I may be a clown for loving the love triangle, BUT! Hear me out. In the second book, you get ICECREAM!!! Icecream is always worth it.

I've played the LT route and the angst wins against clownery there. My heart is torn to pieces every time we get a glimpse of what the RO we don't spend time with thinks and feels about the detective choosing to spend time with the other RO. And the two ROs are both best friends which makes things even worse! 😭💔
