Milk: whole, cow's. (definitely not raw, who told you that, it's dangerous and illegal, i would never /s)

Hot drink: hot chocolate, various caffeineless tea (shoutout to chamomile, throat coat, peppermint, echinacia, and liver cleanse), molasses water. Someone gave me fire cider once (for a cold) and it was awesome.
