I know you want to sleep in but you have to wake up early. I know you don't like the taste, but you have to brush your teeth in the morning. I know that you want to rest, but you're not where you want yet. I know it's warm in your bed but you have to step in the cold. I know the water is cold but you have to wash your face in the morning.  I know you feel sad and alone but you have to do it anyway. I know you don't feel like it but you have to do that workout. I know it's not always tasty but you have to eat healthy. I know it's boring but you have to stick to a routine. I know you want to spend it but you have to save that money. I know you are tired but you have to stick to your skincare routine. I know you are tired but you still have to finish that assignment. I know you want to go to sleep but you still haven't done everything that's on your to do list. I know you are tired but YOU HAVE TO DO IT TIRED. I know you are hurt, but you will heal. I know it's uncomfortable what I just told you but you have to be leading a boring, disciplined and uninteresting life if you want to achieve your dream! STAY FOCUSED!

one thing i need to start living by is “become the thing that you want” if i want friends who throw themed parties maybe i should start throwing those parties. if i want someone who writes me love letters maybe i should start writing letters for the people i love. if i want to hang out at museums and pretty cafes maybe i should invite my friends to these places. and maybe even then i won’t find the kind of people i want to be around. but then i would have become the exact person i want to be around. and maybe that’s good enough.

Ladies the trick to success is to make it quite literally impossible to fail. Make it so that failure requires effort & success is the matter of natural course. I'll say this until you get it- success isn't a question of milestones, it's a question of systems. You are where you are because your current systems support that, change it and see if nothing changes.

So if you want to look elegant and classy donate all the clothes & shoes you have that don't look elegant & classy- then how will you look dusty? Even if you wanted to look dusty, how would you do that??? When the option isn't there?? Take away the option for failure so that you must work hard to fail. If you have no sugars or processed foods in your house then you literally have to leave and pay to be unhealthy. If you only listen to calming, positive music genuinely where will constant anxiety come from. If you don't even have social media how will you get addicted to it? You have to exert effort to be. Girl if you don't even have his number how will you call him? If you focus during class how will you fail? Literally how will you fail. How will that happen? If you have no alcohol in your house how will you get drunk? You must leave and pay for it, right? If you're eating right and getting your vitamin balance in check how high are the chances for diseases? Acne? Hormonal imbalances? Weight issues? Automimmune diseases? Mood swings? Like yes it can happen but let's talk statistics, how high are the chances?

The easiest path to success is to not even give failure a chance. Like, instead of working so hard to succeed you must work hard to fail. Success, love, is a consequence of systems- a matter of natural course- you're eating right so you look and feel great- a natural consequence. A matter of rather obvious course. You're studying so you pass. Matter of course. You buy the right clothes so you just always look put together, like always. Obviously. What other choice do you have? All your friends are girlbosses so obviously you're a girlboss? Duh. Literally what other choice is there? Even if you wanted to fail the choice to isn't there, and although the chance is never zero it can be beautifully close to zero, that's the goal.

Success is a matter of systems, love. Not milestones. You set in place systems whose consequences are what you want. Like if your study system is great genuinely how will you fail?

Take away the option to easily fail, that's the goal. Set systems that have literally no choice but to get you where you want, as a natural consequence rather than goals you're trying to superficially impose. Its not milestones, it's systems. Its- habits. Routines. Systems. Make some that make failure hard to get.

Success is seamless, love. Let it be.

stop delaying your healing process by opening doors to toxic people. everyone is worth forgiving but not everyone is worth reconciling with. don’t hinder your progress to make others comfortable. you owe it to yourself to heal. make this season personal and continue on with evolving.

We will NOT be stressing over people in 2024 when we could be studying and absorbing so much knowledge, learning the piano, taking up horseback riding, upgrading our skincare routines, reading so many more books, spending so much more time off our phones, giving the love rejected by some people to others who want it and return it in kind, learning music theory, taking up a language (French for me), saving up to travel, developing financial literacy, focusing on our goals, revamping our fashion sense, getting good at photography, carrying a camera everywhere w us, expanding our music knowledge, working out more consistently, and learning so many more recipes

this year i'm making it a habit to have my feelings and just let them pass. i truly believe pain is stored in the body... so when i feel a feeling i just let it rise up and take over. feel it, acknowledge it and let it go. there is no benefit in concealing every single emotion. it's much more beneficial to express my negative emotions and let them exist than to push them down and shame myself for feeling them. with great growth comes great vulnerability.

