Even tho there are a couple of amazing posts already on this platform revolving ROBOTIC AFFIRMATIONS , somehow people are still confused and wondering what they are or what to do with them … and I got in the last couple of days some asks where people wanted some advice , so I thought I make one post about it and try to cover as much as possible :3

— WHAT ARE ROBOTIC AFFIRMATIONS ? ★ .

Pretty simple : they‘re regular affirmations ( or askfirmations if you‘d like ) such as „I am pretty“, „I can shift whenever I want“,… but you just repeat them over and over without paying much attention to them or try to feel it ! Aka : affirming without feeling / like a ROBOT .

— WHY SHOULD I ROBOTIC AFFIRM ? ★ .

You really don’t have to robotic affirm if you don’t want to ! But there are many benefits and reasons as to why people are using them to manifest their dream life , their shifts ,…

some of them are :

Robotic affirmations help you to saturate your mind pretty easy , WITHOUT much work & thought !

There are no rules when it comes to affirming !(there aren’t any rules in general, when it comes to manifesting btw) You can completely decide how long and how many affirmations you want to use !

Once your affirmations become dominant , they‘ll manifest !

You can easily combine robotic affirmations with other manifestation techniques ( example : list method )

You can easily do it while you‘re watching something, scrolling through your phone, take a shower, brush your teeth , eat ,… and so on !

And — (I think) it helps to concentrate on your goals more and actually makes you feel your progress/ shift in your mindset

— HOW TO USE THEM ? ★ .

Easy! Pick your affirmations YOU want to use for your manifestation. Doesn’t matter how many or for what cause ! ( most people use 1-2 ! ) Now you can decide how you want to do it , there are (again) endless variations and you don’t have to use my examples !!! It’s just an idea , to help you get started :3

Whenever you think of your manifestation —(your dr, the void , …) you can affirm a couple of times

'Power affirming' — you can set a timer for 10 mins and just repeat your affirmations as much as possible

3x (times) 15 minutes ! — you can affirm every morning , noon and night before you fall asleep loop your affirmations in your head (you can also of course do 3x 10 minutes or 3x 20 minutes etc ! You‘re not bound to any limit)

Affirming throughout your day ! — ( and yeah it’s totally okay to take breaks !!! And it’s also okay if your mind wanders 😭🤌 )

Affirmations tapes ! — There are a couple of YouTube you could use [ @cosmicdream222 I personally like hers <3 ] ! Or make your own :3

Create your own method ! — <3

— SUMMARIZED ! ★ .

think about what you want / want to work on ( mindset , void state , shifting , .. )

pick your affirmations

choose which way you prefer

stick and persist into your new statements and affirm <3

getting what you want !

★ SIDE NOTE . . ! !

— with that , I won’t reply to questions in my dms and asks such as "is it better if I affirm for x/y minutes" and "how long do you think will it take me to manifest x/y?" <etc> ! I ( and every other person , no matter on which platform you‘re on😭 ) can‘t tell YOU how long it takes exactly. How could we ? We‘re not you ! You‘re in control how long it‘ll take .. if you keep telling yourself it will take years , then it mostlikely will turn out to be true .. there’s a reason it‘s called LAW OF ASSUMPTION ! please don‘t beat yourself up and take deep breaths 🩷 it‘ll be alright , even if it may not seem to be the case !

BTS - from debuting in a bankrupt company and making music in garages to performing at world cup, Grammys and paving the way, I just have this feeling.

Wonyoung - her self concept is perfect imo and she was really hated but people started liking her out of the blue.

Sabrina carpenter - she's rocking the music industry, it's just my intuition.

Ice spice - I think it's obvious cuz she talked about manifestation a lot of times stland blew up out of nowhere .

Hailey Beiber - she was the most hated celebrity but people started liking her out of nowhere again, I think she shifted .

