Anyone else get "daydreaming block" sometimes??

Like for the past couple of days none of my usual on-loop daydreaming scenarios made me feel anything it's so weird and frustrating

yep and then i end up spending days trying to get back into the habit knowing damn well it's bad for me it's a coping mechanism but my own coping mechanism doesn't want to comply 😡😡😡😡
