When he cracks his eyes open, Annie Cresta is leaning over him.
Except it’s not actually Annie. Not in any way that matters at least. This version is too watery, far too washed out and faint to be his Annie. His Annie is vibrant and lovely and hopefully very very far from the Capitol right now. Finnick thinks rather morbidly that he must have lost a lot of blood if he’s hallucinating her already.
