OMG IM SO EXCITED RN!!! Yall I finally caved in and got passed my fears of getting caught and bought a scale! Yess I can finally weigh myself again🙌 so I bought it off shein because im broke sue me (pls don't I can't afford it😭😭) and so either way if I get caught which is unlikely since I also bought other stuff so it will probably come In a bag or smth and I can just say it came in a box or whatever and keep the scale hidden even if I get caught can say that shein must added it to my cart cause it does that sometimes and preselected it so when I went to buy my stuff yk I bought it by accident. Im like soooo happy I can get back to losing weight and tracking it and to find out what exercises work for me yesss I can't WAIT it gets here on the 19th or so I'll update you guys im gonna try and restrict a lot until then just on case so that I don't have to weigh myself and see I gained weight or smth because that like my biggest fear😭😭 ok love you byeee

OMG my scale just got here!!!! I'm actually so scared to be honest like what if I'm back in the 170's I do not think I'm mentally stable enough for that man😭 but this is good for me I will fast now 100% OK I'll weigh myself and either update this post make a new one or just put it in my bio's stats

It's not even just me wanting people to be scared for me because of how skinny I am, I just don't want their first thought to be how fat I am.

I finally made a new set of rules for myself because I clearly can't make myself follow the other ones.

1.) Don't eat over 700 cals daily

2.) Skip at least 1 meal daily

3.) Stop snacking entirely

4.) Eat less calorie dense foods

5.) Fast at least 16 hours daily (Preferably at once)

6.) Water for thirst anything else for pleasure

7.) Weigh myself every morning before eating but after the bathroom

8.) Take weekly or more body check photos

9.) measure myself weekly

10.) Log my calories even on binge days

I think today is a great day to start this because it's a fresh month and I can just forget last month.

My dad is going on a work trip for 3 days so I need to get my act together because more than likely at least one of the days we won't make dinner and I can do a full 24 hour fast so I need to not eat every single one of the 3 days which will lead me to three days of omad and hopefully inspire me to stick to it! I need to be held accountable and somebody to stop me from eating at school😫 its my biggest problem😭

Okay it's been bad lately but I am determineren to have a good June, I'm going to phoenix to see my grandpa again which I also did last year an di lost like 5 or 7 pounds or smth in 5 days which was pretty good and this time I'm going to try and eat way less and burn more calories!! I'm so excited I want to be good for the next week or so until we leave to go there because I need to look better than last time I was there lol❤️

Since I'm in Phoenix i going to try and do a body check everyday and maybe even post them but I've never posted my full body only my collarbone so idk lol. I'll try and fast for longer tomorrow.

I did omad breakfast for a day then the next day omad dinner and it felt really good but today I ate lunch and I know that I'm gonna have to eat dinner so I'll just try to restrict ig and maybe purge but idk
