The way I interpreted it was that she was half-asleep, and she hit him on instinct either because she got startled awake, or because waking up to someone holding a metallic object pointed at your face is a dangerous but very possible thing as a professional hero.Thank you for your apology. Hey, have you see the DeviantArt picture of Turbo Rad and Turbo Enid? If not, then go check it out. It's now in color but I figured that it's better than nothing. But hey now that we saw Turbo Rad, Turbo Enid, and Turbo Dendy, K.O. won't be the only one with a turbo form anymore. Turbo K.O. would definitely hang out with them in their turbo forms.

I don't know if I've seen the drawing you're talking about or not, but I've seen an iteration of their Turbo forms. Honestly, I've seen fanmade Turbos for just about every character. Being Turbo wouldn't necessarily mean T.K.O. would hang out with them, because turbonic energy seems to exaggerate existing negative behavior patterns. That would probably make Rad more prideful and condescending, and Enid more apathetic and rude. I'm not sure that those are qualilties that T.K.O. would appreciate, but until we get some canon info, that's entirely up to individual interpretation.
