Amnesiac Revan: You fear...
Darth Malak: Really, Revan?! Mighty stars! Do you mean I fear you? I see your head is seriously injured if you throw accusations like this around. It's a shame you won't get enough time to dig into your memories and realize I've never been frightened of you in fact!
Amnesiac Revan: Not me... You're scared of the possibility you may kill not the right person now...

Revan means Malak may want to kill either Darth Revan or a 'puppet' of the Jedi Order
but he's not sure about Revan he'd known before they fell to the dark side
he has doubts inside and Revan feels it
imao in the game it is shown in these interesting moments when Malak has all the opportunities to kill Revan on the Leviathan
but he doesn't do that
this dialogue might be added into one of my fics i hope
because it's interesting to investigate Darth Malak's attitude to Revan's new identity
actually i suppose he's mad about it!
and really angry at the Jedi Council!
