumbled slightly from the blow to his face. ‘How dare you’ You screamed. If you had been in a comic there would be steam coming out of your ears right now. ‘You absolute asshole, like you know anything about hunting. You’re a stuck up stupid ass Angel, you pretentious prick’ Castiel looked back at you.
His hand went to his cheek gingerly touching the spot you had struck. Dean’s eyes were wide, his jaw slack watching you. Never since he had known you had he seen you this angry. And he’d known you for years, he had been there when your Father was killed by a witch. You had called him for back up when you went to gank her. And not even then had he seen you this angry, it was just spite and hatred that had shone through then. And a desire for revenge. This time was different, Castiel had struck a nerve, and he’d definitely hurt your feelings.
Castiel opened his mouth to speak. ‘No’ You snarled. ‘Don’t even try’ You shook your head. You turned stalking away from the three men. ‘Y/n’ You heard Sam’s voice call. ‘Wait’ You waved at him over your shoulder as you turned out of the motel stomping down the road.
You watched as the whiskey twirled in the glass. All your anger had disappeared by now, you had been sitting in this small bar for over three hours. Now you only felt hurt if you were honest.
Was that really what Cas thought of you? Did he really think you weren’t good enough to be a hunter? It was all you knew, you had barely went to school. You were thought lore instead of chemistry, how to take apart and put back together a gun instead of how to write an essay.
Hunting was everything in your life, it was your life. Without it you didn’t have anything. Hunting was in your blood, it was what your family had done for generations. There was nothing else, only hunting. And seemingly you weren’t good enough for it, you weren’t good enough to be a hunter. You sighed closing your eyes.
But that wasn’t what really hurt you, what hurt you was that it came from Castiel. The man you had admired since you had met thought you weren’t good enough. You were a researcher to him, not good enough to go out, to fight, to hunt. He seem you as someone weak, someone who should be left at home like a child. You hadn’t seen left at home since you were 11 years old.
You always knew you weren’t as good as the brothers, you never moved as in tune with them as they moved with each other. You always stuck out like a sore thumb with them. Even Castiel fit in better with them, he was better at this than you, true he had Angel powers on you but he was still more in tune with the boys. You didn’t work with people, you never worked with other hunters. The boys were the first people you’d worked with since your Father.
Maybe you just weren’t good enough for them, you were probably better off on your own. That way if you screwed up you wouldn’t bring the boys down with you. Castiel wouldn’t have to jump in front of you. He wouldn’t have to try and help you. Maybe you were reckless, maybe you shouldn’t work with people. You were a good enough hunter on your own, just not with others.
You felt someone sit beside you. ‘What’s a girl like you doing here alone?’ A deep voice asked as its owner leaned closer to you. ‘Trying to get some alone time’ You answered. ‘That’s a hard drink for such a little woman’ You turned your head looking up at him. He was pretty, you’d give him that. ‘Look, I appreciate it and all but seriously I just want to be left alone’ You told him. You weren’t in the mood for this.
You downed the rest of the whiskey and held up the glass. The bartender nodded at you and you slid it to the other side of the bar. ‘Anything you want to talk about?’ The man beside you had righted himself. He was sitting in the stool properly his body facing forwards. He cradled a beer in his hands. ‘Not exactly’ You shook your head and thanked the bartender as he filled your glass again sliding it back to you. ‘Fight with a boyfriend?’ He asked.
You sighed closing your eyes. You took a deep breath and opened your eyes turning your head towards him. You were ready to go off at him but when your eyes landed on his face your words caught in your throat. His expression as only filled with concern and interest. ‘A friend’ You shrugged taking a gulp from your glass. ‘A fight with a friend, he thinking I can’t do my job properly, I’m too reckless’ You didn’t look at him as you told him but stared at your glass.
He sat silent for a moment. ‘What is it you do?’ He asked. ‘FBI’ You told him without missing a beat, it’s what you told all of them. The guys you met in bars, you were always FBI or a journalist or something along those lines. ‘FBI isn’t a job I associated with reckless’ You looked up from your glass to find him smiling at you. ‘It is when it involves saving someone’s life’ He nodded understandingly. ‘Joe’ He held out his hand to you. ‘Y/n’ You took his hand in yours.
You threw another bag in the boot. ‘Hey' You looked up to see Joe walking from your motel room. You smiled at him closing the trunk of the banged up old car. ‘Leaving so soon?’ He smirked. You nodded. You had gotten talking to him after he had approached you, you had told him about your fight with Castiel and had gotten talking. You had both drank a little too much and ended up in your motel room. ‘Duty calls’ You shrugged. He nodded. ‘It was nice talking to you, thank you for the night’ He smiled down at you. ‘You’re welcome’ He leaned forwards and pressed a kiss to your forehead.
You smiled watching him as he strode from the lot. Just as he was leaving Sam came jogging in by him. You groaned. Joe turned and gave you one last wave, you waved back at him. Sam’s eyes fell on you and he glanced between the two of you. He jogged over to you.
