Everyone’s journey is differently and the things I’ll list here might not resonate with you , but maybe it gives someone a new perspective or motivation !

In less than 24 hours a lot has changed for me and made me realise a ton of things . Especially things many people have already said here on tumblr ! ( more to it maybe in a different post ! )

☆〜 The first thing I’d like to ask you is :

When was the last time you sat down with yourself and gave yourself time to think, rest and ask yourself the following questions

Am I still satisfied with my dr / … ? Do I still want to shift there ? Am I comfortable there ? Do I feel safe (enough) there ? Is there anything that upsets me ?

Do I still want to shift with method x/y ( or don’t use a method at all ! ) ? Do I still want to wake up there ?

How do I view shifting ? Is it something I think is real & easy ? Or do I think I’ll never shift ? Am I scared to shift ? Do I want to do something before I shift ?

Cause one of the things , that may can help is to keep tabs on your thoughts and feelings about the places you want to shift to ! If you don’t feel like shifting to your current Main Dr , then that’s totally okay ! You can always shift there later <3 . There is no need to force yourself to shift to a reality you don’t vibe with ( at the moment ) ! Then shifting shouldn’t feel like a draining chore you have to do , it’s about YOURSELF ! Your wants , your desires and feelings !

Is it YOUR shifting journey , or is it the journey of your favourite tumblr/shift-toker ?

I noticed it a lot that many people either subconsciously or consciously, put their own journeys behind them and rather focused what others may do and had more interest in what they’re experiencing and how they do things constantly!

And no , I don’t mean the people who ( I also did it lol ) , asked some people on tumblr how they did a certain thing , or which affirmations they’ve used ! There is nothing wrong with asking someone, how they shift & what they did AS LONG AS YOU RESPECT BOUNDARIES, and don’t push them . ++ you don’t neglect your journey by consuming constantly other people’s content !!

MINDSET ! Can be a true life changer :3 !!! It doesn’t matter if it’s for believing in shifting , trusting yourself to manifest , believing you‘re a master shifter/manifester , waking up in your dr , that shifting is easy ,,,….

Take a break from tumblr/tiktok/reddit/amino,… and concentrate on your journey for a couple of days !

In general taking a break !

Choosing a way to shift and sticking for a bit with it ( unless you really feel like forcing yourself etc !) — doesn’t matter if it’s shifting through the void state , through sleep paralysis , without a method and just affirmations , just waking up in your dr/wr/.. , raven method , Julia method , through hypnogogic state , …

Making your own „method“ / routine !

SELFCARE & PUTTING YOURSELF FIRST ! Don‘t feel guilty for doing what you like and taking breaks :3 ! Ofc you don’t need to put yourself first to shift or anything, but you should still take care of yourself: CUZ U DESERVE IT !<3

 Shifting Realities

- What is shifting?

“shifting” is a term now used to describe the act of moving your consciousness from this current reality (CR) to your desired reality (DR). This idea uses the multiverse theory, stating that every decision or action we make shifts us into a new reality!

For example, say I have a book and a Paper to choose from. Choosing the paper would shift me into a reality where I chose the paper, while at the same time creating alternate realities where, for example, I chose the book, or I chose both, or maybe I chose neither. these infinite possibilities, anything we can imagine exists in some faraway reality. Many people say they have shifted to a reality where they’re a student at Hogwarts, with the ability to use magic and fly on broomsticks or some say that they have shifted to the marvel universe where they defeat Thanos..etc etc

While I have not shifted myself — still working on it — I've gathered a lot of information from people who have successfully shifted. Whether or not you choose to believe in shifting, This does sound like a wild idea, almost too good to be true, but trust me, it is real

There is a lot of misinformation on the internet about shifting here are the answers to those frequently asked questions:

- does shifting go against my religion?

No. It is not religious whatsoever, it's more science than anything, another term of shifting which is "quantum jumping", it's a complicated sience theory that I honestly still don't understand, But overall shifting has no ties to your religion.

