Darth Malak's fingers tightly gripped Alexandra's chin, who was frozen in stasis against her will, lifting it up so that the eyes burning angrily with green flames met the narrowed yellow-blue eyes of the Sith lord.
"Puppet!" hissed a menacing metallic voice. The anger and hatred imbued with it would make anyone shiver. Malak wondered if Revan-Alex had actually flinched when she’d heard the poisonous word.

it's not according to canon i know
so you can imagine this happening before bastila burst through the blast door
