Friendly: The end product created a friendly, but rather mysterious picture of ‘The Ambassador from beyond the sky', as they took to calling the Kalilith on multiple media fronts.
Ardent: Kazimier raises a brow at the position, half expecting his meal to get on hands and knees. That means the rise in submissiveness, that ardent plea, those were for..
Conscious: Seeker pulls the blanket higher, shivering and covering their chest self-consciously, scandalized at their current state.
Hook: Kazimier hooks a few fingers around the collar, as if trying to give himself more room to breathe, and tips his head back, horns scraping the wall. Excuse: "If that ever comes to pass, you must find whoever you sell me to and tell me how you managed to explain away your involvement, Father," Klaus replies, baring his own fangs in what most people would mistake for a smile. "I'd love to see what excuse you feed to the Sovereign Executive for how I escaped your notice for such a long time."
Fidget: Their upper right hand fidgets in their lap, the east palm longing to reach out and hold Val's thin green fingers for reassurance.
Choice: His choice hadn't been made out of some misguided attempt to dodge his own complicity. How could it be? He's using Kazimier as a sacrifice..

Beach Episode OG Tag ✨️
It's gonna take a long, long time but I just realized with horror and glee that I will eventually have the opportunity to write a 'beach episode' in my WIP 🌐7 Circles🌐 😂
So with that on my mind have another new tag game:

Kazimier 💋
Can't swim, never learned. Hates the sand. Doesn't like bright sun. Would spend her time under an umbrella drinking and judging people. Would shapeshift into a feminine body for the sole purpose of wearing a racy sexy swimsuit.
Klaus 🌻
He grew up in a desert and has probably never seen the ocean. His fae side would take over and he would be playing in the water, watching sea critters with wonder, and having (literal) magic moments with local plants while soaking up the sun.
Valian 🐁
He can doggy paddle, his thin little tail acting as a clumsy rudder. He can eat a surprising amount of watermelon and happily monches on slices- seeds, rind, and all- while watching the waves. Might pick a fight with a crab (he'd win though).
Seeker 🌠
Can swim, but struggles with cold seawater. Seeker spends time with each of the three others; laying out towels to lounge with Kaz, squealing as seaweed moves like snakes to Klaus' magic, and slicing watermelon to hand to Val. I think Seeker would be into building sandcastles and the other three would help in one way or another.

Who inspired your OC?
I don't think any single person did. More like I had a cool story idea and made a character that I thought would make sense with that kind of premise, and sprinkled in traits and attributes from myself, people around me, and/or just things I thought were neat.
A song to define your OC
I've used this one before, but probably A Little Wicked by Valerie Broussard? There are a few others in my playlist that I like to listen to when writing her, but none of them fully 100% capture her (or at least the parts of her I want seen at the moment) like this one.
If I met your oc on the street how would they greet me?
She wouldn't. If she was making an official trip, you'd be obligated to bow and greet the princess of the nation, and she'll decide if you're worthy of a response lol. If she's in disguise, it'll be by unceremoniously appearing in front of you and demanding whatever it is that she's after.
Can your oc be your best friend? why?
Absolutely not. She'd probably either pretend I don't exist or outright kill me for getting in the way of her plans, lol.

(For this one, we're gonna get a main character from each of my WIPS >:) because i love y'all and you deserve it)
Piers: 8/10 They'll jump and maybe screech from being startled, especially if it's close by, but they can squash it and clean it up after a bit
Brigid: 0/10 They do not do bugs. Like, at all. Melody will have to come evict it from their dorm room. Alternatively, they'll panic and try to set it on fire and likely scorch a couple other things in the process.
Izumi: 2/10 oh god the way they move Izumi will scream and will make Lapis or Andy come kill it. If she's left to her own devices, there's a 50/50 chance she'll either smash it with her shoe or just cry until it goes away. She's forgetful enough though that she will forget it existed though after a few hours...
Garlan: 10/10 This woman will pick that bug up barehanded and toss it out the window. Her office is covered in papers and stray offerings so roaches (or equivalent in her world) are pretty common
Bithos: 9/10 Smash that fucker, no hesitation, but he might get a little grossed out trying to clean it up.
Cassander: 2/10 No thank you. He will actively call Felix, who is on a mission, to come get it. If it disappears, he will burn the entire house down rather than it come back. (He's not scared of them, but he finds them weird and unnerving).
Alyx: 5/10 Might have a hard time finding the roach (blind) and will absolutely panic if he loses it. If she does find it, she can kill it and toss it without a problem.
Jesse: -10/10 Screaming crying, Lucio has to come get it before he has a mental breakdown (again)
Carter: 10/10 Easy peasy, will pick the bug up and gently place it outside, much to the horror of his husband who is terrified of roaches
Hank: 7/10 Despite being a farming man, he does NOT like how they move. He can get it killed (eventually) but it might take him a minute or to to get the guts to kill it.
LeBlanc: -1000000/10 He opened a package of wafers once and there was one inside the box that fell on him and the poor man has never been the same. He will scream like a little girl and someone else (Micah) will have to come kill it. If it somehow goes missing, he will never step foot in that room again unless it is killed.
Alba Grey: 5/10 Depends. If she's trying to impress Mavi and/or Tabs, she can do it easy peasy, but if she's alone? She might have a slight crying session and have to summon all of her courage to smack it with her shoe. (Don't let the badass exterior fool you)
Karson: ???/10 Isn't bothered by bugs in his space. The only reason he'll even deal with it is if August sees it and gets scared.
Cal: 0/10 NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE this boy does not do bugs (although there is a chance he'll think it's a hallucination instead and just ignore it in hopes it'll go away....)
Eddie: 10/10 This man can deal with bugs so easily. Smashed and cleaned up before anyone (his daughter) notices