He stopped beside you panting and sweaty. He raised an eyebrow at you. ‘You not coming with us?’ He asked. You shook your head leaning on the car. ‘I think it’s time that I got back out there you know?’ He furrowed his eyebrow. ‘Is this about Cas last night?’ He leaned against the trunk beside you. ‘I don’t work well with you guys, I know that. I’ve known that from the beginning’ You shrugged pushing yourself up. ‘I work better on my own’ You felt his hand wrap around your arm.
You turned and looked up at the lovable giant. ‘Cas was worried, he cares about you. Sure he over reacted but it’s just because he was worried about you’ Sam’s face was soft and open. ‘He can’t heal you now without everything,he’s just worried’ You sighed and pulled away from him shaking your head. ‘Sam, I put you guys in danger, it’s fine.Like I said, I work better on my own’ He strode around you. He slammed his hand on the door when you took the handle in your hand keeping it from opening.
You glared up with him. ‘Hey’ He smiled down at you. ‘Y/n’ He sighed and you narrowed your eyes at him. ‘At least have breakfast with us’ You shook your head. It was bad enough that Sam had caught you about to leave. With the way Castiel had reacted yesterday you didn’t want to see him before you left. Who knows how he would react to you wanting to go on your own. ‘We won’t make you stay Y/n’ Sam leaned down a little. ‘Dean and Cas will want to say goodbye, you can’t sneak off’ You sighed and nodded.
You followed Sam back to the room. ‘I was going to text you know, I just didn’t want to deal with Cas going off on me’ Sam nodded understandingly opening the door. ‘He doesn’t think I’m good enough to hunt with you he definitely will freak out if he knew I was going off on my own’ You explained stepping into the room and Sam stepped in behind you.
He looked over your shoulder and you tensed. ‘You wanted to leave?’ You closed your eyes at the deep voice coming from the corner of the room. Sam patted your shoulder. He had planned this, that much was obvious. ‘I need a shower, Dean’s out for breakfast’ You opened your eyes to see him walking across the room towards the bathroom. He gave you a smile before shutting and locking the door.
You looked back at Castiel. He was looking at you with a frown, his eyes squinted and head tilted. You sighed and began walking towards him. You pulled out the chair across from him and sat down on it. ‘Yes, I was going to leave. It’s for the best’ You told him. His frown got deeper at your words. ‘You can not leave’ He grumbled. ‘Why because I’m not a good enough hunter to go out on my own? Because I should be in here reading while everyone else is out there risking their lives? Because I’m not good enough to hunt with you?’ You snapped at him and crossed your arms.
His brows unfurrowed and shot up. ‘Why would you not be good enough? You’re an excellent hunter’ Castiel breathed. You looked away from his face. Your eyes fell on Sam’s laptop. ‘Is this because of what I said yesterday? I was going to apologise today, I did not mean what I said to you. I do not know why I said those things’ You remained silent not wanting to speak to him. ‘I realised I was wrong for saying those things the moment you struck me. I did not mean to doubt your abilities’ You bit your lip and looked down at your fingers as they picked as your hoodie. ‘I shouldn’t have hit you regardless, I apologised’ You said coldly, your voice a monotone. You did feel bad for hitting him and you regretted it but you weren’t going to let yourself get invested.
You heard Castiel sigh. ‘Please don’t use that tone with me Y/n. I did not mean anything I said. I-I do not know what was wrong with me. I just acted on the feelings I had’ That got your attention. Castiel was always so stiff, sure he expressed feelings but for him to admit it straight out like that was odd. You looked up at him.
He was still staring at you. ‘What feelings?’ Castiel pursed his lips and blinked slowly. ‘I was afraid, I could have lost. I did not think you had intercepted that knife. I thought you were hurt. I panicked and then I realised you were okay. I was relieved, even happy. But I realised it was easy to lose you. One false move on a hunt and I could lose you’ He paused for a second and you could feel your resolve melting. ‘I was worried I was going to lose you, I do not want to have to watch you die and hunters die’ Castiel confessed. You felt your eyes well up slightly.
You stood quickly and walked around the table. You bent and wrapped your arms around his shoulders. He tensed but you kept holding him. ‘You won’t lose me Cas. Okay you might’ You whispered ‘But I’ll go out helping someone and doing what I need to do, what I love doing. I’ll go out fighting and with a gun in my hand’ You let go of him and stood up straight. He looked up at you his eyes wide. ‘I’ll go out the way I should go out’ He nodded.
You smiled slightly. ‘You are good enough. You are the best hunter I have ever seen. The Winchesters are not even as good as you. I believed if I kept you doing research I could keep you alive longer’ Castiel stood and now it was you looking up at him. ‘I worry for you. I over reacted. I am sorry. you are good enough to hunt you are an amazing hunter. I do not know how I can to assure you of that fact’ Castiel reached out hesitantly.
His hand hovered over your shoulder for a second before he turned his hand and softly placed it on your cheek. He leaned forwards and pressed his lips to your forehead. It was an action that allowed you to close your eyes and shivered slightly. You smiled.
Castiel pulled his soft lips from your forehead, but only an inch so you could still feel his warm breath on your skin. ‘Stay and I will tell you everyday how good you are, I will make take away your doubts that you are not enough. You will always be enough’ Castiel promised. ‘I’ll stay’ You breathed and wrapped your arms around his torso pulling him into a hug he responded to this time.
