YES! We have Laserblast- I mean, K.O.'s lab clone- I mean, Astro Boy- I mean, Combo Breaker!
I'm at work, but I'm not busy with anything right now, so I had to draw this boy that I can just tell is a haughty narcissist. (I've only drawn him once ever, but I need to practice because I know I'm going to love and cherish him and want him to grow.)
I literally have two sketchbooks that I paid actual money for. Why can't I just use them?
What am I doing.

How do you think Combo Breaker would react to T.K.O and vise versa?
Hard to say because I haven't played the Dynamite Watkins game, only seen a short clip with Combo Breaker in it. I mean, we know he's pretty much the only one who can get on K.O.'s nerves, probably because he's kind of like, "Check out this thing I can do that you can't, nyeh-nyeh!" Regardless, I highly doubt that T.K.O. would like him, either because he has a subtle tendency to stick up for K.O., or because he just doesn't like people. I think the way Combo reacts to T.K.O. depends on how they meet. If he knows T.K.O. through K.O., he might mistake him for K.O. and continue to act like a snot. Otherwise, I think he would want to be rivals in a truer sense because T.K.O. can actually DO the stuff that Combo rubs into K.O.'s face for not being able to do (i.e. flying). Combo would basically just respect him more. Whether that's a mutual feeling would remain to be seen.

Combo Breaker theory
So we all know that Combo is the only one who gets on K.O.'s nerves, right? And anyone who has played the Action News game can figure out that he's doing it on purpose. Well, what if he was doing it in an attempt to draw out T.K.O.? Like father, like son...
Edit: To be clear on the last line, I don't mean that I think he's anyone's literal son. I'm pretty sure Venomous and Boxman built him.
A headcanon about Combo a few years in the future. Combo, still intent on bothering K.O., tries something he's certain will be personal enough to tip him over the edge. He flirts with Dendy. He thinks this will bother K.O. because they're dating, but they're actually not. They're just close friends, which leads Combo into thinking they're in a relationship. Despite this, his advances on Dendy are entirely unwanted. Both she and K.O. try to explain that they're not dating, but he doesn't buy it. In short, he's inadvertently harassing Dendy because, while trying to get to K.O., he doesn't realize that he's hurting Dendy even more. (There would totally be an episode where this gets resolved, by the way, where Combo realizes that hurting one person shouldn't involve hurting someone else.)
Found a little time and drew some kiddos.