- is shifting dangerous?

Shifting is not dangerous, some Creators on TikTok claim that you could get stuck in your DR , but that's false, you can make a Safe word to come back to your CR, no matter what you do, if you choose to stay in your DR for lifetime, you will come back no matter what, Dying In your DR will result in you waking up in your CR.

Here are some tips for your shifting journey:

1. Take breaks, attempting to shift and Shifting successfully can be extremely draining, it's good to let your body and mind rest from time to time, you can take long breaks if needed.

2. Stay positive! The more you think badly of yourself and your ability to shift, the less likely you will be able to reach your goal, it's completely normal to have doubts, it's what we humans do, however, as long as you keep hope and Reaffirm that you are capable of shifting,

3. Be clear about what you want! This means knowing your goals and desires!

4. Don't expect results overnight! It's important to remember that shifting to your DR takes time, it may take days, weeks, months for your goals to manifest.

Now! Onto the real deal!

Scripting

This is the action of writing down details about the reality you want to go to. This is done to finetune which specific reality you would like to shift to as there are infinite possibilities. For example, I could write down in my script that I’m 7’3” and have infinite money so that I shift to a reality where this is true. You can be as detailed or as brief as you want. It’s important, though, that you write in the present tense. Doing this will basically trick your brain into believing that what you have written has actually happened, making it easier to shift. Most people write out their script like a first-person story, detailing what happens in their DR as if it really happened. Scripts can be written anywhere: in a journal, in the notes app on your phone, etc. Some important things to script include immortality (unless you want to die in your DR, up to you), high pain tolerance, and your way of returning back to your CR (very important!! You can script, for example, that closing your eyes and saying “I’m going back to my CR” will take you back. These safe words/actions are used in case you want to leave on the fly). While scripting is not necessary whatsoever (you really only have to think about your DR), it may help you visualize your DR and focus on specificity.

Relaxing / Mediating

One key part of being able to shift is staying calm and relaxed, From personal experience, I find that if I meditate and relax my body and mind before starting a shifting method, I feel closer to shifting than I do when I don’t meditate. all you need to do is find a quiet place where you can sit and let all your thoughts flow out of your brain, focusing on your breathing or your heartbeat. I recommended using earbuds and listening to guided meditations or subliminals (music infused with hidden frequencies to target your subconscious mind) on YouTube to help relax your mind.

Finding a method

There are loads of methods that people have made up in order to visualize your DR, some of which require that you fall asleep in order for it to work, some of which don’t. A few of these methods include the Estelle Method, Staircase Method, Train Method, Alice and Wonderland Method, Julia: I Am Method, Seren Method, Falling Method, Melt Method, Pillow Method, and Raven Method. These same methods can also be tailored towards those who struggle with visualization. Instead of picturing your DR in your mind, you would focus more on your five senses, trying to trick your brain into thinking that your body is experiencing things from your DR. I’m not going to get into the specifics of each of these methods, if you’re looking for more information, both TikTok and Amino provide amazing explanations on the methods people have shared. In the end, though, you shouldn’t be hyper-fixating on which specific method you’re going to do. Shifting is different for everybody; one method might work well for one person and not work so well for someone else. You can change around the methods and form your own method that is the easiest for you to relax with, But, you can also shift without using any methods.

Noticing Symptoms of shifting

There are certain symptoms when you’re trying to shift that will let you know that you’re getting close. Some of these symptoms include feeling weightless or heavy, tingliness, feeling as though you’re spinning or falling, hearing voices or sounds associated with your DR, seeing flashes of light, etc. Not everybody will experience the same symptoms. For example, I sometimes experience weightlessness, spinning, flashes of light, and hearing voices, but that does not mean that everybody else does. Once you notice these symptoms, it’s important that you remain calm and focus on your visualization/senses. These symptoms will likely prompt you to get excited, and rightfully so! It’s very exciting to finally feel that you’re getting close to your DR, but try not to let them take your focus away from shifting. The last thing you want is to feel the symptoms and then get too excited and completely wake up (trust me, it's a bummer!). Just note that you feel these symptoms and try to keep them in the back of your mind as you continue with your method, some people shift without feeling these symptoms.

