i know you are joking but OP, this is perfect color theory! The white black and blue are the major colors of the picture, i suppose you can call this "pallete 1", which is fine. white and black are neutral and go well with anything the pink, yellow, green, purple, blue and yellow bits are smaller and detailed bits, this is what is known as the minor colors of the picture, which is important to any picture so it doesn't strain the eyes. the multi colors appear to have a similar value and distance away from each other on the color wheel, making a "poly-chromatic" color scheme.
