first off, scrap the Brennan thing. He definitely could’ve delayed the wedding a different way just two piss them off. Like, leaving bodies for them to find the same day so it’s delayed and delayed until they’re forced to call it off themselves.

2: none of that quick death bullshit!! I hated it!!! I wish there would’ve been more of a stand-off with him and Booth, because there’s a SEVERE lack of the fact that pelant was dangerous, computer or not. let’s remember the fact he killed an extremely talented and highly trained mercenary??? like awooga jfc!! there should’ve been a lasting effect to it too, maybe Booth getting injured in the fight and still being determined to marry Bones (let’s be honest, that would’ve been as cute).

but yeah it needed to be more dramatic!!! not just one shot and he’s dead!! you know what would’ve been sick as fuck? pelant and booth are having a whole standoff and it’s looking like booth is gonna lose and then Brennan just fucking. stabs him. honestly, if I have time tomorrow, I’ll write an alternative ending and post it to ao3. shits and giggles mostly, but again there are only 18 fics tagged Christopher Pelant on ao3 and someone has to fix this!!