Entering your DR

some of the shifting methods will have you go to sleep in order to work and some will have you stay awake. For sleep methods, obviously, you will wake up inside your DR after using the method before bed. For awake methods, however, it can be a little bit more tricky to know when you’ve made it. When should you open your eyes? A common tactic that people use in order to figure this out is to script that your eyes will automatically open when you’ve successfully shifted. Others script that they smell a specific scent when they’ve shifted, such as mint or cinnamon. With this, you’ll know for sure when you’ve shifted, instead of just trying to guess and likely opening your eyes too soon!

This covers just about everything I’ve learned about shifting. Overall, don’t focus too much on the process! You don’t want to be thinking too hard about your script or what method you’re going to use and completely forget about your goal. This is meant to guide your own personal process. Do what you find works the best for you and allows you to be the most comfortable!

ok besties, need some advice. it’s relatively easy for me to get into sleep paralysis (i believe a mixture of this and loass is the method that’ll have me shift) but idk what to do after that. because i affirm, use my 5 senses, try to connect to my dr self (i only affirm of my dr name and try to have thoughts my dr self would have), etc but i haven’t fully shifted with it yet. need some advice on what i should do before i crash out 🤲

i keep seeing everyone saying ‘shift your state/mindset’ on tmblr but i don’t know what exactly that is, as dumb as that seems. i’ve known about shifting since 2020 on tiktok, haven’t thought about it until recently and it seems like new things keep coming up.. so some advice is greatly appreciated!

(i have shifted for a few seconds before in 2021 by using law of assumption before i even knew what that was but now that i know what it is, it seems a bit harder for me to lock in with it 😭)

hey! i’d love it if you shared some tips/methods/mindsets that helped you shift :) and i hope things go well with theo on your next shift!!

love the support, and yes things went very well with theo :)

now when it comes to tips, the main one i have is to keep the mindset that you will shift. for me, it was very, very important to believe that i could shift, and when i was doubtful, it was important to fake it. fake it till you make it is exactly what worked for me.

i would have the mindset that i was already in my dr, and that's what i believe caused me to shift successfully. the first time i shifted i used the julia method with a combination of brown noise at the very end of december in 2020.

i still use the julia method every now and then because it really helps me, but most of the time i don't even use a specific method. it's whatever works for you. if you find a method isn't working, try another one, or make one yourself. you can do it without a method too. it's whatever you feel works best for your shifting journey.

i knows this is a lot, please just bare with me guys. once i start, i can't stop, but i would also recommend getting a shifting journal or just writing in your notes app to journal your experience with shifting and methods so that you know what works and what doesn't.

this post has made me realize so much oh my god, this helped so much

reasons you’re unable to enter the void or shift while lucid dreaming or in sleep paralysis

recently I received a couple of messages from followers and other blogs explaining how, when they were in sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming, were unsuccessful in reaching the void or shifting after stating their intentions

this also happened to me a couple of times, seemingly at random; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t

I did a bit of research and also analyzed my own experiences to figure out the root of the problem and how to fix it:

you’re not completely grounded/you’re rushing

this took me an embarrassing amount of tries to realize this, but every time I’m lucid dreaming or feeling myself entering the void, I would instantly start to spew out my intentions/desires instead of completely grounding myself in there and I would be instantly kicked out from that state. I guess it just doesn’t work that way — you have to be completely grounded in your ld or sp for your desires to manifest

a lot of you (me included) get so excited or scared when realizing we’re in a certain state that the connection, I guess, breaks. as an example, when I wasn’t very knowledgeable on the void state I entered it and chilled there for like 10-15 minutes before exiting willingly, but after discovering it can be used for shifting or manifesting I could barely spend 10 seconds there before waking up unintentionally

