Vader Eloha ("The Queen") and Hugo run things. hugo is a baby but he makes some choices
Dedan is a weapons dealer, and the boss of Sucre and The Batter (mercenaries)
Enoch oversees drugs/substances and he deals a lot with Zacharie, their supplier
Japhet is the head of any spies or ways of getting intelligence for the "family". Pablo ("The Judge") and his brother Valerie are (technically) civilians that give Japhet info. they act as the mafias eyes.
The Elsens are just normal civilians. The Player controls the Spectres and acts as a competitor to the npcs mafia

Here's Saphira Vương Quyền ! She's the heiress to the throne, since Draa had to become king after his sibling mysteriously passed away.
She is usually a calm and collected person willing to help her friends, but she also got her temper and bluntness from her parents. She is also smarter than she seems, she always knows how to get what she wants

Oh hey guys I’m not dead, I was just doing OC stuff with my pal @rapturessaviour dknjf My character is named Valerie and she’s a shadow/shapeshifter that became friends with a boy named Josh who basically went “ oh neat a shadow and she won’t stop following me, guess imma adopt her as my sister now! “ and helps her how to adapt within the human world :) ! ! !

THESE GUYS are my LONGEST RUNNING OC's, and the protagonists of a little novel I've finished the first draft of called Spellbound. If you've followed me on any of my other (now defunct) art accounts elsewhere, it's likely you've seen these guys before. They are my favourites and I really don't draw them enough at the moment.
From top to bottom, left to right: Vice-Commander Grimm (chick with the thick eyebrows), Vice-Commander Grin (guy with the short curly hair), Nebula Solonoff (guy with the mark across his eye), and Valerie Solonoff (chick with the long lashes). Both are brother-sister duos from very different worlds that find themselves caught up in something bigger than they could've imagined that involves them all.
Hope you'll get to read it one day!! (Or maybe you've read some of it in its current form where I posted chapters ;) ) and I hope you like these guys!
As for the song I picked, the lyrics of each "noun" line (I couldn't include all the words) matches the character arc of all four pretty well, so if you decide to give it a listen, it gives minor hints as to the story of each character.
Additionally, I attempted this drawing YEARS ago with all four and the song lyrics, but only managed Nebula and Valerie. Comparison in the readmore!

So to start lets say that jack and Maddie already know about how danny = phantom and so does most of the town, it took awhile but eventually everyone got used to it (danny would be 16)
One day the GIW starts to surround Amity Park in secret by the time anyone realizes whats happening the GIW already had everyone blocked in claiming "they were all infected" and "a danger to everyone else"
It was a long battle to get the GIW to leave Amity alone but they did leave eventually, however during the fight there were some loss, such as Maddie, jack, sam, tucker, vlad, dani and more
A few months later the JL were informed of a big on going blizzard that started somewhere in Illinois and began to spread, the immediate area was already evacuated and now they need to send a team (yj, teen titans, or the batfam it's your call) to find the cause of this unnatural snow storm
When the group eventually gets to the center of the storm they find a mostly abandoned and partially destroyed town, they managed to come across a brown haired teen girl in red winter gear going through an abandoned store
On that note jazz is currently sitting with her brother as he sleeps (for once) and listening to the clatter of pots and pans in the kitchen, she wonders when val will be back with more supplies.

Danny and Valerie went to space, on the moon, the two were working on a portal from earth to the moon since Danny's parents and the GIW suggested to make a base and a satellite of their own in order to locate rogue ghosts so they were going to make one right after Phantom and Valerie created and stabilized a portal for them to go through.
The GIW are redeemed in this AU.
While being there, Phantom saw a green person like a ghost with a cape. Phantom told Valerie that he was going to scout for a bit thinking it was a ghost not noticing that his ghost sense didn't activate.
While he followed, the green guy displayed 'ghostly' powers like going intangible or invisible a few times to get rid of Phantom but the boy had his eyes locked in.
The more Phantom followed, the closer he gets to a trap that was set by the JL.
The other members were waiting for Phantom to get to the trap while Valerie watches the JL and Phantom going to the trap.