Leonardo DiCaprio 😭- despite being controversial he's the most loved celebrity out there

Gehlee dangca - she's gorgeous firstly and I feel like she shifted,she also has perfect self concept

Affirm, affirm,affirm don't stop keep affirming as much as you can,if you are someone who get's bored of robotically affirming then take 10 minutes of every hour in a day robotically affirm for 10 minutes then after a hour take 10 minutes and affirm or simply if y'all wanna keep robotic affirming non stop then put on ur favourite music and affirm while vibing to it,affirm while doing dishes, eating, showering, scrolling through phone,make it fun pick ur favourite song and sing ur affirmations in rhythm so you won't be bored.

Vision boards are literally the most fun way to manifest,make a vision board of your desires on Pinterest just see it and get motivated, visualise urself there,last time I made a vision board of my desires and literally half of it came true in front of my eyes,make it fun,watch movies or read books that motivates you watch self care vloggers on you tube.

Idk who needs to hear this but robotic affirming works wonders for me and I can't help but brag about it.

If you're fed up with your life start affirming for sc and I'm doing it too for desires too . I love love love @shradsmanifestt . Pls check her pinned post .

She explained everything there. You don't need to read every post bout imagination and all , which is complicated and you don't even remember a word there. Idc if you throw hate On ppl who does robotic affirming like sammy but it works no wonders. Try to read Joseph Murphy the power of your subconscious mind.

Affirm and persist.

Rest is your opinion. Idc. You do you... have fun and pls take care of yourself and be selfish and don't ignore your sexual needs !! Pleasure yourself only you know your body better 💗

I manifested my specific person , accessories, manifest the toxic parents away like I manifested them so sweet with me , friends , BUST size , eye color , height , skin color , free gifts , princess treatment etc.

All I did with only robotic affirming !! Yippee

Ive seen some of you are focusing on void and seeing that state a magic wand or something . Its okay to take interest into void but pausing your life and only seeing it as a medium to manifest things ?? I'm so sorry it doesn't seem right to me .

I don't have any problem with void but why don't you just try robotic affirming for once ?? I mean why you have so much problem with robotic affirming?? Like seriously ?? Just go within yourself and ask that do you really hate robotic affirming or it just a belief projected inside of you by your best friend , coach or anyone you see on twitter , Instagram or YouTube.

I wasted last year only to affirm once and forget about my desire or desperation etc etc . With robotic affirming I realise that you don't need to feel it real . You can just affirm affirm affirm and after some days you'll feel your affirmations real . It'll become your dominant thought. If you feel that feel it real , live in the end things are not for you that it's not for you and it's okay !!! Pls don't push yourself to feel it real . I was depressed but was repeating my affirmations. I tell myself I'm affirming na now things will change cause my words won't go waste and then I manifested . Please don't follow or watch people who don't resonate with you. Please I'm begging you . Stop confusing yourself more you already are .

I remember feeling pissed off crying but still I manifested. Please do not waste your time and affirm!!!

I just come here to say this stop asking asks to people who have big ass account with 1000 of followers or more than that. They will only provide you information but not the perfect solution. I mean see this ,

You're sending an ask to a person who is crying and living a bad life. Everyday they pray only if their life changes a bit and they live in peace. I know some people whom are you all sending asks and asking them about void state , non dualism , shifting or law of assumption . But please only follow those who atleast manifest something in their life not only being a saint in this community giving reply as if they know how to manifest. If they know anything and manifested something then post their success stories let ppl know . Discuss about them in community .

Advice for Manifesting - Robotic Affirmations

Disclaimer : This is my personal advice, I am in no way shape or form an expert on this.

When starting manifestation,

it's important to know that anything you want is possible,

you actually need to try / be working on whatever you want

When starting robotic affirmations or manifestation it is important to start small. Not bc "you can't manifest xyz all at once" but bc it's important for you to see how it actually does work. Focusing on 1 or 2 helps create less resistance and gets you closer to your manifestation.

