However, the love triangle was, and still is, an amazing roller coaster of emotions. Didn't enjoy it at first but it certainly grew on me. The angst was just... 👌
The LT route is like a train wreck, you know its awful and tragic and heartbreaking and yet... You can't look away...
I don't like love triangles that much but twc's LT route made me love the trope!

I may be a clown for loving the love triangle, BUT! Hear me out. In the second book, you get ICECREAM!!! Icecream is always worth it.
I've played the LT route and the angst wins against clownery there. My heart is torn to pieces every time we get a glimpse of what the RO we don't spend time with thinks and feels about the detective choosing to spend time with the other RO. And the two ROs are both best friends which makes things even worse! 😭💔

I really did not like nor want to play the LT route and then, when I was finally convinced to play it... I loved it! A gets on my nerves on this route too but at least they are a bit more daring and not as afraid to show that they are interested in the detective but then I cannot handle betraying N or A with their best friend! It is full of angst and I adore it for it even if it kills me 😭
