I thought that today was a good day to remind everyone that leaf sheep (Costasiella kuroshimae) is a real animal that exists.

It’s a marine slug that feeds on algae and steals their chloroplasts and then uses those chloroplasts to make sugars via photosynthesis on its own. This unique symbiotic relationship between the slug and the chloroplasts is called “kleptoplasty”.

Once I figure out how to get a TTS and set these up, I might use em both for that when streaming.

That also requires my stream to not cut out every 30 seconds due to a shitty laptop, but small steps I guess