Once you get the hang of things and start to have that master belief of " I can literally manifest whatever I want." Then you are more than ready. ( Even for your first ever affirmation you can use that saying)

Repeat repeat repeat

Act like a robot when stating your affirmations, out loud or in your head. When affirming , it is natural to have doubts or feel silly in what your saying but you must filter them out. Ex. "I can't actually do xyz", say to yourself "I can get xyz and more!" ( There is no set # of times you have to say it, just until you feel it's done)

Belief

I've heard people say that belief is not important in robotic affirmations tbh, i'm 50/50 on that.

When I first started I didn't believe in a lick of what I was saying to myself ( I did the 369 method with 7 affirmations all different things) and they came to me within a week.

I've done others where I felt that it was already done ( wish fulfilled ) for a few minutes a day and it still worked

so I think it's depends on you, as long as you want it, it is yours.

When making your affirmations it is important to be SPECIFIC,

the wording you use matters, everything matters.

Ex, my first manifestation ever I wanted to go to a specific place. I gave myself a week to see if my affirmations came true (369 method). Guess what? I got an offer that week to go there from a family friend, the following week. However it wasn't to the exact place.

I wanted to go to famous city in xyz state, however all I said was the state in my affirmations never the exact city.

I was severely disappointed ( I still went ) , so make sure you are detailed to the tea.

Actually working towards your manifestation

Let's be realistic for a little bit. If you never open your textbook for a class, attend or atleast go over it. Just bc you said a few affirmations does not mean you'll pass or get a good grade. You aren't trying // serious, for example if I wanted to get good grades I would say

" I always get good grades, getting good grades is easy for me,

I love to study, no matter how much I study I always get good grades"

The " no matter how much " I would still intend you to study atleast a little bit.

A simpler example would be trying to find a job, if you aren't applying, what makes you think you'll get hired? But remember I said wording is important? if you are manifesting to get a job offer or to hear back from someone that is something entirely different. Also acc working towards is helps with your belief aswell.

All in all this is my personal advice, it is important for you to see what works best for you, as it is your desired reality you wish to build.

heyy so ive been asking around about this but i feel like the hardest thing for me to manifest is a certain face / appearance changes — not because it’s hard to manifest in itself but i can never decide on a df or desired features.. how’d you choose yours, if you don’t mind me asking ?

* I'm really hapy to answer this, because I could never choose a DF too! I saw Taylor Hill for the first time few months ago, and I just FELT - like in my heart - that i want to look just like her. Every time i wanted to change my DF, it was just for a small period of time (like when I watched Leon The Professional and wanted to look like Natalie Portman for one evening, but didnt do anything to actually look like her). My eyes, nose and face shape is naturally similiar to Taylor's, and I always felt insecure about these features of mine.

* When I saw Taylors face card absolutely EATING UPP these features i became more confident about my eyes, nose and face shape. I always wanted to have eyes like for example Adriana Lima or Megam Fox even though they're literally the opposite of mine, and after i tried manifesting their face I just looked weird, so when I saw Taylor I just FELT it. I was sure, even though for some time I didnt want to look like her cuz I wanted to (for example) have Brooke Shields eyes, but then I just went with what my heart wants🩷 She really 'fits' my face and i look way much better now!

* If you still struggle with choosing your DF, then make an image where every single DF (past and present) of yours is in it and choose whoever looks more like you and just FEELS right ! Good luck angel 🩷🪽

* PS. If you choose the DF that feels right and then suddenly want to change it, just stop trying to manifest looking like anyone for a while so you give yourself time if you actually want to look like that person you suddenly felt the need to do so, or if you wanna look like someone you choose before 🌺

Take a hot relaxing bath.

Completely relax and just think without any distractions; music, subliminals, etc.

Set a new yet small goal you want to work towards to.

Remind yourself of your journey and how far you've come.

Work on your posture.

Cuddle with your animal.

Take a nap.

Buy a new candle.

Romanticise your life and every small thing about it.

Drink some lemon/cucumber water.

Find a new intresting show.

Create a new playlist with your favourite songs.

Find a new comfort YouTuber.

Think about your fun childhood memories.

Try a new form of exercise.

Make a vision board.

Get a therapist, and if you can't: talk with strangers online.

