@p3mybeloved reblogged this, so here is my follow fave... Soooo hard to pick a favorite, but I know that Just Another Screaming Speck Of Dust is way up the list. Loved the conversation between the two leads, and the mention of the cheesesteak rivalry (even though I'm not from that area, I'm aware of it). I'm fond of stories where the two leads aren't necessarily besties and have to work through it and although this story isn't long, it captures that element very well.

Here's a recipe but I've not tried making it; I only heard about them recently. There are a number of pumpkin funnel cake recipes online, but the easiest way is probably to check out your local county or state fair where fried food is in abundance and funnel cakes are EVERYWHERE. This pumpkin spice latte season, I will not be tolerating any PSL or Fall Joy slander. It's fine if you don't like them, but it's a fucking coffee drink that brings people joy. I don't care if you think it's "not real coffee", get off your high horse.
