Continuing with the name theme, the name Tanthalos looks a lot like Tantalus, it’s a name of a king in the Greek mythology

This king was condemned in Hades (Greek underworld) to stand in water that recedes when he tries to drink it and under fruit tree that moves away as he reaches for it.

It resembles the struggle Kit have all the show, searching for her father and when she thinks she’s reached it fade away

Same happens to Airk, he’s stuck in the Immemorial City, every time he thinks he has escaped he starts again

Usually whenever people used to get “evil makeovers” they were so cool and exciting, you used to hate when they got back into their old style, but my god Willow did fantastic in this regard to finally flip it around.

Before: young, handsome prince with style, fits perfectly into this campy fantasy world, peak character design for a prince you’d assume is just living his best life and nothing else

Afterwards: Hunger Games contestant, feels out of place, something is clearly very wrong

I legit watched "Willow" just for Tony Revolori, I will cry if they release season 2, like, 12 years later and it's not Tony anymore. I nearly cried when Graydon died but kept my hopes high, because if there's anything fiction is good at, it's never killing off characters.