Oli is not a big reader. Most of the books she reads are for a distinct purpose. Testing out a new propagation theory, learning a new recipe, something to do with her anthropogeological work or information about a region she's about to travel to. When she doesn't read to learn something, she tends toward mysteries or humorous fiction, or poetry. Maybe very occasionally a memoir if Ren has recommended it. Reading for pleasure isn't something which occurs to her very often, Oli's hobbies are much more active, (gardening, hiking, bird watching, going on long hallucinogenic trips in the woods, etc.) Although she does occasionally indulge reading for reading's sake. This is especially true in summer time when she can read outside under the shade of a tree, or a beach umbrella if they're on assignment on Costa del Cobra, Uncle Zan's island in the Cieldalaes. (Fun fact! That name comes from the plentiful schools of King Cobrafish that inhabit the Cieldalaes Margin. Not snakes c': )

ELEMENT. Ice and Fire. In Thaumaturgy, balancing duality—of life and death—forms the basic foundation in this school of magic. While the two elements are of opposing nature, in the hands of an accomplished spell-caster, they can be turned into terrifying forces of destruction. Being the last direct disciple of the great Mhachi sorceress Shatotto, Yiuno is not a mage to be trifled with. Though he often hides his potent magical talent and sticks to his trusty blades to get his work done, those who are highly sensitive to aether may suffer sickness just by being around him for too long.
ASTROLOGICAL SIGN. The Spear. In Astromancy, this constellation is the sixth gate of the Lesser Heavens, often associated with the element of Ice. This is the reverse of the Elemental Wheel, where Ice is the first order in the cycle of Creation. It is said that “the Fury (Halone) resides in a palace of ice carved by Her own spear—ice formed of moonbeams collected by the Lover, Menphina.” As the final gate to open before the seventh, whereby attuning to the latter is equivalent to a dying wish, it is the last stand where one will be filled with the power to overcome their enemies, and gain the compassion necessary to show mercy to their foes.
GEMSTONE. Alexandrite is an interesting gemstone known for its color-changing properties under different types of polarized light, which reflects the many faces that Yiuno wears under different circumstances. To the public’s eye, an average adventurer and humble alchemist wandering from place to place. To those more acquainted with the arcane arts, a treasure hunter of ancient and dangerous artifacts. In the underworld, a ruthless assassin who pretends to be a beautiful ‘courtesan’ and seduces his targets into Death’s embrace.
NUMBER. Three. Yiuno has a twin sister, Yiuna; his alter ego, Yiune, is a feminine disguise he employs for his assassination jobs (long story short, it later becomes an actual form he can shapeshift into). However, back in the Amaurotine era, these three were originally a family of triplets.
COLOR. Monochrome—specifically black and white—is both a fitting and an ironic theme to Yiuno. On one hand, he embodies duality given his two-faced nature, and also the contrast between his public image and secret identity. On the other hand, he mainly thrives in the gray area—a Chaotic Neutral at heart.
FLORA. Antirrhinum, more commonly known as Snapdragon or Dragon Flower, is one of those flowers with double meanings. On one hand, it symbolizes grace, strength and protection, which are some of the positive traits that Yiuno possesses. On the other hand, it also represents indifference and deception, bringing out the darker, negative side of Yiuno.
FAUNA. Strix. According to in-game description: “A guardian bound to the Rare Tomes Room on the highest floor of the Great Gubal Library. Similar to skatenes, Strix is an owl which has been enchanted with heightened intelligence. Strix’s comparatively vast intellect, however, grants the creature command over spells of formidable potency.”
SEASON. Autumn and Winter. Autumn, of falling leaves and a fiery but sorrowful palette, a season where time starts to slow down as daytime becomes shorter. Winter, of falling snow that paints the landscape white, a season where time comes to a standstill and dangers lurk in the shadows of the long, long night.
TIME OF THE DAY. Dawn and Dusk. Less about the exact time of the day, but more about the changes in time that happen at that very moment—representing the shift Yiuno would experience in his life. Be it his gender identities, or the blurred lines between a blessing and curse to his immortality… It’s like the two sides of the same coin: the difference is all but a matter of perspectives. The real test is how he acts upon those perspectives.
PLACE. Though there are a few locations that may appear to be synonymous with how others would perceive Yiuno, such as libraries and graveyards, I’d say the most accurate association would be the labyrinth. Filled with many twists and turns at every corner, much like Yiuno’s long and complicated life—or, his dark and troubled mind.
SMELL. It’s really hard to pin down a specific aroma for Yiuno, partly because masking his true scent is something he pays attention to as a master of disguise. To some, he’d give off the fragrance of a finely aged red wine, brimming with wisdom and dry humor; to others, he’d probably smell like walking death, counting down to their impeding doom under his bloodied blades.
FOOD. Royal Eggs. However, given his wandering lifestyle and the need to stay undercover most of the time, he doesn’t have the luxury to eat this all the time. He has since come to view this as a self-reward on rare occasions he gets the chance to enjoy a royal meal in a quiet inn room.
BEVERAGE. Espresso con Panna, with double shot. Yiuno is a huge caffeine addict, and this is the only in-universe drink that can sate his obsession with coffee.
SONG. “Nageki no Oto” (EN. Song of Lamentation), by KOKIA. A song about war and loss, which is very fitting given Yiuno’s darkly colorful past.

