Under the cover of darkness, Nipponites come out to feed. Their shells contorting into Ox-bow bends make them clumsy swimmers

a commission of a smilodon being harried away from a meal by a wolverine.
I really wanna do more Paleo art sometime soon...

Spinosaurus I did when the research about them being more aquatic than previously thought became public. I was going for something crocodile-ish with the scales/coloring and somehow arrived at... giraffe.
Still fond of this, regardless.

Preview of my newest majungasaurus sketch which I started like a week a go. Haven’t touched it since due to dissertation and other pressing assignments. It’s looking to be my biggest piece yet tho, so can’t wait to get back at it! Feedback is much appreciated! (I think I made the neck too S bent, so that's gonna be changed)

sneak peak of one of four of the final sticker designs!!
[posting them tomorrow!!]
Tower boi
Turrilites, looking for small prey in the sediments to swoop up. Love this tower boi. This genus is closely related to Mariella in the family Turrilitidae

Triceratops juvenile, Ceratosaurus 2x, Guanlong adult and juvenile, Majungasaurus, Alioramus, Achelousaurus pixelart, Irritator, Pachycephalosaurus, Triceratops (Brother Bear hommage), Yi Qi, Stegouros, Giganotosaurus (bushosaurus lol), Leptoptilos, Haast's Eagle + Moa, Concavenator (very speculative feather coat), Lambeosaurus, Nasutoceratops and Sarcosuchus (without reference and more cartoony)

Ambulocetus in the Light The world is haunted by a past far older than ours. Whales once walked on land. Sometimes the land remembers them--or they remember the land.
Homage to history and my beautiful but fraught Pacific Northwest.
In my shop
Harpoceras faces the direction of a juvenile Thalattosuchian (marine crocodylomorph), away from its blind spot. The scar on its shell shows it narrowly survived such an attack in the past
I would watch a placenticeras race
Ouf of the way! The fast bois, Placenticeras are moving. These underwater frisbees and similarly shelled ammonites experience less drag during higher speeds underwater as their shell shape is more streamlined

Psittacosaurus and Protoceratops sketches I just drew!
Did you get the footage from the cloud or stm?
Unfortunately the Pentecopterus had taken a liking to my camera and ran off with it. So that's all for #HotAmmoniteAugust folks! And thanks for tuning in! Thanks to
@ddinodan for coming up with this art prompt, it ended up being super fun to do!

Here’s a little render (digital painting?) of Bull from Jurassic park 2.
not my usual style, but a fun little thing I tried out.

Gorgonopsod!
A species of extinct saber-toothed synapsids of the Permian period.

Estemmenosuchus!
A extinct species of omnivorous Therapsid from the Permian period.

Also, I just learned that the Stygimoloch may or may not have been a juvenile Pachy, instead of a second species.
