hi everyone~

i've been gone for a long while, and i'm really sorry for that. i've actually been out of social media for a while now, but i have a good reason for that.

finally, after years of avoiding it, i started therapy once again. i'm having sessions with a psychologist and psychiatrist, and i'm finally taking anxiolytics and antidepressants, after needing them for more than half of my short life.

i'll be checking and posting on tumblr every once in a while, since for now i'm trying to take care of myself.

i love you and i miss you guys a lot.

This year i'm starting my working life. I am really scared, but i truly hope everything goes smoothly (mostly for my mental health ㅠㅠ). My 2024 is sooo full of mystery, and it's so freaking overwhelming... but i'll try my best to do my best~!