ANIMAL: gaelicat. A curious, charming creature with a feline body and the wings of a bat. It possesses a keen, mischievous intelligence. Gaelicats are an important part of Vanu Vanu culture, with the Gundu using them in fortune telling rituals, releasing them into the Sea of Clouds to receive omens of the future. Their ancient predecessors, the ailouroi, were familiars created to keep watch and bring inspiration as muses.
COLOR: robin-egg blue. Often associated with lightning, water, and the sky, this vibrant shade of cyan is the color of Valoren’s soul.
SONG: Fake Out by Fall Out Boy. The perfect upbeat anthem for a man whose life has been one long, heartbreaking fake-out.
NUMBER: zero. The Fool in tarot is numbered as zero. Valoren also thinks of himself as a non-entity, with no true identity. His sister’s derogatory nickname for him growing up was Valoren Nothing, and it really stuck.
TIME OF DAY: very late night. In the darkest hour that comes before dawn, Valoren has always thrived. He’s practically nocturnal. Not only because that’s when his jobs as a tavern bard take place, but because he finds pace in being awake when almost nobody else is.
FLORA: nightshade. A beautiful purple flower whose scientific name is derived from the Greek mythological figure Atropos, the deadliest of the three Fates. Of course, the plant is infamously poisonous.
SMELL: lavender. Valoren has a custom perfume blend made of lavender, vanilla, and cardamom. He uses the same scent profile in his soaps. You can tell a letter is from Valoren not only because of his signature blue ink, but because it smells like lavender.
GEMSTONE: moonstone. A multi-hued stone that seems to shift depending on what light it's in, moonstones are also associated with tides and, obviously, the moon.
SEASON: autumn. While the weather is often dreary, it only makes for a better excuse to stay home and be cozy. The beautiful leaves also make for an excellent show!
PLACE: rooftops. Valoren often climbed up onto the roof as a child to escape his (less dextrous) older sister’s torment, and they’ve always been a place of solace for him.
FOOD: plum fool. One of the first things Valoren made, a plum fool is a dessert with layers of lightly cooked and sweetened plums and either rich custard or freshly whipped cream.
ASTROLOGICAL SIGN: the spire. It is associated with dominion over others, the noble class, and the element of lightning. Often, the Spire heralds a disaster or upheaval.
ELEMENT: lightning. As an astral element, lightning takes an active role in shaping the world around it, either in creation or destruction. It is the divine wrath of a storm, the spark of inspiration, the flash of brightness that’s alleged to never strike the same place twice.
BEVERAGE: top-shelf bourbon, neat. Valoren fails to see the point of drinks that aren’t either caffeinated or alcoholic. When he’s drinking on his own gil, he prefers a strong drink with complex flavors and just a hint of burning.