Listen to yout favourite subliminals.

Create a moodboard.

Create a new peace of jewerly.

Give away the clothes you dont wear anymore.

Create a visionboard and look at it everyday while affirming.

Try a new makeup style.

Go out without doing your makeup.

Get used to your 'effortless' look; no makeup, lay clothes, tied hair.

Get used to failing and learn from your mistakes.

Be grateful for the simple things you're blessed with.

Listen to a podcast.

Go on a walk.

Choose your kind of 'perfection'.

Think about deep topics and write about it.

Prolly just a rant ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So this whole week, in my 3D I have been sick in bed, last week of school, and not going. But in the 4D I went to school all week (except Tuesday) and I have all straight A's in all my classes. I feel as if I'm doing right but my 3d brain is anxious and scared, because I have to show my grades next Tuesday (which I will prolly not I'm too lazy for this shiz) and in my 3d I never rlly went because of "bad influence" so I skipped a lot.

I'm more understanding now, not to be anxious because time isn't real because I feel like when I have a "date" when I need something to be done I get anxious and start staring at the 3d and like is it here!? Why isn't it here? Why isn't it working? Is this fake? But I'm really calmed down since....yesterday lol.

It is so stressful that I feel like I'm lying when I say I am passing everything because my anxious 3d is like "omg you did not just lie like that!?" Like it makes me doubt again but I'm staying up, chin up... I am smart and I have straight A's and that is that, end of conversation.

I don't need to say it every sentence of either I have straight A's or I'm rich because it's like ummm I know? Why you gotta keep saying it so much?? Sus...⊂ •͡˘∠•͡˘ ⊃

Like I have been dying to get a lottery ticket and I have been not getting it.. A sign? Definitely, I know if I were to get it and not win I would doubt and not even think about the reason, but when I keep forgetting to get it I got thinking, I don't need anything physical to get my desires. I already have it, I don't need something else to show me that I have it, making a one step into a two step.

I don't know what else to say... If y'all think I'm doing anything wrong with my thinking please tell me (っ˘ڡ˘ς)

Although my post times are way off and not on a schedule, I feel like I need to journal, very sorry as it will be all over the place

So my feelings today are very old mindset kind of feelings, it's prolly the heat cuz I'm in New York and it doesn't know when to stay one weather.

But I took my dog to the vet today and because of that I had to look at my bank account and saw only so little money, I know I'm a spoiled brat and I have $10000000 but when I looked today I got upset and in my feels when I feel like I saw reality.

My feels=😐

So after I seen the balance and my mom saying I need to work to get more money I wanted to get a lottery ticket again, so I reverted back to thinking I need one thing to get to my goal, basically the 3d.

And I was thinking, looking at my [1] post about me talking about what I experienced in the 3d and what my 4d was basically doing without me. Maybe after that post I have been thinking about what I will be doing in the 3d but the 4d is still going on "until I get there" like it is 2 separate places... If this makes sense.

The 3d isn't real, and I shouldn't be thinking about having 2 separate lives while it's basically only one unless I "script" it or assume it helps with loa or shifting. Because they the same thing.

(I really wanna name shifting something else because it's so used and not really fitting because we are not shifting we are becoming aware. But I used it so long it's weird to name it something else)

I want this world to be a {Neutral} world I call it, and just have fun and not have "main characters" and universes favorites. I'm the mc in {neutral} worlds because it is a fun world, and a laid back world.

(If anyone wants I can explain some of my versions of... My mind?? And this world if you want me to ❤ (I will do it when I get 10 likes lol (っ˘ڡ˘ς) )

Anyways, in {neutral} worlds I don't have any challenges so that means I have no worries of any kind of money problems or lack anything, and I get paid to do things, instead of paying to do them, because I am the universes fav (bc I am the universe, but who needs to know that? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

I think writing down my desires and ideas/plans makes me believe it way more because like I'm just writing in 1st person, plus visualising it (because I have read all my life) that it's real and I know it is, and I know I am the creator and I deserve all of this.