mental exhaustion

your psyche is exhausted and it simply can’t proceed the instructions anymore. imagine you stay awake for more than 24 hours and someone asks you to do a task that requires concentration and precision. would you be able to do it perfectly? I highly doubt

to get over this issue you need to take a serious break, and I don’t mean you can’t attempt anything for a day or two, I mean a BREAK — don’t even think about shifting or entering the void and chill and sleep as much as possible. I mean it, especially sleeping! fix your sleep schedule or sleep lots for 2-3 days

after you start your attempts again, if the first few instances are unsuccessful, you need to take another break before continuing, otherwise you risk of repeating the same scenario over again — reaching your desired state but not being able to do anything from there due to mental strain

brain activation trigger

brain activity changes — realizing you are dreaming changes how your brain works, especially in parts that help you think about yourself and make decisions. these changes can wake you up; knowing you are dreaming can make you feel excited or surprised - these strong feelings can wake you up too

mental blockages and expectations

your subconscious mind might have doubts or fears regarding the process. if you unconsciously expect that your attempts won’t work or fear the consequences of them working, this can create a mental block — this is actually more common than people think and a lot of you don’t even realize you have these blockages

overexcitement

if you become too excited or anxious about the possibility of your desires manifesting, this can trigger your body to wake up. remaining calm and composed is very important (even though we can’t help ourselves at times). overexcitement goes hand in hand with other strong emotions such as fear, so make sure you’re in a neutral state

subconscious programming

your subconscious might need more time and positive reinforcement to accept and integrate the idea of shifting realities, entering the void or manifesting desires. using affirmations, subliminals and visualizations regularly can help reprogram your subconscious mind

timing

certain times of the night or stages of sleep might be more conducive to successful lucid dreaming/sleep paralysis and shifting. experimenting with different times and conditions can help you so much!!

as an example: I have an easier time entering the void by meditating at night after 1 a.m., but I have an easier time doing wbtb and lucid dreaming between 8-11 a.m.

I honestly think that what can help you overcome this is self reflection — a lot of you search for answers but never bother to answer them yourselves. by self reflecting throughout my journey has helped me identify my weaknesses, how to fix them, what works for me and other tricks to speed up the process or make it more enjoyable

How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you)

Hello! I’ve been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I’ve noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefs—but I understand because I was once on the other side.

Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter. You’ll want to read everything—it’s important.

I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it’s because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn’t shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn’t work!

That’s when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness. Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn’t shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift back—but it didn’t work the other way around?

None of it made sense! And I’m sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.

I came up with two theories:

This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.

There’s something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.

I dismissed the first option. There’s nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?

Then, I thought back to how I used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn’t work because that’s how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these things—because that’s what I believed shifting required.

Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn’t letting myself shift.

Did you catch that? I didn’t let myself shift. Of course, it wasn’t the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing enough times before it switches you to your DR?

No. It’s you.

So, you have two choices:

Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or

Change your subconscious beliefs.

Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I’m going to explain why it’s not as difficult as it feels.

All your life, you’ve had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren’t born thinking you need methods to shift—it’s something that developed over time. Which means it’s not set in stone. It can be changed.

I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There’s NOTHING you can do in this one—no intrusive thoughts or negative emotions—that can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you’re aware of. That’s literally it. Anything outside of that can’t stop you.

Yes, we’ve all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you’re not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don’t go outside enough" (I legit read this on here—y'all are wildin’). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :("? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.

So, how do you become aware of that?

I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:

I’m pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.

I’m a master shifter. I don’t need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.

Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I’m in the 4D and pure consciousness.

I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.

I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I was—in my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.

Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I’m going to shift, and I'm going to use X method. Because that’s not how you think or act when you’re a master shifter. I let go—why would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?

I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift?—do you really, truly believe it’s the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting. But shifting isn’t logical! It just happens! I have no idea why—it’s literally just magic to me—but that’s how it works.

So, you need to understand: You make it happen. That’s a good thing, right? It means you don’t need methods, and you don’t need to keep searching for “the key.”

Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)
