Hal, whenever dirk was busy, was your go to for people to talk- robots to talk to. He was always so nice to you sense he wasn’t busy like dirk
Eventually you told Hal some important information that he had to tell dirk, for getting you two together and all, you were extremely touch starved
You lacked human connection so you gravitated to dirk. He felt so perfect, like he’d fit in your arms perfectly.
Once he found out he felt so bad! He was ignoring you and left you with h a l because he couldn’t handle his giant fucking crush!
He immediately sprung into action. Hugging you, holding your hand, letting you sit with him while he was working. It was nice.
Him revealing his huge crush on you was by far an accident.
“No I’m not going to tell them!”
“Dirk, you have to.”

So I did this panel redraw, it took over ten hours of work, but like I’m super proud of it! I really enjoyed taking artistic liberties on the dream outfits :)
