I think it's more like if Remus had the capability to have elaborate plans, and be smart. Remus is kayne's humor. Honestly if you mixed Janus and Remus it might look a lot like Kayne

the piano keys on either side of the collage, show the key placements of Faroe's Waltz (thanks @morbid248) a completely non-diegetic (the characters can't actually hear it) aside from one time Kayne played a short section of it. This idea is inspired by The Final Fantasmagorie video on the music of Malevolent. The piano is glitching since it's suppose to also symbolize the other universes, and how Kayne has control of them.
Glittery smile stickers, for his constant humour, and extremely enthusiastic demeanor.
Dance steps, since he's constantly moving, and in some ways he's dancing with Arthur and the narrative.
The hand with the coin, is a symbol of his coin, the one that summoned him.

the cards, and dice, is a tribute to the fact he put a wager on Arthur & John, he likes the gamble, and uncertainty. And the gamble of the Patreon votes, that he references