Get all your desires within a week

Have you been having trouble manifesting? Are you sick and tired of waking up everyday in your current reality and it feels like you tried every single possible manifestation technique out there yet nothing seems to work? I have come up with a 7 day challenge for you.

How do I know this works?

The universe doesn't give you what you want, it gives you what you ARE. By doing this challenge you will be matching the frequency of your dr which will allow your cr to transform.

This is a very powerful technique. Please make sure you know exactly what you want.

So, here are some of the rules:

You identify your desired reality as your current reality

You do EVERYTHING you would do in your dr, even if uncomfortable (for example, if your desired self(ds) goes to the gym at 5am everyday that's exactly what you're gonna do. It's only a week.)

Your "Cr" is your past. It is not your reality, it's imagination. Your dr is your only "correct and real" reality. After all you're doing everything you would in your dr, so that makes it your current reality.

You do this for 7 days. No cheating!

Feel free to add your own rules for yourself!

Now for the process

1.Write down your goals

What does your desired reality actually look like? Think about it and write it down. Yes, WRITE it down. Don't just think about it. Whether you do it on your notes app or on a piece of paper, write down clear habits of your ds. Some examples:

Goes to sleep at _ and wakes up at _

Works out

Works on her business/skills

Etc. anything. It doesn't have to be something important. Anything you can think of that you desire.

2.Identify your blocks

Now it's time to be brutally honest with yourself. WHY do you think your desires aren't here yet? What is blocking you from receiving your manifestations. This is the part that most people fail at, which causes them to not get their desires. Releasing those blocks can be difficult, but without it you are literally blocking your manifestations. I suggest you really research this topic, but here are some of the most common ones:

You see your 3D as your REAL reality.

You keep stressing about getting your desire NOW.

You have a lack mindset.

You don't trust yourself.

You check your 3D for your results.

3.Find the difference

Now that you know what you want it's time to find the differences. Now it might seem obvious, but again, you need to write it down. Since you already have what your desired reality looks like, here's how I do it in the easiest way. You write down your desired reality on one side and compare your current reality to it on the other side. For example: (let's just act one is on the left side and one is on the right side).

Dr: Wake up at 7am.

Cr: Wake up at 10am.

This will make it easier to change your habits later.

4.Act like you're in your dr

Now that you know what your goal is and what the difference is you are going to switch. Your desired reality is your new reality. Your current reality does not exist. It's your past. You are now in your desired reality and you KNOW that. Do everything you would do in this reality. From waking up to going to sleep. The whole day. Does your ds wake up at 5am and goes to the gym? Good. That's exactly what you're gonna do because it's your current reality. You are your dream self and your dream self is you.

5.Ignore your reality.

Now it's time for you to decide that your current reality is just a mindset. And you need to switch that mindset. You want the best for yourself and you will get it. You just need to allow it, so, from now on your only right reality is the reality you created for yourself. All the outside noise doesn't change that, because it is your reality now.

Ok, when will I get my results?

Immediately. The moment you start doing this and actually believe and persist that's the moment it becomes your reality.

But when will I see it in my 3D?

Once you accept you really have it. You need to actually believe it, and when that happens, you won't be looking for your 3D to confirm that. That's exactly when it appears in your 3D. It can be the same day, same week, same month, same or next year. You decide when you trust the universe. This is just an exercise to help those who keep stressing about their 3D. And it works magic.

At the end of the day, are you your own worst enemy or a friend to yourself ? Are you talking yourself down, or are you comforting your hurt feelings ? Do you repeat the mean things people say to you or do you find nice words for yourself ? It matters. What you say, what you think about yourself, it matters, it shapes your reality, and this year, let's all make an effort to make that reality a little more supportive, a little more gentle.

Spend time getting to know your self

Know women's history & History and use it to your advantage

Have some intellectual rigor

Create your own community

Find a third space

Take your vitamins

Your wellbeing and wellness should be your priority

Have role models for every area of your life

Have discretion

Do not be quick to anger

Have mentors and be a mentor to others

Your social skills will take you far

Be responsible, the world is not so forgiving to women

Know when to stand out

Know when to fit in

Curate your life to fit your goals and desires

Understand strategy and how best to use it to your advantage

Get acquainted with what maks the world go round

You have to climb socially

You need allies in areas where you want to win

Be kind

Be content with what you have, otherwise you will pay the price
