hello anyone who's still following and manages to see this: just ignore the fact that i dropped off the face of the earth, i had other priorities back then and tumblr just wasn't what i needed. i thought about popping back on here recently a few times just bc i want a place to drop my errant thoughts, and twitter has never interested me (esp now) so here i am! congratulations, the world gets to experience my genshin brainrot and eclectic posting genres once more. if anything i post or reblog disinterests or irritates you, feel free to ignore it or unfollow! i will not be offended. i will, however, not tolerate intentional unkindness or gaslighting.
my current interests include: genshin, one piece, fma, omori, other people's art, cats, random memes i see, and any good fanfiction for most fandoms (as long as i either know the series well enough or it's written so that it doesn't matter). and of course, positivity and affirming thoughts. i tend towards those even though i find other people's dark jokes funny.

i don’t care at this point how much damage she does or how useful she ends up being i just wanna wrap her up with my best gear and artifacts and all my love

the first official teaser for her on hoyolab says she enjoys being around human society due to her job, but if she got fired she could return to being a youkai in the mountains... they’re probably referring to mt. yougou (the area near it being home to quite a few youkai in the game), but it would definitely be cool if it were on seirai instead! after all, amakumo has a peak so it could be a mountain.
Kirara's signature dish is based off the Invigorating Kitty Meal. When she was first being leaked, me and my friend were trying to figure out just what her role would be and one of our guesses was a priestess at Neko's shrine. Maybe she still has something to do with the shrine! That would be neat.

not proshipper not anti but a secret third thing (person who has a career in the media and, through covering legislative politics, has watched "associating with problematic fiction or entertainment is an indicator of moral degeneracy" rapidly become a mainstream GOP position that they are encoding in legislation to target the queer community under the guise of protecting children, thus coming to the conclusion that positioning the "can people enjoy things that would be immoral IRL in their fiction" debate as a proship v anti fandom debate is akin to pretending that "should we have the death penalty" is a discussion that only matters in Death Note discourse — the extent and manner to which fiction affects reality is an issue that is immediately relevant to today's US politics, and to summarize my opinions on the matter in fandom terms would be to diminish the ways this debate is affecting america Right The Fuck Now. and i have stopped taking "this person is bad for shipping the wrong anime thing and being horny about it" in any sort of good faith ever since I saw it literally used as part of a GOP smear campaign against a transgender state legislature in an attempt to defend the right from backlash after they used their supermajority in the Montana house to prevent her from speaking on the floor. Anyway I think everyone on this site, especially Americans, could benefit from ceasing to think in proship v anti vocabulary and instead developing coherent political positions on the nature of fiction that do not directly align with current fascist political tactics)

just had a dream that i was performing A Little Less Sixteen candles and i was singing with like the whole windscreen of the microphone in my mouth. i couldn’t like move my mouth enough to enunciate, and i knew this, but it wasn’t actually a problem for some reason because it sounded just fine and i was killing it. the crowd (consisting of like 3 of my friends) was going wild.
also there was a dog sleeping on stage next to me. he was an important part of the performance.
